▼ Základem této bakalářské práce se stala již dříve vypracovaná studie v předmětu AG32. V rámci bakalářské práce je tato studie rozvedena do stupně Dokumentace pro stavební povolení a následně do Dokumentace pro provádění stavby. Hlavním tématem práce je Mateřská škola v Brně. Navržený objekt mateřské školy se nachází v městské části Brno střed, na ulici Údolní. Pozemek je ze severní strany lemován rušnější komunikací a parkem Obilní trh, na jižní stranu se terénní reliéf pozemku postupně zvedá k hradu Špilberk. Hlavní myšlenkou bylo vytvořit objekt mateřské školky a vytvořit tak ideální prostor pro výchovu a pobyt dětí. Tvar objektu reaguje na okolní zástavbu, kdy ze severní strany je pouze vstup do objektu a provozní zázemí školy, hlavní prostor školy, tedy herny a jídelna se poté otevírá na jižní stranu do zahrady, která dále přechází do svahu. Západní křídlo je vysunuto směrem do svahu, stavba tak plynule navazuje na původní terén a ze svahu je možné přejít na střechu budovy, která je navržena jako vegetační. Celkový vzhled stavby je přírodního charakteru, tvoří jej dřevěný fasádní svislý obklad, oblast u vstupu a v zadní části s návazností na zahradu jsou navrženy barevné otočné lamely, při jejich otáčení můžou samy děti pomocí barev měnit vzhled stavby.; The bachelor thesis was prepared on the basic of an earlier study in the subject AG32. This bachelor’s thesis develops study further into the level Building permit documentation and Documentation for execution of the project. The main theme of this work is the Kindergarten in Brno. The proposed kindergarten is located in the city centre of Brno, on Údolní Street. The land is bordered by a frequented road from the north side and the park Obilní trh, on the south side of the land the relief gradually rises to Špilberk Castle. The main idea was to create a kindergarten object and an ideal space for children’s upbringing and movement. The shape of the building reacts to the surrounding area. On the north side is only the entrance to the building and the school’s operational base. The main room of the school (the games room and the dining room) opens to the south side into the garden which goes further into the slope. The west wing of the building is extended to the slope and the construction continues to the original terrain and it’s possible to cross to the slope of the roof of the building. Roof is designed as a vegetation roof. The overall appearance of the building is of a natural character. It’s made of a wooden facade vertical tile. Only at the entrance to the building and on the other side of the building near garden are designed colour rotating lamellas. Children can rotate with them and change the appearance of the building. Tyto konverze jsou převod regulárního výrazu na konečný automat (KA), odstranění epsilon pravidel z KA a determinizace KA. Cílem bylo toto implementovat aplikaci. V této práci dokumentuji vývoj této aplikace. Tuto aplikaci jsem programoval v jazyku C++ za použití grafické knihovny Qt 5. Aplikaci jsem vyvíjel v operačním systému Linux a testoval v prostředí Microsoft Windows 7. Všechny tyto konverze jsou implementovány. Aplikace je uživatelsky přívětivá, intuitivní a funkční. Aplikace nebyla testována na širším vzorku studentů. Přínosem této práce je aplikace, která pomůže studentům formálních jazyků a automatů lépe pochopit a procvičit si tuto teorii na příkladech. Významnými solitéry stojícími uprostřed návsi byly budova obecního domu a bývalé školy, dnes domu služeb (knihovna, lékař, kadeřnice, pošta). Postupným rozšiřováním budovy obecního domu o přístavby technického zázemí a skladů, které přerostly až v nástavbu s bytovými jednotkami, a především umístěním objektu hospody využívající rovněž část objektu úřadu, vznikl shluk s nulovými architektonickými a urbanistickými kvalitami. Dochází tak k oslabování symboliky středu jakožto společné věci – res publica. Náves by měla být středobodem obce, místem setkávání a potkávání. Místem, kde si lidé vyměňují informace a konfrontují se s jinými názory. Mým cílem bylo zachovat stávající nabídku služeb a zároveň navrátit návsi její ztracenou identitu a symboliku. Objekty stojící uprostřed návsi jsou zpravidla solitérního charakteru, a ne jinak tomu bylo i ve Strachotíně. Tento aspekt vnímám v mém návrhu jako zásadní. Klíčovým se pro mě také stalo rozložení funkcí, vhodnost propojitelnosti jejich provozů. Potřeba sálu a místa pro komunitní život je zhmotněna v podobě nové přístavby k objektu bývalé školy, která ve spojení s infocentrem, knihovnou, klubovnou a službami jako je kadeřnice a ordinace lékaře tvoří jeden celek otevřeného komunitního domu. V obecním domě vidím jako nejpříhodnější spojení obecního sálu a hospody. Respektováním dvou solitérních objektů současně vymezuji 3 funkční plochy veřejného prostranství návsi. Středem je dlážděná plocha „piazzetta“, v jižní části zachovávám charakter parku s travnatou plochou a v severní části navrhuji sadovou úpravu prostoru s dětským hřištěm.; The history of Strachotín, as we know it today, started yet before the year of 1300. Its urbanist structure remained relatively the same untill the 2nd third of the 18th century, nor did the number of houses change. The structure of the main square has been conserved in its original form. The important solitary buildings standing in the centre of the main square were the buildings of the Municipal House and the former School, the social services house nowadays (library, physician, hairstylist, post office). By gradually adding technical facilities and warehouses that have grown into an extended construction with residential units and a pub, all of them carried out on top of the original Municipal House, the result is a „cluster“ of virtually zero architectural and urbanist qualities. The consequential effect brings diminishing of the significance of the town centre as a common place – res publica. The main square ought to be understood as a central point of the town, a meeting point, a place for reunions. A place of information exchange, sharing and confrontation of various opinions. ▼ Tato práce urbanisticky zapojuje projekt železniční městské rychlodráhy do prostoru jižního centra v Brně. Rychlodráha nabízí potenciál rovnoměrnější distribuce dopravy, zejména ve vazbě na městský region, a zachování přestupního uzlu na stáv. hlavním nádraží. Eliminuje nevýhody tzv. přesunuté varianty železničního uzlu Brno. Dopravní projekt městské rychlodráhy (koncepce: ing. Josef Veselý, projekt: Metroprojekt a.s.) umisťuje nadzemní těleso rychlodráhy do stopy takzvaného bulváru, který je prvkem zakotveným v územním plánu města. Z hlediska architektury a obrazu města je umístění takového dopravního tělesa do prostoru městské třídy velmi diskutabilní a pohledově/zážitkově značně nebezpečné. Diplomní práce - studie Compact City naznačuje řešení tohoto dilematu „obalením“ železničního tělesa stavební hmotou. Je možno využít jak prostory pod dráhou, jak je tomu běžné v mnohých evropských městech (Vídeň, Londýn, Paříž), tak nad ní (Amsterdam), což je možnost, která je výzvou této studie. Řešené území jižního centra je ve studii funkčně členěno do poměrně velkých homogenních ploch. To vychází z poznání, že jednotlivé funkce mají přirozené tendence k akumulaci a segregaci, jež je pro ně výhodná. Z celoměstského hlediska je tak rozumná taková situace, kde mix funkcí není absolutní, ale zaujímá určité měřítko. Enklávy o jisté velikosti, ne velké ale ani ne malé, jsou „tmeleny“ výplní s heterogenním a sdíleným využitím. Oblast bydlení je oddělena a zároveň propojena s oblastí komerčních a shoppingových realit právě domem nad železnicí, který obsahuje provozy občanské i komerční vybavenosti, a to zejména ty druhy vybavenosti, které nejsou závislé na bezprostředním kontaktu s uličním prostorem.; The integration of an official project for overground railway viaduct into envisaged urban structure of Brno city south centre is the key consideratoin of this project. In terms of transportation relationships in the regional scale this line can provide with the transport options spread more evenly. Moreover, the junction in the existing position would remain in operation since the new regional railway station is placed in there, avoiding the only junction available in the replaced station further away. The new regional line technical project (concept: ing. Josef Veselý, project: Metroprojekt a.s.) has inserted the railway viaduct upon the space designated for a wide boulevard connecting the replaced railway station to the city centre. The boulevard is defined in the city´s masterplan. In terms of architecture, image of the city and sensual quality of space, the presence of a huge traffic infrastructure is not desirable and causes serious public and proffesional considerations. The Compact City project challenges this dilemma by wrapping the viaduct in the building volumes. The project suggests that the spaces both beneath the viaduct and above it could be utilized. ▼ Bakalářská práce řeší návrh rodinného domu v obci Trnava u Zlína. Jedná se o dvoupodlažní rodinný dům s vestavěnou garáží v 1NP. Objekt byl navržen pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. V prvním nadzemním podlaží tedy 1NP se nachází předsíň orientovaná na sever, která sousedí s garáží a schodišťovým prostorem. Obývací pokoj je zde spolu s kuchyní a jídelnou orientovaný na jih. Suterén objektu představuje obytnou část a nachází se zde na západ orientovaná koupelna dětí, kotelna a východně orientovaná koupelna rodičů. Na jižní stranu jsou orientovány dva dětské pokoje a ložnice rodičů. Obvodové konstrukce jsou tvořeny z broušených keramických tvárnic zateplených kontaktním zateplovacím systémem. Vodorovnou nosnou konstrukci tvoří železobetonová monolitická deska. Objekt je zastřešen pultovou střechou se sklonem 5°. Bakalářská práce je zpracována ve formě projektové dokumentace pro provedení stavby.; The present Bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a house in the municipality of Trnava near Zlín. It is a two-storey house with a built-in garage on the first above-ground floor. The house was designed for a four-member family. On the first above-ground floor there is a north-facing hall that adjoins a garage and a staircase area. The open-concept kitchen-living room faces south. The basement of the house represents the living area and it locates a west-facing bathroom of the children, a boiler room, and an east-facing bathroom of the parents. Three bedrooms, two for the children and one for the parents, face south. The peripheral wall constructions are made of surface-ground ceramic brick with external thermal insulation composite system. The horizontal structure is made of reinforced concrete monolithic plate. The building has a pent roof with the slope of 5°. The Bachelor’s thesis is made in the form of detail design documentation. ▼ Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout solární mrazírnu v tropech, která by byla zcela soběstačná. Požadavkem bylo umístit solární mrazírnu do rozvojové země s nedostačující technickou infrastrukturou. Pro výstavbu mrazírny jsem zvolila pozemek nedaleko Viktoriina jezera, v městě zvaném Kisumu, které leží v Keni v Africe. Hlavní myšlenkou bylo vytvořit jednoduchý vzhled, který by odpovídal využití stavby. Mým návrhem byly dvě samostatně stojící budovy. První je malý objekt, sloužící jako vrátnice. Druhý je velký objekt ve tvaru písmene U, ve kterém se nachází veškeré potřebné prostory pro provoz mrazírny a zázemí pro zaměstnance. Nosný systém je tvořen železobetonovými monolitickými sloupy. Solární kolektory, umístěné na ploché střeše mrazírny, chrání střechu budovy před přímým slunečním zářením. Na východní a západní fasádě jsou osazené diagonální ocelové táhla, které tvoří výrazný prvek budovy.; The aim of this study was to design a tropical solar freezer, which would be entirely self-sufficient. The requirement was to install solar freezer to developing countries with insufficient technical infrastructure. The construction of solar freezer is located near Lake Victoria, in a town called Kisumu, Kenya in Africa. The main idea was to create a simple look that matches the use of the building. My suggestion was to create two separate buildings. The first is a small object, serving as a gatehouse. The second object is a large U-shaped, in which there are all the necessary facilities for the operation of freezer and facilities for staff. The supporting system consists of cast-in-place reinforced concrete columns. Solar panels located on the roof of freezers protect the building from direct sunlight. ▼ Současný stav Díky tomu, že se čeká na odsun nádraží, je železnice v žalostném stavu. Technicky a kapacitně (jsme schopni odbavit 30tis. cestujících/hodinu, v době veletrhu je potřeba 50tis.cestujících/ hodinu). Při její rekonstrukci je potřeba vytvořit síť nádraží, které jsou propojeny s městskou hromadnou dopravou. Vlak se tak stane součást hromadné dopravy a sníží se zatížení hlavního dopravního uzlu. Přesunout, nebo nepřesunout? Otázka na kterou si netroufám odpovědět. Obě varianty mají své výhody a nevýhody, které se navíc mění v čase. Situace se velice změnila příchodem finanční krize. Proto by měla probíhat odborná diskuse vedoucí k optimálnímu řešení. To se však neděje, politici se rozdělili na dvě skupiny, které již předem vědí, který návrh je ten nejvhodnější. Dodatečně se hledají argumenty, proč tomu tak je. Rozhodl jsem se prověřit variantu v nepřesunuté poloze. Největší nevýhodou této varianty je problematická výstavba(za provozu, nebo dočasné přesunutí). Největší výhodou je její vazba na uzel MHD a jádro města Brna. Region Velice důležitá je pro mě vazba na region a jeho propojení s městskou integrovanou dopravou. To vnímám jako silnou stránku Brna, která by se měla dále rozvíjet. Společně s rozvojem hromadné dopravy by mělo docházet k útlum dopravy osobní. Bariéra Svou prací se snažím vyvrátit názor, že železnice vytváří bariéru. Naopak se snažím dívat na železnici jako na místo, které spojuje. Nejen jednotlivé zastávky, ale i město. Konstrukce Železobetonové oblouky jsou v půdorysu uspořádány do trojúhelníků a vytváří tak prostorovou příhradovinu. V ní se nachází nádraží. Na ní jsou umístěny koleje. Typologie K nádraží přistupuji jako k volnému prostoru, který je dodatečně vyplněn různými funkcemi. Tyto funkce mohou být, dle potřeby, měněny.; Current Status Because we are waiting for transfer of the station, the railway is in a deplorable state. ▼ Bakalářská práce řeší návrh rodinného domu v Čermné. Objekt je navržen jako dvoupodlažní na rovinatém terénu, s mírným svahem orientovaným na jižní stranu. Vstup do domu je orientován ze západní strany. V této části je dále umístěna šatna, pokoj pro hosty, koupelna s WC, technická místnost, schodišťový prostor, hala, obývací pokoj, jídelna s kuchyňským koutem a spíž. Dále je na úrovni 1.NP umístěna garáž se samostatným vchodem. Ve 2.NP se nachází klidová zóna složená ze dvou dětských pokojů, ložnice rodičů a pracovny. Dále se zde nachází hala, koupelna s WC a domácí wellness se vstupem na vegetační střechu. Společenská i klidová zóna jsou orientovány na jižní stranu s výhledem. Svislé konstrukce jsou navrženy z keramických bloků. Strop nad nejnižší úrovní je skládaný z tvarovek Heluz Miako s nadbetonávkou. Objekt je zastřešen jednoplášťovou plochou střechou se sklonem 3%.; This bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the creation of a plan for a detached house in Čermná. The building is designed as a two-storey house on an almost flat terrain which follows the gentle slope oriented towards the south. The entrance of the house is oriented towards the west. In the same section of the house there is also a dressing room, guest room, bathroom with a toilet, utility room, staircase hall, living room, dining room with a kitchenette and pantry. Opossite of the entrance there is also a garage with a its separate entrace. On the second floor there is a private zone which consists of two children´s rooms, a bedroom and a study. On the same floor a hall, bathroom with a toilet and spa are located together with the entry to a green roof. Social and private zones are oriented towards the south which offers a nice view. Vertical structures are designed from clay hollow bricks. The ceiling above the lowest level is made of clay system Heluz Miako with a concrete slab. The building is covered with warm flat roof with a slope of 3%. Advisors/Committee Members: Benešová, Romana (advisor).

▼ Téma diplomové práce vychází ze závěrů předdiplomové práce, která se snažila najít ztracený potenciál obce Strachotín a nastínit její možný rozvoj. Strachotín se nachází ve významné vinařské oblasti. Proto je potenciál obce především ve víně, tradici a turismu. Strategie vychází z těchto potenciálů a vznikají dvě hlavní témata. Žiju, objevuju. Faktor žiju reprezentuje obyvatele Strachotína a možnost bydlení, práce a rekreace. Faktor objevuju reprezentuje tradice a turismus. Klíčovým tématem se tedy stává náves. Ta je především místem pro místní obyvatele, ale také místem, které má obec reprezentovat a podpořit turismus. Náves je nejdůležitější částí obce, ale současný stav tomu bohužel neodpovídá. Nevhodným umístěním objektů a jejich funkčním využitím ztratila náves svoji identitu. Návrh se snaží náves očistit od objektů, které sem funkčně a esteticky nepatří. Objekty, které v návrhu zůstávají jsou obecní dům a bývalá škola. Ty zde mají historicky danou polohu. Návrh je doplňuje o objekt nový, který je spojuje a doplňuje o funkce, které v obci chyběly nebo ztratily svůj význam v původním řešení. Nově vzniklé veřejné prostranství vytváří nejen místo pro obyvatele Strachotína, ale i nový turistický cíl.; The theme of the diploma thesis is based on conclusions of the pre-diploma thesis which tried to find lost potential of the village Strachotín and outline its possible development. Strachotín is located in a major wine region. Therefore, the potential of the municipality is mainly in wine, tradition and tourism. The stragedy builds on these potentials and creates two main themes. I live, I discover. The living factor represents inhabitants of Strachotín and the possibility of housing, work and recreation. The discovering factor represents traditions and tourism. The key theme becomes a village square. This is primarily a place for local residents, but also a place for the municipality to represent and support tourism. The village square is the most important part of the village, but the current state of affairs is not the case. Village square lost its identity thanks to inappropriate placement of objects and their functional use. The design tries to clean the village square from objects that are not functionally and aesthetically suitable. Objects that remain in the proposal are a municipal house and former school. They have a historical position here. The proposal adds a new object that combines and complements functions that have been missing or lost in the village in the original solution. The newly created public space creates not only a place for the inhabitants of Strachotín, but also a new tourist destination. Advisors/Committee Members: Nový, Vítězslav (advisor).
