Finally; monitoramento; particularly in the Amazon; particularly when harvesting fruits and vegetative parts. For all types of NTFPs; policy incentives and financial resources. The Delphi panel experts consider the size and structure; population size and population structure are parameters which should be prioritized. Because of that; the amount of resources harvested and the harvesting technique employed as the most important parame; the effects on culture; the mortality rate; the ones that should be followed are market aspects such as the price paid to gatherers and monetar; there are only a few monitoring initiatives due to the absence of institutional support; there is accumulated evidence that harvesting NTFPs can produce negative ecological and socioeconomi; thereafter; this study summarizes the empirical evidence on the ecological and socioeconomic effects of NTFP har; to evaluate the viability of implementing monitoring practices in the Amazon; Trade in non-timber forest products (NTFPs) has become in the last two decades a popular strategy fo; we adopted a twofold methodology. First; we carried out a systematic review of the published literature to evaluate the most relevant paramet; we conducted an expert panel consultation through the Delphi method.
