産業用や車載用などの分野でサーボ用途に使用される永久磁石モータに対しては,位置決め精度向上や騒音・振動低減の観点から,コギングトルク低減への厳しい要求がある。しかしながら,近年の小型・高出力密度化要求に伴う高磁束密度設計により,実際に製造されたモータでは,設計段階とは異なる振幅や脈動数成分を有するコギングトルクが発生する。コギングトルクは固定子の鉄心と回転子の永久磁石の相互作用によって発生するため,コギングトルクの低減には,固定子の鉄心の打ち抜きや磁気異方性などの鉄心の製造過程の影響を考慮した磁気特性を正確に把握することが必要となる。更に,永久磁石などの部品の製造ばらつきによってもコギングトルクが発生するため,コギングトルクの低減には部品公差範囲の最小化が必要となる。しかし,部品公差の最小化は部品の生産コストの上昇を招くため,部品公差は,コギングトルクの発生確率を定量化し目標のコギングトルク仕様を考慮して最大限に緩和することが必要となる。本論文では,永久磁石モータのコギングトルク低減を目的として,永久磁石モータの鉄心の製造過程並びに製造ばらつきを考慮したコギングトルクの解析手法を開発する。
