We suggest that a slow-infusion study using SPECT/CT fusion imaging is valuable to ascertain the optimal drug perfusion in patients with hepatic cancer patients undergoing HAI chemotherapy. The detection of EHP on fused images is predictive of the direct gastric toxicity of anticancer agents in theses patients undergoing HAI.
