Urbanistickým konceptem bylo vytvořit propojení příjemným způsobem s městem na východ od zadaného pozemku. Městské lázně jsem pojala jako opravdové lázně s lázeňskými procedurami – rašelinovými (slatinnými) koupelemi a zábaly; dále vodoléčbou; ale zároveň i jako místo pro rekreaci a relax. Tvar objektu hmotově naznačuje zkosené písmeno U; kde vnitřní prostor je veřejně přístupný. Recepcí je možné vejít do areálu lázní; nebo projít do veřejného prostoru náměstí s jednotlivými obchody v přízemí na jedné straně budovy a na druhé s prosklenou fasádou areálu lázní. Náměstí je klidné a nabízí možný průchod skrz celé území Starého Brna příjemným prostředím. Budova je dispozičně rozdělena na dvě části. Jedna je pronajímatelná pro obchody a služby. Tato funkce sahá přes dvě patra. Ve třetím patře jsou pronajímatelné plochy lékařských ordinací; rehabilitace a zázemí pro cvičení skupin; služby s funkcí zdraví a péče o tělo a mysl. Druhá část objektu je tvořena areálem lázní. Jediným vchodem z recepce; která obě části rozděluje; jsou vstupy do šaten; které tvoří filtr; jak pro kontrolu; tak i pro čistotu. Z šaten se dostaneme do otevřeného půdorysu s jednotlivými funkcemi (vodoléčba; slatinné koupele; sauna; pára a další); který sahá do stejné výšky jako dvě patra obchodů. Jsou zde totiž umístěny solné zdi a lehátka; která dohromady se solnými zdmi vytváří příjemná zákoutí k odpočinku. Prostor tak tvoří obří „solnou jeskyni“ pro kvalitní a příjemný vzduch. Ve druhém; technicky třetím podlaží areálu lázní najdeme whirlpooly; bazény; jak vnitřní; tak i venkovní bazén s terasou; masérny; pronajímatelnou saunu a páru; whirlpooly specifických funkcí; opět odpočívárny tvořené zákoutími lehátek a příčkami ze soli. V tomto podlaží je možné také vnitřní bazén se zázemím šaten plně uzavřít k soukromým akcím. Ve dvou podzemních podlažích se nachází parkování o celkové kapacitě 172 stání. Hlavní povrch tvoří černý a krémově bílý mramor. Na vnějších zdech je mramor leštěný; na vnitřních zdech v areálu lázní je matný. Tento luxusní materiál je doplněn krémovou keramickou velkoformátovou dlažbou v interiéru; velikými prosklenými plochami a příčkami z lámané soli; které dotváří specifickou atmosféru. Technologické rozvody pod stropy jsou zakryty sádrokartonovými podhledy s výjimkou parkovacích podlaží; kde jsou instalace vedeny volně pod stropem. Nosná obvodová stěna je navržena z vápenopískových bloků; systém jinak monolitický železobetonový skelet. Stejně tak vnitřní příčky jsou tvořeny vápenopískovými bloky s mramorovým obkladem. Okenní otvory jsou osazeny do hliníkových rámu Schueco v tmavé antracitové barvě. Hlavní schodiště v lázních je železobetonové.; Territory is located in the District of Pisárky. The second part of the object is made up of Club Spa. The only entrance on reception; which separates the two parts are inputs into changing rooms that make up the filter; both the control and purity. From changing rooms is an open floor plan with the individual features (hydrotherapy; peat bath; sauna; steam room and more); which goes back to the same height as the two floors of shops. There are indeed placed salt walls and sunbeds; which together with the salt walls creates a pleasant place to relax. Space is a giant "salty cave" for high quality and pleasant air. In the second; third floor; the baths of sophisticated features whirlpooly; swimming pools; both indoor and outdoor pool with terrace; masseurs; leaseable sauna and steam; whirlpooly-specific features; again rest rooms consisting of frills bunks and bars of salt. In this deck is also an indoor pool with changing rooms fully close the private actions. In two ground floors; parking on the total capacity of 172. The main surface is black and cream-white marble. On the external walls; marble polished; internal walls in a matte. This luxury material is accompanied by a large format perfect ceramics tile in the Interior; large glass surfaces and the bars of the smattering salt which musicians. Technological divorce under the ceilings are covered with pasterboard ceilings except parking deck; where installation is kept loose under the ceiling. A perimeter wall is designed from gange-sand blocks; otherwise a monolithic system consist of skeleton. As well as internal splitter are gange-sand blocks with marble coating. The window openings are fitted with aluminium frame Schueco in a dark metallic colour. The main staircase at the steel cocrete.

▼ The application and use of robots in various areas of human life have been growing since the advent of robotics, and as a result, an increasing number of collaboration tasks are taking place. During a collaboration, humans and robots typically interact through a physical medium and it is likely that as more interactions occur, the possibility for humans to experience pain will increase. It is therefore of primary importance that robots should be capable of understanding the human concept of pain and to react to that understanding. However, studies reveal that the concept of human pain is strongly related to the complex structure of the human nervous system and the concept of Mind which includes concepts of Self-Awareness and Consciousness. Thus, developing an appropriate concept of pain for robots must incorporate the concepts of Self-Awareness and Consciousness. Our approach is firstly to acquire an appropriate concept of self-awareness as the basis for a robot framework. Secondly, it is to develop an internal capability for a framework for the internal state of the mechanism by inferring information captured through internal and external perceptions. Thirdly, to conceptualise an artificially created pain classification in the form of synthetic pain which mimics the human concept of pain. Fourthly, to demonstrate the implementation of synthetic pain activation on top of the robot framework, using a reasoning approach in relation to past, current and future predicted conditions. Lastly, our aim is to develop and demonstrate an empathy function as a counter action to the kinds of synthetic pain being generated. The framework allows robots to develop "self-consciousness" by focusing attention on two primary levels of self, namely subjective and objective. Once implemented, we report the results and provide insights from novel experiments designed to measure whether a robot is capable of shifting its "self-consciousness" using information obtained from exteroceptive and proprioceptive sensory perceptions. We consider whether the framework can support reasoning skills that allow the robot to predict and generate an accurate "pain" acknowledgement, and at the same time, develop appropriate counter responses. Our experiments are designed to evaluate synthetic pain classification, and the results show that the robot is aware of its internal state through the ability to predict its joint motion and produce appropriate artificial pain generation. The robot is also capable of alerting humans when a task will generate artificial pain, and if this fails, the robot can take considerable preventive actions through joint stiffness adjustment. In addition, an experiment scenario also includes the projection of another robot as an object of observation into an observer robot. The main condition to be met for this scenario is that the two robots must share a similar shoulder structure. The results suggest that the observer robot is capable of reacting to any detected synthetic pain occurring in the other robot, which is captured…

▼ Both in the course of doing research and writing this thesis I have benefitted from the support and This study explores the main features of guidance and counseling services in selected secondary schools of Addis Ababa and the views of stakeholders about their effectiveness and usefulness under five research questions. The research sought to evaluate the ways in which the problems faced by the youth and the concern with the normal conduct of the learning and teaching problems determined the features of ongoing school guidance and counseling services and the considerations on the basis of which stakeholders value them as effective and useful. Empirical data consisted of both quantitative and qualitative information. The quantitative data was solicited through questionnaires that surveyed a total of 234 respondents (166 students, 8 counselors, 42 teachers, 13 administrators, and 5 parents). The qualitative data was collected through interviews with selected representatives from each of the groups who participated. Existing literature was reviewed to provide context in which current practices in secondary schools of Addis Ababa should be understood and their effectiveness evaluated. For quantitative data, for percentages and frequencies were calculated. The study revealed that school guidance and counseling in secondary schools of Addis Ababa is organized and delivered in order to meet some of the immediate and pressing needs of students (including destitution, violence, irregular attendance, HIV/AIDS, and substance abuse) and deal with problems that are believed to negatively affect the teaching and learning process, not as a package of programs put together to enhance the intellectual and personal development of the student. Judgment about effectiveness and usefulness of the services varied from school to school and also depending on the demographic characteristics of the respondents. However, on most of the criteria used to measure effectiveness and usefulness, the majority of respondents viewed the services as effective and useful. The responses were also consistent regarding the factors that negatively affected the effectiveness of the services. Based on the findings, recommendations are made about how school guidance and counseling in the city's secondary schools might be improved in the short term, and changed in the long term. It is suggested that interventions to improve the current system should focus on awareness creation, better coordination, and collaboration between counselors and their colleagues, and move away from violence as a means of enforcing discipline. Change in the long term should involve a rethinking of school guidance and counseling in order to establish it in the school system on sound scientific and professional grounds. ▼ The Crown of the Continent Initiative (CCI) is a transboundary collaborative of conservation groups who work to further conservation goals throughout the Crown of the Continent Ecosystem, located in Northwestern Montana and southern British Columbia and Alberta. CCI and their member groups are interested in using geodiversity as a conservation measure in the Crown Ecosystem. First suggested in 1988 (Hunter et al.), geodiversity, or land facets, are typically a combination of abiotic features used as surrogates for the overlying biotic features. Conservation planning often employs an approach of coarse and fine filters, gap analysis, and systematic reserve design to identify where those features are lacking sufficient protection and, in order to fill those deficiencies (Hunter et. al 1988; Margules and Pressey 2000). Recently, there has been renewed interest in land facets for their utility in incorporating climate adaptation into reserve planning. The concept is that by protecting abiotic features that currently host biodiversity, those features will continue to do so into the future, even if the biota they host changes due to climate change (Anderson and Ferree 2010; Beier and Brost 2010). CCI is interested in the land facets currently protected, as well as the applicability of land facets as a conservation measure for planning of future protected areas in the Crown of the Continent. This report reviews the literature associated with systematic conservation planning, the incorporation of climate adaptation into conservation plans, and the use of land facets as a coarse-filter conservation measure. Data sources to apply this research in the Crown are identified and reviewed, and the methodology used to complete a land facet gap analysis in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) is described. Once gaps were identified, Marxan optimization software was used to identify reserve designs that efficiently meet the geodiversity conservation goals. That process is described and the results are summarized. Both the gap analysis and Marxan reserve solutions showed a need for increased protection along the Eastern Slopes and in the southwest Crown. In both the United States and Canada, these areas include a mixture of federally and privately owned land. Given that both analysis methods show broad areas that are not adequately protected, it is suggested that these results may be best used to augment other conservation measures, rather than as a stand-alone measure for setting conservation priorities. This conclusion is supported by current practice of conservationists implementing land facets in their work (Lawler et al. 2015; Anderson et a. 2015).

Allison 2007a:343, 346). As a result, scholars have only a partial understanding of the bath's social role in the lives of the ancient Romans. Archaeological assemblages of objects which the Romans lost or left behind in the baths are an under-utilized resource for information on this social environment. To examine the social environment of the Roman baths, my dissertation collects published and unpublished artifact data from 27 public and military baths in Italy and the western Roman Provinces, including Britannia, Lusitania, Raetia, and Germania Superior. 13 baths, whose assemblages are definitively linked with use of the baths ("primary assemblages"), will serve as the basis for this study, while artifacts from the other 14 baths, whose contexts are less clear ("secondary assemblages"), will serve as a comparative sample. These small finds provide data on the social environment of the Roman baths, specifically the genders, ages, classes, and activities of bathers. To interpret these finds, I turned to Roman small finds scholarship (e.g. Eckardt and Crummy 2008; Allason-Jones 2011), which together with site publications and finds catalogues, provides a starting place for determining the primary function of various objects. Studies which link artifacts with genders, ages, and classes (Nevett 1999; Allison 2004a, 2006a; Allison et al. 2005) serve as a model for my methodology for associating objects with social groups, which incorporates data from ancient texts, burials, and art. Using three different data sets to attribute a gender, age, and class to these objects helps to ameliorate the shortcomings of each, and I interpret associations between social groups and artifacts across multiple datasets as an accurate reflection of the connections that the Romans themselves saw between different objects and people. Having associated artifacts with activities, genders, ages, and classes, I examined the primary assemblages from the main 13 baths to determine which activities took place and where, as well as the genders, ages and classes of the individuals using each bath. These artifacts, supported by the secondary assemblages, confirmed many current scholarly views on Roman baths, such as the prominence of social display and eating and drinking, and provided new information about activities, including cloth-working and medical procedures, and how these spaces were used, including room multifunctionality and the presence of women and children in military baths. ▼ A liderança efectiva é essencial para uma organização de sucesso (Valdiserri et al. 2010), na medida em que é em torno desta que se promovem sonhos, se constroem novas realidades e se realizam obras extraordinárias. Neste seguimento, a investigação que se apresenta tem como objecto de estudo 15 líderes portugueses de sucesso em diferentes sectores de actividade. Recorre-se a uma abordagem fenomenológica, de modo a enquadrar as percepções individuais das dimensões da liderança e relacioná-las com os padrões de vinculação desses líderes. Primeiramente, a investigação enceta um corpo teórico sobre as diferentes abordagens da liderança bem como aborda a Teoria da Vinculação, considerando-a numa perspectiva de desenvolvimento humano, esclarecendo portanto questões de natureza conceptual. Num segundo momento, é apresentado um estudo empírico, explicitando as diferentes fases de desenvolvimento do mesmo. Como instrumentos de recolha de dados, recorre-se à elaboração de uma entrevista semi-estruturada e à utilização de uma medida de auto-relato de avaliação da vinculação no adulto; ABSTRACT: The effective leadership is essential for a successful organization (Valdiserri et al. 2010), to the extent that, it is within leadership that dreams are promoted, new realities are constructed and extraordinary deeds are performed. Following this, the investigation presented herein aims the study of 15 successful Portuguese leaders in distinct activity sectors. It’s used a phenomenological approach in order to understand individual perceptions of the leadership’s dimensions and to relate them to the attachment patterns of these leaders. First, the research incorporates a theory about the different perspectives of leadership as well addresses the Attachment Theory, considering it in a perspective of human development, thus clarifying issues of conceptual nature. Secondly, an empirical study is presented, explaining the different stages of development of the process of leadership. As for data collection instruments, semi-structured interviews were performed, and self-report assessments of adult attachment were used. Tačiau, nuo 2007m. vidurio, prasidėjus pasaulio ekonomikos nuosmukiui, įsivyravo investuotojų baimės ir kurį laiką besitęsiantis sąstingis finansų rinkose. Jau 2007m. lyginant su ankstesniaisiais metais kardinaliai pasikeitė tiek pasaulio, tiek Lietuvos bendrosios makroekonominės tendencijos: buvo stebimi ekonomikos lėtėjimo požymiai, juntama infliacija ir didelis išorinių veiksnių poveikis. 2008m. finansų rinkose buvo stebimi dideli pokyčiai bei svyravimai, kurių nebuvo bene nuo pat trisdešimtųjų metų. 2008m. mums parodė, kad išsivysčiusias šalis, tokias kaip JAV, Didžioji Britanija ar kitas šalis Europoje, negalima laikyti visiškai saugiomis ir pasižyminčiomis mažesniais svyravimais nei kitos rinkos. Until the year 2007, the investment funds were rather popular among investors, and the investments by these funds in the developing markets were extremely popular, as performance results were positive with some minor corrections. However, since the middle of the year 2007, when the global economic decline started, the investors’ appetite for risk decreased and stagnation in the financial markets continuing for a certain period was observed. In 2007, compared with the previous year, the general macroeconomic trends in the world and Lithuania radically changed: the signals of economic slowdown, inflation and significant impact of the external factors were obvious. In 2008, large changes and fluctuations in the financial markets that were not observed since the thirties of last century were observed. The year 2008, revealed that developed economies, such as the USA, Great Britain or other European countries may not be deemed totally secure and typical of lower fluctuations compared to other markets. Obviously, it does not mean that problems, which occurred in the developed economies, will not affect developing countries. Le charme pittoresque de ce paysage caractérisé par l’alternance de côtes escarpées et de longues étendues de sable fin sous un couvert de pins maritimes invite à l’évasion et au dépaysement. D’abord réservées à l’exigence d’une clientèle aristocratique et bourgeoise, les stations deviennent au milieu du XXe siècle le rendez-vous d’un tourisme de masse et la silhouette de la côte est profondément modifiée. Ces villes de bord de mer sont le reflet des grandes mutations de la société et répondent à des contraintes fonctionnelles, morphologiques et idéologiques liées à leur implantation géographique et à leur époque. L’habitat balnéaire, représentatif des goûts de son propriétaire et de l’enthousiasme croissant des maîtres d’œuvre pour cette nouvelle architecture saisonnière, consacrée au repos et aux loisirs, est conditionné par la présence de la mer puis du soleil. Malgré la diffusion de modèles de construction dans les catalogues d’architecture, la liberté d’interprétation de ces programmes crée une importante diversité stylistique, spécifique à l’architecture balnéaire.

Between the time that it was first frequented by foreign visitors taking the waters for their health in 1820 and the building of Saint Nazaire’s bridge and the Blue Road in 1975, the landscape of the Jade Coast has undergone significant changes. On virgin coastline that had been left undeveloped at the end of the 18th century, this part of the Atlantic coast became a favourite destination for foreign bathers in the early years of the 19th century, attracted by the benefits of chalybeate spring waters and the chance to bathe in the sea. The picturesque charm of this varied landscape, with its steep coast mixed with long sandy beaches and pine trees, was an invitation to enjoy an escape and a change of scenery. Having been initially devoted to the demands of an aristocratic and middle class clientele, seaside resorts became, in the middle of the twentieth century, the meeting place for large numbers of tourists and consequently the form of the coastline has been modified substantially. These seaside resorts reflect the profound changes to our society, and as well as being constrained by function, morphology and ideology, they are responses to their geographical location and to their date. Šiame baigiamajame magistro darbe, analizuojant Lietuvos teisės aktus, mokslinę literatūrą bei Lietuvos ir ETT praktikoje suformuotas su darbo tema susijusias atitinkamų klausimų ir teisės aktų nuostatų aiškinimo ir taikymo taisykles, atskleidžiamas nesąžiningos konkurencijos sąvokos turinys ir įvardijami atskirų nesąžiningos konkurencijos atvejų kvalifikavimo ypatumai. Šio tyrimo tikslas – išanalizuoti nesąžiningos konkurencijos reglamentavimo Lietuvos konkurencijos teisėje ypatumus bei nustatyti taikymo praktikoje problemas – pasiektas įgyvendinus tokius uždavinius: pirmiausia, išanalizavus mokslinę literatūrą, Lietuvos teismų praktiką, Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktus, aptariančius nesąžiningos konkurencijos sampratą, atskleidžiant jos turinį; po to yra nustatoma nesąžiningos konkurencijos instituto Lietuvos teisės aktuose įtvirtinimo raida ir reikšmė, aptarti pagrindiniai unifikavimo su ES teise aspektai; ir galiausiai identifikuojami nesąžiningos konkurencijos atvejų kvalifikavimo ypatumai, įvertinamas nesąžiningą konkurenciją reglamentuojančių teisės normų veiksmingumas bei atskleidžiami teisinio reguliavimo netikslumai ir dėl to iškylančios problemos. In this master thesis the concept of unfair competition is revealed and qualification features of individual cases of unfair competition are presented by analyzing the Lithuanian legislation, scientific and legal literature as well as analysing Lithuanian and ECJ juridictions’ legal acts, legislation and legal practice. The objective of this master thesis - to analyze the regulation of unfair competition in Lithuanian’s competition law and to determine practical application problems- has been achieved through the following tasks. First, scientific literature, legal practice, legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania discussing the concept of unfair competition and its content are analyzed, then the development and the importance of unfair competence institute setting in Lithuanian legal acts is determined, the main aspects of unification with EU law are discussed, finally, classification features of cases of unfair competition are identified and the efficiency of unfair competition legislation is evaluated, also regulatory uncertainties and the problems it may cause are indicated. ▼ This thesis explores cultural differences on interactive design features used in websites of South Korea and the United Kingdom from the perspective of both: professional website designers and end-users. It also investigates how the use of interactive design features from different cultures change over time. Four interaction types on websites; User to Interface (U2I), User to Content (U2C), User to Provider (U2P), and User to User (U2U) interactivity, and three interaction types on blogs; Blogger to Interface (B2I), Blogger to Content (B2C) and Blogger to Blogger (B2B) interactivity have been identified. Four cultural dimensions were used for the theoretical base of this study based on which four hypotheses were proposed in relation to the interaction types identified above; (a) High versus Low Context cultures for U2I, (b) High versus Low Uncertainty Avoidance for U2C, (c) High versus Low Power Distance for U2P and (d) Individualism versus Collectivism for U2U interactivity, in order to discover the effects of national cultures on interactivity in websites. We derived our own interactivity dimensions and mapped them to the four interaction types for websites and three for blogs. Interactive design features were derived from interactivity dimensions and examined in our studies. The findings revealed that there have been some changes towards homogeneity in the use of interactive design features on charity websites between South Korea and United Kingdom although there is still evidence of some cultural differences. With regard to end-users’ perspective, the result show that the use of interactive design features of blogs may be influenced by culture but this is only within a certain context. The findings also provide a valuable indication that users interacting within the same blog service can be considered as being shared concerns rather than shared national location, thus create a particular type of community in which bloggers are affected by social influence so they adopt a shared set of value, preferences and style that would indicate almost a common social culture. As a result, the cultural differences derived from their country of origin do not have that much impact.

Civilinė atsakomybė yra vienas iš pagrindinių prievolių teisės institutų bei viena iš teisinės atsakomybės rūšių. Civilinės atsakomybės viena iš funkcijų yra kompensuoti, t.y. civilinės atsakomybės pagrindinė paskirtis apginti pažeistas asmens turtinio pobūdžio teises. Atsakyti pagal deliktinę prievolę gali tik asmenys, kurie sugeba valdyti savo veiksmus ir teisingai įvertinti jų galimas pasekmes. Nepilnamečiai pagal įstatymus praktiškai nėra subrendę, dar negali sąmoningai suprasti savo poelgių ir jų pasekmių bei dažniausiai negali atlyginti žalos dėl to, jog jie neturi turto ir pajamų. O jei nepilnametis nėra pats veiksnus atsakyti už padarytą žalą arba yra iš dalies veiksnus, bet neturi pajamų ir turto žalos atlyginimui, kas tuomet privalo atsakyti pagal įstatymus ir atlyginti jų padarytą žalą? Pagrindinis baigiamojo darbo tikslas - išskirti specifines nepilnamečių civilinės atsakomybės ypatybes bei aktualiausias problemas. Vis dažniau pasitaikantys žalos, padarytos nepilnamečių, atvejai įrodo, kad yra aktualu ne tik kalbėti ir akcentuoti, kad nepilnametis ir jo tėvai ar švietimo institucijos turi būti nubausti ir atsakyti už padarytą žalą, bet ir akcentuoti, kad nepilnamečių padaryta žala turi būti atlyginama, kad būtų užtikrinta pagrindinė civilinės atsakomybės paskirtis – kompensuoti ir apginti pažeistas kito asmens turtinio pobūdžio teises.

Civil liability is one of the main institutes of the obligation law and one of the liability law types. The main function of civil (tort) liability is to compensate, i.e. to protect personal offended property rights. Only individual, who is able to control it‘s own actions and correctly judge possible results, can be liable for tortious obligation. Minors are not mature enough according the law, they are not able to understand their actions and results consciously and generally are not able to compensate the damage they caused, because have no property and income for compensation. So if minor is not able to be liable for damage he caused or he is partly able, but have no income and property for compensation, then who must take responsibility and compensate caused damage according the law? The main task of the final work is to distinguish the features and problems of liability for damage caused by minors. More often minors make damage to others, so more important is to talk about this topic. Also it is important not only to emphasize that minors, their parents or education institutions must be punished and take responsibility for caused damage, but also emphasize, that damage caused by minors must be compensated in order to guarantee the main purpose of the tort liability – compensate and protect the property rights of injured person.

У раду се најпре даје преглед релевантних стручних и теоријских проучавања просте реченице. Консултоване су водеће граматике и одабрани лингвистички радови. Из те анализе издвојила су се структурна, функционална и поједина семантичка обележја основних синтаксичких појмова. Приказ њихових обележја послужио је као основа за анализу уџбеничких интерпретација садржаја из синтаксе и дечјих одговора на тесту знања, као и за избор методичких поступака који се у раду предлажу. Ови појмови се у методичким интерпретацијама намењеним млађем школском узрасту расветљавају са структурно-функционалног становишта, а само у појединим сегментима и са семантичког. Методичка литература већине методичара бави се само општим оквирима наставе граматике, у којима се не расветљавају специфичности наставе синтаксе. Нека од понуђених решења, која су отворена за даље моделовање, у раду се узимају у обзир, а ту се првенствено мисли на избор метода, структуру часа и предности ваљаног наставног планирања. Узели смо у обзир досадашње методичке студије у којима су разматрани поједини специфични проблеми наставе синтаксе. У пројекту истраживања полази се од тих проблема и предложених решења. Методичка интерпретација садржаја из синтаксе сагледава се најпре кроз анализу уџбеничке литературе намењене млађем школском узрасту. Проучавају се начини излагања градива, дефиниције појмова, избор примера, повезивање и развојност градива, начини илустровања синтаксичких садржаја, задавање радних налога у овој области. Кроз тест знања намењен ученицима другог, трећег и четвртог разреда, као и путем упитника за истраживање ставова и мишљења наставника разредне наставе и српског језика, испитује се одређен број проблема у настави синтаксе...

▼ Parkinson's disease is one of the most prevalent neurodegenerative conditions. Currently, there is no standard clinical tool available to diagnose PD. One of the research priorities is to come up with biomarkers which will improve the diagnostic process and can be used for the clinical test. At present, the only way to assess this disease is by visually observing the symptoms of the patient which is performed only by expert neurologists. As of now, there is no treatment to prevent the progression of PD. However, there is an elemental drug `Levodopa' (L-dopa) available to control the disease by increasing dopamine cells in the brain. It is important to detect PD and start treatment in the early stages as it helps to control the symptoms and significantly delays the development of motor complications. In this study fine motor symptoms handwriting has been studied. As a first objective I have conducted the experiments on the significant number of patients and age-matched control (112 Participants:56 PD and 56 controls), and thus completed the task of data collection. The system developed extracts the dynamic features of the handwriting/drawing, reports the possible strength of dynamic features providing a basis for automated analysis. The advantage of this approach is that patients are not required to follow complex commands, and the analysis can be fully automized. I anticipate that following appropriate clinical tests already planned, the system will be able to detect early disease symptoms remotely outside hospitals or clinics. It could also be used for self-evaluation by patients with neuromuscular and motor neuron disorders. This device can be used without compromising on the comfort level of Patients who may still prefer writing with an ink pen on plain paper. This study proposes a new feature `Composite Index of Speed and Pen-pressure' (CISP) to distinguish between different stages of Parkinson's disease. The experiment also demonstrated a method which can be used with guided spiral drawing to improve classification results to predict Parkinson's disease. Further, I recommend using a panel of writing tasks which might prove to be an effective biomarker for cell loss in the substantia nigra and the associated dopamine deficiency. Thus, models developed can be used in designing an automated application for predicting and monitoring Parkinson's disease

▼ A concrete damage plasticity model for non-linear FE analysis is calibrated in order to simulate the static and dynamic response of monumental structures built with pozzolanic concrete (opus caementicium) in Imperial Rome and adobe masonry in Peru. In the case of the opus caementicium, the inelastic portion of this quasi-brittle material is represented in tension by a bilinear softening law. The tensile strength σt, the fracture energy Gf, and the tensile damage factor dt numerically determined from a series of experimental arc-shaped three-point bending tests on recreated Roman pozzolanic mortar samples are used. The inelastic compressive behavior is characterized by a hardening/softening response curve derived from experimental tests on actual opus caementicium available in the literature. These damage plasticity parameters are used in Abaqus to analyze the structural response of the Frigidarium of the Baths of Diocletian under gravitational loads, lateral accelerations and dynamic base motion ground acceleration loading conditions. The results give insights on the structural role of monolithic columns and flanking shear walls in supporting the concrete vault. For the adobe masonry, the inelastic portion of this quasi-brittle material is represented in tension by an exponential softening curve while in compression a parabolic representation is assumed. This research uses in-situ operational modal analysis (OMA) tests to calibrate numerical finite element models developed in Abaqus CAE by comparing the numerical and experimental frequencies and mode shapes of the bell tower of the church St. Peter the Apostle in Andahuaylillas, Peru. The study of this structure evaluates the overall response of the church due to lateral accelerations and dynamic base motion ground acceleration loading conditions. The results give insights into the behavior and vulnerability of certain structural aspects of the church. This body of work demonstrates the applicability of a concrete damage plasticity model for the non-linear finite element evaluation of quasi-brittle masonry materials in Abaqus CAE. Ce projet de thèse est centré sur l’étude des thermes implantés dans le quartier périurbain d’Ostie, et alignés le long de la façade maritime. Cette vocation thermale s’amplifie au cours de la période tardive quand sont construits des petits balnea le long de la route côtière.Les thermes de la Porta Marina et les thermes Maritimes, après leur découverte à la fin du XVIIIe et au milieu du XIXe s., ont été fouillés entre 1960 et 1970. Il n’existe pas d’études complètes sur ces monuments pour la majorité inédits.La recherche sur le terrain a été articulée en 4 phases : relevé, stratigraphie du bâti et analyse technique ; mise en relation des bâtiments du point de vue diachronique et synchronique ; étude de leur insertion dans l’environnement côtier ; comparaison avec des contextes similaires. Ce projet présente un caractère innovant en ce qui concerne les méthodes d’analyse : prospections géophysiques, photogrammétrie par drone, photos thermiques, grâce à la mise en place d’un projet pluridisciplinaire avec le CNRS. Un travail de recherche a été effectué sur la documentation des archives d’Ostie, des Archives Nationales et de l’Aérophotothèque. Une enquête a aussi été menée sur des inscriptions d’Ostie, conservées aux Musées du Vatican et du Capitole, et sur les manuscrits de la fin du XVIIIe.L’objectif principal était d’évaluer, sur la longue durée, l’évolution du paysage balnéaire côtier d’Ostie en prenant en considération principalement l’analyse architecturale, fonctionnelle et urbanistique, ainsi que celle du décor. Le projet interroge le statut juridique de ces établissements, leur propriété, commanditaires, sources de financements et usagers.

The coastal area of the city of Ostia is characterized by a concentration of bath facilities built between the end of the 1st c. AD and the Late Antiquity period. The aim of this work is on the two main baths complexes discovered in the late 18 and mid 19 centuries, and extensively excavated in the first half of the 1970s: the Porta Marina Baths and the Terme Marittime. Their results were left unpublished, except for few specific studies on mosaic floors, architectonical elements and statuary.On these premises, the field research was organized in four steps: surveying, stratigraphic and technical studies; diachronic/synchronic analysis; interaction between maritime and coastal environments; and parallels with comparable contexts. Furthermore, new technologies have been involved for 3D surveying (UAV-photogrammetry, thermography, geophysical survey) thanks to the multidisciplinary project set up between CCJ, MAP and CEREGE, which turned into an innovative work in terms of methods of analysis.Concurrently, the investigation was extended on written sources based on the documentation of Ostia archives, Archivio Centrale di Stato, and Aerofototeca Nazionale.
