1. Liu, Yen-ku. Rethinking Global Management team: Corporate reputation, Organizational Commitment, Human resources Management and their inter relationships.

The research is for understanding of current human resources activities of multinational corporations in Taiwan and the human resource integration status of cases. Furthermore we discuss the influence of human resource activities toward corporate reputation and organizational commitment. The cases in this study are corporations ranking as the benchmark company from the survey of 2011 Taiwanâs Common Wealth Mangazine. The study is from 4 perspectives: âcorporate reputation and organizational commitmentâ, âgloba human resource activities and organizational commitmentâ, âhuman resources activities and global coporate reputationâ and âglobal talent structure and corporate reputationâ. After in-depthed interview with 10 global team members from 5 companies, the author works out propositions as follows: Proposition 1: Under different contexts, tasks within the enterprise will have more than two kinds of teams at the same time work together to achieve business goals. Global team forms spontaneously due to competitive resources and global workforce Proposition 2: The organization with cross-border opportunities and challenges, easily to attract and retain qualified personnel. Proposition 3: The team with more global talents can enhance competitive advantages and innovative capability. Proposition 4: The more the global human resources are, the better the organizational innovation, technology and business performance are. Proposition5: The better a global team uses human resources strategy, the higher employeesâ commitment is. Proposition 6: International team type different, select group will vary the conditions of membership, members of the team more adaptation, the higher the organizational commitment. The requirement of selecting team members differs due to different global team type. More suitable the member-team is, higher the organizational commitment is. Proposition 7: The higher level global talent plays, the higher the organizational globalization is. The more emphasized of different cultures, the higher the organizational commitment is. Proposition 8: If the enterprise is more global, the employeeâs achievement and global repretation will be better.
