Subjects/Keywords: Území se nachází v brněnské čtvrti Pisárky. Na širší území jsem v prvním semestru zpracovala studii; která je částečně součástí výkresové dokumentace. Urbanistickým konceptem bylo vytvořit propojení příjemným způsobem s městem na východ od zadaného pozemku. Městské lázně jsem pojala jako opravdové lázně s lázeňskými procedurami – rašelinovými (slatinnými) koupelemi a zábaly; dále vodoléčbou; ale zároveň i jako místo pro rekreaci a relax. Tvar objektu hmotově naznačuje zkosené písmeno U; kde vnitřní prostor je veřejně přístupný. Recepcí je možné vejít do areálu lázní; nebo projít do veřejného prostoru náměstí s jednotlivými obchody v přízemí na jedné straně budovy a na druhé s prosklenou fasádou areálu lázní. Náměstí je klidné a nabízí možný průchod skrz celé území Starého Brna příjemným prostředím. Budova je dispozičně rozdělena na dvě části. Jedna je pronajímatelná pro obchody a služby. Tato funkce sahá přes dvě patra. Ve třetím patře jsou pronajímatelné plochy lékařských ordinací; rehabilitace a zázemí pro cvičení skupin; služby s funkcí zdraví a péče o tělo a mysl. Druhá část objektu je tvořena areálem lázní. Jediným vchodem z recepce; která obě části rozděluje; jsou vstupy do šaten; které tvoří filtr; jak pro kontrolu; tak i pro čistotu. Z šaten se dostaneme do otevřeného půdorysu s jednotlivými funkcemi (vodoléčba; slatinné koupele; sauna; pára a další); který sahá do stejné výšky jako dvě patra obchodů. Jsou zde totiž umístěny solné zdi a lehátka; která dohromady se solnými zdmi vytváří příjemná zákoutí k odpočinku. Prostor tak tvoří obří „solnou jeskyni“ pro kvalitní a příjemný vzduch. Ve druhém; technicky třetím podlaží areálu lázní najdeme whirlpooly; bazény; jak vnitřní; tak i venkovní bazén s terasou; masérny; pronajímatelnou saunu a páru; whirlpooly specifických funkcí; opět odpočívárny tvořené zákoutími lehátek a příčkami ze soli. V tomto podlaží je možné také vnitřní bazén se zázemím šaten plně uzavřít k soukromým akcím. Ve dvou podzemních podlažích se nachází parkování o celkové kapacitě 172 stání. Hlavní povrch tvoří černý a krémově bílý mramor. Na vnějších zdech je mramor leštěný; na vnitřních zdech v areálu lázní je matný. Tento luxusní materiál je doplněn krémovou keramickou velkoformátovou dlažbou v interiéru; velikými prosklenými plochami a příčkami z lámané soli; které dotváří specifickou atmosféru. Technologické rozvody pod stropy jsou zakryty sádrokartonovými podhledy s výjimkou parkovacích podlaží; kde jsou instalace vedeny volně pod stropem. Nosná obvodová stěna je navržena z vápenopískových bloků; systém jinak monolitický železobetonový skelet. Stejně tak vnitřní příčky jsou tvořeny vápenopískovými bloky s mramorovým obkladem. Okenní otvory jsou osazeny do hliníkových rámu Schueco v tmavé antracitové barvě. Hlavní schodiště v lázních je železobetonové.; Territory is located in the District of Pisárky. From changing rooms is an open floor plan with the individual features (hydrotherapy; peat bath; sauna; steam room and more); which goes back to the same height as the two floors of shops. There are indeed placed salt walls and sunbeds; which together with the salt walls creates a pleasant place to relax. Space is a giant "salty cave" for high quality and pleasant air. In the second; third floor; the baths of sophisticated features whirlpooly; swimming pools; both indoor and outdoor pool with terrace; masseurs; leaseable sauna and steam; whirlpooly-specific features; again rest rooms consisting of frills bunks and bars of salt. In this deck is also an indoor pool with changing rooms fully close the private actions. In two ground floors; parking on the total capacity of 172. The main surface is black and cream-white marble. On the external walls; marble polished; internal walls in a matte. This luxury material is accompanied by a large format perfect ceramics tile in the Interior; large glass surfaces and the bars of the smattering salt which musicians. Technological divorce under the ceilings are covered with pasterboard ceilings except parking deck; where installation is kept loose under the ceiling. A perimeter wall is designed from gange-sand blocks; otherwise a monolithic system consist of skeleton. As well as internal splitter are gange-sand blocks with marble coating. The window openings are fitted with aluminium frame Schueco in a dark metallic colour. The main staircase at the steel cocrete.
