本研究は、新人看護職員研修事業である「医療機関受入研修事業」の実態とその効果を検討するため、事業参加施設と不参加施設の新人看護職員離職傾向と看護技術習得自信度について統計学的に比較した。事業で行われた研修の参加施設看護管理者(15名)および新人看護職員(25名)と、不参加施設看護管理者(13名)および新人看護職員(17名)を比較した結果、離職率の変化率・継続意思・看護技術習得自信度について統計学的に有意な差はなかった。しかし、新人看護職員の継続意思と離職に関連する個人要因の相関をみた結果、参加施設の継続意思(現施設)は給与満足・看護技術習得自信度(診療の補助技術・療養の世話技術・総合)に相関がみられたことから、他の施設の新人研修に参加することは、継続意思(現施設)および看護技術習得自信度に効果的に作用することが示唆された。
