As conclus?es obtidas atrav?s do levantamento de dados evidenciam as dificuldades que os usu?rios t?m na busca da informa??o. A partir da? s?o estabelecidas medidas saneadoras que envolvem paralelamente os campos administrativos e servi?os arquiv?sticos, sob todas as suas facetas e n?veis.
An organizational policy for the State of Amazonas Public Archive Department is proposed having as framework the methodology employed by the National Archive: that of fund identification. It shows the evolution of the concept of public archive by reflecting the transformation of the modern state from the French revolution on to these days. The conclusions obtained thorugh data collection have disclosed the difficulties the users face in their search for information. Remedial steps are then established involving at the same time administrative fields and archivistic services under ali their facets and levels.

▼ The object of this paper is to analyse wether the strategies adopted by the Third Sector organizations could be explained by the theory developed to the enterprise sector organizations. Due to the nature and comprise of this
subject , the analysis takes place supported by the motivations presented by those organizations, and theirs executives, in the search to enable these executives in enterprise administration technics. The research is developed supported by the organizations and students application forms, when they're applying to this course; the final projects developed by these partakers; and interviews with the partakers and group leaders from some of those organizations. It was verified that, in this particular case, the strategies identified could be explained by this theory. But, this doesn't mean taht this conclusion could be extended to every strategy adopted by the Thirt Sector organizations.

▼ The objective of this work was to study the practical ones used in the process of management of the Organizations of the Third Sector aiming at the promotion of the organizacional effectiveness. The research presented a revision of the theoretical on the considered
subject. The motivation of the research was given by the quantitative growth of the Organizations of the Third Sector, in the last decades where it appears the individual concern of the agencies of promotions, associates and givers regarding the management of the disponibilizados resources. The methodology used in the work for attainment of the data, if gave by means of field research, where it was used of the questionnaire as research instrument. For the analysis of the collected data a non-parametric test was used, has tested H of Kuskall-Wallis and descriptive statistics with I assist of software SPSS. The tests had had as purpose to present characteristics of the practical ones used by the organizations and to detect the perception of the managers in relation the effectiveness factors. The results had demonstrated that the Organizations of the Third Sector are if being valid you usually practise them of management used in the first sector and that these practical used in the management process has propitiated as consequence a promotion of the effectiveness.

▼ Third-sector entities are organizations without lucrative purposes which are spread all around the world, booming in Brazil with great national representativeness. Those entities have initiative, creativity and diversity as work propeller springs, allowing them to work as truly citizenship schools searching information and providing social services which the society really needs. Theirs dynamic is complementary to the Estate and market activities, without lucrative purposes. For that, they face challenges, in e.g. , the sustainability, the lack of resources and complex taxes legislation, among others. Some depends exclusively on the Estate, some don t; they generate their own resources as strategy to complement what have been redirected, but some are taxed. The plots withheld by tax authorities, may or not, influence its management. This study tries to answer this question. It s about a Health Institute case study, in Irmandade da Santa Casa de Miseric??rdia de S??
o Paulo, between 2008 and 2009. The research justifies itself by the lack of information, interpretations and publications available in Brazil, about this organization tax matter, specifically, related to the tax payments from their own revenues generated by the institution and by the third-sector importance, as Estate provided services complementary role. The research methodology has exploratory characteristic. The method used is the bibliographic and documental, and the technique, descriptive and qualitative, throughout extensive interviews observation, so as reports and also documents given by the Institution analysis. The research has as purpose the development of the study theoretical bases, involving themes such as: sustainability, resources capitation, recipes tax payments and tax benefits. Assuming in an initial scenario that most of these entities face lack of resources problems, theirs management could have good efficiency levels. Therefore, about the sustainability, the research also concerned about measuring the entity object of study performance. The methodology used was developed by the American foundation The Roberts Enterprise Development Fund REDF, called the Social Return on Investment (SROI), with the objective of quantifying the economical and social value created with the investments of third sector entities. The research showed that the Irmandade da Santa Casa de Miseric??rdia de S??
o Paulo is not influenced by its recipes tax payments, whereas the revenue doesn t apply on it the tax payments as it does in other entities. It understands that the entity revenues doesn t have economical nature and relates to the final activity. But, the entity questions judicially the incidence of PIS/PASEP about the monthly payment sheet. The evaluation thru the SROI showed that the entity depends on the social revenues to complement its economical activity. ▼ This dissertation focus in the analysis of accounting practices and needs in the third sector entities and compare them with the Brazilian accounting standards. The study identifies the needs of civilian social organizations regarding financial accounting information and the growing demand for professional administration of said organizations. The growing importance of social organizations was studied, as well as its current participation in the Brazilian economy and the opinion of several authors about the need for governance and accounting information in social organizations. Six civilian social organizations from the City of S??
o Paulo were chosen, ranging in various dimensions and activities, for documentary research and interview. Survey results indicate that the Brazilian accounting standards are focused on corporations and help little for the measurement and disclosure of activities of civil social organizations. ▼ The Pedagogical Political Project is presented as an instrument of academic management, pointing alternative paths and establishing commitments in search of an IES identity and the course it offers. Therefore, the PPP is instituted from intentional actions with an explicit sense and a commitment defended collectively. This study was intended for knowing and analyzing the way of acting of a coordinator of an Accounting Sciences course facing the construction process of the Pedagogical Political project as a response to the curricular changes instituted, and therefore, to point out challenges, difficulties and progress originating from it. For this, a descriptive research was performed with a qualitative approach. The data were obtained from interviews and document analysis. A participative leadership style and democratic management of the coordination of the investigated course was observed, as well as the decentralization of the pedagogical management effort using strategies and actions looking for the involving everyone in the curricular decision making process. Actions such as the creation of deliberative instances, pedagogical meetings, meetings and other participative actions were detected. Delegating functions and implementing changes in the course indicate that the exercise of autonomy and participation are the most valued pillars by the coordination. Despite the intentions and the participative actions in the construction of the PPP, there are challenges to be overcome by the course coordination such as implementing a competence curriculum with a vision focused in the labour market not in the market, a vision still present in DCNs. The desired profile for the accountant currently demands reviewing the curricula theory and adopted methodologies for increasing the learning process and student development. It is concluded that a participative leadership style allows knowledge mobility, professional and interpersonal experiences that promote the engagement of everybody in the academic activities and results, motivating them to accept the challenges of the path towards the scientifical and technological formation of students. However, this pedagogical manager profile shall be related to a complex and systemic scientific paradigm and with a question and doubt pedagogy that allows the interaction and dialogue between disciplines and actors involved, transforming static and conservative academic spaces into dynamic, democratic and transforming spaces

para a investiga??o das doen?as do es?fago, est?mago e duodeno, sendo
considerado m?todo proped?utico essencial para a avalia??o de les?es destes
segmentos, o Brasil tem d?ficit no n?mero de Servi?os de endoscopia, em rela??o aos
pa?ses europeus. Se por um lado a baixa disponibilidade em se obter este exame tem
impacto direto na efici?ncia da sa?de p?blica, retarda o diagn?stico e in?cio do
tratamento, por outro lado, os profissionais enfrentam grandes dificuldades em montar
tais Servi?os quer pela falta de conhecimento organizacional, quer por in?meras
normatiza??es exigidas pelos ?rg?os fiscalizadores, quer pela falta de percep??o
sobre as necessidades do ambiente. N?o h? livro dispon?vel acerca do tema, apenas
materiais de pesquisa avulsos e ?soltos? na internet. Ent?o, porque n?o os compilar
em um livro pr?tico que permita consulta r?pida e f?cil para a organiza??o de um
Servi?o de Endoscopia, de interesse a todos os atores que servir?o a esse cen?rio de
pr?tica de sa?de, permitindo melhora na efici?ncia, efic?cia e impacto na presta??o de
servi?os? Objetivos: Elabora??o de um livro t?cnico com orienta??es para equipes
multidisciplinares que atuam em Servi?o de Endoscopia. M?todo: revis?o de literatura
com pesquisa de artigos nas bases de dados: Biblioteca Virtual de Sa?de (BVS),
MEDLINE, SCIELO e LILACS, com pesquisa dos descritores: ?Endoscopia?,
?Digestiva?, ?Servi?o?, al?m de busca em livros especializados, sociedades m?dicas
de endoscopia, e em sitios governamentais, deontol?gicos e jur?dicos. Resultados: O
livro foi escrito e revisado por pares pertencentes ao corpo permanente de docentes
do Programa de Resid?ncia M?dica em Gastroenterologia e Servi?o de Endoscopia
do HUGV-EBSERH-UFAM, e orientado pelos professores do programa de P?s-
Gradua??o em Cirurgia ? PPGRACI ? UFAM. Conclus?es: o livro t?cnico
?Organiza??o e Gerenciamento de Servi?o de Endoscopia Digestiva Alta? foi escrito e
ser? divulgado ?s Institui??es de ensino que ofertam Programas de Resid?ncia
M?dica em Endoscopia, Gastroenterologia, Cirurgia do Aparelho Digestivo,
Anestesiologia, Escolas de Enfermagem, T?cnico de Enfermagem, e Faculdade de

▼ O estudo discute a atua??o das Bibliotecas Universit?rias tendo em vista o cumprimento do seu papel social exigido na atualidade a partir da perspectiva ecossist?mica da comunica??o, considerando a complexidade sist?mica e informacional. Tem como base a seguinte quest?o norteadora: Qual a relev?ncia dos Ecossistemas Comunicacionais para a transforma??o das Bibliotecas Universit?rias em espa?os de comunica??o e aprendizagem e, portanto, cumpridoras de seu papel social na contemporaneidade? O objetivo geral busca analisar a import?ncia dos Ecossistemas Comunicacionais na atua??o da Biblioteca Universit?ria para cumprimento do seu papel social. Constitui os seguintes objetivos espec?ficos: Identificar sob a perspectiva hist?rica da Biblioteca Universit?ria suas rela??es comunicativas com o meio em que ? parte integrante; Estabelecer conex?es ecossist?micas que configurem a Biblioteca Universit?ria enquanto organiza??o aberta, como espa?o de comunica??o e aprendizagem; Apresentar dois modelos de Biblioteca Universit?ria que atuem de forma integrada ? sociedade, atendendo aos desafios de atua??o na contemporaneidade. Para seu alcance, o estudo foi desenvolvido a partir da abordagem qualitativa, por meio de estudos te?ricos utilizando as pesquisas documental e bibliogr?fica, estabelecendo rela??es entre as vari?veis atrav?s da pesquisa descritiva. Defende-se que a percep??o da Biblioteca Universit?ria como um espa?o de comunica??o e aprendizagem est? diretamente relacionada ?s intera??es e estrat?gias dial?gicas das a??es desenvolvidas entre ela e os sujeitos pertencentes ao meio em que est? inserida, onde ambos se influenciam mutuamente e s?o igualmente respons?veis pela aprendizagem. Apresenta dois exemplos de Bibliotecas Universit?rias que desenvolvem atividades educativas e culturais voltadas tanto para a comunidade interna quanto externa, servindo de exemplo positivo para aquelas que objetivam ser concebidas como um espa?o atrativo de aprendizagem e de acolhimento, maximizando a intera??o e compartilhamento de conhecimentos. Conclui ressaltando a import?ncia de uma atua??o da Biblioteca Universit?ria de forma mais integrada com a comunidade, contribuindo para uma maior aproxima??o da universidade com a sociedade e, portanto, para cumprir efetivamente o seu papel social.

▼ Este estudo teve como objetivo ? estudar as rela??es entre a cultura organizacional e a comunica??o interna existente nos processos comunicacionais do Centro Administrativo da Reitoria da Ufam. O tema foi desenhado com base no paradigma da complexidade de Edgar Morin, m?todo utilizado nos estudos que requer uma an?lise mais complexa dos processos, uma vez que busca compreende as rela??es complexas existentes entre os servidores e a organiza??es, tendo vista que estas rela??es tendem a serem constru?das ou reconstru?das conforme a cultura existente no ambiente. Os estudos sobre cultura organizacional s?o conduzidos, segundo Martin (2001), considerando-se tr?s perspectivas: a integra??o, a diferencia??o e a fragmenta??o, levando em considera??o o grau de consenso existente entre os membros da organiza??o em rela??o ?s manifesta??es culturais. Atrav?s dessas perspectivas ajuda a entender a comunica??o interna em interface com a cultura organizacional, tendo em vista que esta ? uma ferramenta na intera??o entre os p?blicos e a organiza??o. A coleta de dados ocorreu em 2019 atrav?s da pesquisa documental e aplica??o de question?rio semiestruturado eletr?nico. A an?lise dos dados foi realizada ? luz do referencial te?rico proposto. A comunica??o organizacional, de acordo com a percep??o dos servidores do Centro Administrativo da Reitoria, apresentou-se como uma comunica??o mais pr?xima da dimens?o instrumental, t?cnica e voltada para informa??o, no entanto os participantes entendam que a comunica??o deva ser utilizada estrategicamente para alcan?ar os objetivos da organiza??o. Os ecossistemas comunicacionais ajudam na compreens?o da interface entre a comunica??o e a cultura em uma perspectiva de um sistema em que todas as possibilidades devem ser consideradas. Desta maneira, os resultados da pesquisa responderam ao problema e nos leva ? concluir que os resultados alcan?ados responderam ?s expectativas da pesquisa ao demonstrar que esse estudo aponta que ocorrem simultaneamente a manifesta??o das tr?s perspectivas de Martin (2001), tornando a cultura organizacional da IES complexa.
This study hasto study the relationships between the organizational culture and the internal communication existing in the communication processes of the Administrative Center of the Rectory of Ufam. The theme was designed based on the complexity paradigm of Edgar Morin, a method used in studies that requires a more complex analysis of processes, since it seeks to understand the complex relationships existing between servers and organizations, considering that these relationships tend to built or rebuilt according to the existing culture in the environment.
