▼ Due to the competitive industry, a lot of retailers have gone through globalization to extend their opportunity towards global market. However, during the exploitation of a new market in a different country, a company may faces a totally different macro-environment, for instance differences in political environment factor, socio-cultures factor, technology factor, legal factor and environment factor. In order to obtain the most benefits out of a stranger market, there is a need to plan out marketing strategies that correspond with the macro-environment. This study has proposed that, economic factors, cultural factors and demographic factors have significant effects on the consumer behaviors, thus retailer will plan out marketing strategy that correspond with the macro-environment factors. Furthermore, proper marketing strategies that suit the macro-environment can generate revenue for the retailer. This study was based on Taiwan and Malaysia A.S. Watson Pharmaceutical Store. Marketlineâs PESTLE analysis was used to investigate the differences between macro-environment of Taiwan and Malaysia, while consumer surveys was carried out in the form of questionnaire to investigate the consumer behaviors differences between countries. The results of these two investigations were used to study the marketing strategies that were used by A. S. Watson Pharmaceutical Store of respective country. This study found that countriesâ macro-environment has significant effects on consumerâs behaviors. In order to correspond with the macro-environment differences, A. S. Watson Pharmaceutical Store of respective country has taken a different approach on marketing strategy, for instance Taiwan Watson Pharmaceutical Store focused on the promotional activity, new stores opening in the city, introduction of new products and the development of e-commerce. While for Malaysia, the marketing approach is more towards the development of the brand image, store opening that focus on the consumer demographic and populations, as well as the improvements on purchasing environment. This study has showed that macro-environment plays an important factor in the globalization and marketing strategy of a retailer. O presente estudo buscou analisar os principais impactos sofridos pelos sistemas de controle de gestão das empresas em decorrência de sua internacionalização e consequente aumento da complexidade de suas operações. A pesquisa buscou analisar também algum afastamento ou aproximação da literatura pesquisada, sobre a forma como este processo de internacionalização acontece. Assim sendo, foram feitas comparações entre as características de controle e de internacionalização encontradas na literatura e as situações encontradas nas empresas entrevistadas nesta pesquisa. Para possibilitar tais comparações, foi realizada uma revisão da literatura sobre as teorias acerca do controle de gestão nas empresas, sobre os processos de internacionalização e também sobre as teorias de internacionalização de empresas, descritas pelos principais autores destas áreas. Definido o plano de referência, foi adotado o método de estudo de caso aplicado em três das maiores empresas do estado do Rio Grande do Sul, a Gerdau S/A, a Fras-le S/A e a Forjas Taurus S/A, a fim de explorar mais aprofundadamente os reais procedimentos e controles encontrados nestas empresas, de tamanha relevância para a economia Gaúcha e Brasileira, observando suas características em relação ao plano de referência proposto. Com base nas entrevistas presenciais realizadas, foi possível verificar a real importância dos sistemas de controle de gestão nas companhias internacionalizadas e o grande desafio que as empresas atravessam para conseguir monitorar e planejar, de forma eficiente, as complexas atividades realizadas em diferentes locais do mundo. Os principais achados indicam que os sistemas de controle sofrem vários impactos para adaptação aos diferentes mercados, sendo identificadas relevantes mudanças estruturais, conceituais e de acompanhamento e controle nos casos analisados. Deve-se destacar a grande impotância dos investimentos em tecnologia, pesquisa e desenvolvimento e a atenção constante que as empresas devem dispensar ao capital intelectual para a obtenção de eficiência e qualidade nas operações. Quanto às características do processo de internacionalização, foram encontradas aproximações relevantes entre teoria e prática.

This study investigates the main impacts in control systems of enterprises due to its internationalization and consequent increase in complexity of their operations. The research sought to examine further some clearance or approach in the literature, about how this process of internationalization happens. Therefore, comparisons were made between control and internationalization characteristics found in the literature and the real situations in the companies interviewed in this research. ▼ A anatoxina-a(s) (antx-a(s)) é uma neurotoxina produzida por cianobactérias, cujo mecanismo de ação conhecido consiste na inibição irreversível da atividade da enzima acetilcolinesterase (AChE). Em razão da instabilidade da molécula e da inexistência de um padrão analítico, as informações referentes a presença dessa toxina nos reservatórios de água doce e, a completa elucidação dos processos envolvidos na sua toxicidade, são escassas. Na última década, a pesquisa referente a capacidade dos inseticidas organofosforados de induzir estresse oxidativo em humanos e animais tem sido bastante importante. Pelo fato da antx-a(s) ser o único organofosforado produzido por cianobactérias conhecido, este trabalho teve como objetivo investigar os mecanismos bioquímicos envolvidos na ação pró-oxidante de extratos aquosos contendo antx-a(s). A atividade das enzimas colinesterásicas AChE e butirilcolinesterase (BuChE) e, das enzimas antioxidantes catalase (CAT), glutationa peroxidase (GPx), glutationa redutase (GR) e superóxido dismutase (SOD) foram avaliadas em dois modelos experimentais: (i) Camundongos Swiss tratados por via intraperitoneal (ip) com uma dose sub-letal (20 mg.kg-1) de extrato contendo antx-a(s) e sacrificados após 24 h, 48 h, 7 e 14 dias e, (ii) sementes de alfafa regadas com extrato contendo antx-a(s) por um período de 7 dias. Também foi avaliado o efeito de extratos contendo antx-a(s) em coração de baratas da espécie Leurolestes circunvagans. A atividade enzimática das colinesterases avaliadas em camundongos tratados com extrato contendo antx-a(s) manteve-se inibida 58% até 48 h após tratamento (n=9, p<0,001), voltando a níveis normais (comparada ao controle) a partir do sétimo dia (n=10, p>0,05). Em contraposição, as alterações na atividade das enzimas antioxidantes avaliadas iniciaram-se após 48 h do tratamento, quando foi observada uma diminuição na atividade das enzimas CAT e GPx (n=9, p<0,001). No sétimo dia, enquanto a atividade das enzimas CAT e GR apresentou-se aumentada, a atividade da enzima GPx manteve-se significantemente diminuída (n=10, p<0,001). A SOD não mostrou diferença estatística significante em nenhum dos tratamentos. A atividade de todas as enzimas avaliadas voltou a normalidade após 14 dias. O desequilíbrio encontrado na atividade das enzimas antioxidantes em camundongos tratados com extrato contendo antx-a(s), também foi observado em sementes de alfafa. Neste último modelo de exposição, além da diminuição da atividade da enzima GPx (n=5, p<0,01) houve um aumento na atividade da enzima glutationa transferase (GST) com relação ao controle (n=5, p<0,05). Com relação ao efeito do extrato contendo antx-a(s) sobre a preparação de coração semi-isolado de baratas, observou-se um efeito taquicardíaco significante (aumento da frequência em quase 20%) nos animais tratados com 2,5x103 µg de extrato contendo antx-a( s).g-1 (n=9, p<0,05). Sa durabilité, ses propriétés mécaniques et chimiques en ont fait un matériau de choix dans les concepts de stockage proposés par l'Agence Nationale pour la gestion des Déchets RadioActifs (Andra), notamment pour la réalisation des ouvrages de soutènement, bouchons d'alvéoles, massifs d'appuis ou encore conditionnement des déchets. L'étude de la stabilité des phases constitutives des matériaux cimentaires est donc nécessaire au vu des quantités envisagées et de la pérennité des ouvrages, et doit considérer (i) des gammes de températures adaptées aux matrices cimentaires de confinement en contact avec des déchets exothermiques (25 à 80°C), et (ii) une échelle de temps représentative de la durée de vie d'un stockage.Le projet ThermoChimie de l'Andra vise donc à développer une base de données (BDD) thermodynamiques cohérente, permettant de modéliser l'évolution chimique des matériaux cimentaires dans l'environnement du stockage de déchets radioactifs. Toutefois, dans l'état actuel, la base de données ne propose que des données thermodynamiques sur les phases cimentaires bien cristallisées, ainsi que sur un jeu de données limité à trois compositions chimiques différentes pour les C-S-H nanocristallins, ne permettant pas de reproduire la dégradation des matériaux cimentaires, ni de modéliser la dégradation des nouvelles formulations telles que les bétons "bas-pH".L'objectif est donc d'acquérir un jeu de données thermodynamiques complémentaire, sur les phases telles que les C-S-H (Silicates de Calcium Hydratés), C-A-S-H (Silicates de Calcium Alumineux Hydratés) et M-S-H (Silicates de Magnésium Hydratés), pour les intégrer à la base de données Thermo-Chimie. Cette étude s'appuie sur un travail expérimental, analytique et numérique dans le but d'obtenir un jeu de données thermodynamiques (ΔfG0, ΔfH0, Cp(T), S0) suffisamment représentatif de la variabilité chimiques de ce type de phases. Enfin, cet ensemble de donnée permet le développement d'un modèle de prédiction de données thermodynamiques dans des espaces de compositions et de températures étendues.Le développement de ce modèle de prédiction requiert (i) l'acquisition de propriétés thermodynamiques sur des phases représentatives du système chimique étudié, et (ii) une connaissance précise de la structure et des formules chimiques de ces phases. Trois types d'hydrates ont donc été synthétisés puis caractérisés : les C-S-H, les C-A-S-H et les M-S-H. Des méthodes analytiques telles que la DRX, l’ATG et la RMN du solide (29Si, 27Al) permettent d'établir des similitudes entre la structure des C-(A-)S-H et celle de la tobermorite d'une part, et entre la structure des M-S-H et celle des phyllosilicates Mg-Si 2:1 d'autre part. ▼ Over the last three decades, the medical community has seen a drastic increase in the number of antibiotic resistant infections, particularly caused by the ESKAPE (Enterococcus faecium, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella penumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Enterobacter spp.) pathogens. While all six species are known to cause an array of human disease, I have been primarily concerned with bacteremia and skin and soft tissue infections associated with A. baumannii, S. aureus, and P. aeruginosa. Bacteremia and skin based infections have the highest mortality rates and exhibit physiological differences compared to laboratory culture conditions. Indeed, the antibiotic resistant nature of the ESKAPE pathogens, combined with the dwindling antibiotic pipeline, has resulted in a need for new therapeutic options, thus my research has focused on the development of three new antimicrobial therapies. First, a topical ointment containing mupirocin and neomycin has been shown to have a wide spectrum of activity, with efficacy against S. aureus, A. baumannii, and P. aeruginosa, and has been shown to clear colonization of multi-drug resistant S. aureus. A second topical ointment containing compounds found to be effective against Pseudomonas biofilms also demonstrates efficacy against a murine wound model infected with A. baumannii, P. aeruginosa, and S. aureus. The third therapy was the identification and characterization of two compounds with activity as efflux pump inhibitors for A. baumannii and P. aeruginosa that could be used as adjunctive therapy in combination with conventional antibiotics. Seven genes that are likely to be the targets of these compounds have been identified, allowing for an early model of their cellular mechanism of action for future testing. All together the three newly described therapeutic candidates we have developed may provide new strategies for the therapeutic intervention of extremely antibiotic resistant bacterial species.

▼ The sentencing provisions of section 718.2(a)(i) of the Criminal Code of Canada adopt the view that Canadians have the right to live in society without being subjected to hatred. The research has shown, however, that section 718.2(a)(i) misses the opportunity to address hate-motivated offences directed toward Aboriginal people. This is particularly troubling given the high rates of violence experienced by Aboriginal people and Aboriginal women. It is now widely acknowledged that Euro-centric laws and discriminatory policies flourished in Canadian society in an attempt to dismantle formerly organized Aboriginal nations and their strong structures of governance, diverse cultures of language, practices and traditions. Although later laws were entrenched to transform oppressive relationships, this thesis reveals there remains significant gaps in understanding hate motivated crimes directed toward Aboriginal people and Aboriginal women. The patterns of violence directed toward Aboriginal women substantiate the finding that for some men, Aboriginal women are considered prey. However, the sparse data available does not distinguish Aboriginal women as a specific class of people subjected to hatred. Reviewing the current case law, the thesis looks closely at: proving hate motivated offences, ideology, slurs, knowledge, degree of motivation, identity of the victim, the accused and issues surrounding denial of culpability. Several important broad findings and trends of the courts are drawn from the examined jurisprudence and literature. This thesis revels there is little case law giving meaningful attention to the hatred of Aboriginal people. Aboriginal people are rarely found to be victims of hate-motivated crimes. Aboriginal people and Aboriginal women are, with few exceptions, a missing category of protection under section 718.(2)(a)(i) in both the written provisions and case law. The direct and specific inclusion of Aboriginal women as a protected category of protection under s. 718.2(a)(i) and a definition provision of hatred would be consistent with principles of the constitution, human rights law and the provisions of the Criminal Code. Most importantly, it may assist in addressing gaps in addressing hate-motivated crimes directed toward Aboriginal people and Aboriginal women. ▼ El presente trabajo trata de la valorizar la empresa Falabella S.A. por el método de Flujo de Caja Descontado, tomando para ello los resultados al 30 de junio de 2017. Como base para realizar la valoración, primeramente se procedió a analizar la empresa y su rubro, poniendo especial énfasis en cada una de las unidades de negocio que componen Falabella y en el nivel de desarrollo de estos por país, para efectos de poder entender las principales características, así como entender los principales fundamentos que explican las proyecciones realizadas tanto para construir su balance así como para su estados de resultado. Si bien Falabella cuenta con un negocio Retail y otro bancario, no se aplicaron modelos especiales de valoración de bancos. Los modelos de Modigliani y Miller (1963), Rubinstein (1973) y CAPM son utilizados para determinar el Costo de Capital, el cual se estimó en 5,26%, para ellos se ha utilizado como base la información financiera tanto de su deuda como de la estructura de capital de la empresa. Luego y en base a la información histórica por segmentos y estimaciones propias así como proyecciones disponibles de analistas, se procedió a proyectar los ingresos, costos y gastos para elaborar un flujo de caja libre, con el que obtuvimos el valor presente de los flujos proyectados incluyendo el exceso de capital de trabajo con el que se cerró el primer semestre del 2017. Luego, determinamos el valor de los activos prescindibles, el valor de la deuda financiera, el valor de los activos no operacionales y el valor de las actividades no controladas con el que se permitió estimar el valor total del Patrimonio Económico, el cual se estimó en UF 532.109.212 Con un total de 2.434.465.103 de acciones comunes, el valor estimado de la acción es UF 0,219, esto es 5.813. La acción de Falabella S.A. el 30 de agosto de 2017 se transó desde un mínimo de 6.100 a un máximo 6.400, cerrando a un valor de 6.304, esto es al día siguiente en que fueron publicados los estados financieros de Falabella S.A.

▼ El objetivo de este informe es presentar un modelo de valoración de la Empresa Besalco S.A., basado en la metodología de Flujos de Caja Descontados con la información existente a Septiembre de 2015, siendo el objeto concluir el nivel de potencial de la empresa para invertir en ella. Besalco S.A. nace de la transformación de la sociedad de responsabilidad limitada que giraba bajo la razón social de “Sanz, Bezanilla y Salinas Limitada”. Es una sociedad anónima abierta que figura inscrita en el Registro de Valores de la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros desde enero de 1995. Si bien la empresa se enmarca dentro del rubro “Construcción” su análisis es bastante más complejo puesto que su giro considera actividades como “Maquinarias” (arriendo de equipamiento minero), es muy fuerte como “Inmobiliaria”, además de estar comenzando en negocios como las “Energías Renovables”, constituyendo esto una composición de negocios que no tiene ninguna otra empresa en Chile. En el análisis realizado se utilizó la información pública, en particular los Estados Financieros y las Memorias que fueron el punto de partida para las proyecciones necesarias de acuerdo a la metodología de valoración utilizada. Esto se unió a información de las industrias en que está inmersa, compañías con negocios similares y proyecciones de las principales variables macroeconómicas para los próximos años. Lo anterior permitió realizar la valoración económica de la empresa al 30 de septiembre de 2015, obteniendo como resultado un precio estimado de la acción de $421, superior al precio de mercado que mostraba la acción el día señalado, pero en niveles más bajos a los previos a la caída de resultados del año 2013. Este precio es históricamente bajo para Besalco S.A., habiendo tenido en 2014 su primer año con resultados negativos. La empresa ha estado realizando ajustes administrativos y de negocios para tratar de subsanar esta situación, lo que ha permitido que el 2015 esto mejore, pero sin llegar a los niveles de utilidades que se obtuvieron en los años anteriores.

▼ The Group A Streptococcus (GAS, Streptococcus pyogenes) is a Gram-positive human pathogen that must adapt to unique host environments in order to survive. Links between sugar metabolism and virulence have been demonstrated in GAS, where mutants in the phosphoenolpyruvate-dependent phosphotransferase system (PTS) exhibited Streptolysin S (SLS)-mediated hemolysis during exponential growth. This early onset hemolysis correlated with an increased lesion size and severity in a murine soft tissue infection model when compared with parental M1T1 MGAS5005. To identify the PTS components responsible for this phenotype, we insertionally inactivated the 14 annotated PTS EIIC-encoding genes in the GAS MGAS5005 genome to functionally characterize each EIIC. It was found that a few EIIs had a limited in uence on PTS sugar metabolism, whereas others were promiscuous. The mannose-speci c EII locus exhibited the most in uence on PTS sugar metabolism. Importantly, the mannose-speci c EII also acted to prevent the early onset of SLS-mediated hemolysis. These roles were not identical in two different M1T1 GAS strains, highlighting the versatility of the PTS to adapt to strain-speci c needs. This is further illustrated by the fructose-speci c EII, which is important for survival in whole human blood for MGAS5005, but not 5448. The mannose-speci c EII can transport glucose in other pathogens, but the route of glucose utilization is unknown in GAS. MGAS5005 mutants were generated in a non-PTS glucose transporter (GlcU) and a glucokinase (NagC) of an annotated non-PTS glucose metabolic pathway. Since ∆ptsI, ∆nagC, and ∆glcU all grow to some extent in glucose, it is evident that glucose can be metabolized both by PTS and non-PTS routes. . However, the route of glucose utilization affects overall pathogenesis, as ∆nagC survives like WT in whole human blood, whereas ptsI is unable to survive. Subcutaneous infection of mice with ∆nagC did not exhibit increased lesion size, although these lesions are more severe than MGAS5005 due to the early onset of hemolysis. Overall this suggests that the routes of glucose metabolism greatly in uence SLS-mediated hemolysis. These results highlight that PTS carbohydrate metabolism plays an important role for GAS pathogenesis in both the skin and whole human blood, through the actions of EIIs. ▼ Este informe tiene como objetivo presentar modelos de valoración para la empresa Besalco S.A., utilizando el método de valoración por múltiplos, destacando que la firma es una sociedad anónima abierta que está inscrita en la Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (ex SVS), cuya información contable y bursátil está abierta al público. Besalco S.A. es un grupo principalmente constructor, contando con más de 80 años de experiencia en este rubro. Sin embargo, la empresa está inserta en otras áreas como Maquinarias, Inmobiliarias y Proyectos de Inversión, cuya composición de negocios es única dentro del mercado en Chile, destacando además que dichas actividades están insertas dentro de una industria dependiente del ciclo económico, cuya inversión ha sido baja en los últimos años. Bajo este contexto, se realizó la valoración de la empresa mediante el modelo de valoración a través de múltiplos al 30 de Octubre de 2017, fecha que corresponde al momento en que Besalco hizo públicos sus Estados Financieros correspondientes al Tercer Trimestre del año 2017. De esta información, se obtuvo la descripción de la empresa y de la industria, además de su financiamiento. Lo anterior, sumado a la información histórica de las empresas comparables permitió estimar valores de los activos y patrimonio de Besalco, en base a sus movimientos los últimos dos años (Método Múltiplos). El precio obtenido bajo la valoración por múltiplos está bajo un rango de precio entre $162,42 y $401,85, muy por debajo al precio de la acción bajo la fecha de análisis, que alcanzó a $761,49.; Este informe tiene por objeto la presentación del calculo del precio de la acción de la empresa Besalco S.A., utilizando tanto el método de valoración por flujos de caja descontados, destacando que la firma es una sociedad anónima abierta que está inscrita en la Comisión para el Mercado Financiero (ex SVS), cuya información contable y bursátil está abierta al público. Besalco S.A. es un grupo principalmente constructor, contando con más de 80 años de experiencia en este rubro y desarrollando un importante Know How en sub áreas como Servicios de Arriendo de Maquinarias, Inmobiliarias y Proyectos de Inversión. Dichas actividades están insertas dentro de una industria altamente sensible al ciclo económico, cuya inversión ha sido baja los últimos años. Bajo este contexto, se realizó la valoración de la empresa mediante el método “Flujo de Caja descontado” al 30 de Octubre de 2017, fecha que corresponde al momento en que Besalco hizo públicos sus Estados Financieros correspondientes al Tercer Trimestre del año 2017. Darbas pristato 1780 – 1785 m. Varšuvos laikraščio informacinio serviso analizė. Tyrimo objektas„Varšuvos laikraštis, leistas Varšuvoje 1780 – 1785 metais. Chronologinės ribas nulėmė šaltinių bazė. Pagrindinis šio darbo tikslas - naudojant statistinį tyrimą, nustatyti informacijos pateikimą laikraštyje ir išskirti informacijos geografinę priklausomybę. Šiam tikslui pasiekti buvo naudojamas ne tik statistinis, bet ir analitinis – aprašomasis tyrimo metodas. Darbe trumpai yra apžvelgiamas XVIII a. Lenkijos periodinės spaudos istorinė raida ir istorinė „Varšuvos laikraščio“ apžvalga. Pirmoje darbo dalyje yra analizuojama kaip vykdavo informacijos apytaka, kaip pateikiama informacija pasiekdavo laikraštį. Tam reikėjo nustatyti informacijos kilmė ir išskirti atrankos kriterijus. Nurodyti pagrindinius užsienio informacijos pateikimo šaltinius. Antroje darbo dalyje buvo bandoma atskleisti teritorinį aspektą iš kur atkeliaudavo informacija ir apie kokias vietoves rašydavo laikraščiuose dažniausiai. Šiam tyrimui teko suregistruoti pagal vietovės visus 1780 – 1785 m. laikraščio pranešimus, identifikuoti vietovės pagal valstybės ir apskaičiuoti, pateikiant bendrus informacijos pateikimo skaičius iš konkrečių vietovių. Tokių būdų žemėlapio pagalbą vaizdžiai pavaizdavome kiek ir iš kokių valstybių buvo pateikta pranešimų pasirinktame laikotarpyje. Trečioje darbo dalyje apsistojome ties informacijos tyrimo. This paper introduces the analysis of the Warsaw Newspaper’s informational service, years 1780-1785. The object of this analysis is the Warsaw Newspaper, published in 1780-1785 in Warsaw. The base of the sources determined chronological limits. The aim of this paper is to ascertain the presentation of the information and pick out its geographical dependence using statistic research. Statistic and analytical-descriptive methods were used to reach this aim and to conduct the research. This paper looks into the review of the Warsaw Newspaper and the historical development of the periodical press. The first part of the paper analyses how the informational circulation was accomplished and how the presented information reached the newspaper. For this purpose the origin of the information and the criteria for selection had to be established. In the second part of the paper the territorial aspect is being disclosed: the source of information and the places which were most frequently mentioned in the newspaper. To carry out this survey all the reports of the locality from 1780 till 1785 had to be registered. In addition, localities had to be identified and counted according to the States they belong to in order to present general numbers from concrete localities where the information comes from. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar o papel desempenhado pela Revista Você S/A no mercado de discursos administrativos. A idéia é investigar quais são as nuances constitutivas desse mercado, apresentando sua lógica de funcionamento e o percurso histórico que promoveu a sua estruturação, tal como se conhece contemporaneamente. Além disso, deve-se pensar como os agentes que constituem esse mercado atuam e legitimam suas práticas. A compreensão de todo esse contexto permitirá explicar qual o papel desempenhado pela Revista Você S/A nesse mercado e como ela se relaciona com os demais agentes constitutivos do campo. O trabalho se justifica por trazer luz a um fenômeno tão negligenciado pela academia, que é a imprensa de negócios e a disseminação desempenhada por ela dos estoques sociais de conhecimento provindos dos novos discursos administrativos. A metodologia empregada foi a de análise de conteúdo sobre as matérias publicadas pela revista, sendo precedida pela construção histórica da estruturação do mercado investigado. A pesquisa levou aos seguintes resultados: a imprensa de negócios, em geral, e a Revista Você S/A, em particular, se apresentam como mais uma ferramenta para que os leitores aumentem o estoque social de conhecimentos, para se inserir nas organizações contemporâneas. Legitima-se, também, como uma arena pública na qual os interessados na difusão de determinados pacotes gerenciais possam difundir tais práticas e ganhar capital econômico com elas

The present work aims at investigating the role of Você S/A magazine within the área of administrative discourses. The idea is to investigate the constituting variances in such market, presenting its working logics and its historical pathway that promoted its structure as we nowadays know. Furthermore, thought must be put into considering how the constituting agents of this market legitimize such practice. The understanding of this whole context will allow the explanation of the role of Você S/A magazine in this market and how the magazine is related to other area agents. The work is justified by casting light over a phenomena much neglected by the academy, which is the business press and the dissemination of social stock of knowledge developed from the new administrative discourses. The methodology used was the content analysis on published articles by the magazine, being preceded by the historical backtracking of the structuring of the investigated market. The research took into consideration the following results: the business press, in general, and the Você S/A in particular, presented themselves to be just one more tool for readers to increase their social stock of knowledge, as to be inserted into contemporary organizations. An enormous public arena in which the people interested in the diffusion of certain managing packages may spread such practices and earn economic capital with them
