近年の計測技術の飛躍的な発展により, 細胞内の多数の分子の様々な特性を同時に計測する方法が確立された. それらの計測データから生命現象のメカニズムを反映する分子間相互作用(ネットワーク)の全体像を明らかにすることは重要な課題の一つと考えられている. 本論文では, 既知遺伝子制御ネットワーク構造群および構成分子の計測データを用い, 計測条件下で活性化するネットワークを同定するための新規手法を提案する. 提案手法の実際的な適用研究三例を示すことでその有用性を例証する. Advisors/Committee Members: 岡本, 正宏.
