This bachelor thesis describes relatively new educational trend - Massive open online course. It is focused on its overall development and evaluation. There are introduced web platforms, which are providing these courses. These platforms are closely specified and there are gathered knowledge about them for use in the rest of this work. Following parts of thesis are focused on design and realization of a tool for collaborative studying in a real-time. 2. Nohel, Michal. Synchronizace elektroporačních pulzů se srdečním rytmem: EKG synchonization of electroporation pulses.

Bachelor thesis is focused on cells electroporation principle and its types. It further describes thermal and nonthermal ablation techniques with an emphasis on irreversible electroporation. It contains an overview of fields, where medical procedures in combination with ECG signal are used, and an overview of techniques and measurements of the electrocardiographic signal. Further, the sensitivity of the human body to electroporation pulses is discussed. During electroporation, short high-voltage pulses are applied. Ventricular fibrillation may occur if the electroporation pulse is applied to the vulnerable period of the heart rhythm. Synchronization of pulse application with heart activity of the patient is necessary for health and safety reasons in clinical practice. The practical part of the thesis is about a LabVIEW program for this kind of synchronization. The created program is tested and the obtained results achieved are evaluated in terms of practical use. 3. Otava, Lukáš. Firmware pro robotické vozítko: Firmware for the Robotic Vehicle.

This thesis is focused on a firmware for robotic vehicle based on the ARM Cortex-M3 architecture that is running a real-time operating system (RTOS). Theoretical part describes available solutions of embedded RTOS and concrete HW implementation of the robotic vehicle. There is also comparison of the three selected RTOS with their measurements. Result of this thesis is base firmware compounded by a program modules that controls HW parts. There is also a sample PC and firmware application that extends base firmware.
