Bachelor thesis aims to clarify the control of batch processes, by using standard ANSI/ISA-S88. It implements the standard in the school example project, which will become a part of the laboratory practices in the course Process Control (MAUP). The design of assignment contains valuable tips for successfully finishing a laboratory task. The example protocol documents the program solution, which is also a detailed guide for students. The task is realized on the "Balls" laboratory model, which had to have its hardware innovated and wiring documented. Innovation of the model was done during the semester thesis, for the needs of course Programmable Logic Controllers (BPGA). This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of aggregate curve design, proportional representation of the individual separated aggregate sizes in the formula for concrete mixture. It clarifies the origin of aggregate types, from their mother rocks. It describes tests on aggregates, including the test of the shape suitability. In the practical part, there are nine formulas, two of them mixed with the maximum grain size of 16 mm, seven with the grain size of 22 mm. They are instances of fine curves or mixture of coarse curve. Aggregate dust or crushed fine aggregate was also used. Advisors/Committee Members: Hela, Rudolf (advisor), Vojtek, Miroslav (referee).

In this bachelor’s thesis will learn about the development of exemplary projects that are designed with fixed functionality for operator panels SIEMENS (BASIC, COMFORT, RT). For this task, I have a development environment TIA portal that brings together many software tools and programs. With which allowed me to create code for specific hardware, and communication with him, or in simulation mode to test the behavior of the application in a real environment. Code, on the PLC is required for the platform (PLC) S7-1200. It is modern and provides flexibility in making out our needs in automatik.
