A SRE Diamantina fornece direcionamento aos gestores escolares e atende aos ?rg?os superiores, aos quais est? subordinada para o
bem-estar educacional. A pesquisa delimitou o estudo na atua??o dos gestores respons?veis pelo ambiente interno com sua cultura e clima organizacional, bem como rela??es sociais de trabalho. O desafio da pesquisa foi encontrar respostas para as maiores dificuldades enfrentadas pelos gestores nas rela??es interpessoais, os fatores do ambiente interno que causam insatisfa??o nos servidores e como resolver o problema de clima organizacional. Para responder a esses questionamentos, definiu-se como objetivo geral identificar, por meio de uma pesquisa de opini?o p?blica, a percep??o dos servidores da SRE Diamantina no que diz respeito a influ?ncia dos gestores em sua satisfa??o no trabalho, utilizando, para isso, as ferramentas e t?cnicas do GUIA PMBOK? para mapear o ambiente interno. Na sequ?ncia, foi necess?rio mapear, por meio da pesquisa de opini?o p?blica, o ambiente interno da SRE Diamantina adotando como crit?rio as 10 ?reas do conhecimento em gerenciamento de projetos do Guia
PMBOK?, de forma a descrever os fatores de satisfa??o e de insatisfa??o diagnosticados no mapeamento e analisados por meio da t?cnica estat?stica multivariada, bem como identificando similaridades para sugerir a implanta??o de um projeto de forma??o continuada para os gestores, tamb?m utilizando as ferramentas e t?cnicas do Guia PMBOK?, nas tr?s ?reas do conhecimento identificadas como as mais deficit?rias no mapeamento. A pesquisa tem natureza aplicada e car?ter descritivo, m?todo de abordagem qualitativa, para tanto utilizou como procedimento o levantamento do tipo Survey, e o question?rio online foi respondido por 34 servidores. A tem??tica dos relacionamentos amorosos ?? um t??pico de grande relev??ncia para o campo da psicologia social e para o p??blico leigo. A produ????o de conhecimentos em relacionamentos amorosos tem uma tradi????o em avaliar poss??veis fatores que influenciam na satisfa????o que um indiv??duo sente em seu relacionamento. Dentre os fatores de
influ??ncia, encontram-se os estudos sobre ideologias rom??nticas e suas descri????es e prescri????es de como homens e mulheres devem se comportar nos relacionamentos, bem como o que devem esperar de seus parceiros. Partindo-se disto, este estudo buscou avaliar como a discrep??ncia entre o parceiro real e ideal, o amor, e os sexismos benevolente e hostil influenciam na satisfa????o nos relacionamentos amorosos de indiv??duos heterossexuais. A pesquisa avaliou 192 participantes, sendo 155 mulheres e 37 homens atualmente num relacionamento amoroso por pelo menos um ano. Foram aplicados quatro invent??rios para avaliar os n??veis de discrep??ncia entre parceiro real e ideal, o n??vel de amor (i.e., intimidade, paix??o e compromisso), sexismo e satisfa????o. Os participantes responderam a estes invent??rios pela internet, bem como a um termo de consentimento livre e esclarecido e um question??rio sociodemogr??fico. A partir da an??lise de dados, foi encontrado efeito significativo dos
impactos da discrep??ncia e do amor na satisfa????o dos relacionamentos amorosos, mas n??o dos sexismos num primeiro momento. Um modelo geral da satisfa????o foi criado, calculando o impacto relativo de todas as vari??veis, e o sexismo hostil emergiu como uma vari??vel relevante reduzindo a satisfa????o em relacionamentos rom??nticos. Stress arising from the hospitalization of a child in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) can influence the behavior of the parents, producing emotional problems, long-term health changes and consequences in the development of the baby. The satisfaction analysis evaluates the functional quality of the health service, considering the individual preferences and expectations of parents regarding the care offered to them and their children. This
work seeks to integrate parents' satisfaction with NICU and the levels of stress they present. This is a quantitative, transversal and correlational research. The participants were 32 parents who had their children hospitalized in a NICU at an institution in the city of Campinas-SP. Two instruments were used: the PSS: NICU (Parental Stressor Scale: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) and EMPATHIC-N. Regarding stress, it was possible to conclude that: the parents present low stress in the subscales "Sounds and images" and "Appearance and behavior of the baby" and presented moderate stress in the subscale "Change in the role of father / mother". The level of stress of the parents who participated in this research in the total number of experiences was considered moderate. There was a statistically significant correlation when comparing the participants' ages with the general and stress levels, therefore, the higher the participant's age, the higher the stress levels. Parents' satisfaction
was high in all areas. The highest average was in the "Parental Involvement" domain, and the slightly lower averages are in the "Information" and "Overall Experience" domains. Satisfaction with the medical staff was 8.97, and the nursing team was 8.91, both on a scale of 1 to 10. It was observed that the longer the participant's age, the lower the satisfaction in the professional attitude "and that the higher the gestational age, the lower the satisfaction in the "Information" domain and the lower the general satisfaction of the parents. In correlations between stress and satisfaction scores, it could be observed that the higher the parents' satisfaction with the nursing team, the lower the level of occurrence and the general level of stress in the subscale "Sounds and images" and that, when higher the satisfaction of the parents with the team, lower the general level of stress in the subscale "Sounds and images"

To evaluate the satisfaction of the elderly with a network referenced in the home care, is a success factor in the provision of health services, the investigation of satisfaction levels, allows to apprehend the view of the elderly and their families about the services that are being provided by the network referenced after hospital discharge at his residence. So that this service can be offered Law 13.003 of 2014, which reinforces the obligation of the existence of contracts signed between the operators of plans and hospitals, clinics, autonomous health
professionals, diagnostic imaging services and laboratories that make up their referenced network for document and formalize the relationship between these parties. In addition to the object and nature of the contract, there must be the quality of the service provided to the beneficiary in its adequate treatment, either in hospital admission or after discharge to residence with the intuition of promoting satisfaction (ANS). Home care requires the commitment of all professionals during the execution of the daily tasks, achieving this commitment is one of the main challenges of the managers who provide the service for the Elderly Care Program (PAI). Given this context, the general objective of the research, of a descriptive and quantitative nature, is to analyze the satisfaction and quality perceived by the beneficiaries of health care providers. The chosen method was the instrument validated by the SERVQUAL scale. The data were collected from a questionnaire sent by Google Forms to
the relative of the elderly, its interpretation was through the analysis instrument contained in the questionnaires and the secondary documents surveyed. The study contributed to the evaluation requirements of the providers of the dehospitalization services, allowing the dehospitalization service managers to identify the critical factors in the provision of home services and propose effective improvement and innovation of the practice of care to be administered to the elderly.

Service-dominant logic is a new marketing approach. Its premises and axioms involve the relationship between customer and service provider. From this interaction occurs the Value Cocreation (VCC) process. To evaluate VCC the DART Model was used. In VCC the customer starts to take an active participation in the Service production. So, customers are considered business resource. However, the VCC and customer behavior is still unknown. To verify the relationship between VCC and behavioral consequences, three studies were carried out involving customers of banking,
mobile phone, and higher education. The choice of these services lies in the fact that they are considered mass services, with similarities and differences between them. From the survey as a research method, the orientation was of positivist nature with modeling of structural equations. Data were collected by an online platform and resulted in 322 customers of banking services, 311 customers of mobile phone services and 379 customers of higher education, all in the Brazilian context. The data were initially treated and analyzed using the SPSS 22 statistical package. Besides the checks involving descriptive statistics, the Mahalanobis Distance Test, Harman???s Single Factor, and Normality Test were performed. Next, the Structural Equation Modeling was performed using the SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The analyzes have allowed evaluating the relationships between VCC (DART model), Trust (Affective and Cognitive) and Satisfaction. The VCC process occurred in all services analyzed, and it
showed a positive and significant relationship with Satisfaction and Trust. In addition, the predictive role of Satisfaction and Trust in the formation of Loyalty was evaluated. It was possible to confirm the positive and statistically significant relationship between Satisfaction and Loyalty. Cognitive Trust as a predictor of Loyalty has proved significant in banking and mobile phone services. Affective Trust had a predictive role of Loyalty in educational services. In general, it was possible to verify similarities and differences among the customers of the chosen services. It was also possible to demonstrate the importance of VCC and the active participation of the customer in the process, which influences the entire strategic and market aspect of the companies that provide services.

Researches indicate that subjective well-being (SWB) brings benefits to health, longevity, citizenship, resilience, social relationships, and job performance. The present study analyzed two components of SWB: the hedonic component: the cognitive component ? Life Satisfaction (LS) - and the eudaimonic component: basic psychological needs (BPN) of autonomy, relationship and competence - according to the Self Determination Theory. The
research problem here refers to how LS is affected by satisfaction and psychological needs satisfaction in life domains. Thus, this study aimed to analyze satisfaction with seven life domains (Home and Family, Community and Volunteering, Personal Care, School or University, Spirituality and Religion, Leisure and Work) and the basic psychological needs satisfaction (BPNS) in these domains. To accomplish this proposal a survey was conducted with a sample of 205 women physicians, M = 43,9 (SD = 10,1) years old, most of whom were married (64.5%) and had children (56%). The data collection was conducted through an online platform applying the following instruments: a) Sociodemographic characterization; b) Protocol of LS and life domains satisfaction, which evaluates LS, satisfaction with life domains, time and importance assigned to each life domain; and, finally, c) Balanced Measure of Psychological Needs Scale, which was adapted for this study, with items measuring the three
psychological needs: Autonomy (? = 0,95), Competence (? = 0,95) and Relationship (? = 0,92). Descriptive statistical analysis showed a high LS - M = 5,4 (SD = 1,3), and greater satisfaction with Home and Family - M = 5,5 9 (SD = 1,9) and Work - M = 4,9 (SD = 1,4), which were also the most important domains for this sample. The dimensions of domain satisfaction which best explained LS were Home and Family (? = 0.622), Leisure (? = 0.595) and Work (? = 0.506). Regarding the satisfaction of the psychological needs, the three of them obtained similar scores: relatedness M = 3.8 (SD = 0.7), competence M = 3.7 (SD = 0.7) and autonomy M = 3.7 (SD = 0.8). The bivariate correlation between LS and the averages of the BPN of autonomy (? = 0.315), relationship (? = 0.286) and competence (? = 0.321) were similar. O objetivo geral desta disserta????o foi o de investigar as rela????es entre a intelig??ncia emocional, a congru??ncia pessoa-ambiente e a satisfa????o intr??nseca no trabalho. A congru??ncia a partir do modelo RIASEC (Realista, Investigativo, Art??stico, Social, Empreendedor, Convencional) desenvolvido por Holland, representa o grau de ajuste entre os interesses profissionais e as percep????es dos
trabalhadores acerca das demandas do ambiente ocupacional. A intelig??ncia emocional de acordo com o modelo desenvolvido por Mayer e Salovey representa a habilidade de reconhecer, compreender, facilitar e regular as emo????es em situa????es pessoais e interpessoais em prol do bem-estar. A satisfa????o intr??nseca no trabalho resulta das condi????es do trabalho, do ajuste do trabalhador ?? atividade e das caracter??sticas pessoais dos trabalhadores e est?? associada a respostas emocionais positivas ao desempenho das atividades profissionais. Estudos emp??ricos apontam a necessidade de testar vari??veis moderadoras nas rela????es entre a intelig??ncia emocional e a satisfa????o intr??nseca no trabalho. Para atender ao objetivo geral foram desenvolvidos dois estudos. O primeiro teve o objetivo de aperfei??oar o Invent??rio de Classifica????o Ocupacional (ICO), uma medida de mensura????o dos ambientes ocupacionais que permite mensurar tamb??m a congru??ncia pessoa-ambiente baseada no
modelo RIASEC, at?? ent??o a ??nica medida dispon??vel para a realiza????o de estudos em territ??rio nacional. O segundo estudo testou dois modelos: o de predi????o da intelig??ncia emocional sobre a satisfa????o intr??nseca no trabalho e o de modera????o da congru??ncia pessoa-ambiente nas rela????es entre intelig??ncia emocional e satisfa????o intr??nseca no trabalho. Participaram dos dois estudos 486 trabalhadores divididos entre estagi??rios e profissionais formados (graduados e p??s-graduados) com no m??nimo seis meses de trabalho na mesma ??rea profissional, sendo 237 homens e 249 mulheres, com idades entre 18 e 68 anos. Os participantes responderam ?? ICO-R (vers??o revisada), ?? Escala Interesses Vocacionais (EIV), a Escala de Satisfa????o Intr??nseca, e ao Perfil de Compet??ncias Emocionais (PEC). Programa Mais M?dicos para o Brasil (PMMB) foi implementado pelo Governo Federal no Brasil, nas regi?es do Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri a partir de 2013. O processo de satisfa??o dos profissionais m?dicos na presta??o de servi?o ? influenciado por diversos fatores. O conhecimento desses fatores merece destaque, pois relaciona com o melhor desempenho profissional, com a perman?ncia desses profissionais nas Unidades B?sicas de Sa?de, e direcionamento dos processos que devem ser melhorados nas Estrat?gias de Sa?de da Fam?lia e no pr?prio Programa Mais M?dicos para o Brasil. O objetivo da presente pesquisa foi avaliar a satisfa??o dos m?dicos do Programa Mais M?dicos para o Brasil nos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri. Trata-se de um estudo baseado na investiga??o do tipo explorat?rio, descritivo, de abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa de opini?o, com a utiliza??o de question?rio semiestruturado sobre as representa??es sociais nos discursos de m?dicos participantes do programa. O
estudo utiliza dados secund?rios gerados da disserta??o de mestrado defendida em 2017 no Programa de P?s-Gradua??o Profissional Interdisciplinar Sa?de, Sociedade e Ambiente da Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri. No que se refere ao perfil sociodemogr?fico dos m?dicos atuantes no PMMB nas regi?es dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Vale do Mucuri, foram verificados um predom?nio de profissionais do g?nero feminino (69%), em sua maioria casados (46,6%), que possuem 1 a 3 filhos (72,2%), atuantes na zona rural (73,3%), que cursaram medicina em institui??es p?blicas (93,3%), de nacionalidade cubana (85,5%), que se formaram de 5 a 24 anos ( 70%) e que possuem especializa??o como n?vel de forma??o (91,1%). Introduction: Measures of quality assessment in Pediatric Intensive Care Units (PICUs) are generally related to clinical parameters. However, parental satisfaction is also considered an important indicator.
Satisfaction surveys are already carried out frequently, but the questionnaires are not evaluated in relation to validity and reliability. In the Netherlands, the Empowerment of Parents in the Intensive Care 30 (EMPATHIC-30) questionnaire was developed to assess parental satisfaction in UTIO. In Brazil, validated questionnaires were not found for this purpose, so our aim is to translate, culturally adapt and validate the content of EMPATHIC-30 to evaluate parents' satisfaction in Brazilian PICUs. Methods: : the translation and cultural adaptation was carried out according to the protocol of the translation and cultural adaptation group of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomic Research - ISPOR 2005. The content validation was carried out by a committee of experts. After that, the mean and standard deviation (SD) for all items were calculated, and the content validity coefficient (CVC) for each item and for the instrument as a whole. Conclusion: EMPATHIC-30 was translated and
adapted culturally to the Brazilian population. Validation demonstrated a total above-average CVC, confirming the validity of the instrument content.

Contudo, a satisfa??o dos pais tamb?m ? considerada um indicador importante. The work is part of the personal and social identity of the individual, affecting his psychological state and his interaction with people, determining relationships and ties at different emotional levels. Concepts usually associated with the studies in the subject are commitment, stress, and life satisfaction. Organizational commitment is the psychological link between the individual and the
organization, composed of three dimensions: affective, calculative and normative. The affective dimension is characterized by psychological attachment and the existence of positive affects. The calculative dimension is associated with the idea of financial and occupational reward. In the normative dimension, occurs the moral bond of the individual with the organization. Stress is perceived individually and stressful factores can be of various natures, such as physical, related to the environment, or psychosocial. Satisfaction with life is the result of judging various domains of life, such as health, work, and social relationships. This study identified, described and analyzed the relationships between Compromising, Stress and Life Satisfaction in health professionals. The participants were 120 health professionals who provide assistance to pediatric post-surgical patients. The instruments were: Sociodemographic Data Sheet, Commitment Scales (ECOA, ECOC and ECON), Perceived Stress
Scale (PSS) and Life Satisfaction Scale (SWLS). Data were collected in three sectors of a University Hospital, and analyzed by SPSS software. The average age of participants was 36.6 years old, with 90.8% of female gender, most of whom are married and have worked in the institution for more than 4 years. The participants presented: (a) a high level of general organizational commitment, (b) a high level of affective commitment, (c) a median level of normative commitment, (d) a low level of calculative commitment, (e) a low level of perceived stress, and (f) high satisfaction with life. The impairment presented positive correlation with life satisfaction, negative with perceived stress, and there was a negative correlation between satisfaction with life and perceived stress. A concess??o de rodovias foi a solu????o encontrada pelo Governo Federal para a crise de investimento em infraestrutura rodovi??ria no Brasil, agravada pela elevada participa????o do modal rodovi??rio no total de cargas e passageiros transportados no Brasil, que n??o encontra precedente em nenhum
pa??s de porte semelhante. No entanto, o modelo de concess??o adotado pelo Governo Federal n??o ?? est??tico, tendo sofrido diversas modifica????es ao longo do tempo. As altera????es regulat??rias foram implantadas pela ag??ncia reguladora buscando equacionar situa????es que foram encontradas desde as primeiras concess??es realizadas. E como os usu??rios destas rodovias federais concedidas foram afetados por estas modifica????es regulat??rias? Existe uma rela????o entre as vari??veis regulat??rias e o n??vel de satisfa????o dos usu??rios com a rodovia? Como outras pessoas envolvidas nas concess??es, seja trabalhando nas concession??rias ou na ag??ncia reguladora, enxergam estas modifica????es? Esta disserta????o analisa as caracter??sticas regulat??rias das concess??es rodovi??rias federais, identificando as vari??veis regulat??rias mais relevantes e suas varia????es ocorridas ao longo do tempo e analisando se existe alguma rela????o entre estas vari??veis e o n??vel de satisfa????o

Job dissatisfaction is a complex phenomenon and depends on internal and external influences to the work environment. It is closely related to the physical and mental health of the worker. However, the association between job dissatisfaction and mental illness has been little explored in the literature. The present study aimed to analyze the job
dissatisfaction, referred to by the health care workers of basic care and medium complexity, considering their determinants and effects on mental health (occurrence of common mental disorders - CMD), with specific objectives: describe job dissatisfaction according to sociodemographic aspects and general characteristics of work; to estimate levels of dissatisfaction; to estimate the frequency of CMD; to investigate the association between occupational stress and job dissatisfaction; investigating the association between job dissatisfaction and CMD; considering gender differentials in the estimated associations. A cross-sectional study was conducted in five counties, in Bahia, with 3084 health workers from the medium complexity and primary care services between 2011 and 2012. The results of this dissertation are presented in the format of three scientific articles. In the first article, the job dissatisfaction was evaluated considering the sociodemographic characteristics and general
information about the work, the analysis was stratified by gender. It was verified that aspects related to the sexual division of work were positively associated with the levels of job dissatisfaction. In the second article, was evaluated the association of psychosocial aspects of work and job dissatisfaction, based on the combination of occupational stress models (Effort-Reward Imbalance - ERI (mensured by Effort-Reward Imbalance Scale) and Demand-Control Model ?DCM (measured by Job Content Questionnaire - JCQ). The combination of the models proved to be advantageous in investigating the outcome. The third article, analyzed the relationship between job dissatisfaction, referred to by health care workers of basic care and medium complexity, and the occurrence of CMD, using modeling of structural equations. The Military Academy of the Black Agulhas (AMAN) is a military establishment of higher education where the military chief's career begins, has as its purpose the formation of the subordinate officer and the master not perfected for the period of 4 years. AMAN students, called cadets, hold a public competition with ample competition for admission and every year they are tested to the utmost in intellectual, emotional and social aspects. This paper aims to contribute to the research on satisfaction with life, satisfaction with
work and Engajamentos in the cadets of the Brazilian Army, since few scientific studies have been done on this subject and on this public. To this end, the Scale of Life Satisfaction, Satisfaction with Work and Engajamento for Students will be used, answered voluntarily by the cadets of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th years, in the year 2015. From the results obtained, There will be a reflective cut in aspects related to the specific goals of each year, such as the choice of Weapon and the choice of Unit that will serve as Officer after graduating. The present work is divided in articles, in which are found the theoretical bases on each proposed theme, as well as the statistical analyzes of each Scale used.
A Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN) ? um estabelecimento militar de ensino superior onde seinicia a carreira do chefe militar, tem por finalidade a forma??o do oficial subalterno e do capit?o n?o-aperfei?oado pelo per?odo de 4 anos. Os alunos da AMAN, denominados cadetes,
realizam concurso p?blico com ampla concorr?ncia para o ingresso e durante todos os anos s?o testados ao m?ximo nos aspectos intelectuais, emocionais e sociais. O presente trabalho visa contribuir com as pesquisas sobre satisfa??o com a vida, satisfa??o com o trabalho e engajamentos nos cadetes do Ex?rcito Brasileiro, visto que s?o poucos os estudos cient?ficos desenvolvidos sobre este tema e sobre este p?blico. Para tal, ser?o utilizados as Escalas de Satisfa??o com a Vida, de Satisfa??o com o Trabalho e de Engajamento para Estudantes, respondidas voluntariamente pelos cadetes do 2?, 3? e 4? anos, no ano de 2015. A partir dos resultados obtidos far-se-? um recorte reflexivo sobre aspectos relacionados com as metas espec?ficas de cada ano, como a escolha da Arma e a escolha de Unidade que servir? como Oficial ap?s formado. O presente trabalho ? dividido em artigos, nos quais se encontram as bases te?ricas sobre cada tema proposto, como ainda as an?lises psicom?tricas de cada Escala
utilizada.

Esta pesquisa investigou rela????es entre congru??ncia pessoa-ambiente, satisfa????o no trabalho e prefer??ncia por estilos de lideran??a. A congru??ncia refere-se ao grau de similaridade entre caracter??sticas pessoais e ambientais. A tipologia desenvolvida por Holland (1997) favorece a avalia????o da congru??ncia pois oferece uma descri????o an??loga entre tipos de
interesses e de ambientes ocupacionais, caracterizando-os em seis tipos: realista (R), investigativo (I), art??stico (A), social (S), empreendedor (E) e convencional (C). O modelo RIASEC assume que pessoas buscam ocupa????es congruentes com seus interesses e que a congru??ncia est?? relacionada ?? satisfa????o no trabalho. Estudos de revis??o da literatura t??m encontrado rela????es inconsistentes e sugerido a constru????o de medidas psicom??tricas para avalia????o de ambientes ocupacionais e a investiga????o de vari??veis moderadoras da rela????o congru??ncia-satisfa????o. Considerou-se tamb??m a necessidade de compreender processos de gest??o de pessoas que podem estar relacionados ?? congru??ncia e satisfa????o, atrav??s da investiga????o das prefer??ncias dos estilos de lideran??a de trabalhadores congruentes. Desse modo, o presente trabalho foi organizado em tr??s artigos. O primeiro teve por objetivo construir e validar o Invent??rio de Classifica????o Ocupacional (ICO), para
avalia????o dos tipos de ambientes RIASEC. O segundo explorou a influ??ncia das vari??veis moderadoras sali??ncia de carreira, tipos de interesse e diferencia????o de interesses na rela????o congru??ncia-satisfa????o. O terceiro analisou prefer??ncias por estilos de lideran??a entre trabalhadores congruentes. Participaram desta pesquisa um total de 993 trabalhadores (368 homens e 625 mulheres), com idades entre 18 e 76 anos, e com, no m??nimo, seis meses de trabalho na mesma atividade profissional. Os participantes responderam ao ICO e a medidas de interesses ocupacionais, satisfa????o intr??nseca com o trabalho, sali??ncia de carreira e prefer??ncias por estilos de lideran??a. As an??lises fatoriais explorat??rias e confirmat??ria indicaram que o ICO apresentou uma estrutura de seis fatores, de acordo com expectativa te??rica e as escalas RIASEC apresentaram ??ndices de consist??ncia interna satisfat??rios. This paper proposes an analysis of how information occupies central space in contemporary society and the consequences for the exercise of teaching. At first one could expect a valuation of the workers in education. However, what is perceived is an increase in pressure under these professionals affecting
them in the emotional field, causing stress, depression, shame and professional exhaustion - Burnout Syndrome. The worker in the area of education is in search of the construction of identity and physical and psychic integrity. However, in many situations they are faced with suffering due to lack of communication at work, with poor social relations at work, lack of professional achievement, among other factors. Thus, the present research points to the importance of understanding the physical, psychic and social consequences generated by the information society in teachers and their educational practices.
Este trabalho prop??e uma an??lise de como a informa????o ocupa espa??o central na sociedade contempor??nea e as decorr??ncias para o exerc??cio da doc??ncia. Num primeiro momento poderia esperar uma valoriza????o dos trabalhadores em educa????o.Todavia, o que se percebe ?? um aumento da press??o sob esses profissionais afetando-os no campo emocional, causando estresse,
depress??o, vergonha e esgotamento profissional ??? S??ndrome de Burnout. O trabalhador na ??rea da educa????o est?? em busca de constru????o de identidade e integridade f??sica e ps??quica. Entretanto, em muitas situa????es se deparam com o sofrimento por falta de comunica????o no trabalho, com as p??ssimas condi????es de relacionamento social no trabalho, falta de realiza????o profissional, entre outros fatores. Assim, a presente pesquisa aponta para import??ncia da compreens??o das consequ??ncias f??sicas, ps??quicas e sociais geradas pela sociedade da informa????o nos docentes e suas pr??ticas educativas.

Over the last few years, there has been a significant evolution on management the Portuguese banking system, including the number of banking institutions that comprise it, as well as the level of objectives and economic constraints that influence corporate decisions and their activity consequences. The increase in competition and globalization are at the heart of the search for best market practices and the increasing search for institute productivity and efficiency. Currently one of the main concerns of the business is the constant measurement of the productive and organizational units profitability, taking into account their productivity and efficiency ratio. The increasing use of new technologies and the need on the part of different stakeholders for greater operational efficiency of financial institutions, contributed to a massive growth of home banking portals and mobile phone, and mobile banking services. Being mobile banking a great channel of interaction with
the client, this study seeks to: ? Identify customer acceptance, ? Identify customer satisfaction relative to mobile banking usage, ? Aim at exploring customer satisfaction on the usage of banking App?s with customer loyalty.

This thesis seeks to explain how moderators of satisfaction - reputation and involvement - act on the willingness to pay more and loyalty. These moderators were chosen because they are recognized in the literature as components which relates with cognitive and emotional elements that make up the satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of reputation and involvement variables on the relationship between satisfaction (independent), loyalty to the brand, and the willingness to pay more (dependent) for after-sales service. The gap that this study seeks
to fill is to demonstrate to what extent consumer satisfaction with after-sales service contributes important aspects to the companies' market results. To this end, it aims to answer how the company's reputation and consumer involvement influence the effect of consumer satisfaction on loyalty and the desire to pay more. This quantitative study uses a survey to obtain data. After the collection, regressions were performed with the objective of verifying how the interaction between the variables occur. Of the 9 hypotheses constructed, 4 were confirmed, 2 were partially confirmed and 3 could not be verified. An unexpected result is that the response of the willingness to pay more as a function of satisfaction was linear, whereas the theory suggests that it should be non-linear. At the end, limitations, academic and managerial contributions as well as suggestions for future research are presented.
Esta disserta????o busca explicar como dois fatores moderadores da satisfa????o do
consumidor ??? reputa????o e envolvimento ??? agem sobre a disposi????o de pagar mais e a lealdade. Estas moderadoras foram escolhidas por serem reconhecidas na literatura como componentes que se relacionam com os elementos cognitivos e emocionais que comp??em a satisfa????o. Currently the Brazilian health system is complex, the constitution guarantee of care to the health care of all individuals within the national territory, and the State through the Unified Health System (SUS) is responsible for this difficult task. In this context, where the state is unable to serve the entire population, private organizations have taken part in this market, offering health plans and private assistance, which is called supplementary health. In this context, the themes studied are the psychological reactance that means the negative emotional reaction
generated by the total or partial lack of freedom or the expectation of freedom of an individual who once got it and the health plan user???s satisfaction. User satisfaction and psychological reactance are topics exhaustively studied by the organizations, being one of the preferred themes in the study of consumer behavior, evidently being relevant because these studies allow the strategic analysis of the companies with more accurate data, resulting in greater profitability and success of these institutions. The study was conducted by means of a quantitative method, based on the satisfaction and psychological reactance of the users of the supplementary health system with the modeling of structural equations using the SmartPLS system, in order to test the hypotheses constructed based on the theories studied. The results obtained are in agreement with the theory of reactance and satisfaction, confirming the hypotheses proposed, there being a negative relation between both for the
studied sample, the lower the reactance level observed, the higher the satisfaction level declared by the users. The conclusion of the study suggests as a contribution to the practice that managers approach the relationship between health plans and their users, creating programs to prevent diseases, combat sedentarism, chronic diseases and improve the quality of life of users, obtaining a participation collaborative of both.

According to the principles of Positive Psychology, in particular, the valuation of the positive aspects of life and the recognition of the linguistic singularity of the deaf, the objective of the research was to adapt a psychological measurement instrument for the deaf population. The
adaptation to Pounds of the Multidimensional Scale of Life Satisfaction for Adolescents (MSLSA) for deaf adolescents is based on the search for a more effective application of this instrument with the use of the natural language of the person with deafness. The scale consists of 52 items, divided into seven so-called components: family, self, school, comparative self, non-violence, self-efficacy, and friendship. Scale adaptation was performed in seven steps: I - semantic adaptation; II - translation for Libras; III - synthesis of translated versions; IV - evaluation of the synthesis by judges; V - semantic analysis of the scale in Pounds (focus group); - VI - back-translation and VII - empirical analysis (International Consistency Analysis and comparison between groups). In the first four stages and at the back translation (stage V), the participants were deaf and listeners adults proficient in Brazilian sign language and Portuguese, all of them with university degrees. In the fourth
stage, the instrument was applied for the first time to a focus group of deaf adolescents, in order to correct possible distortions, and in the last stage the instrument was applied to 50 deaf adolescents, students from three public schools of Distrito Federal. The internal consistency analysis showed that the instrument maintains the equivalence with the original instrument, has good internal consistency with a Guttman ??2 of 0.89 for the full scale. The use of psychological measuring instruments adapted to the Libras fulfills the expectations of this minority group that fights for the recognition of their language and culture. On the other hand, it may be another opportunity to fill a gap in the knowledge about what deaf adolescents think, feel and evaluate about themselves about their life satisfaction. In addition, an instrument adapted in Pounds offers greater reliability to the results, since many deaf people have difficulties to understand Portuguese.

Esta disserta????o teve como objetivo avaliar o impacto das a????es de capacita????o, oferecidas por uma Universidade P??blica Federal, no trabalho individual dos egres-sos das a????es e verificar a rela????o do impacto do treinamento no trabalho (medida em amplitude), com o desenvolvimento profissional e com os comportamentos de cidadania organizacional. A
pesquisa ?? caracterizada como descritiva com delinea-mento correlacional, utilizando-se para investiga????o as abordagens quantitativa e qualitativa, e uma combina????o de fontes de informa????es: documentos, o pr??prio trei-nando (autoavalia????o) e chefias imediatas (heteroavalia????o). A pesquisa teve um percurso metodol??gico constitu??do de tr??s etapas: an??lise documental, survey com os egressos e grupo focal com as chefias. O instrumento de coleta de dados junto aos egressos foi composto pela escala de autoavalia????o de impacto do treinamento no trabalho (medida em amplitude), escala de percep????o atual do desenvolvimento profissional e a escala de comportamentos de cidadania organizacional, todas vali-dadas em outros estudos e contou com uma amostra de 231 respostas v??lidas. Em-pregou-se como par??metro na an??lise documental o conceito de treinamento enten-dido como um processo composto por tr??s fases: levantamento de necessidades, planejamento/execu????o e
avalia????o. O Grupo focal foi realizado com a participa????o de 11 gestores. Os dados quantitativos foram submetidos ??s an??lises estat??sticas descritivas e ?? t??cnica de modelagem de equa????es estruturais, enquanto os dados qualitativos foram analisados pela an??lise de conte??do. Como resultados, obteve-se: identifica????o de falhas no processo de treinamento; percep????o de um expressivo desenvolvimento profissional e da frequ??ncia das pr??ticas de comportamentos de cidadania organizacional nos ambientes de trabalho. Em rela????o aos modelos testa-dos, indicaram que o impacto do treinamento explica positiva e significativamente 12% o desenvolvimento profissional. Contudo, para as dimens??es de comportamen-tos de cidadania organizacional, apesar do impacto ser significativo estatisticamente, o grau de influ??ncia foi muito baixo. A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo principal identificar a percep????o dos t??cnicos administrativos em educa????o acerca da Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho, nos contextos da Universidade Federal do Vale do S??o Francisco e do Instituto Federal do-Sert??o Pernambucano. A pesquisa ?? definida como descritiva, tendo utilizado metodologias quantitativas e
qualitativas. O modelo conceitual que norteou esse trabalho foi o biopsicossocial e organizacional (BPSO) de Limongi-Fran??a (1996). O instrumento utilizado na pesquisa foi idealizado pela mesma autora e adaptado para o contexto do servi??o p??blico. Tamb??m foram utilizadas como t??cnicas de coleta de dados a entrevista semiestruturada e a an??lise documental. A an??lise quantitativa foi realizada por meio de an??lises descritivas, an??lise fatorial explorat??ria e confirmat??ria, enquanto os dados qualitativos foram analisados atrav??s da an??lise de conte??do. Os resultados identificaram que os servidores se encontram moderadamente satisfeitos, com resultados significativamente diferentes entre as institui????es. O confronto da percep????o dos servidores com as pr??ticas de gest??o apontaram um desalinhamento entre as expectativas dos servidores e o que ?? poss??vel ser ofertado pelas institui????es, refor??ando a import??ncia de um di??logo. Existe um maior interesse na tem??tica
Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho por parte dos setores ligados ?? sa??de do servidor, por??m ainda ?? limitada ?? influ??ncia da Pol??tica de Aten????o ?? Sa??de e Seguran??a do Trabalho do Servidor P??blico Federal, ao passo que a Pol??tica Nacional de Desenvolvimento de Pessoal mostrou uma influ??ncia mais abrangente. Evidencia-se a aus??ncia de um programa em Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho nos dois ??rg??os, mas os resultados mostram caminhos, apontados pelos pr??prios servidores, a serem tomados nesse sentido. This study is an exploratory study on the individual characteristics of the Task-Technology Fit model (TTF), created by Goodhue (1995), through the search for relationships between personality, job satisfaction and performance in the agile methodologies scenario. The study was conducted by applying a socio-demographic questionnaire as well as structured and validated scales and inventories. The purpose of the application was to assess subjective and individual aspects and also obtain material to find the
relationship between the objective personality profiles with job satisfaction and performance of individuals working with agile methods. To this end, there were assessed: personality through the Factorial Personality Inventory II (IFP-II; RUDDER; RABELO; ALVES, 2014); satisfaction evaluation at work through the implementation of Satisfaction Scale at Work (Siqueira, 1995); evaluation of symptoms of burnout by applying the Maslach, Jackson and Leiter (1996) instrument called the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), translated in Brazil by (Tamayo, 1997); and performance evaluation through performance measurement issues by Chung, Lee and Kim (2014). The sample consisted of 87 individuals from teams studying agile methods or working in projects conducted by adoption of agile methods (FOWLER, BECK, 2000; BECK, 2001; Schwaber, SHUTERLAND, 2015), and the teams were selected in an emancipatory way. Although the study use quantitative data, the purpose is to qualitatively understand the
phenomenon studied. The result were four distinct personality profiles that differ significantly from each other in several characteristics analyzed, named according to the emerging profiles from the cluster analysis: consume dream, bellicose energetic, low profile and negative resistant. Of these four, assuming that agile methods represent a new way of organizing work teams and that they contribute not only for software development, we suggest the first profile as the most adjusted. In addition, there are some other findings, are raised limitations of the study and pointed out future directions.

Psychiatric disorders and consequent psychological conditions of work-related problems have been reported by workers and are seen as a major source of removal. Among Them we can mention depression, stress, substance abuse and burnout syndrome. Burnout Syndrome (SB), originates from the line of poor working conditions and difficulties in working relationships and successive attempts to overcome stressful situations. Burnout is still little known among professionals as well as their symptoms. Nursing professionals, in their majority, are
on conditions facilitating the stressor elements development. The aim of this study was to estimate the prevalence of Burnout syndrome among nursing professionals the basic health units in the city of Volta Redonda, through the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), relating to sociodemographic variables obtained from a structured questionnaire and identify possible associated factors, evaluate the presence of depression using the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), and its correlations with the dimesions of burnout, examine job satisfaction. This is a study of quantitative and cross-sectional approach method. A census was carried out in the city of Volta Redonda, RJ, with nursing staffs of the primary health network in the period from to august to october 2015. Study sample consisted of 116 nurses, 44 nurses and 72 nursing technicians, into 43 basic health units. The Census response rate was 77%. Descriptive data showed a fairly homogeneous sample, comprising (94.83%) female gender and
(4.31%) male, the average age was 40.17 years (SD = 10.4), (54, 31%) married and (70.69%) with children. Regarding data on labor variables (83.3%) claim that institution does not offer incentive for continuing education, (90.52%) think the number of insufficient professionals and (45.69%) these professionals have moved away for health reasons. The prevalence of Burnout syndrome found in this study was (21.6%) in nursing professionals. The presence of the dimensions depersonalization and low personal accomplishment were more prevalent 49.1% and 61.2% respectively. The prevalence of emotional exhaustion was 36.2%. Regarding criteria filled, 79.3% of the population filled in at least one of the criteria. The data showed significance among those who have thought about leaving the profession and work, and those who said they had suffered some type of violence by patient (p <0.05). Currently, organizations are faced with constant pressures to achieve skill levels ever higher. Military organizations are also inserted in this context, given the series of demands on them fall, for the training of military personnel at different levels, so that they are able to meet the needs that have been drawing on the current use of forces, especially in relation to guarantee operations of law and order and international peace missions under the auspices of the United Nations. Specifically in AMAN, among the efforts that have been developed is
the evaluation of the attributes of Attitudinal area. Teaching Competency aims to train the student so that it is able to perform the functions assigned to his office, that is, to have skills inherent in their function. The goal is to place in the context of education preparing for the cadet not only in terms of knowledge, but also skills and attitudes that will enable the future official's performance of his office to deal with the challenges that the profession reserve. The program attributes Attitudinal Assessment Area (P4A) consists of forty-four attributes that make up the necessary skills for the official Brazilian Army combatant future properly perform the inherent to his post tasks. Its implementation is a function of the evaluation activities in the context of the formation of the officer in the Military Academy of Black Needles (AMAN). Thus, the evaluation is performed by the instructor (vertical evaluation), the companions (side evaluation) and by the cadet himself
(self-assessment). In the course of the four years of academic training can set each cadet skills profile. The aim of this study is to research the validity of P4A program as an evaluation tool. The study was developed in dissertation level with the Master in Psychology of Rural Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in partnership with the Military Academy of Black Needles. The stages of the study were: 1) study the internal validity of P4A, with procedures of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, grouping the items of the instrument factors; 2) Comparative analysis of the results provided by P4A and its correlation with the Burnout Syndrome and the Job Satisfaction.

Brazilian society increasingly demands quality public services assuming the application of established practices in private management would support the managerial model called New Public Management, a model that aims to assist managers to meet this demand. The Federal Higher Education Institutions - FHEI - need to professionalize the management to achieve excellence in public service. This research started asking: What is the composition of the satis-motivational dynamics of the administrators? who work at the Federal University of Juiz
de Fora ? UFJF? The research goal was to diagnose the components of the satis-motivational dynamics that impacts the work of the technical-administrative civil servants - TA - who make their professional career in the position of administrator in the FHEI. The answer achieved may subsidize the construction of pertinent policies of people management and the implementation of strategic people management within the UFJF. Qualitative data was collected through interviews with ten out of the 42 administrators who work at UFJF. Such interviews were recorded in audio, transcribed and interpreted by inductive and phenomenographic analysis procedures. The main findings: (1st) motivation to work vary according to the conception of work developed by each individual through subjectively experiencing the performed work; (2d) the motivational factors that positively impact the work of TAs administrators in UFJF are related to: (i) the content of the job they perform; (ii) the recognition they
receive; (iii) their sense of accomplishment; (iv) the importance they confer to their work; (3d) such motivational factors manifested according to two working concepts revealed by the interviewees: (a) work as having relevant social impact of organizational results; (B) work as an achievement of personal goals within the organization. It were also identified motivational factors that negatively impact the TA administrators? motivation as well as the ones that bring them satisfaction and dissatisfaction in their work. The administrators? in UFJF satis-motivational dynamic is compounded by: their profile, the activities they carried out and the career horizon they perceive at UFJF. Based on this satis-motivational diagnosis it was drawn up a proposal for a satis-motivational program relevant to the administrators? career as technician public servants in UFJF and pertinent to the organizational context. Any discrepancy in the exercise by the consumer of his role in the context of services may result in negative effects on his satisfaction and perception of value. This may occur because of role ambiguity, which would arise either from the lack of clear information on responsibilities and expected behaviors of a role, or from role conflict, generated by disagreement about the expected behaviors of each one. On the other hand, the habituation of the consumer to his role may enable a
better adjustment, thus mitigating potential unfavorable effects. Thus, the present study analyzed the effects of both role ambiguity and conflict, moderated by habit, on the co-creation behavior of consumers, in the context of the use of financial services through virtual channels, as well as the consequent effects on their satisfaction and perception of value. To this end, a descriptive research was conducted, involving a final sample with 506 respondents, and making use of the structural equations modeling technique for identifying the relationships proposed by the research model. Findings supported the negative effects of the variables role ambiguity and role conflict on the consumer co-creation behavior, as well as the positive influence of ambiguity on conflict of roles. Furthermore, results have confirmed the positive correlation between co-creation behavior and the variables of perceived value and satisfaction. The habit of the consumer to the context showed a moderating
effect on role ambiguity, but none on role conflict, when related to consumer co-creation behavior. The research findings contribute to the studies of consumer behavior by ratifying theoretical assumptions on the relationships between the examined variables, showing the way in which habit interacts in the model and regarding the adaptation and validation of scales for related researches. With regard to practical outcomes, the importance of investment by the companies for clarifying the roles of each party is highlighted, especially for relationships in which a high involvement of the consumers is expected. Similarly, it is necessary to find ways of encouraging consumers to participate in processes by agreeing with suggested roles and not only by understanding such roles, since it positively affects co-creation behavior and, accordingly, the results of perceived value and satisfaction.

Consumer behavior towards food is full of paradoxes and complex decisions, often involving seemingly irreconcilable tradeoffs (WERLE AND CUNY, 2012). One such tradeoff involves the nature of the food to be consumed, whether it is hedonic or utilitarian. Another tradeoff involves portion sizes and, interestingly, how it is presented (whole or fractioned) and consumed. While some studies found no difference in consumption intake between people eating a single size portion compared to a fractionated portion (DEVITT
AND MATTES, 2004 AND SPIEGEL ET AL., 1993), other studies show that, by consuming food through little pieces, people tend to consume less (MARCHIORI, WAROQUIER AND KLEIN, 2011). Unit size of food and types of food influence consumption in ways that go beyond the quantity consumed. They can influence perceptions of hunger and fullness. While the sensation of termination of hunger can be described in physiological terms, like the absence of pain in the stomach, the sensation of fullness is often described through a more psychological perspective. In this sense, fullness is related to the pleasure people can feel through the consumption of food (MURRAY AND VICKERS, 2009). Even though types and unit size of food have already been addressed on their own rights, the joint consideration of these two aspects has not yet been explored. Our research addresses this issue. Specifically, we test whether people fell less hunger or feel more fullness through the consumption of hedonic vs.
utilitarian food, and through single sized (whole) portions vs. fractionated portions of food. Given the nature of our constructs, we also believe such effects can be influenced by an individual?s capacity to self-regulate. Hence, we considered self-control as a moderating variable. Our findings advance the knowledge on food consumption by arguing that hedonic foods are more pleasurable than utilitarian foods, and that utilitarian foods have more power to cease hunger than hedonic foods. More interestingly, these effects are influenced by both unit size (whether food is presented whole or in pieces) and individual levels of self-control. Individuals with low self-control take greater advantage of the fullness properties of hedonic and hunger-ceasing properties of utilitarian foods when they are presented whole. Such results have direct implications for public policy.

With increasing market competitiveness, customer satisfaction has become a loyalty strategy adopted by companies. The main objective of this research was to measure the degree of satisfaction of customers' Farm Hotel located in region of Vale do Caf? (RJ). In addition to the study, the most important aspects were identified to the satisfaction of the customers' Farm Hotel located in region of Vale do Caf? (RJ), and also, to analyze the results, methods Client Window and Cross-tabulations were used. Thus, through a cross-sectional study of
qualitative and quantitative research, with steps of bibliographic research and field interviews. The findings show that: the variables that had a higher degree of importance were Cleaning, Comply promised, Sympathy staff, Food and Ready service employees to solve problems and desires of customers. Regarding the satisfaction of the customers, in a scale Likert of 5 points, was obtained an average of 4.26 in relation to all the attribute studied. In relation to general satisfaction of customers' Farm Hotel, was obtained an average grade of 8.79 in a scale of 0 - 10. With the results of the survey, it was also possible to draw a Socio-economic profile of customers, to better understand the needs and desires and so provide quality care, resulting in high levels of satisfaction.
Com o aumento da competitividade do mercado, a satisfa??o dos clientes tornou-se uma estrat?gia de fideliza??o adotada pelas empresas. O objetivo geral dessa pesquisa foi mensurar o grau de satisfa??o dos
clientes dos Hot?is Fazenda localizados na regi?o do Vale do Caf? (RJ). Em adicional ao estudo, foram identificados os aspectos mais importantes para a satisfa??o dos clientes frequentadores de Hot?is Fazenda, na regi?o do Vale do Caf? (RJ), e ainda, para an?lise dos resultados, foram utilizados os m?todos Janela do Cliente e Tabula??es Cruzadas. Sendo assim, atrav?s de um estudo transversal, de car?ter qualitativo-quantitativo, com etapas de pesquisa bibliogr?fica, e entrevistas de campo. As descobertas revelam que: as vari?veis que tiveram maior grau de import?ncia foram Limpeza, Cumprir o prometido, Simpatia dos funcion?rios, Alimenta??o e Pronto atendimento dos funcion?rios para resolver os problemas e desejos dos clientes. In recent years, healthy habits and health care concern has received attention in mar-keting research, because this topics have a important relation with consume. This study ana-lyzed the antecedents of intention to use slimming products. Consume slimming products are an unhealthy way to lose weight and a risk to consumer health. To achieve this goal, was exe-cuted a research in two stages: quantitative phase, which tested a model of antecedents and moderators of the intention to use slimming products by survey,
cross-sectional, with conven-ience sample (n= 206) and results analysis with the PLS-PM technique. The second step was a qualitative phase with the objective of understand possible reasons of self-esteem, impulsivity and age did not moderate the relations like a theoretical prediction. Interviews were conducted with 12 users of slimming products that were analyzed with content analysis technique and generated an alternative model. The main results indicated the body dissatisfaction, appear-ance concern and health care concern are antecedents of the intention to use slimming prod-ucts. Self-esteem, impulsivity and age can not be considered moderators of the relations like a theoretical prediction and product dissatisfaction is a potential antecedent of intent to use slimming products.
Nos ?ltimos anos h?bitos saud?veis e cuidados com a sa?de t?m recebido aten??o nos estudos da ?rea de marketing e esses temas envolvem diretamente o consumo de produtos e servi?os. Esse trabalho
analisou os antecedentes da inten??o de usar emagrecedores, que s?o considerados uma forma n?o saud?vel de perder peso e um risco para a sa?de dos consumido-res. Para alcan?ar esse objetivo executou-se uma pesquisa em duas grandes etapas: fase quan-titativa, na qual se testou um modelo de antecedentes e moderadores da inten??o de usar ema-grecedores via survey, de corte transversal, com amostragem por conveni?ncia (n=206) e an?-lise dos resultados com o uso da t?cnica PLS-PM. A seguir realizou-se uma fase qualitativa com o objetivo de ampliar o entendimento sobre poss?veis motivos dos fatores autoestima, impulsividade e idade n?o terem moderado as rela??es. Foram realizadas entrevistas com 12 usu?rias de emagrecedores que foram analisadas com a t?cnica An?lise do Conte?do de Ver-tente Qualitativa e geraram a testagem de um modelo alternativo dos antecedentes. O presente trabalho prop?s um estudo de caso, cujo objetivo principal foi investigar as condi??es objetivas de trabalho dos servidores t?cnico-administrativos de uma Divis?o Acad?mica da Universidade Federal de S?o Jo?o del-Rei (UFSJ) e a influ?ncia dessas condi??es na satisfa??o e desempenho deles. Para tanto, partiu-se da problem?tica na qual as universidades federais brasileiras, sendo autarquias integrantes da Administra??o Indireta do Poder Executivo, vinculadas ao Minist?rio da Educa??o (MEC) e respons?veis pelas atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extens?o, passaram por um recente processo de expans?o
denominado Plano de Reestrutura??o e Expans?o das Universidades Federais (REUNI). O estudo foi desenvolvido com 29 servidores da Divis?o de Acompanhamento e Controle Acad?mico (DICON) da Pr?-Reitoria de Ensino de Gradua??o (PROEN) de todos os campi da UFSJ, universidade situada no interior mineiro. Para tanto, foram utilizadas ferramentas de gest?o empresarial (an?lise de organogramas parciais, confec??o do quadro de distribui??o de trabalho e estudo do Layout), an?lise documental de avalia??es de desempenho e aplica??o de question?rio de satisfa??o e insatisfa??o no trabalho entre os servidores investigados. Os dados foram coletados no m?s de junho de 2016 ap?s aprova??o do Comit? de ?tica da Universidade Federal dos Vales do Jequitinhonha e Mucuri (UFVJM).
