▼ Third-sector entities are organizations without lucrative purposes which are spread all around the world, booming in Brazil with great national representativeness. Those entities have initiative, creativity and diversity as work propeller springs, allowing them to work as truly citizenship schools searching information and providing social services which the society really needs. Theirs dynamic is complementary to the Estate and market activities, without lucrative purposes. For that, they face challenges, in e.g. , the sustainability, the lack of resources and complex taxes legislation, among others. Some depends exclusively on the Estate, some don t; they generate their own resources as strategy to complement what have been redirected, but some are taxed. The plots withheld by tax authorities, may or not, influence its management. This study tries to answer this question. It s about a Health Institute case study, in Irmandade da Santa Casa de Miseric??rdia de S??o Paulo, between 2008 and 2009. The research justifies itself by the lack of information, interpretations and publications available in Brazil, about this organization tax matter, specifically, related to the tax payments from their own revenues generated by the institution and by the third-sector importance, as Estate provided services complementary role. The research methodology has exploratory characteristic. The method used is the bibliographic and documental, and the technique, descriptive and qualitative, throughout extensive interviews observation, so as reports and also documents given by the Institution analysis. The research has as purpose the development of the study theoretical bases, involving themes such as: sustainability, resources capitation, recipes tax payments and tax benefits. Assuming in an initial scenario that most of these entities face lack of resources problems, theirs management could have good efficiency levels. Therefore, about the sustainability, the research also concerned about measuring the entity object of study performance. The methodology used was developed by the American foundation The Roberts Enterprise Development Fund REDF, called the Social Return on Investment (SROI), with the objective of quantifying the economical and social value created with the investments of third sector entities. The research showed that the Irmandade da Santa Casa de Miseric??rdia de S??o Paulo is not influenced by its recipes tax payments, whereas the revenue doesn t apply on it the tax payments as it does in other entities. It understands that the entity revenues doesn t have economical nature and relates to the final activity. But, the entity questions judicially the incidence of PIS/PASEP about the monthly payment sheet. The evaluation thru the SROI showed that the entity depends on the social revenues to complement its economical activity. The main research contribution was to foment the concept discussion if the third-sector entity revenues should or not be taxed. ▼ This research addresses the birth and history of cities, its structure, management and an evaluation tool that public managers are currently using: social indicators. This is because the expense is a concern among all the directors are not different to government managers. The aim of this study was to find relationship between the indicator of the wealth S?o Paulo index for Social Responsibility and public spending represented by the functions of government, and find possible trends of public expenditures of municipalities of S?o Paulo state, among those considered the richest and poor in 2000, 2002 and 2004. The research was quantitative in nature, with research literature, documentary and explanatory, and use as a statistical tool to multiple regression. We analyzed 75% of municipalities, making the number of 484 of 645 municipalities in the State of S?o Paulo. The difference of 25% is given for the lack of accounting data of the municipalities that did not send their information to the National Treasury Secretariat, which feeds the program FINBRA, preventing the study of all the municipalities of the state in those years. Municipalities that did not submit its accounting to NTS data were excluded from the search. Furthermore, a study was conducted on the functions of government, as proposed in the years to research, there were two doors: the n? 09/1974 and n? 42/1999 of. These ordinances help to standardize the constitutional budget cuts with regard to the functions of government. It must therefore standardize these functions of government for all municipalities and thus facilitate the work. The treatment given to this pattern was so historic, reviewing legislation since its determination from the end of the 1930s. For the indicator of wealth of the SPISR, not requiring special treatment, because all the municipalities of S?o Paulo State had its indicator. The answer to the question of research was that there is relationship between the indicator of wealth of SPISR in public spending made by municipalities in the years 2000, 2002 and 2004, so finding, including trends in spending between rich districts and municipalities as considered poor. Este estudo teve como objetivo ? estudar as rela??es entre a cultura organizacional e a comunica??o interna existente nos processos comunicacionais do Centro Administrativo da Reitoria da Ufam. O tema foi desenhado com base no paradigma da complexidade de Edgar Morin, m?todo utilizado nos estudos que requer uma an?lise mais complexa dos processos, uma vez que busca compreende as rela??es complexas existentes entre os servidores e a organiza??es, tendo vista que estas rela??es tendem a serem constru?das ou reconstru?das conforme a cultura existente no ambiente. Os estudos sobre cultura organizacional s?o conduzidos, segundo Martin (2001), considerando-se tr?s perspectivas: a integra??o, a diferencia??o e a fragmenta??o, levando em considera??o o grau de consenso existente entre os membros da organiza??o em rela??o ?s manifesta??es culturais. Atrav?s dessas perspectivas ajuda a entender a comunica??o interna em interface com a cultura organizacional, tendo em vista que esta ? uma ferramenta na intera??o entre os p?blicos e a organiza??o. A coleta de dados ocorreu em 2019 atrav?s da pesquisa documental e aplica??o de question?rio semiestruturado eletr?nico. A an?lise dos dados foi realizada ? luz do referencial te?rico proposto. A comunica??o organizacional, de acordo com a percep??o dos servidores do Centro Administrativo da Reitoria, apresentou-se como uma comunica??o mais pr?xima da dimens?o instrumental, t?cnica e voltada para informa??o, no entanto os participantes entendam que a comunica??o deva ser utilizada estrategicamente para alcan?ar os objetivos da organiza??o. Os ecossistemas comunicacionais ajudam na compreens?o da interface entre a comunica??o e a cultura em uma perspectiva de um sistema em que todas as possibilidades devem ser consideradas. Desta maneira, os resultados da pesquisa responderam ao problema e nos leva ? concluir que os resultados alcan?ados responderam ?s expectativas da pesquisa ao demonstrar que esse estudo aponta que ocorrem simultaneamente a manifesta??o das tr?s perspectivas de Martin (2001), tornando a cultura organizacional da IES complexa.

This study hasto study the relationships between the organizational culture and the internal communication existing in the communication processes of the Administrative Center of the Rectory of Ufam. The theme was designed based on the complexity paradigm of Edgar Morin, a method used in studies that requires a more complex analysis of processes, since it seeks to understand the complex relationships existing between servers and organizations, considering that these relationships tend to built or rebuilt according to the existing culture in the environment. ▼ Since the Industrial Revolution, individuals search for professions which grant them social status. The first current of thought of the Theory of Professions claims that professions were created to meet the society's needs. However, subsequent theories (which have been adopted for this paper), presume that the main objective of any profession is to attain social status. In order to reach this goal, the society must develop a positive representation of the profession and its professionals. The social representations are non-scientific explanations of reality, making common and familiar objects accessible to a whole group through historical insight, full of cognitive approaches and interpretative distortions of individuals about objects. The literature analyzed here shows that the stereotypes created for the accountancy professional are predominantly negative, making the task of recruiting good students more difficult in this field. Professional class agencies are the main responsible for the profession, and their target is the attainment of professional status. Faced with this situation, this paper aims to identify and analyze the stereotypes in the rhetoric of the professional class agency for Brazilian accountants from 1962 to 2014. Through an exploratory and qualitative research, it was possible making a prior selection of stereotypes by means of the analysis of literature extracted from the 285 informative newsletters published by the CRC/SP. The data has been analyzed from the perspective of a historical-economical recapitulation, in parallel with the main accountancy milestones in Brazil. The obtained results confirm what Jeacle (2008) states: there is a relationship between positive and negative stereotypes, since both had the same behavior in many decades and, whenever the negative stereotypes were confirmed, the positive ones were confirmed as well. It was not possible establishing the same relationship with the neutral stereotypes group. The results also indicate that the accountancy professionals adapt themselves to the external changes by changing the signs of representation exposed to the society. It was also possible to observe that, in times of international crisis and threat to the accountancy professional outlook, the CRC/SP kept sharing signs that would depict this professional as competent and trustworthy. ▼ This study was designed to test a model examining the influence of brand-related UGC shared via Facebook on consumer response. Specific research objectives were to 1) investigate whether brand-related UGC act as stimuli to activate consumer response in relation to brands, 2) examine the process by which brand-related UGC influences consumer behavior via emotional and cognitive responses, and 3) test whether brand-related UGC source and receiver characteristics moderated the relationships between brand-related UGC and emotional and cognitive responses. The model tested was derived from the S-O-R consumer response model (Mehrabian & Russell, 1974) that depicts the effects of environmental stimuli on consumer responses (i.e., emotional, cognitive, behavioral). Data were collected from individuals participating in consumer panels (n = 533) managed by a marketing research company. Participants were individuals who were at least 18 years old and who had a Facebook account. An online self-administered survey methodology was employed. Mock Facebook fan pages were developed as visual stimuli and presented participants with brand-related UGC. Participants also completed a questionnaire containing measures of emotional, cognitive, and behavioral responses. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the proposed hypotheses indicated in the model. The study examined brand-related UGC as stimulus, pleasure and arousal as emotional responses and perceived information quality as cognitive response. Information pass-along, impulse buying, future-purchase intention, and brand engagement were treated as behavioral response constructs (i.e., behavioral outcomes in relation to brand) in the S-O-R model. Homophily and brand involvement were tested as moderators in the S-O relationships. Brand-related UGC were informational stimuli that activated consumers' emotional and cognitive responses (i.e., pleasure, perceived information quality). However, arousal as an emotional response was not significantly influenced by brand-related UGC. The eWOM source characteristic (i.e., homophily) moderated the relationships between brand-related UGC and emotional and cognitive responses. Both emotional and cognitive responses examined (i.e., pleasure, arousal, perceived information quality) significantly influenced behavioral responses. Thus, information pass-along, impulse buying, future-purchase intention, and brand engagement were behavioral responses stimulated by brand-related UGC. Discussions of the findings, theoretical and practical implications, and limitations and suggestions for future research were provided based on the findings.

▼ The Pedagogical Political Project is presented as an instrument of academic management, pointing alternative paths and establishing commitments in search of an IES identity and the course it offers. Therefore, the PPP is instituted from intentional actions with an explicit sense and a commitment defended collectively. This study was intended for knowing and analyzing the way of acting of a coordinator of an Accounting Sciences course facing the construction process of the Pedagogical Political project as a response to the curricular changes instituted, and therefore, to point out challenges, difficulties and progress originating from it. For this, a descriptive research was performed with a qualitative approach. The data were obtained from interviews and document analysis. A participative leadership style and democratic management of the coordination of the investigated course was observed, as well as the decentralization of the pedagogical management effort using strategies and actions looking for the involving everyone in the curricular decision making process. Actions such as the creation of deliberative instances, pedagogical meetings, meetings and other participative actions were detected. Delegating functions and implementing changes in the course indicate that the exercise of autonomy and participation are the most valued pillars by the coordination. Despite the intentions and the participative actions in the construction of the PPP, there are challenges to be overcome by the course coordination such as implementing a competence curriculum with a vision focused in the labour market not in the market, a vision still present in DCNs. The desired profile for the accountant currently demands reviewing the curricula theory and adopted methodologies for increasing the learning process and student development. It is concluded that a participative leadership style allows knowledge mobility, professional and interpersonal experiences that promote the engagement of everybody in the academic activities and results, motivating them to accept the challenges of the path towards the scientifical and technological formation of students. O presente trabalho visa o estudo da influência das perceções de responsabilidade social empresarial (RSE) sobre a satisfação no trabalho, identificação organizacional, e orientação para o cliente. Sendo este tema pertinente pois, torna-se importante o acesso às percepções dos colaboradores acerca das atividades de RSE, de modo a verificar se as mesmas, os afetam de um modo positivo ou negativo. O estudo foi realizado numa instituição bancária portuguesa, sendo assim aplicado a um conjunto de agências do concelho de Almada. Os resultados revelaram uma relação positiva e significativa entre as perceções de RSE e a identificação organizacional, satisfação no trabalho e orientação para o cliente, levando à confirmação das hipóteses construídas. Por seu turno, constatou-se ao contrário de estudos passados, que a satisfação no trabalho e a identificação organizacional não atuam enquanto variáveis mediadoras da relação entre RSE e orientação para o cliente. Por outro lado, observou-se que a importância atribuída à responsabilidade social, modera a relação entre a RSE e a orientação para o cliente. E por fim, ao decompor a RSE nas suas componentes verificou-se que a satisfação no trabalho dos indivíduos, é mais influenciada pelas políticas de RSE face aos funcionários e governo, enquanto que as politicas de RSE face ao governo são mais influentes na orientação para o cliente, e identificação organizacional, que também é influenciada pelas politicas de RSE face aos stakeholders.

The present work aims to study the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on job satisfaction, organizational identification and customer orientation. Therefore becomes important to access the perceptions of employees about the CSR activities in order to ascertain if they affect them in a positive or negative way. The study was conducted in a Portuguese bank , thus being applied to a number of agencies in the municipality of Almada. The results revealed a positive and significant relationship between perceptions of CSR and organizational identification, job satisfaction and customer orientation, leading to the confirmation of hypotheses constructed. In turn, it was found, unlike past studies that job satisfaction and organizational identification did not act as mediating variables of the relationship between CSR and customer orientation. On the other hand, it was observed that the social responsability importance can moderate the relationship between CSR and customer orientation. Finally, the decomposing CSR into its components it was found that job satisfaction of individuals, is more influenced by CSR policies in relation to employees and government, while the CSR policies against the government are most influential in orientation customer and organizational identification, which is also influenced by the policies of stakeholders in relation to CSR.

La O-GlcNAcylation est une glycosylation dynamique et réversible sous le contrôle de la O-GlcNAc Transférase (OGT) qui transfère un résidu de GlcNAc sur les Ser/Thr de protéines intracellulaires, et de la O-GlcNAcase (OGA). Plusieurs travaux dont ceux de notre équipe ont montré l'importance de la dynamique de O-GlcNAcylation pour la progression normale du cycle cellulaire, et plus particulièrement de la mitose. L’objectif de mes travaux de thèse était de comprendre comment la balance O-GlcNAc participe au contrôle des étapes précoces du cycle cellulaire. J’ai d’abord montré dans différentes lignées cellulaires que l’entrée en phase S s’accompagne d’une baisse marquée du niveau de O-GlcNAc, corrélée à une augmentation de l’expression et de l’activité de l’OGA endogène. Par protéomique, 58 protéines cytosoliques et nucléaires différentiellement O-GlcNAcylées à la transition G1/S ont ensuite été identifiées dans les cellules MCF7 synchronisées. Ces protéines interviennent dans des processus cellulaires essentiels à la phase G1 dont la régulation de la transcription, de la traduction et de la mise en conformation des protéines, et de la réplication de l’ADN. Par immunoprécipitation, les variations O-GlcNAc dépendantes du cycle cellulaire ont été confirmées sur les protéines cytosoliques CK8, hnRNP K et Caprine 1, et sur les protéines nucléaires du complexe de pré-réplication, MCM-3, -4, -6, et -7. Ces travaux montrent donc que la transition G1/S est étroitement liée à la dynamique de O-GlcNAcylation et soulignent un rôle potentiel de cette glycosylation dans le contrôle de l’initiation de la réplication de l’ADN et par là même, dans le maintien de l'intégrité génomique.

O-GlcNAcylation is a highly dynamic and reversible glycosylation which is governed by O-GlcNAc Transferase (OGT) that transfers the N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) residue onto Ser/Thr of intracellular proteins, and O-GlcNAcase (OGA). Over the last decade, we and others have shown that dynamics of O-GlcNAcylation was important in regulating the cell cycle progression, and more particularly the mitosis events. The aim of my work was to explore how O-GlcNAc balance is implicated in the control of cellular proliferation by focusing on the early steps in the cell cycle. We highlighted in several cell lines that S-phase entry is associated with a marked decrease in the overall level of O-GlcNAcylated proteins, concordant with an increase in both the expression and activity of endogenous OGA. Then, using a proteomic approach we identified 58 cytoplasmic and nuclear proteins differentially O-GlcNAcylated between G0, G1 and S phases. These proteins are involved in key cellular functions that are essential for G1 and S progression, such as protein folding and translation, transcription or DNA replication. By immunoprecipitation, we further confirmed the cell cycle-dependent O-GlcNAc variations of CK8, hnRNP K, Caprin-1, and MCM -3, -4, -6, and -7 proteins which are part of the pre-replicative complex. A presente dissertação é o resultado de uma pesquisa realizada na Universidade Federal do Amazonas (UFAM), pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da Faculdade de Educação, financiada pelo CNPq, para titulação de Mestrado, que investigou as trajetórias acadêmica e profissional de docentes negra(o)s que se destacaram nesta Universidade. Para tanto, a abordagem biográfica história oral de vida - foi a metodologia aplicada. Filmei o depoimento de cinco docentes a partir de um roteiro semi-estruturado para responder às questões norteadoras: Como ocorreu a trajetória acadêmica da(o)s docentes negra(o)s? Quais fatores determinaram esta trajetória acadêmica? Como se desenrolou a trajetória profissional na UFAM? Que desafios enfrentaram ao longo destas trajetórias? Ao longo de suas trajetórias acadêmica e profissional, perceberam mudanças em relação à assunção da identidade negra? Que tipo de estratégias desenvolveu diante do racismo institucional? Assim, os objetivos estabelecidos, analisar o processo de construção e reconstrução das identidades destes docentes, identificar as formas assumidas pelo racismo institucional e a necessidade ou não de políticas afirmativas, foram alcançados. Concluo apontando a necessidade de implementação de um programa de combate ao racismo institucional e uma ampla reforma curricular numa perspectiva de reeducação das relações étnico-raciais na UFAM.

The current dissertation is the result of a research that took place in the Federal University of the state of Amazonas (UFAM) in Brazil , as a requirement to get the title of Master in Education as established by the Program of Post-Graduation in Education held by the same university, which was financed by the CNPq, aiming to investigate the academical and professional histories of the black citizens who are inserted in this university as professors. To do so, the biographical approach through a life history orally-told method was the basis for the methodology taken. Thus, five professor testimonies were A/V recorded from a semi-structured sketch as the answers for the following questions: How did the whole academical trajectory of these subjects happen? Which factors determined their academical life as students? How could their professional experience at UFAM be described? What challenges did they face for being black professors? All along the time they played their roles as common academic students and professors, did they realize any change concerning the acceptance of the black identity void of prejudice? In the case in which they had to face inward prejudice issues against negroes at UFAM, what strategies did they make use of? This way, the main goals of this research had been established and accomplished with their objectives, which were to identify and make an analysis of the process of the construction and reconstruction of these subjects identities, the forms of prejudice that were observed inside of their workplaces, as well as the needs or its negative for the establishment of affirmative political programs in…

A presente pesquisa tem por objetivo implementar e avaliar um programa de inserção de jovens com deficiência intelectual em atividades laborais na Faculdade de Educação da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro.Para tal, foi utilizado o conceito de emprego customizado, que baseia-se na criação e/ou adaptação de postos de trabalho em empresas e outras instituições, se adequando a demanda do empregadorcom as habilidades do sujeito com deficiência, de forma a criar uma função que atenda às necessidades de ambas as partes. Um dos procedimentos da customização do trabalho é o Perfil Pessoal Positivo PPP, uma estratégia para traçar as habilidades e dificuldades dos jovens e adultos com deficiência, de forma a facilitar sua inserção no mercado de trabalho e outros espaços sociais. Participaram da pesquisa quatro jovens com deficiência intelectual, denominados treinandos indicados pelos professores de uma escola especial da rede pública do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, oriundos decursos de formação inicial e continuada em auxiliar de serviços gerais e auxiliar de contínuo-reprografia. Utilizou-se a metodologia de pesquisa-ação, com dados colhidos através de entrevistas semiestruturadas com os sujeitos com deficiência intelectual e os funcionários da Faculdade de Educação, assim como observação de seu desempenho. Como dados complementares, também foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com as mães dos jovens e os funcionários da Faculdade de Educação que aturaram diretamente com os treinandos. As entrevistas iniciais com os treinandos serviram como base para traçar seu o PPP, e determinar que atividades seriam mais adequadas para eles. Já as realizadas com os gestores da Faculdade, visaram compreender a dinâmica de funcionamento e as necessidades de trabalho da instituição.A elaboração do PPPpermitiu romperas barreiras impostas pelas exigências do mercado de trabalho, como escolarização mínima, capacitação, entre outras, pois, compreendendo as características do sujeito, é possível encontrar funções laborais que se adequem às suas singularidades e, ao mesmo tempo, atendam às necessidades do empregador. Concluímos, com base nos dados colhidos, que analisar o ambiente de trabalho com o objetivo de oferecer mão deobra adequada para a demanda é pré-requisito para a contratação e inclusão laboral de pessoas com deficiência. A customização do emprego contribui para a eliminação das barreiras atitudinais e preconceitos, aumentando as probabilidades de um desempenho e produção laboral satisfatória, beneficiando, tanto a instituição quanto o funcionário.

▼ This study presents a research on some aspects of Dental Health Maintenance Organizations (DHMOs) located in S??o Paulo's metropolitan area as well as their management attributions. These DHMOs act according to different dental group organizations: civil and corporate institutions, service management organization, self management system, co-operative system and dental insurance system. This research is composed of a collection of literary data, secondary data on the studied topic, as well as a field survey based on recorded interviews performed among highly regarded managers of DHMOs companies, according to a previously prepared script. The highlights are: the historical evolution of DHMOs, main features of those companies, profile of the interviewed managers, their opinion on which would be the negative and positive aspects of this kind of enterprise, regulatory agents of the entire process, management attributions and trends of this mode of health offering among the population. The focused management attributions were: Strategy, Marketing, Endomarketing, Human Resources, Logistics, Information Technology (IT), Finance and Operation Methods. IT is the field that has received the most amounts of investments by the DHMOs and Finance is the issue of highest concern among managers. The comparative analysis of the obtained data leads one to point out that even though the studied DHMO companies act in diverse society models, they appear to have similar management systems, what could be considered as a relevant interest on the professional aspect of management, in which field still there is much more to improve and innovate. This kind of organizations might be the link between population, who demands dental care as well as health maintenance and dental professionals, who are eager to work. This should represent the ability to fulfill the major part of the population needs, through shared actions between entrepreneurs and the benefactors, under government regulation, when appropriate management shall be the key towards success. This study advises that more investments in Human factor should be made, and also further studies on the subject of dental assistance management are recommended, in arder to deeply understand the issue. The educational market in Brazil has become very competitive, according to the sense of higher education 2019 - National Institute of Educational Studies and Research An?sio Teixeira INEP (data 2018), 88.20% of Higher Education Institutions - IES, are private. These institutions, duly accredited by the Ministry of Education - MEC, can offer Lato Sensu Specialization courses. According to Resolution No. 1, of April 8, 2018, Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are independent of authorization, recognition and renewal of recognition (which guarantees them to maintain the characteristics of flexibility, dynamism and agility), as long as offered by accredited institutions. To make a difference in the market, HEIs must offer quality services that require a lot of investment, both intellectual and financial. Given this reality, managers need to use the control tools to better understand the general picture between their revenue costs, but mainly to control their costs, which for this line of business are very high. A forma??o profissional em Servi?o Social tem objetivo de proporcionar a constru??o de perfis profissionais alinhados com o projeto profissional que se direciona, de modo geral, ? compreens?o e interven??o cr?tica diante das express?es da quest?o social da sociedade capitalista, portanto, ? necess?ria avalia??o da forma??o e observa??o dos meios adotados para sua avalia??o a fim de que seja observada se h? coer?ncia e real contribui??o ao processo formativo. Assim, a pesquisa teve como objetivo geral: analisar a avalia??o da forma??o profissional em Servi?o Social por meio do Exame Nacional de Desempenho de Estudantes (ENADE), com ?nfase ? aprecia??o dada aos cursos existentes no Estado do Amazonas nas v?rias edi??es deste instrumento avaliativo, com o intuito de contribuir para o aprimoramento do processo avaliativo. Para isto, os objetivos espec?ficos foram problematizar a ado??o do ENADE como meio de avalia??o da forma??o em Servi?o Social; avaliar os conte?dos das provas do ENADE com base nos n?cleos de fundamenta??o da forma??o profissional em Servi?o Social; e identificar a avalia??o dada ? forma??o profissional em Servi?o Social no Amazonas a partir da ?tica do ENADE. Foram desenvolvidas pesquisa bibliogr?fica e documental, sob abordagem do enfoque misto (que engloba tanto os aspectos quantitativos quanto os qualitativos do objeto), de natureza explicativa, sob direcionamento do m?todo cr?tico-dial?tico. Os materiais primordiais ? an?lise foram as provas do ENADE, as legisla??es que regulamentam o exame e as diretrizes curriculares da forma??o em Servi?o Social, como tamb?m os relat?rios de ?rea e de cada institui??o que oferece o curso de Servi?o Social do Amazonas, possibilitando que, por meio destes ?ltimos documentos, visualiz?ssemos o dom?nio dos estudantes sobre os conte?dos da forma??o a partir dos acertos e erros nas provas, e o conhecimento do perfil dos estudantes participantes do exame. Para capta??o dos dados a partir documentos, foram adotadas as t?cnicas de an?lise documental e an?lise de conte?do que possibilitaram o conhecimento da estrutura e organiza??o deles, bem como das intencionalidades entranhadas. Diante disto, foi identificado que o ENADE ? insuficiente para avaliar a forma??o profissional, aqui em quest?o a forma??o em Servi?o Social, representando reducionismo ao ser conduzido sem articula??o com as demais propostas trazidas pelo SINAES (avalia??o interna e externa, com visita in loco, alcan?ando discentes, docentes e t?cnicos-administrativos, dentre outras), mas, por outro lado, no que tange ? sua fun??o de exame de desempenho, possibilita aproxima??o sobre os conhecimentos obtidos pelos discentes durante a gradua??o.

▼ The purpose of the research was to explore the influence of website characteristics on consumers’ affective states and behavioral responses in an online shopping environment. Based on a combination of the Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) and the Behavioral Perspective Model (BPM) models, this study presents a framework that provides an understanding of associations among various stimuli (utilitarian and informational reinforcements and setting scope), affective responses (pleasure, arousal, and dominance) and behavioral responses (approach and avoidance). The study employed a 2 x 2 x 2 between subjects’ factorial design: Utilitarian reinforcement (high vs. low) x informational reinforcement (high vs. low) x behavior setting scope (open vs. closed). A single consumer scenario was used across all eight consumer situations. The eight consumer situations represent all possible combinations of utilitarian reinforcement (high vs. low), information reinforcement (high vs. low), and behavior setting scope (open vs. closed). The findings of this study revealed: 1) a difference in the effect of high and low levels of utilitarian reinforcements on pleasure, 2) a difference in the effect of relatively open and closed behavior setting scope on dominance, 3) a difference in approach and avoidance behaviors for high and low levels of utilitarian and informational reinforcements, 4) a difference in approach and avoidance behavior for relatively open and closed behavior setting scopes, and 5) a difference in approach and avoidance behaviors for the affective state of pleasure. The findings of the study provide empirical support 1) for inclusion of the dominance measure in the S-O-R model as a valid affective state in the online context, and 2) for the association among website stimuli, affective responses and behavioral responses as proposed by the integrated model of the BPM and S-O-R in an online shopping context. ▼ The National Curricular Guidelines for the undergraduate course in accounting, bachelor, define the work of completion as a curriculum option, and it is incumbent upon the institution that take issue the rules, which leads to the most distinct forms of parameters and procedures regarding the format, preparation, correction and final destination of the TCC and that may have an influence on the practices of faculty advisers. The present research aims to understand and analyze the practices adopted for guiding the work of completion of undergraduate Accounting in Institutions of Higher Education of the city of S??o Paulo, offering stricto sensu graduate studies and if such practices can promote integration between undergraduate and graduate school. In order to achieve the goal, interviews have been made with eight teachers, graduates with Master or Doctor, of four Institutions of Higher Education of the city of S??o Paulo, through a survey characterized as descriptive and qualitative type as the approach. The data were collected through documentary analysis and in-depth interview and analyzed by means of the technique of content analysis. The findings of the survey show that teachers guiding converge in many respects their practices of guidance when you establish a good relationship with the students, understand and try to overcome the difficulties that they report, adopt methodological rigour in guidance and correction of the work, recognize a good TCC and their goals and understand how relevant the participation of students in research projects. Dissonant points are that few are those who use their own research in the classroom, present disagreements, particularly on belief as to the purposes of the TCC in contribute to student learning and its insertion in scientific research and the world of work and in the way they deal with academic plagiarism. Other results show that not always the guiding teachers are the same who teach in the strict sense, not everybody knows or has participated in the preparation or review of your PPP IES, all are satisfied with the profession and with the guiding function and that the final placement at the TCC does not allow him to fulfil effectively its objectives, mainly the highlight and communicate the knowledge produced. The research findings have not found evidence of integration between graduation and post-graduation stricto sensu, therefore it can be concluded that the practices of guidance do not contribute adequately to promote integration between the two levels of education.
