▼ De frågor som uppsatsen belyser är hur köparen ska kunna säkerställa att den kundbas, de anställda eller den know how som målföretaget har flyttas över till köparen efter förvärvets avslut. Dessutom utreds vilka medel köparen har för att säkerställa var målföretagets know how finns samt om och hur köparen kan säkerställa att de nyckelpersoner som besitter kunskapen kommer att överflyttas till köparen efter förvärvet. I samband med denna fråga, utreds vilken betydelse lämnade garantier vad gäller know how, anställda och kundbas har samt vilka möjligheter en förvärvare har till hävning av förvärvet enligt köplagens regler. Dessutom utreds förvärvarens möjligheter att utesluta arbetstagare som varit anställda i målbolaget som misstänks kunna skada förvärvaren om dessa övertas. Dessa frågor uppkommer i störst utsträckning vid förvärv av tjänsteföretag där dessa resurser är av störst vikt, men problematik av liknande karaktär kan även uppstå inom förvärv av varuproducerande företag. Uppsatsen utreder dessutom skillnaderna mellan att förvärva aktierna i ett företag och att enbart förvärva inkråmet. Denna utredning sker med inriktning på köparens möjligheter att säkerställa att kundstock och anställda medföljer i förvärvet. Förvärvarens möjligheter att säkerställa kunder, anställda och know how är tämligen små och beroende av osäkra faktorer. Vad gäller de anställda och i viss utsträckning know how innebär regleringen i lagen (1982:80) om anställningsskydd en viss inskränkning i förvärvarens möjligheter. Förvärvarens relation till de kunder som påverkas av förvärvet är dock inte beroende av några särskilda regleringar. Förvärvarens möjligheter är därför i stor grad baserade på att skapa en verksamhet som är attraktiv för kunder och anställda och därigenom möjliggöra framtida relationer som kan ge vinst till förvärvaren. De regler som finns i lagen om anställningsskydd innebär att förvärvarens möjligheter att utesluta en eller flera av målbolagets anställda ur förvärvet utan skälig grund är små. Den reglering som gäller idag medför att de anställda som arbetar inom den del av verksamheten som är föremål för förvärv måste ges rätten att följa med vid förvärvet. Uppsägning får sen ske på samma sätt som vanligtvis sker. Genom arbetsbrist. Förhållanden som involverar kunder eller anställda är inte tillräckligt kontrollerbara för att köparen ska kunna förlita sig på säljarens lämnade garantier rörande dessa tillgångar. Det faktum att förvärvaren utan några svårigheter borde inse att säljarens garanti inte är tillförlitlig torde innebära att köparen inte kan vara i god tro angående en lämnad garanti om kunders eller anställdas framtida beteende. Möjligheterna till hävning av ett förvärv som grundar sig i att de förväntade effekterna angående kunder och anställda inte uppstår är små. Den tidigare framförda diskussionen om att säljaren inte kan utöva någon kontroll över varken kunder eller anställda medför att köparen inte med fog kan förvänta sig att förvärvet ska innebära några särskilda effekter.…

▼ I dagens samhälle där alltfler köpcentrum byggs och där konkurrensen mellan dem ökar är det av stor betydelse att kunna erbjuda sina kunder något de inte hade förväntat sig för att på så sätt sticka ut ur mängden och bli kundernas självklara val. Ett sätt kan vara att underlätta deras shopping och det är just detta som denna kandidatuppsats kommer att handla om: ”Hur köpcentrum kan underlätta kundernas shopping - En fallstudie på Baronen Köpcentrum”. Syftet är att se vad köpcentrum i allmänhet och Baronen Köpcentrum i synnerhet kan göra för att få kunderna att stanna kvar längre i köpcentrumet genom att underlätta deras shopping. Vi har studerat den forskning som råder inom området samt att vi valt att genom ett kvalitativt tillvägagångssätt samla in data till vår uppsats. Valet av en kvalitativ ansats var självklart då avsikten var att ge våra intervjuobjekt möjlighet att uttrycka sig fritt inom området samt spegla sin syn på det hela. Datainsamlingen har skett genom intervjuer med, enligt oss, relevanta och väl insatta personer inom vårt forskningsområde samt att vi genomfört en enkätundersökning med kunder på Baronen Köpcentrum och gjort observationer av våra egna upplevelser som kunder. Allt med utgångspunkt i de begrepp och faktorer som vi valt att lyfta fram i uppsatsen. Resultatet vi kommit fram till styrker att det finns ett behov av att köpcentrum i allmänhet mer aktivt arbetar för att underlätta kundernas shopping. Vi har sett att kunderna låter sig påverkas av de faktorer som vi valt att lyfta fram och därför är det essentiellt för köpcentrum att ta hänsyn till och arbeta med dessa för att ha möjlighet att påverka kunderna på ett för köpcentrumet positivt sätt. Resultatet visar även att det finns en del saker som Baronen Köpcentrum kan förbättra med hänsyn till att underlätta sina kunders shopping. De faktorer vi anser att de i första hand behöver förbättra är toaletterna, skyltningen till dessa samt skyltningen överlag i hela köpcentrumet. För att Baronen Köpcentrum ska kunna erbjuda sina kunder ”Allt under ett tak” anser vi det nödvändigt att komplettera butiksmixen med någon form av livsmedelsbutik. Vidare anser vi att Baronen Köpcentrum bättre bör skapa sin unika identitet för att på så sätt särskilja sig från övriga köpcentrum. Detta skulle de kunna göra genom sin design och layout samt genom att skapa ett sammanhållet tema i köpcentrumet som gör att kunderna kommer ihåg just dem. Vi tror att Baronen Köpcentrum har goda möjligheter att genom ett tema skapa en liten ”stad i staden” där de erbjuder sina kunder allt de behöver under ett och samma tak. För detta krävs dock en väl sammanhållen butiksmix som fungerar som ett nätverk där butikerna snarare kompletterar varandra än konkurrerar med varandra.

Bakgrund: Intresset bland allmänheten för träning och hälsa har blivit allt större, vilket har medfört att även intresset för gymbranschen har ökat. I och med aktörernas snarlika utbud krävs det dock någonting utöver själva träningen för att få kunderna att stanna kvar inom organisationen. Relationsmarknadsföring blir allt mer utspritt med dess långsiktiga tänk, något som dock saknas utförligare beskrivningar samt analyser inom för den svenska gymbranschen. Syfte: Att beskriva samt analysera hur aktörer inom gymbranschen kan använda sig av relationsmarknadsföring i sitt arbete med att skapa lojala kunder som väljer att stanna inom organisationen. Metod: Studien har byggts på en kvalitativ forskningsmetod, där en fallstudie med fyra aktörer inom gymbranschen har tillämpats. Resultat/slutsatser: Det har i studien flertalet gånger framkommit kopplingar mellan teori och empiri som visar på att aktörerna inom gymbranschen använder sig av relationsmarknadsföring till stor del i sitt arbete. Det är mycket fokus på personalens bemötande, men även på att göra sina medlemmar motiverade till att träna. Det som även lyfts fram är vikten av att i relationen med kunderna sprida kunskap kring träningen, samt att arbeta för att medlemmarna ska träna aktivt.

Background: The interest among the public for exercising and health have increased lately, with the result that the interest in the gym industry has increased as well. With companies having similar offerings, it requires something beyond this basic offering to get customers to remain in the organization. Relationship marketing is becoming more popular with its long-term thinking, but there is a gap of detailed descriptions and analyzes of the Swedish gym industry. Purpose: To describe and analyze how actors in the gym industry can use relationship marketing in its efforts to create loyal customers who choose to stay within the organization. Method: The study was built on a qualitative research, where a case study with four companies in the gym industry have been applied. Results / Conclusions: This study has several times revealed connections between theory and empirical data that shows that companies in the gym industry use relationship marketing in a large part of their work. There is a lot of focus on the attitude of the staff, but also on making the members motivated to exercise. It also highlighted the importance of spreading knowledge in the relationship with the members about exercising and its effects, and also to try to get the members to exercise actively.

▼ While information regarding the impact of flavan-3-ol-protein interactions on food quality attributes (flavor, texture, and physical stability) exists, insight into the potential consequence of these interactions on bioavailability of health-promoting flavan-3-ols remains unclear. The ability of nonspecific protein interactions in flavan-3-ol rich foods and beverages to alter digestive stability and/or digestive release (bioaccessibility) of flavan-3-ols has been previously proposed but unconfirmed. The primary objective of this study was to characterize effects of individual milk proteins and the milk matrix on in vitro bioaccessibility of green tea flavan-3-ols from model beverage systems. As a secondary objective, the impact of protein gastrointestinal digestion on protein-flavan-3-ol binding was assessed using fluorometry. Protein solutions containing sodium-caseinate (S-CSN), α-lactalbumin (α-LA), β-lactoglobulin (β-LG) (0.356 mg/100 mL, 0.01 mg/100 mL, 0.035 mg/100 mL, respectively), or non-fat dry milk (NFDM, 0.1 mg/mL) were prepared in Jenness Koops buffer containing milk salts or dd water and formulated at dosages of 10, 20, and 40% (v/v) into model green tea beverages containing 60 mg/100 mL total flavan-3-ols. Samples were then subjected to in vitro digestion simulating human gastric and small intestinal conditions. Pre- and post-digestion flavan-3-ol profiles were assessed by HPLC and relative (%) and absolute (μmol/g) bioaccessibility of individual flavan-3-ols were calculated. With regards to green tea beverages formulated to 40% with milk protein solutions, inclusion of S-CSN significantly decreased (p0.05) were observed at protein and JK levels tested. SDS-PAGE results demonstrated only partial digestion of protein after peptic digestion, and degradation of proteins toEGCG, the main flavan-3-ol in green tea, occurs when protein is partially digested by pepsin in the gastric phase. Further digestion by pancreatin in the small intestinal phase appeared to reduce capacity for binding. Combined these data suggest that interactions between individual milk proteins and flavan-3-ols may alter bioaccessibility. However, the extent of these effects is subtle and dependent on the ability of individual interactions to survive normal digestive conditions. Interestingly, salts typically found in milk serum may exert protective effects on polyphenols from tea, stabilizing them to digestive reactions that may lead to their degradation. ▼ The purpose of this research was to provide a better understanding of the causes of human-wildlife conflict and propose aiding development of a program for integrating wildlife conservation with human development needs at Oldonyo Sabuk National Park. The study was carried out under the following objectives; to establish if human population increase adjacent to the park influence human wildlife conflict, to establish if land use pattern adjacent to the park influences human wildlife conflict, to establish which wildlife species mainly cause human conflict, to establish the current mitigation measures in resolving human wildlife conflict by assessing policy for wildlife conservation. This study adopted the descriptive survey design while revealing variables contributing negatively or positively towards human wildlife conflict. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the target population comprised the households living adjacent the park, Community Based Organizations (CBOs), local authorities, Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) as well as other stakeholders such as Delmonte and Muka Mukuu Cooperative Society within the area. Simple random sampling procedures were employed during the data collection exercise. Various techniques were used for the analyses and presentation of data, these include both quantitative and qualitative techniques. The study established that crop damages, human threat, property destruction were some of the mostly reported damages. Majority of the respondents indicated that the trend of Human Wildlife Conflict in general over the years was increasing. The study concluded that Kenya Wildlife Service has helped maintain the Park habitat or has increased programs to reduce degradation greatly. The study also concluded that some of the challenges faced while undertaking conservation measures were; communities lacked necessary skills and training in conservation practices, the negative perception and attitude by the locals on wildlife policies and conservation management. The study recommended that communities must participate in park management planning and consulted in policy formulation. Relevant sectors such as the agricultural, livestock, tourism and lands must work together to ensure the communities realize their crop yields, and livestock production while coexisting with wildlife. Ecotourism programs must be boosted to improve the locals’ livelihoods as it will create a sense of Park ownership and sustainable wise use conservation practices.

Este trabajo de disertación analiza el proceso de aprendizaje de las formas pronominales de 2ª persona en 31 estudiantes de medicina de El Paso, Texas, 14 de herencia hispana (EHH) y 17 de segunda lengua (L2) y documenta los usos pronominales en el área de la salud en la región de interés con la finalidad de conocer las dinámicas de trato actuales. Entre los participantes, además de los estudiantes de medicina, se encuentran 107 profesionales de la salud de dos comunidades de habla: de El Paso, Texas y de Torreón, Coahuila México. La función de los pronombres de segunda persona tú (informal) y usted (formal) es regida por ejes jerárquicos que involucran aspectos de cercanía/distancia, afecto/respeto, entre los pacientes y entre los propios profesionales de la salud. Los protocolos sociales formales tradicionales, esperados en el área de la salud en el trato hacia el paciente en El Paso, Texas, parecen estar evolucionando hacia la forma tú informal. El cambio es observado sobre todo en la tercera generación de profesionales de la salud hispanos. Este trabajo de investigación explora la limitación en el aprendizaje o el posible cambio de actitud de los participantes en la relación médico-paciente. Se analizan los resultados de 4 exámenes escritos y dos grabaciones orales de los estudiantes de medicina. Además, los datos obtenidos de un cuestionario sociolingüístico distribuido entre las dos comunidades. Se evalúa también la información cualitativa obtenida en una entrevista y la observación directa en clínica. Este trabajo encuentra ya iniciada una tendencia a un cambio de actitud en el trato de los profesionales de la salud con sus pacientes en ambas comunidades de habla que se demuestra con la elección pronominal. La calidad humanista de la profesión parece romper barreras sociales en la relación psico-afectiva al trato con los pacientes y con los profesionales de la salud en las variables de: edad, sexo y condición médica de los pacientes. ▼ Few methods are available for the routine reduction of alcohols in synthetic chemistry. These few are dominated by reduction with HI/I2, LiAlH4 or Li/NH3 and typically involve severe conditions for other functionalities and there is little research into less severe synthetic or electrochemical methods. There is also limited mechanistic or kinetic information available for these reduction methods. This leaves an interesting area for development within fundamental knowledge. The development of an effective process for the reduction of alcohols could have many applications in pharmaceutical and chemical industries along with many environmental and economical benefits. A preliminary study on a range of electrodes established an electrochemical reduction response observed for a number of water-soluble alcohols on rotating disc copper, tin and lead electrodes in 0.1 M phosphate buffers. A response was observed for ethanol, propanol, propan-2-ol and butanol on copper rotating disc electrodes in the 0.1 M phosphate buffer. Reduction of the alcohols at the copper disc electrodes was observed at pH 8.1 with the production of a limiting current plateau. The reduction was found to be continuous and reproducible. The observed limiting current was found to increase with both increasing concentration and increasing electrode rotation rate. A Koutecky-Levich study suggested the reduction of the alcohol occurred through both mass transport and kinetic processes. A discrete, reproducible response was observed for ethanol, propanol and propan-2-ol on tin rotating disc electrodes in the 0.1 M phosphate buffer electrolyte at pH 7.3. A reductive peak was observed at −1.1 V vs Ag/AgCl in cyclic voltammetry. This formation of a reductive peak suggests that the reduction becomes progressively hindered, proposed to be due to a passivating layer forming on the surface of the electrode. The charge associated with the peak is relatively invariant with alcohol concentration (in the range 7−20 mM) and with scan rate (over the range 10−500 mV s−1). In the case of ethanol, the peak charge is typically found to be in the range 2.9−3.6 C m−2 suggesting that a passivating layer of reaction products forms with an area of 8.8−10.8 Ǻ2 for each adsorbed molecule (assuming a 2-electron process and a surface roughness factor of one). This suggests formation of a monolayer with sparsely located binding sites. The peak charge does not change with increasing electrode rotation rate, not inconsistent with the formation of a passivating layer on the surface of the electrode inhibiting any further reduction. A discrete response was also observed for ethanol, propanol and propan-2-ol on lead rotating disc electrodes in the 0.1 M phosphate buffer electrolyte at pH 8.1. A reduction peak is observed at −0.9 V vs Ag/AgCl in cyclic voltammetry. This suggests that the reduction becomes progressively hindered due to a proposed passivating layer. ▼ The need for renewable and cleaner sources of energy has made biofuels an interesting alternative to fossil fuels, especially in the case of butanol isomers, with their favorable blend properties and low hygroscopicity. Although C4 alcohols are prospective fuels, some key reactions governing their pyrolysis and combustion have not been adequately studied, leading to incomplete kinetic models. Butanol reactions kinetics is poorly understood. Specifically, the unimolecular and H-assisted tautomerism of propen-2-ol to acetone, which are included in butanol combustion kinetic models, are assigned rate parameters based on the analogous unimolecular tautomerism vinyl alcohol ↔ acetaldehyde and H addition to the double bound of iso-butene, respectively. In an attempt to update current kinetic models for tert- and 2-butanol, a theoretical kinetic study of the unimolecular and H-assisted tautomerism, i-C3H5OH⟺CH3COCH3 and i-C3H5OH+Ḣ⟺CH3COCH3+Ḣ, was carried out by means of CCSD(T,FULL)/aug-cc-pVTZ//CCSD(T)/6-31+G(d,p) and CCSD(T)/aug-cc-pVTZ//M062X/cc-pVTZ ab initio calculations, respectively. For H-assisted tautomerism, the reaction takes place in two consecutive steps: i-C3H5OH+Ḣ⟺CH3ĊOHCH3 and CH3ĊOHCH3⟺CH3COCH3+Ḣ. Multistructural torsional anharmonicity and variational transition state theory were considered in a wide temperature and pressure range (200 K – 3000 K, 0.1 kPa – 108 kPa). It was observed that decreasing pressure leads to a decrease in rate constants, describing the expected falloff behavior for both isomerizations. Results for unimolecular tautomerism differ from vinyl alcohol ↔ acetaldehyde analogue reactions, which shows lower rate constant values. Tunneling turned out to be important, especially at low temperatures. Accordingly, pyrolysis simulations in a batch reactor for tert- and 2-butanol with computed unimolecular rate constants showed important differences in comparison with previous results, such as larger acetone yield and quicker propen-2-ol consumption. In the combustion and pyrolysis batch reactor simulations, using all the rate constants computed in this work, H-assisted reactions are limited because H radicals become abundant once the propen-2-ol has been consumed by other reactions, such as the non-catalyzed tautomerism i-C3H5OH⟺CH3COCH3, which becomes one of the main source of acetone. The intermediate radical (CH3ĊOHCH3) is formed exclusively from tert-butanol, with its concentration in 2-butanol oxidation being smaller because the secondary alcohol is unable to produce the radical directly. In all cases, the intermediate is converted effectively to acetone.

▼ Ol Doinyo Lengai (ODL), Tanzania, is the only active carbonatite volcano on earth. Cyclical activity that consists of quiescent natrocarbonatite lava flow, explosive silicate eruption and dormancy has been observed throughout the 20th century at ODL. From 2007 to 2008, ODL explosively erupted coexisting natrocarbonatites and nephelinites. Numerous studies have been aimed at understanding how ODL natrocarbonatite forms. Liquid immiscibility is a favored hypothesis although condensate fluid separation is an alternative model. However, the exact mechanism that forms the ODL natrocarbonatite remains unresolved. We carried out Fe and U isotope analyses among a variety of ODL samples. Our sample set includes natrocarbonatite that erupted in 2005, 2 comingled tephras (mixture of natrocarbonatite and nephelinite) and a sequence of 8 nephelinite tephras that erupted in 2007-2008; as well as magnetites separated from 2005 natrocarbontite; Ti-andradites and clinopyroxenes that were separated from one of the nephelinite tephras. Our results show a lighter Fe isotope composition of natrocarbonatite (𝛿56Fe of -0.08‰ relative to IRMM-14) compared to nephelinite tephras (-0.06 to 0.20 ‰ relative to IRMM-14). Magnetites yield heavier Fe isotope composition (0.03‰) than natrocarbonatite; Ti-andradite has the heaviest Fe isotope composition among all analyzed samples due to its enrichment in Fe3+. U isotope results show that natrocarbonatite, has a 𝛿238U of -0.20 ‰ (relative to CRM-112A), being isotopically heavier than 8 nephelinite tephras (range from -0.32 to -0.41 ‰, relative to CRM-112A). Fe isotope results may reflect the interaction between an upward-moving carbonate-rich melt with previous emplaced crystal mush zone, during which Fe2+ preferentially enters the carbonate-rich melt and leaves Fe3+ in the remaining crystal rich mush zone. The carbonate-rich melt degases water as pressure drops causing the observed dry natrocarbonatite lava on the surface. U isotope results may be explained also as the role of melt interaction with the mush zone, with the soluble, 238U rich U(VI) dissolved in the carbonate-rich melt ultimately causing the observed heavier U isotope composition in natrocarbonatite relative to the nephelinite. ▼ I dagsläget är en stor del av de svenska bankkunderna missnöjda med sin nuvarande bank, men väljer ändå inte att byta. Samtidigt har bankmarknaden genomgått förändringar den senaste tiden, vilka bland annat innebär att det är lättare att byta bank och att konkurrensen bland bankerna hårdnat till följd av fler aktörer på marknaden. En ytterligare faktor som påverkar situationen för bankerna är det faktum att bankkunderna känner mindre lojalitet gentemot sin huvudbank jämfört med tidigare. Det faktum att många bankkunder faktiskt är missnöjda i kombination med förändringar på den marknad som bankerna agerar på ser vi ökar incitamenten för de nuvarande så kallade storbankerna att säkra tillfredsställelsen bland sina kunder. Det är i första hand kontaktpersonalens arbetsuppgifter att hantera missnöje bland kunder, då det är dessa som tar emot företagets kunder. Att företag förser sin kontaktpersonal med tillfredsställande verktyg för att lyckas vända dessa missnöjda kunder blir därmed viktigt för att lyckas bibehålla marknadsandelar. Vi ställer därmed frågan om bankanställda själva upplever att de kan hantera missnöje bland kunder på ett tillfredsställande sätt, vilket leder fram till följande syfte: att skapa förståelse för hur personal vid Swedbank upplever sig kunna hantera missnöjda kunder. En målsättning med studien är att belysa eventuella skillnader mellan personal vid ett stort respektive ett mindre kontor. Vi har genomfört en kvalitativ studie, där vi samlat empiriskt material genom att intervjua åtta banksäljare vid Swedbank. Fyra av dessa är anställda vid ett större kontor, så kallat citykontor, och fyra är anställda vid tre mindre kontor, så kallade lantsortskontor. Perspektivet är de anställdas, då vi är intresserade av deras upplevelser av att hantera missnöjda kunder. Då vi väljer detta perspektiv ser vi det som väsentligt att inte bara fokusera på den praktiska hanteringen, utan även den känslomässiga och belyser därmed även hur bankpersonalen hanterar de egna känslorna som kommer av att bemöta missnöje. För att kunna belysa syftet redogör vi först för vilka delar i en ett tjänsteföretag som kan orsaka missnöje bland kunderna. Det gör vi genom att använda den så kallade gapmodellen. Vidare visar vi på sex strategier för tjänsteåterhämtning, vilka är fastställda som viktiga för att lyckas vända en missnöjd kund. Slutligen ser vi till intern tjänsteåterhämtning, vilket behandlar anställdas känslomässiga behov av intern återhämtning efter att ha hanterat en missnöjd kund. Vid insamlingen av det empiriska materialet har vi utgått från ovan nämnda teori för att vidare kunna analysera dessa material i förhållande till varandra. Vi finner att samtliga respondenter anser sig kunna hantera missnöjda kunder på ett tillfredsställande sätt, men finner även en avsaknad av utbildning och tydliga rutiner eller policys för hantering av missnöjda kunder. The purpose of this thesis is to find out how clients at Effect Reklambyrå (an advertising agency) view the communication and relationship with Effect. Conclusions are then drawn based on what the clients say. The conclusions show how Effect can improve in these areas. The study uses a qualitative research method since the phenomenon studied is complex and requires deep understanding. A total of 16 interviews took place. Seven clients were interviewed by phone and nine clients participated in a personal interview face-to-face. The result is based on appropriate theory within communication and the relationship between advertising agencies and clients, but also appropriate theory within communication and relationship between companies (business-tobusiness). The conclusions drawn from theory and empirics show that it is important for Effect to be able to find the needs of every client and then fulfill them. Full service solutions create both competitive advantage and added value. That is why Effect needs to communicate to their clients what services they can offer. Furthermore, creativity was a hot topic during the interviews, and several clients said that Effect needs to be more creative and come up with innovative ideas.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen är att ta reda på hur Effect Reklambyrås kunder anser att kommunikationen och relationen med reklambyrån fungerar. Utifrån vad kunderna tyckte dras sedan slutsatser som visar hur Effect kan förbättra kommunikationen och relationen med sina kunder. Studien genomförs med en kvalitativ metod då det fenomen som studerades är komplext och kräver djup förståelse. Totalt intervjuades 16 kunder där sju av dessa intervjuer var telefonintervjuer och nio intervjuer var personliga intervjuer. Resultatet är baserat på relevant teori inom kommunikation och relation mellan reklambyråer och kunder, men även relevant teori inom kommunikation och relation mellan företag (business-to-business). De slutsatser som dras utifrån teori och empiri är att det för Effect är viktigt med individanpassning. De behöver undersöka vilka behov varje enskild kund har och sedan tillgodose dessa. Totallösningar skapar både konkurrensfördelar och mervärde för kunden, och därför behöver Effect som ett första steg bli bättre på att informera om alla de tjänster som de kan tillhandahålla. Vidare var kreativitet ett hett diskussionsämne i intervjuerna, och flera av de intervjuade kunderna menade att Effect behöver bli mer kreativa och komma med fler nya idéer.

▼ I och med den lagförändring som trädde i kraft den 1 januari 2004, då räddningstjänstlagen ersattes av lagen om skydd mot olyckor, lades större vikt på den enskildes ansvar. Ägare eller nyttjanderättshavare av byggnader och anläggningar ska själva ansvara för säkerheten, vilket innebär ett större behov av kunskap inom området. Luftfartsverket, som tidigare hållit utbildningar internt inom brand, räddning och säkerhet, har nu valt att lansera denna tjänst till externa kunder, för att bättre kunna nyttja den kunskap och arbetskraft de besitter. Vi har fått i uppdrag av Luftfartsverket att undersöka attityder till och behov av utbildningar inom brand, räddning och säkerhet hos potentiella kunder. Vårt syfte med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur behoven av utbildningar inom brand, räddning och säkerhet ser ut hos de potentiella kunderna Scandic Karlstad, Fryksdalens Sparbank samt ICA Maxi Karlstad. Genom att ställa kundernas behov mot hur utformningen av den kommande tjänsten är tänkt att se ut har vi för avsikt att identifiera eventuella brister i hur väl de överensstämmer och genom det få fram hur Luftfartsverket kan använda sig av den informationen för att presentera en attraktiv tjänst och därigenom skapa nöjda kunder. Vår studie baseras på teorier kring marknadsföring och innovationer. I teoriavsnittet presenteras teorier kring relation till potentiell kund och relationsskapande, hur och varför företag bör involvera kunder, kundundersökningens utformning samt olika typer av kundbehov; basbehov, uttalade behov och omedvetna behov. Slutligen redogörs även för teorier kring innovationer och adoptionskategorierna. Tillvägagångssättet för studien startade med datainsamling i form av sekundär data som fick ligga till grund för teoriavsnittet. Vi valde att genomföra en kvalitativ undersökning, då vi ansåg att de skulle ge oss bäst resultat i förhållande till studiens syfte. För insamlandet av resultat och primära data valde vi att genomföra kvalitativa intervjuer. Vi genomförde tre besöksintervjuer, samt en telefonintervju med potentiella kunder, för att få en bild av hur de arbetar idag samt vad de har för behov, attityder och intentioner kring utbildningar inom brand, räddning och säkerhet. Vidare genomförde vi även en telefonintervju med kommersiell affärsutvecklare på Luftfartsverket, vilken gav oss information om hur Luftfartsverkets kommande tjänst är tänkt att utformas. Sedan sammanställdes dessa för att i analysen se hur väl Luftfartsverket kan täcka upp de potentiella kundernas behov, om de kan tänka sig att köpa tjänsten och vad Luftfartsverket kan göra för att utveckla sin tjänst och göra den mer attraktiv. Vi har kommit fram till att Scandic Karlstad är de som har störst sannolikhet till att köpa tjänsten, men även ICA Maxi Karlstad och Fryksdalens Sparbank har en positiv attityd och visar intresse att testa vissa utbildningar. ▼ Modekonsumtion handlar idag mycket om självförverkligande och identitet och konsumenter köper ofta produkter baserat på varumärke. Därför lägger många företag stora resurser på att bygga upp starka varumärken och för att bli framgångsrika är det viktigt att de hittar en attraktiv position för det på marknaden. Om varumärket inte lyckas differentiera sig tillräckligt från sina konkurrenter eller av andra anledningar inte är starka eller tydliga nog kan de ompositionera sig. Detta innebär att de byter riktning mot en ny position som förhoppningsvis är mer lönsamt, men detta är inte helt riskfritt. Varumärken som är konsekventa i vad de förmedlar anses vara mer trovärdiga än de som hela tiden förändras. Dock är samhället under ständig förändring och ofta krävs att varumärket utvecklas tillsammans med det för att inte bli omodernt. Denna uppsats har undersökt vilka nyckelfaktorer som kan ge receptet för en lyckad ompositionering. Ett praktiskt fall av ompositionering har ställts mot teorier inom området för att se vilka likheter och skillnader som finns. Vi valde varumärket Oscar Jacobson då det är väl etablerat på marknaden. Kvalitativa, semi-strukturerade intervjuer utfördes med marknadschefen och en av butikscheferna på företaget. Resultatet av intervjuerna jämfördes sedan med teorier från en litteraturstudie och flera intressanta slutsatser kunde dras. Det finns mycket litteratur inom ämnet men denna uppsats har i huvudsak fokuserat på publikationer från David A. Aaker, Henrik Uggla och Jean-Noel Kapferer. En slutsats är att det är viktigt att ompositioneringen sker i ett långsamt tempo för att kunderna inte ska blir förvirrade om vad varumärket står för. Sker det för abrupt riskerar de att förlora trogna kunder. Innan och under ompositioneringen bör företaget även utföra marknadsundersökningar för att kunna granska och följa upp förändringsarbetes utveckling och inverkan. I Oscar Jacobson fall var det även avgörande att företagets ledning byttes ut samt att sortiment anpassades efter deras nya breddade målgrupp. Ibland skiljer sig Oscar Jacobsons tillvägagångssätt från teorierna. Exempelvis är det enligt teorin viktigt att tydligt förmedla det nya varumärket både internt och externt. Enligt vår undersökning har den interna kommunikationen på Oscar Jacobson varit något bristfällig på detta plan. Trots detta kan tilläggas att Oscar Jacobson ompositionering kan ses som ett framgångsrikt exempel och många intressanta slutsatser har kunnat dras.

Syftet med den här uppsatsen var att undersöka hur mäklarkontorens fysiska miljö påverkar kunderna och genom undersökning av studier genomförda i andra branscher, förstå vad i servicescape det är som påverkar kunderna. Vi ska även undersöka hur mäklarföretagen arbetar med den fysiska miljön för att söka ytterligare förståelse för vad det är som påverkar kunderna. Detta ska vi undersöka genom att besvara tre frågeställningar. I teoriavsnittet förklaras begreppet servicescape kopplat till den fysiska miljön och här kommer även servicescapes dimensioner att beskrivas och förklaras. I metodavsnittet beskrivs hur de kvalitativa undersökningarna utfördes och varför en kvalitativ metod valdes. Den första undersökningen som genomfördes var en semistrukturerad intervju med franchisetagare på fem olika mäklarkontor. Den andra undersökningen som genomfördes var en enkätundersökning till mäklarkontorens kunder där de fick beskriva kontorets utformning. I empiriavsnittet redovisas resultatet av undersökningarna var för sig och i analysen analyseras dessa resultat i relation till teorin och empirin. I slutsatsen visas hur mäklarföretagen arbetar med servicescape och hur kunderna uppfattar mäklarkontorets fysiska miljö. I uppsatsens sista del redovisas alla källor som använts och efter det finns intervjuguiden och enkätundersökningen som bilagor.

The purpose with this essay was to investigate how the real estate agents offices physical environment affect the customers and through examination of studies made in other industries understand what in servicescape there is that affects the customers. We will also investigate how real estate businesses work with the physical environment to seek further understanding as to what affects the customers. We will investigate this by answering three questions. In the theory section the concept of servicescape will be explained linked to the physical environment and here will also the servicescape dimensions be examined and explained. The methodology section describes how the qualitative studies were carried out and why a qualitative method was chosen. The first study that was carried out was a semi-structured interview with the franchisees of five different real estate offices. The other study that was carried out was a survey for the customers of the real estate offices customers where they got to describe the offices design. The empirical section presents the results of the studies individually and in the analysis the results were analysed linked to the theory and the empirical sections. The conclusion shows how the real estate offices work with servicescape and how the customers perceive the physical environment of the real estate offices. In the last part of the essay all the sources that´s been used are recorded and after that the interview guide and the survey is attached.
