O presente estudo teve como objetivo conhecer a trajet?ria de profissionaliza??o dos egressos do I. E. A entre os anos de 1993 - 2013. Buscou-se nesse per?odo identificar situa??es que os influenciaram a continuarem ou n?o, atuando na ?rea da educa??o, bem como compreender os sentidos atribu?dos pelos egressos ?s situa??es que influenciaram sua trajet?ria ap?s a conclus?o do Magist?rio. Foram considerados para estudo das trajet?rias dois principais indicadores: percurso escolar e carreira profissional (cargos e fun??es ocupadas), no per?odo correspondente a 1993-2013. Foi utilizada a entrevista narrativa ou, relato (auto) biogr?fico, pois, a mesma tem como prop?sito acompanhar o individual e o coletivo articulados ao longo da vida considerando o contexto profissional. Nessa perspectiva, a trajet?ria de vida, com todos os acontecimentos que a pontuam, seus sucessos, seus anseios, seus momentos decisivos, deixa de ser uma experi?ncia pessoal transformando-se em uma experi?ncia social. As hist?rias de vida facilitaram compreender melhor os processos que encaminharam determinados egressos a continuarem no magist?rio ou a seguirem outra ?rea de atua??o. Ao narrarem seus percursos de vida, os egressos do magist?rio forneceram elementos para se compreender de que modo as viv?ncias no curso se enredaram nas tramas de suas vidas.

The present study aimed to understand the trajectory of professionalization of graduates I. E. The years between 1993 to 2013. We sought to identify situations in this period that influenced to continue or not, working in education, as well as understand the meanings attributed by graduates to situations that influenced his career after completion of the Magisterium. Were considered for the study of trajectories two main indicators: educational background and career (positions and functions occupied), corresponding to the period 1993-2013. Interview was used narrative or story (auto) biographical therefore the same aims to monitor individual and collective articulated lifelong considering the professional context. In this perspective, the life course, with all the events that punctuate, their successes, their aspirations, their defining moments, ceases to be a personal experience turning into a social experience. The life histories facilitated to better understand the processes that forwarded certain graduates to continue in the teaching profession or to pursue another area. As they told their life courses, the graduates of the teaching provided elements to understand how the experiences in the course tangled in the fabric of their lives.
