Nous d?finissons la r?silience comme la capacit? d?un Syst?me Homme-Machine (SHM) ? s?adapter positivement face ? des situations critiques engendr?es par des ?v?nements sans pr?c?dent dont la fr?quence d?occurrence est invraisemblable et dont les cons?quences sur le syst?me sont critiques voire catastrophiques.Nous pr?sentons d?abord un ?tat de l?art reposant sur le concept de r?silience que nous positionnons par rapport aux approches classiques de la suret? de fonctionnement pour l??valuation et la gestion des risques dans les SHM. Nous pr?sentons ensuite des m?thodes et des outils d?aide ? la r?action et ? la r?cup?ration des syst?mes face ? l?impr?vu. Nous nous int?resserons ?galement ? l?apport des techniques d?apprentissage it?ratif pour le management de la r?silience des SHM. Nous proposons alors une m?thode d??valuation de la r?silience bas?e sur un couple d?indicateurs multicrit?res. Un estimateur reposant sur un r?seau de neurones ? apprentissage renforc? est propos? pour ?valuer les indicateurs der?silience non mesurables ??en ligne??. Pour fiabiliser l?estimation, nous proposons unapprentissage it?ratif associ? soit ? un renforcement des param?tres d?estimation, soit ? un renforcement de la base de connaissances, soit les deux simultan?ment.Nous appliquons nos propositions lors d?une simulation de vol d?un Groupe de Ravitaillement en Vol, compos? d?un ?quipage tournant de 4 personnes. L?analyse des r?sultats exp?rimentaux montre la pertinence de nos contributions. Certaines perspectives de recherche sont ensuite abord?es notamment l?extension de l??tude aux ?v?nements de criticit? moindre et dont on disposerait d?une base de connaissances ? experte ?.

We define resilience as the ability of a Human-Machine System (HMS) to adapt itself positively facing critical situations resulting from the unprecedented events whose frequency of occurrence is unlikely and the consequences on the system are critical even catastrophic. We first present a state of the art based on the concept of resilience that we position compared to classic dependability approaches for HMS risk evaluation and management. We then present methods and support tools for the reaction and the recovery of systems facing the unexpected. We also detail the contribution of iterative learning techniques for the management of the SHM resilience. We propose then a method for resilience assessment based on a couple of multi-criteria indicators. An estimator based on a neural network with reinforced learning process is proposed to evaluate the ''online'' not measurable resilience indicators. For reliable estimation, we propose an iterative learning associated with a estimation parameters reinforcement process, or knowledge base reinforcement process, or both simultaneously. We apply our proposals during a flight simulation of a ??Groupe de Ravitaillement en Vol??, consisting of a rotating crew of 4 persons. The work carried out in this CIFRE PhD thesis is part of a long-term collaboration between CRAN and EDF R&D, one of the major results of which was the development of a risk analysis methodology called Integrated Risk Analysis (AiDR). This methodology deals with sociotechnical systems from technical, human and organizational points of view and whose equipment is subjected to maintenance and/or operation activities. This thesis aims to propose an evolution of the so-called "human barrier" model developed in the AiDR in order to evaluate the effectiveness of these human actions taken their organizational context. Our major contributions are organized around 3 axes: 1. Improvement of the pre-existing structure of the human barrier model to achieve a model based on performance shaping factors (PSF) provided by the Human Reliability Assessment (HRA) methods; 2. Integration of resilience and modeling of the interaction between resilient and pathogenic mechanisms impacting the effectiveness of activities in a probabilistic causal framework; 3. A global treatment of the expert judgments consistent with the mathematical structure of the proposed model in order to objectively estimate the parameters of the model.
