Le travail de la thèse proposé consiste à étudier, caractériser et modéliser la performance et la fiabilité de composants semi-conducteurs sous conditions extrêmes c’est à dire pendant et après que ces composants ont subi un stress électrique, un stress thermique voire les deux stress en même temps. Les composants semi-conducteurs que nous avons étudiés sont des modules photovoltaïques en silicium monocristallin pour des applications dans les énergies renouvelables. Dans cette étude, ces composants ont été soumis à plusieurs types de dégradations générant des défauts localisés dans la structure des composants. Dans un premier temps, des études approfondies des caractéristiques I(V) et C(V) et des paramètres électriques des modules solaires photovoltaïques ont été réalisées en testant une série de modules sous différentes conditions environnementales afin de fournir des données pertinentes pouvant être utiles pour l'évaluation des performances, la modélisation du fonctionnement et pour la mise en œuvre correcte et complète des modules photovoltaïques. Ces caractérisations ont été complétées par l’étude des défauts créés à l’interface et dans les structures des modules photovoltaïques par les différents stress sur la base de mesures effectuées sur ces mêmes cellules par la technique Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy (DLTS). Grâce à cette technique, nous avons identifié et localisé ces défauts au sein du composant, en déterminant leur énergie d’activation et leur section efficace de capture. Les résultats de notre étude montrent ainsi l’importance des conditions de fonctionnement sur les performances instantanées et sur le long terme des systèmes photovoltaïques. Ils peuvent être exploitables directement dans la conception même des modules silicium voire transposable, en suivant la méthodologie de l’étude que nous proposons à de nouvelles technologies de modules

The objective of this work aim to study the performance, reliability of semiconductor structures after their operation under extreme conditions, during and after electrical stress, thermal stress, and combined electro thermal stresses. The studied semiconductor structures are photovoltaic cells for applications in the field of renewable energies. These devices have been exposed to several types of degradation generating localized defects in the structures. The I (V) and C (V) characteristics and electrical parameters have been studied before and after each stress case. The Deep Level Transient Spectroscopy (DLTS) was used as advanced technique for tracking the defects created at the interface and in the bulk structures. The DLTS technique allows identifying and locating these defects within the devices, by determining their activation energy and their capture cross-Section

Majhna podjetja v Sloveniji so pri financiranju v največji meri odvisna od bančnih kreditov in imajo omejen dostop do tovrstnega načina financiranja. Raziskava o vzrokih in posledicah navedenega je rdeča nit magistrskega dela. Majhna podjetja v Sloveniji, ki delijo značilnosti in usodo mikro in srednjih podjetij (v nadaljevanju MSP) in jih v magistrskem delu zaradi tako dostopnih podatkov pogosto obravnavamo skupaj, so v slovenskem gospodarstvu zelo pomembna, saj MSP predstavljajo 99,7 % vseh podjetij v Sloveniji. Vendar so ta podjetja tudi med bolj zadolženimi, še zlasti se financirajo z bančnimi krediti. V času pred izbruhom gospodarske krize je bila v Sloveniji kreditna ekspanzija, ki je spremljala proces hitre gospodarske rasti. Tako so bile banke v Sloveniji ob izbruhu finančne in gospodarske krize zelo zadolžene na grosističnih trgih, slovenska podjetja, še posebej MSP, pa pri bankah. V letu 2008 je bilo razmerje med dolžniškim in lastniškim virom financiranja podjetij zelo visoko, finančni vzvod je bil zaradi neustreznih razvojnih politik visok. Z razdolževanjem podjetij pri bankah, se je le-ta znižal, a v obdobju 2011-2013 še vedno ostajal med višjimi v EU. Razdolževanje podjetij preko znižanih investicij podjetij zavira gospodarsko rast, po drugi strani pa upad gospodarske aktivnosti prispeva svoj delež k nižjemu povpraševanju po kreditih, hkrati pa je otežen dostop bank (zaradi vse slabše kapitalske ustreznosti) do virov financiranja na mednarodnih finančnih trgih silil banke k zmanjšanju kreditiranja. Poleg padca povpraševanja po kreditih se je v preučevanem obdobju zniževalo tudi stanje obstoječih kreditov MSP, nižale so se tudi obrestne mere za dane kredite, ki pa so kljub temu bile vseskozi nad povprečnimi obrestnimi merami v EU. Stopnja presežnega povpraševanja je v opazovanem obdobju v Sloveniji naraščala

v letu 2013 je bil presežek povpraševanja nad ponudbo že preko 34 %. V obdobju 2011-2013 je naraščalo zgolj povpraševanje MSP po kreditih za prestrukturiranje, kot odraz težav podjetij za odplačevanje dolgov. Banke so kot najpogostejše razloge za zavrnitve kreditov navajale slabo boniteto komitentov in nestrinjanje strank s pogoji financiranja. A dejstvo je, da banke pred sanacijo konec leta 2013 niso imele zadostnih virov za financiranja, podjetja pa so bila visoko zadolžena. Visoka zadolženosti slovenskih podjetij pa je posledica zlasti nizkega kapitala v podjetjih. Neto finančna vrzel je v opazovanem obdobju naraščala za vse vire financiranja, še posebej za bančne kredite. Vse navedeno nesporno kaže na težave in omejitve pri dostopu do bančnega financiranja MSP v Sloveniji v obdobju 2011-2013. Dostopnost do virov financiranja je tudi po izvedenih anketah Banke Slovenije, ki jo vsako leto opravi med MSP, ključni zaviralni element poslovanja podjetij v tem obdobju. V magistrskem delu primerjamo dostopnost do bančnih virov MSP v Sloveniji in v EU. Tudi v EU v letu 2013 vsako tretje podjetje ni dobilo ustreznega financiranja, čeravno sta bančni kredit in prekoračitev na računu najpogosteje…

Magistrska naloga obravnava numerično metodo, s katero je mogoče popisati tokovne razmere v sodobnem dizelskem injektorju tako v času posameznih vbrizgov kot tudi v času med njimi, kadar se smatra, da je tok tekočine popolnoma prekinjen. Metoda je namenjena natančni analizi tokovnih razmer v dizelskem injektorju, ki jih je eksperimentalno nemogoče obravnavati v takšnem obsegu, saj so dizelski injektorji, zlasti izstopna izvrtina na njih, ki je ključni del obravnave, dimenzijsko izredno majhni in skoraj nedostopni za merilno opremo. Vbrizg goriva je pri sodobnih motorjih razdeljen v več pod-vbrizgov. Lahko je sestavljen iz pred-vbrizga, glavnega vbrizga in po-vbrizga. Med posameznimi pod-vbrizgi je tok tekočine z injektorsko iglo večkrat ustavljen. Ravno ta prekinitev je bila v predhodnih simulacijah zanemarjena in vsako stopnjo vbrizga je bilo mogoče računati le ločeno kot posamezno simulacijo. Metoda, predstavljena v magistrski nalogi, omogoča preračun več pod-vbrizgov v eni sami simulaciji in pri tem ne zanemarja obdobja, ko je tok tekočine prekinjen. Metodologija je bila razvita v komercialnem CFD programu AVL FIRE.

The Master’s Thesis deals with the numerical method which can describe flow field conditions of a modern diesel injector at the time of injection and also at the time in between injections when the flow is supposed to be fully blocked by a closed needle. The method is intended for detailed analysis of flow field conditions in a diesel injector, which is experimentally impossible to such extent. Diesel injector dimensions and particularly the spray hole, which is the key part of the nozzle, is dimensionally small and virtually inaccessible with measurement equipment. In modern engines fuel injection is split in sub-injection events. It may consist of pre-injection, main-injection and post-injection. During the entire duration of injection the flow is blocked several times by the needle. Sequence of several sub-injection events could not be treated in the past, as the closed needle position could not be handled. Closed needle period has been neglected in previous simulations and each part of injection has been calculated separately as a stand-alone simulation for open needle condition only. With the method presented here, it is possible to calculate several sub-injection events in one single simulation, also including the period between sub-injections when the fluid flow is blocked. The methodology has been developed using the commercial CFD program AVL FIRE.

▼ Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is the leading cause of death in the population below 40 years of age. Patients who survive TBI suffer from ongoing physical disabilities as well as mental and emotional deficits that significantly impact their quality of life. While a number of factors have been implicated in the brain injury cascade that is initiated by TBI, increased intracranial pressure (ICP) has been identified as one factor that is strongly associated with outcome. This is largely because increased ICP results in a fall in cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) and in brain oxygenation (PbtO₂ [bt subscript]), thus starving the brain of essential substrates and oxygen necessary for repair and recovery. Nonetheless, treatments targeting increased ICP are largely ineffective and have not changed for over 40 years. In part, this is because the mechanisms responsible for oedema formation after trauma are unknown and also because existing small animal models of TBI might not duplicate all the pathophysiological features of human TBI. The aim of this thesis was therefore to study changes in ICP and PbtO₂ [bt subscript] in two different experimental animal models of TBI, both large and small, and subsequently investigate the effects of different pharmacotherapies on these variables following TBI. The thesis shows that TBI does not consistently produce increases in ICP in rodent models unless a haemorrhagic mass lesion is present. Accordingly, rodents may not be the ideal species for the development of ICP targeted pharmacotherapies. By then studying the effects of TBI on ICP, cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) and PbtO₂ [bt subscript] in an ovine, large animal model, we noted that the sheep model of injury produces similar changes in these variables to clinical (human) TBI, and was therefore well suited to the development of ICP targeted pharmacotherapies. The targeted therapy we chose to investigate was the substance P, NK1 antagonists which have been previously shown in our laboratory to reduce blood brain barrier breakdown and oedema formation following rodent TBI. We characterized the effects of two different NK1 receptor antagonists on ICP, PbtO₂ [bt subscript] and CPP in an ovine model of TBI at both moderate and severe injury levels, and compared the effects to those to that of the clinically used osmotic agents, mannitol and hypertonic saline. We noted that in contrast to the osmotic agents, the NK1 antagonists consistently reduced ICP and improved PbtO₂ [bt subscript] irrespective of the severity of injury. As a further comparison, we examined the effects of the putative neuroprotective compounds magnesium and progesterone on ICP and PbtO₂ [bt subscript] following ovine, moderate TBI, and noted that both agents were ineffective. This finding highlighted the importance of using large animal models of TBI to investigate novel interventional pharmacologies. Le travail de thèse effectué porte sur la caractérisation électrique et la modélisation du gaz d’électrons à deux dimensions (2D) dans les dispositifs MOS-HEMT à base de l’hétérojonction AlGaN/AlN/GaN. Ces dispositifs ont un fort potentiel pour les applications d'électronique de puissance. Ce travail de recherche se place en soutien aux efforts de recherche pour l’élaboration des épitaxies GaN sur Si et pour les filières technologiques HEMT sur GaN. Il s'agit de comprendre précisément le fonctionnement du gaz d'électrons 2D et ses propriétés de transport électronique. Une nouvelle méthodologie a été développée pour identifier le dopage résiduel de la couche GaN, lequel est un paramètre important des substrats GaN et était par ailleurs difficile à évaluer. Un deuxième axe de recherche a consisté à proposer des techniques de mesure fiables ainsi qu’une modélisation des propriétés de transport du gaz d'électrons 2D. Dans ce cadre, des mesures split-CV et effet Hall ont été réalisées en fournissant pour chacune d’elles un protocole expérimental adéquat, avec un montage innovant pour les mesures effet Hall. Ce travail expérimental a été enrichi par une modélisation des propriétés du transport du 2DEG basée sur le formalisme de Kubo-Greenwood. Enfin, dans un dernier axe de recherche, un aspect plus général visant la compréhension en profondeur de l’électrostatique de l’empilement de la grille de nos GaN-MOS-HEMT a été proposé. Il est basé sur la caractérisation électrique C-V, la modélisation et l’extraction des paramètres. Le modèle développé a permis de souligner l'impact des charges surfaciques de polarisation et des défauts sur la tension de seuil des MOS-HEMT. Ce modèle a également permis d’estimer une valeur de la déformation dans les couches GaN épitaxiées sur un substrat Silicium.

This thesis aims at studying the electrical characterization and modelling of two-dimensional (2D) electron gas in MOS-HEMT devices based on the hetero-junction AlGaN/AlN/GaN. These devices are very promising candidates for power electronics applications. This research work provides the production team with detailed data on phenomena affecting GaN material. The goal is to understand precisely how 2D electron gas works and evaluate its electronic transport properties. A new methodology has been developed to identify residual doping of the GaN layer. This method was developed in order to answer a real need to know this doping to determine the quality of the epitaxial GaN layer. The second research priority was to provide reliable measurement techniques and modelling of the transport properties of 2D electron gas. Within this framework, the split-CV and Hall effect measurements were carried out by providing for each of them a suitable experimental protocol, with an innovative set-up for Hall effect measurements. In addition, this experimental work was supported by modelling the transport properties of 2DEG based on Kubo-Greenwood's formalism. ▼ Ce mémoire examine l'entretien d'un culte de la Seconde Guerre mondiale en Russie comme lieu de soutien au gouvernement de Vladimir Poutine. Son analyse s'appuie sur le traitement de la guerre dans un manuel scolaire de la onzième année en Russie qui fait partie de l'« ensemble Filippov », un guide pour enseignants et un manuel pour étudiants commandités par le Kremlin. À partir du prisme de trois ensembles historiographiques, l'un sur le poutinisme, l'autre sur l'enseignement et le dernier sur la mythologie, cette recherche se questionne d'abord sur la façon dont se cultive une mythologie de la guerre dans le discours officiel russe. Puis, elle s'interroge sur l'intérêt du régime à la promouvoir. Une des hypothèses indique que le culte de la Deuxième Guerre mondiale, développé pendant celle-ci, n'a jamais vraiment été invalidé et qu'il ne fait que se perpétuer. Une autre soutient que le président russe se sert du récit de la guerre pour promouvoir l'idée d'un chef fort à la tête d'un État fort, pour décourager la dissidence ainsi que pour forger des citoyens dociles qui s'inscrivent dans un idéal d'État de tradition, nationalisme et religion. Toutefois, le récit de la guerre permet cela à condition que celle-ci conserve son aspect héroïque issu de la mythologie soviétique. Les nanostructures de semiconducteurs II-VI ont de nombreuses applications en microélectronique, optoélectronique et photonique. Notamment, les boites quantiques II-V peuvent servir de source de photons uniques. Dans cette étude, nous nous sommes intéressés à la caractérisation chimique et structurale des nanostructures de semiconducteurs II-VI (boites quantiques (BQs) auto-organisées, nanofils II-VI et III-V …) par sonde atomique tomographique (SAT). Dans un premier temps, nous avons optimisé les conditions d’analyse des semiconducteurs III-V et II-VI par SAT. Ensuite, nous avons étudié les compositions chimiques des interfaces II-VI/III-V en montrant la formation d’un composé Ga2.7Se3 à l’interface ZnSe/GaAs et un mélange de cations (Ga, Zn) à l’interface ZnTe/InAs. Les mesures de compositions chimiques et des tailles des boites quantiques en trois dimensions par SAT ont permis de faire une corrélation avec les mesures optiques. Nous nous sommes aussi intéressés à l’étude des mécanismes de croissance des nanofils GaAs et ZnTe ainsi que des BQs (CdTe) insérés dans des nanofils ZnTe en analysant la composition chimique des catalyseurs, les BQs dans les nanofils aussi que la base des nanofils. Ces mesures montrent que les boites quantiques sont formées d’un fort mélange CdxZn1-xTe. Un scénario basé sur la diffusion de surface a été proposé pour expliquer la croissance ainsi que le mélange entre Zn/Cd pour les BQs insérées dans les nanofils.

Nanostructures of II-VI nanostructure have many applications in microelectronics, optoelectronics and photonics. For example, II -V quantum dots have shown the ability to be a source of single photons. In this work, we performed in the chemical and structural characterization of nanostructures of II-VI semiconductors (self- organized quantum dots (QDs), nanowires II-VI and III- V ...) by atom probe tomography (APT). Firstly, the analysis conditions of III-V and II- VI semiconductors by APT were optimized. Then, we studied the chemical composition of II-VI/III-V interfaces and showed the formation of a Ga2.7Se3 compound at the ZnSe/GaAs interface and the (Ga, Zn) cations mixing at the ZnTe/InAs interface. The measurements of the chemical composition and the sizes of quantum dots in three dimensions by APT allowed making a correlation with optical measurements. We studied also growth mechanisms of GaAs, ZnTe nanowire and the CdTe QDs inserted in ZnTe nanowires by analyzing the chemical composition of the catalysts QDs and nanowires basis. These measurements show that the quantum dots are formed of a strong mixing of CdxZn1-xTe. A scenario based on surface diffusion has been proposed to explain the growth and the mixing between Zn/Cd for the QDs.

Il s'agit ici d'analyser les relations entre l'Angleterre d' Henri VIII et l'Espagne de Charles Quint de 1526 à 1540. Cettepériode correspond aux dernières années du « valimiento » du cardinal Wolsey, et à la durée de celui de Thomas Cromwell. L'année 1526 constitue un réel tournant dans les relations des deux monarques. Cette époque est marquée par le divorce du souverain insulaire avec Catherine d'Aragon, la tante de l'empereur, par la ruine totale du royaume de Hongrie suite à la défaite du roi Louis II face aux Turcs, et à la menace que cela implique pour les territoires de Charles Quint. Au cours de cette période, nombreux sont les royaumes européens qui décident de briser leur allégeance au pape (Suède, Angleterre et Danemark). La situation des royaumes scandinaves intéresse Henri VIII qui cherche à s’en emparer au détriment des intérêts de l’empereur et de sa famille. Il semble intéressant d'étudier les influences et l'impact de la mise en place de l'Ecclesia anglicana, instaurée par le roi, Thomas Cromwell et par Thomas Cranmer sur les relations avec l'Espagne (diplomatie, religion et commerce). Cette étude donne lieu à une analyse approfondie des manoeuvres politiques de la part du roi d'Angleterre avec les royaumes de France, Suède, Danemark, Hongrie et Pologne pour contourner la domination de Charles Quint sur la scène européenne. L'Angleterre maintiendra certains contacts avec les réformateurs suisses et la Ligue de Smalkalde pour tenter de s'émanciper du pouvoir impérial et de l'influence du Saint-Siège. Dans un premier temps, Henri VIII cherchera à aligner ses intérêts sur ceux de la France, pour mieux contrer les manoeuvres de déstabilisation politique et d’intimidation de Charles Quint, un monarque très pragmatique. Pričujoče magistrsko delo že v naslovu opozarja na eksistencialni in identitetni problem romanesknega subjekta v izbranih Žabotovih romanih Pastorala, Stari pil, Volčje noči in Sukub. Vsi, razen zadnjega, ki je Žabotov t. i. »urbani« prvenec, so postavljeni v morbidno močvirsko okolje, prostor brezmejne ravnice, ki s svojimi mitološkimi in polpoganskimi spremljevalci že ob prvem stiku svoje popotnike in večne iskalce napolni s patološkim hrepenenjem po Bližnjem in absolutni resnici. Blodnjava motnja postaja protagonistov bivanjski označevalec, ki ga vodi skozi temne, plesnive in vlažne hodnike zamejenih prostorov kolektivnega, s težkim zrakom prepojene beznice, skozi brezbožne ustanove božjega, vse do podstrešij stolpnic, kjer bi bilo mogoče najti še kako varno zatočišče pred »zadušljivimi« načeli kolektivnega. Paranoja postaja vzvod subjektovega večnega bega pred zasledovalnim principom fatalno erotičnega in kolektivnega, pri čemer oba pridobivata destruktivne razsežnosti. Rešitev eksistenčnega položaja in razkrajajoče se identitete je za protagonista možna le s pobegi v trans-resnico ali z nadevanjem »mask« po dolžnosti. Hrepenenje po idealni ljubezni do Bližnjega se z vsakim nadaljnjim korakom izkaže kot prazen up. Junakovi napori po rešitvi se kljub zasledovalnim in omejevalnim principom v celoti nikoli ne končajo. V eksistenčnih prehodih se protagonist psihično in fizično znajde »na meji« in šele na zadnji bivanjski postaji jo za hip prestopi. Tu ugleda pravega Bližnjega in spozna absolutno Resnico. Pot Žabotovega romanesknega subjekta se nikoli ne konča. Na svoji zadnji postaji se vselej vrne na začetek.

Les langages dédiés de modélisation (DSMLs) sont de plus en plus utilisés dans les phases amont du développement des systèmes complexes, en particulier pour les systèmes critiques embarqués. L’objectif est de pouvoir raisonner très tôt dans le développement sur ces modèles et, notamment, de conduire des activités de vérification et validation (V and V). Une technique très utilisée est la vérification des modèles comportementaux par exploration exhaustive (model-checking) en utilisant une sémantique de traduction pour construire un modèle formel à partir des modèles métiers pour réutiliser les outils performants disponibles pour les modèles formels. Définir cette sémantique de traduction, exprimer les propriétés formelles à vérifier et analyser les résultats nécessite une expertise dans les méthodes formelles qui freine leur adoption et peut rebuter les concepteurs. Il est donc nécessaire de construire pour chaque DSML, une chaîne d’outils qui masque les aspects formels aux utilisateurs. L’objectif de cette thèse est de faciliter le développement de telles chaînes de vérification. Notre contribution inclut 1) l’expression des propriétés comportementales au niveau métier en s’appuyant sur TOCL (Temporal Object Constraint Language), une extension temporelle du langage OCL; 2) la transformation automatique de ces propriétés en propriétés formelles en réutilisant les éléments clés de la sémantique de traduction; 3) la remontée des résultats de vérification grâce à une transformation d’ordre supérieur et un langage de description de correspondance entre le domaine métier et le domaine formel et 4) le processus associé de mise en oeuvre. Notre approche a été validée par l’expérimentation sur un sous-ensemble du langage de modélisation de processus de développement SPEM, et sur le langage de commande d’automates programmables Ladder Diagram, ainsi que par l’intégration d’un langage formel intermédiaire (FIACRE) dans la chaîne outillée de vérification. Ce dernier point permet de réduire l’écart sémantique entre les DSMLs et les domaines formels.

Domain specific Modeling Languages (DSMLs) are increasingly used at the early phases in the development of complex systems, in particular, for safety critical systems. The goal is to be able to reason early in the development on these models and, in particular, to fulfill verification and validation activities (V and V). A widely used technique is the exhaustive behavioral model verification using model-checking by providing a translational semantics to build a formal model from DSML conforming models in order to reuse powerful tools available for this formal domain. Defining a translational semantics, expressing formal properties to be assessed and analysing such verification results require such an expertise in formal methods that it restricts their adoption and may discourage the designers. Le but de ce travail est de fournir des informations qui peuvent aider à clarifier le mécanisme par lequel se produit la précipitation d’asphaltènes afin d'optimiser les modèles qui prédisent ce phénomène. Premièrement, la composition chimique des fractions aromatiques et saturées est analysée au regard à la stabilité des asphaltènes dans le brut. Plus précisément, la composition SARA de différents bruts vénézuéliens est corrélée au seuil de floculation des asphaltènes. Nos résultats mettent en évidence que les saturées, semblables aux résines, ont un effet significatif sur la stabilité des asphaltènes dans le brut. Deuxièmement, la teneur en Ni et V dans les asphaltènes et leurs sous fractions A1 et A2 a été déterminé par spectroscopie d'émission atomique avec plasma inductif. Les données expérimentales établissent que A1 a une concentration en V et en Ni supérieure à celle de A2, quelque soit la stabilité des bruts. Nous interprétons ces données comme l’illustration d’interactions fortes, telles que des liaisons covalentes entre pétroporphyrines et les molécules d’asphaltènes. Finalement, un dispositif haut pression est utilisé pour détecter visuellement la pression seuil de floculation d'un système modèle correspondant à une solution d’asphaltènes dans un mélange toluène/heptane/CO2. Les résultats confirment, pour ces systèmes gazés, que les augmentations de pression conduisent à une augmentation de la solubilité des asphaltènes et que pour la température il y a deux régimes opposés. Le premier correspond à une diminution de la stabilité du fluide avec l’augmentation de la température et le second, passé une valeur seuil proche de 80°C, conduit au phénomène inverse.

The purpose of this work is to provide information that can help in clarifying the mechanism by which asphaltene precipitation occurs in order to optimize the models that predict the phenomenon. The study is divided into three chapters. In the first one, the constituents of aromatic and saturate fractions of some Venezuelan crude oils were associated with the asphaltenes stability. SARA composition was correlated with asphaltene flocculation onsets and the results showed that saturates, similar to resins, have a significant effect on the flocculation process of the asphaltenes. In the second chapter, the concentration of Ni and V was determined in asphaltenes and their fractions A1 and A2. The samples were analyzed using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry and elemental combustion analysis. Results show that A1 presents higher Ni and V concentrations than A2, in both stable and unstable crude oils. These results can be explained by strong interactions, such as covalent bonds between the petroporphyrins and the asphaltene molecules. In the final section, the asphaltenes phase envelopes were obteined for a system consisting of asphaltene in a mixture toluene/heptane/CO2. ▼ A pasteurização é um reconhecido processo térmico, capaz de garantir a qualidade e segurança microbiológica dos alimentos. No entanto, pode resultar em perdas nutricionais, principalmente a degradação de compostos termossensíveis. O aquecimento ôhmico (OH) foi classificado como uma alternativa potencial à pasteurização, já que pode reduzir contagens microbianas em alimentos, minimizando as alterações nutricionais e organolépticas. Um dos objetivos do presente trabalho foi analisar os efeitos térmicos e não-térmicos da tecnologia OH através de um estudo de cinética de inativação microbiana de Staphylococcus aureus e Escherichia coli em fórmula láctea infantil. A fórmula láctea infantil foi contaminada artificialmente com aproximadamente 108 UFC/ml de S. aureus ou 108 UFC/ml de E. coli. O tratamento térmico foi realizado em diferentes temperaturas (57,5, 60, 65 e 62,5 °C), utilizando o OH e o aquecimento convencional (CV). A cinética de inativação foi avaliada através de um modelo matemático desenvolvido por Geeraerd et al. (2000), o qual permitiu a definição da tolerância térmica de S. aureus e E. coli através dos valores Kmax e D. A comparação dos tratamentos de OH e CV demonstrou que foram observadas diferenças significativas (p < 0,05) para os valores D e Kmax na inativação de S. aureus em todas as temperaturas avaliadas. Ainda, foi observada uma maior eficiência do OH em relação ao tratamento CV, quando comparados os valores de D e Kmax. Esses resultados indicam que, além dos efeitos térmicos, efeitos não-térmicos contribuíram para a inativação microbiana. Em relação à E. coli, foi encontrada diferença significativa nos valores de D e Kmax apenas para a temperatura de 57,5 °C – sendo o aquecimento OH o tratamento mais eficaz, com menor valor D. Em temperaturas superiores, não foi possível observar os efeitos não-térmicos, provavelmente porque os efeitos térmicos foram muito pronunciados, impedindo a mensuração dos efeitos da eletricidade. Além disso, o menor valor D obtido, para ambas as espécies bacterianas, foi na temperatura de 65° C no tratamento por OH, demonstrando inativações bacterianas mais rápidas, o que sugere menores perdas nutricionais e mudanças organolépticas. Dessa forma, o tratamento com OH a 65° C foi identificado como a melhor condição para a pasteurização da fórmula láctea. A segunda etapa desse trabalho teve como objetivo analisar os efeitos dos tratamentos OH e CV na estabilidade da vitamina C, lipídeos totais e proteínas totais em fórmula láctea infantil, quando submetida a diferentes temperaturas (57,5, 60, 62,5 e 65 °C). Foram conduzidos ensaios cinéticos para a avaliação da estabilidade da vitamina C. Os resultados indicaram mecanismos semelhantes de degradação da vitamina C em fórmulas submetidas a ambos os tratamentos (p > 0,05). O teor de proteínas e lipídeos não foram afetados após os tratamentos por OH e CV, em todas as temperaturas avaliadas. Plusieurs noyaux légers, tels que le ¹⁸O, possèdent une structure « cœur + α » . À ce jour, le ²¹²Po est le seul noyau lourd où ce phénomène a été mis en évidence. Dans cette thèse, nous avons combiné la mesure de l’énergie d’excitation des niveaux peuplés par réaction de transfert depuis un noyau de ¹²C vers un noyau de ²⁰⁸Pb, et la mesure des désexcitations γ de ces niveaux.Une première expérience a été menée en cinématique inverse à l’aide du multi-détecteur germanium AGATA et d’un silicium épais. Une seconde expérience, en cinématique directe, a eu lieu auprès du tandem de Tokai avec un télescope de détecteurs silicium, et des cristaux HPGe et LaBr₃. Nous décrivons le fonctionnement des détecteurs, le traitement des données jusqu’à la reconstruction cinématique des événements, et les simulations ayant permis de bâtir le dispositif expérimental et de valider le traitement des données.Nous avons étudié les réactions de transferts 1p, 2p, 2p 1n et α, produisant les noyaux ²⁰⁹Bi, ²¹⁰Po, ²¹¹Po et²¹²Po à des énergies autour de la barrière Coulombienne. La comparaison des différentes voies de transfert nous a permis de démontrer clairement que les quatre nucléons conduisant au ²¹²Po étaient transférés simultanément. En comparant les énergies d’excitations calculées par un modèle semi-classique, nous avons également démontré que les états du ²¹²Po ayant une forte composante cluster « cœur +α » semblent être principalement situés à haute énergie d’excitation (E ∗ ≥ 3 MeV). Sept nouveaux états du ²¹²Po pour lesquels nous avons proposé des spins et des parités ont été découverts. Nous avons également mesuré les sections efficaces vers certains niveaux connus, et comparé ces résultats avec des calculs en voies couplées, ce qui a permis de confirmer la forte composante cluster « cœur +α » des niveaux 4⁻₃ et 7⁺₂ , et une faible composante cluster « cœur +α » dans les niveaux 2⁺₁ et 2⁺₂.Cinq nouveaux états du ²¹⁰Po ont été mis en évidence. Le modèle en couches a permis d’attribuer fermement leurs spins et parités, et d’identifier leurs configurations.

Several light nuclei, as ¹⁸O, display a ”core+ α” structure. ²¹²Po is the only heavy one where this phenomenon has been highlighted. In this thesis, we combined the measurement of the excitation energy of levels populated via transfer reaction from a ¹² C nucleus on a ²⁰⁸Pb nucleus, and the measurement of the γ decaying of these levels. A first experiment has been performed in inverse kinematic, using the AGATA Germanium array and a thick silicon detector. A second experiment, in direct kinematic has been done at Tokai’s Tandem using a telescope of silicon detectors, 4 HPGe and 4 LaBr₃ crystals. We describe the principle of these detectors, the datareduction up to the kinematical reconstruction, and the simulations used to build the experimental set-up and to validate the data analysis. ▼ Doktorska disertacija z dvodelno strukturo (teoretični in empirični del) obravnava participacijo učencev pri pouku in na šoli. V teoretičnem delu je predstavljen pojem participacija in argumenti za/proti participaciji učencev. Sledi primerjava avstrijskih in slovenskih šolskih sistemov in s participacijo povezane zakonodaje obeh držav. Opredeljeni so dejavniki, ki vplivajo na možnosti participacije učencev na ravni šole. Ta del se nadaljuje s predstavitvijo participacije učencev pri pouku in opisom dejavnikov, ki vplivajo na možnosti njenega uresničevanja. Nato so z vidika participacije učencev predstavljene strategije odprtega pouka, učni načrti izbranih predmetov, dosedanja znanstvena spoznanja o uresničevanju participacije v vzgojno-izobraževalnem procesu in pogojih za njeno uresničevanje v praksi. Pričujoča spoznanja predstavljajo temeljno podstat empirične raziskave, predstavljene v drugem delu doktorske disertacije, katere temeljni namen je osvetliti, kako učenci zaznavajo možnosti participacije in kakšna je njena vloga z vidika razredne (delovne) klime, motivacije učencev in njihovega znanja, izraženega z modalno oceno. Raziskava je razdeljena na dva dela. V prvem delu je sodelovalo 322 učencev, ki obiskujejo šole v Avstriji, in 458 učencev, ki obiskujejo šole v Sloveniji. Prav tako so sodelovali učitelji: 102 iz Avstrije in 131 iz Slovenije. Ugotavljamo, da participacija učencev v praksi še vedno ni zaživela. Učenci, ki obiskujejo šole v Avstriji, zaznavajo več možnosti soodločanja kot njihovi vrstniki pri nas. Pri večini učencev je prisotna želja po soodločanju. Ugotovili smo statistično značilen pozitiven vpliv odprtega pouka na participacijo učencev. Tako zaznavajo učenci, ki svoj pouk vidijo kot odprt, več možnosti soodločanja. Naši rezultati kažejo statistično značilno razliko v stališčih učiteljev do participacije učencev, ki izkazuje večjo naklonjenost participaciji učencev s strani učiteljev, ki poučujejo v Avstriji. Nadalje smo ugotovili obstoj pozitivne in statistično značilne korelacije med stališči učiteljev do participacije učencev ter njihovim lastnimi možnostmi soodločanja, zadovoljstvom z delovnim mestom, s poklicem in šolsko klimo. Učitelji s pozitivnejšimi stališči do participacije učencev zaznavajo več lastnih možnosti soodločanja, so zadovoljnejši s svojim poklicem, delovnim mestom in šolsko klimo. V drugem delu raziskave smo s pomočjo opazovanja pouka s protokolom Flandersove analize razredne interakcije ugotovili, da glede na stopnjo govorne participacije ni statistično značilne razlike v klimi (P = 0,499) in motivaciji (P = 0,840). Povprečja so pokazala, da je razredna (delovna) klima ugodnejša v razredih z nižjo stopnjo govorne participacije, najnižja v razredih z višjo. Iz povprečij pri motivaciji učencev ugotavljamo, da se ta s stopnjo govorne participacije sistematično dvigujejo. Rezultati kažejo, da je razlika v znanju učencev, izraženem z modalno oceno, glede na stopnjo govorne participacije statistično značilna (P = 0,000). L'auteur entreprend dans ce mémoire de proposer une interprétation formaliste de la signification et du statut logique de la critique que mène Quine, dans son article Two Dogmas of Empiricism de 1951, à l'encontre de la distinction classique en philosophie entre les énoncés analytiques et synthétiques. Contre l'interprétation standard qui persiste à concevoir cette critique comme un rejet catégorique de la distinction, l'auteur reconstruit la théorie de la signification quinienne afin de relever la distinction renouvelée qu'introduit Quine entre "analytique" et "synthétique" dans son dernier ouvrage, From Stimulus to Science. Par une étude comparative de la conception de Quine et de celles de Churchland et Searle sont spécifiés le sens et le statut que l'on doit assigner à sa notion de "signification". Réinterprétée à la lumière de ces considérations, la critique quinienne se révèle être une remise en question de niveau métaépistémologique de la pratique philosophique de l'empirisme logique.

In this dissertation, the author proposes a formalist interpretation of the meaning and logical status of the critique that Quine put forward against the classical philosophic distinction between analytic and synthetic statements in his 1951 article Two Dogmas of Empiricism. Against the standard interpretation that prevails in the literature, according to which this critique is categorical and without appeal, the author undertakes to rationally reconstruct Quine's theory of meaning in order to reveal the renewed distinction between "analytic" and "synthetic" as it was introduced in his last book, From Stimulus to Science (1995). The meaning and logical status that ought to be assigned to his notion of "meaning" are specified by means of a comparative study between Quine's own conception and that of Churchland and Searle. Reinterpreted in the light of these considerations, the Quinian critique proves to be a metaepistemological reassessment of the logical empiricism's philosophical practice.

▼ En nous fondant sur un corpus de six romans, dont deux de Abdelkébir Khatibi (La mémoire tatouée, 1971, et Amour bilingue, 1983), deux de Patrick Chamoiseau (Écrire en pays dominé, 1997, et Un dimanche au cachot, 2007), et deux de V.Y. Mudimbe (Entre les eaux, 1973, et L'écart, 1979), notre recherche doctorale voudrait interroger la densité et la diversité des textes romanesques de ces écrivains polymorphes au point de contenir en eux tous les genres. Le roman, chez Khatibi, Chamoiseau et Mudimbe, se veut essai, tout comme les essais peuvent aménager en leur sein de la fiction. Dans les séquences ou segments essayistiques, les personnages s'analysent, évaluent les discours, les idées émises dans et sur les romans qu'ils sont en train d'écrire. Khatibi thématise le langage, l'écriture, le personnage écrivain qui médite, pense, rêve et doute en intellectuel, en philosophe, en artiste, en amoureux. Le roman invite à interroger le fréquent vertige qui saisit les personnages, la dérive de la diégèse vers des séquences métatextuelles qui brisent la linéarité du récit, et contribuent à « multiplier la conscience » dans une tentative de déchiffrement des signes. Sous le couvert des jeux de langage, Chamoiseau revisite les préoccupations obsédantes des écrivains antillais : l'histoire, la mémoire, l'oubli, la quête de soi, et l'exploration des possibilités d'écriture. Par le métatexte qu'il dissémine dans les romans, il traduit sa maîtrise des règles du jeu et des enjeux. Jouant avec le thème et la position de dominé dans le champ, la scénographie de l'écrivain qui se fait "Marqueur de paroles" et "Guerrier de l'imaginaire" montre un écart entre énonciation et énoncé, Chamoiseau asseyant sa position de dominant au sein de l'institution et s'affiliant à toutes les grandes célébrités de la littérature mondiale, dont Aimé Césaire, Saint-John Perse, Edouard Glissant, William Faulkner. Chez Mudimbe, le métatexte transforme le roman en objet de discussion sur l'altérité, les paradoxes des sciences humaines en Afrique, la libération de l'Afrique, le tiraillement identitaire du sujet, les stéréotypes du regard occidental de l'Afrique. L'essai dans le roman génère une duplicité énonciative, à la fois quête d'un miroir et histoire de la quête se réfléchissant. Advisors/Committee Members: Bisanswa, Justin Kalulu.
