 私营经济已经成为中国经济不可或缺的重要组成部分并发挥着越来越重要的作用。作为中国私营经济主体的家族企业,在中国的社会文化环境和自身条件下,一方面具有相当强大的发展优势,另一方面也因其自身的某些局限性而存在一定的劣势。探索一条如何持续发挥其原有优势、同时抑制劣势的道路对于家族企业来说有着相当重要的意义。团队管理作为一种已经得到广泛认可的先进管理理论,以其独特的优势成为現代企业中广泛采用的有效管理方法。本文通过对家族企业中,引进团队管理之后和家族企业原有的管理模式之间的比较,对团队和家族企业的家族之间的联系的分析,创造性地指出了二者之间存在的相似性和共性,及相融的基础;阐述了团队管理是家族企业持续发挥自身优势、抑制发展劣势的有效手段,并可以解决家族企业在发展过程中出现的相关问题。同时,通过对現有的相关理论的论证,以及研究者多年在中国家族企业中实施团队组建和管理的经验,从团队管理发挥作用所需要的企业內部环境和团队內部建设两方面对中国家族企业引入团队建设的方法进行了探讨和论述,以期为中国的家族企业踏入更为科学合理化的管理模式阶段提供探索性建议。 Private economic has been to the indispensable component of China economic and played more and more important role now.
