The present paper aims to study the current Science Curriculum of S??o Paulo Education Department (SEESP). It was implemented in 2008 with the purpose to unify the school programmers taught and improve the quality of education of state public schools. The curriculum was developed by a group of experts chosen by SEE without teachers??? participation. In this regard, the goal of the survey is to figure out how teachers comprehend the official curriculum and how this comprehension has been impacting their work. In order to reach the goal, the survey was organized
in two different moments. The first one has a bibliographical process, in which part of the literature about approaches and conceptions of the Science Curriculum over the past few years was mapped. During this process, national and state Science curricular purposes produced from the 1990s were analyzed. We see Science teachers??? statements as an important instrument therefore, for the second moment, they were interviewed about their experience, perception, and comprehension about the curriculum and how it has impacted their teaching practice. The interviews were analyzed through articulation between qualitative research and content analysis methodology. The results achieved indicate that the official curriculum of the State of S??o Paulo ignores the peculiarities of different school contexts and it doesn???t provide appropriate teaching resources and infrastructure. Moreover, the state official curriculum conception turns teachers into mere repeaters of a curriculum built without
the participation of those directly involved in teaching process.
La presente investigaci??n tiene como objeto de estudio el actual curr??culo de ciencias de la Secretaria de Educaci??n del Estado de S??o Paulo (SEESP), que fue implementado en 2008 con el prop??sito de unificar los contenidos ense??ados en toda la red y mejorar la calidad de la educaci??n en las escuelas p??blicas estaduales. El curr??culo fue elaborado por un grupo de expertos seleccionados por la SEESP, pero, sin la participaci??n de los profesores. En este contexto, el objetivo de la investigaci??n es evaluar la comprensi??n que los profesores de ciencias tienen del curr??culo oficial y c??mo esa comprensi??n se refleja en su trabajo. Metropolitan territories constitute, in the world urban system, fundamental support for the capitalist mode of production and accumulation. Metropolitan management, whose main agent is the State, appears as an important tool to exercise control over the land use planning of such territories, since the state political institutions - government and public administration - would operate under permanent pressure of the interests of capital. Based on this
premise, it is assumed that a highly coercive management model would prevail in the sense of centralizing decision by the state apparatus and imposing an agenda of public policies that would favor the production and appropriation of the territory by economic agents. In order to make possible a classification of the existing types of metropolitan management, an analysis instrument was created based on a referential frame with the different types according to the characteristics of the political process of the management. Two case studies were then selected for application of the proposed methodology: the management of the Metropolitan Area of Lisbon, in Portugal, and the metropolitan regions of the state of S?o Paulo, both chosen for the particularities they present in different contexts and for the possibility of comparing the types found. Based on these cases, the aim was to demonstrate the tendency to prevail the coercive model in the contemporary metropolitan management, to the
detriment of a territorial cohesion model, which would operate towards a more democratic management, with an agenda based on the reduction of socioeconomic inequalities, which are expressed more severely in the metropolitan territories.

The purpose of this study is to look at the path of the making of professional practice under the bias of the teaching intelligentsia of two teachers from the state public network that would allow us to build an understanding of teaching as an intellectual function, as advocated by Giroux (1997; 1999) the theoretical framework we adopted. In this perspective, the analysis of paths was based on two distinct schools of investigation: a) With respect to forming elements suggesting a disqualification of the teacher's work and freeing her from critical and
purposeful features, namely those from the models training and acting markedly homogenizing and linked to the educational policies and interests committed to standards of international organizations and the state???s political party programs. b) On the other hand, other current research explores the intellectual concept and claims it is possible to make this reference also to teachers. As to research methodology, we chose to develop in light of studies by Lahire (2004; 2005), about the construction of sociological portraits with regard to the interest of explicit trajectories of life and work to learn the provisions built from many socialization contexts that teachers, the subjects of this study, have been submitted to in life and because of that to meet the research objectives listed, which include: learning which provisions have been built and as configured by teachers in different socialization processes during their professional careers, so that the grasping of these provisions
would allow us to affirm or not the power of a teaching intelligence taking them the design of a teacher as an intellectual as defended by Giroux. In the example of socializing experience, we highlight the participation of teachers in Practice Seminar organized by SEE-SP in 2013, while formative experience in this way, it was also our intention to examine to what extent the experience of the teachers surveyed at the seminar in question allowed them to apply to themselves and the work they have done on occasion, traits that they attributed themselves qualifying teachers as intellectuals. From the results of the survey, we highlight the following: engagement and commitment; clarity of their political and social function as well as their theoretical beliefs, recognizing their potential as scholars and active and reflective professionals. ▼ Esta dissertação visa investigar o circuito fotográfico paulistano da década de 1970 a partir das matérias publicadas no jornal O Estado de S. Paulo. Esta fonte mostrou-se particularmente propícia para o estudo do intenso processo de transformação pelo qual passou a fotografia no período. O objetivo não é reconstituir os eventos passados descritos nas matérias, mas antes, defender a hipótese de que é possível identificar uma cultura fotográfica paulistana característica da década de 1970 que viria a ter importantes desdobramentos nos anos seguintes. Os textos analisados foram reunidos em quatro núcleos temáticos representativos dos discursos a respeito da fotografia proferidos pelos agentes que atuavam no jornal, a saber: a história da fotografia no Brasil, a identidade da fotografia brasileira, o estabelecimento do mercado fotográfico e a constituição de uma crítica especializada. Tais textos são examinados em sua natureza discursiva, levando-se
em conta não apenas os seus conteúdos informativos, mas a forma como foram escritos e a autoridade que detinham os seus autores. Para tanto são considerados os consensos, as tensões e as disputas materializadas nos discursos veiculados nas páginas de um influente veículo da grande imprensa e o modo como chegavam ao público não especializado. O resultado dessa pesquisa contribui para o entendimento de um período em que a fotografia expandiu-se de forma até então inédita no Brasil e que constitui um passado recente ainda pouco estudado.
This dissertation aims to investigate the São Paulo photographic circuit of the 1970s from the articles published in the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo. This source proved to be particularly conducive to study of the intense transformation process through which the photograph passed in the period. The objective is not to reconstitute past events described in the stories, but rather to defend the hypothesis that it is possible to identify a
photographic culture typical of the 1970s that would have important developments in the following years. The texts analyzed were grouped in four thematic nuclei, representative of the speeches about photography by the agents who worked in the newspaper, namely: the history of photography in Brazil, the identity of Brazilian photography, the establishment of the photographic market and the constitution of a specialized criticism. Such texts are examined in their discursive nature, taking into account not only their informative contents but the way they were written and the authority held by their authors. For this, the consensuses, tensions and disputes materialized in the speeches on the pages of an influential vehicle of the great press and the way in which they were received by the non-specialized public are taken into account. The result of this research contributes to the understanding of a period in which photography has expanded in a way previously unpublished in Brazil and
that constitutes a recent past still little investigated.

The present work aims to expose and understand how the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo approached the Non-Aligned Movement in 1961. In it, we first tried to explain how the international system was organized during the Cold War, their characteristics, and what can be considered as major crises and events in terms of international politics during the year. We then present and describe O Estado de S. Paulo as a newspaper in 1961, as a historical source used for research, and we explain in what is
inspired our method of discourse analysis, in which we base ourselves precisely to analyze the discourse of the newspaper. In Chapter 3 we treat specifically with the Non-Aligned Movement, its processes of formation and institutionalization, and in which we highlight the Conference of Heads of State and Government of Non-Aligned Countries (Belgrade Conference), which brought together the twenty-five founder members (in addition to three observer countries) and generated what is considered the founding document of the movement: the Belgrade Declaration - also analyzed in the research. The last chapter is the analysis and description itself of how the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo approached the Movement of Non-Aligned Countries in 1961, with its main characteristics, approaches and criticisms
O presente trabalho visa expor e compreender como o jornal O Estado de S. Paulo abordou o Movimento dos Países Não-Alinhados em 1961. Nele, primeiramente tentamos expor como o sistema
internacional estava organizado em plena Guerra Fria, o funcionamento da política dos blocos e suas características, e o que se pode considerar como principais crises e acontecimentos em termos de política internacional durante o ano. Em seguida apresentamos e descrevemos O Estado de S. Paulo enquanto jornal em 1961, enquanto fonte histórica utilizada para pesquisa, e explicitamos no que se inspira nosso método de análise de discurso, no qual nos embasamos justamente para analisar o discurso do jornal. No capítulo 3 tratamos especificamente do Movimento dos Países Não-Alinhados, seus processos de formação e institucionalização, e no qual destacamos a Conferência de Chefes de Estado e de Governo dos Países Não-Alinhados (Conferência de Belgrado), que reuniu os vinte e cinco membros fundadores (além de três países observadores) e gerou o que se considera o documento fundador do movimento: a Declaração de Belgrado - também analisado no trabalho. ▼ O tema deste trabalho é o discurso jornalístico sobre redução da maioridade penal dos jornais de referência Folha de S. Paulo, O Globo e O Estado de S. Paulo, em suas versões impressas, e de que forma esse discurso contribui para o conhecimento do tema da segurança pública. O objetivo geral é compreender os núcleos de sentidos preponderantes sobre redução da maioridade penal presentes nesse discurso. A partir dos pressupostos teóricos desta pesquisa, apoiada em autores-base de diversas áreas do conhecimento, entendemos o jornalismo como um lugar de circulação e de produção de discursos sociais. Por sua inserção e legitimidade social, entendemos que o jornalismo participa da construção simbólica da experiência social dos indivíduos e, por esse, dentre outros motivos, pode ser compreendido como uma instituição. Como instituição, é produtor de certo conhecimento social, mas não de um conhecimento autônomo, independente. Ao exercer a mediação
jornalismo se ancora em conhecimentos produzidos por outras instituições sociais, construindo uma reapresentação desses saberes, que não pode ser percebida nem como mera reprodução nem como total degradação do conhecimento original. Os sentidos produzidos/postos em circulação pelo jornalismo não estão livres das contradições que atravessam a sociedade de classes, sejam políticas, ideológicas, filosóficas, etc. Jornalismo e segurança pública pertencem, ainda, a campos sociais distintos e por isso possuem lógicas diferentes e estão situados em formações discursivas distintas, o que os coloca em constante processo de negociação. Para atingir o objeto geral proposto, portanto, foram coletados 169 textos extraídos de 105 edições impressas dos três jornais de referência supracitados, no período de 01 de junho a 05 de julho 2015, intervalo temporal em que se deu a discussão e a votação da Proposta de Emenda à Constituição (PEC) 171/1993 na Câmara dos Deputados. Essa é a PEC que propõe que
se reduza a idade penal de 18 para 16 anos. Como parte da metodologia escolhida, optamos, no primeiro momento, pela utilização da análise de conteúdo quantitativa, na pré-análise dos dados, com o intuito de verificar fontes e eixos-temáticos mais recorrentes. Em seguida, recorremos ao aporte teórico-metodológico da Análise do Discurso de corrente francesa, a partir de autores brasileiros filiados à Michel Pêcheux. Dentre os diferentes gêneros de textos coletados, optamos pela análise qualitativa de 60 reportagens, 20 de cada veículo, das quais extraímos as sequências discursivas que apontam para os sentidos nucleares presentes nessa cobertura. Com a análise das reportagens dos três jornais, foram encontrados quatro núcleos de sentido principais: disputa política/barganha/alianças temporárias; falhas no ECA/no sistema socioeducativo; violência dos “menores” x violência contra os “menores”; e ausência de dados nacionais para o debate sobre a redução da idade penal.

The learning processes assumed in the recent years centrality in the debate about the educational policies related to elementary school, with the emergency of programs and projects aiming to deal this issue. Among these programs we mentioned the program Ler e Escrever from Secretary of Education of the State of S??o Paulo (SEE-SP), object of this dissertation, implemented on Education of State of S??o Paulo since 2008, as part of a large set of measures that aimed improve the education quality. Our goal was to know how a group of teachers comprehend the
implementation process of this educational policies and how this comprehension is realized by them, as its impact in their work. To reach this goal, our start concern was map the recent production around the educational policies with focus on the literacy process and its implementation we used theses and dissertations that had the Program as a study object, besides the bibliography specialized produced by the education area. In sequence we did a deepening in the documentary analysis of the program Ler e Escrever, through of their official documents produced by the Secretary of Education of S??o Paulo. Finally, to verify how teachers understand this documents and how their work is impacted, we realized a set of interviewees with a group of teachers who teach in the cycle one in public schools located in the Municipality of S??o Paulo, more precisely in the North Zone, they were selected by the criterion of availability. The interview was divided by three initial topics and deal with
the general education formation, the Public Educational Policies and the Program Ler e Escrever. The testimony of teachers shows the criticism to the fact of do not feel part on the elaboration of educational policies, in a general way. For this reason, they argue that although they perceive the matter and need for programs such as Ler e Escrever, focusing on elementary education one, they need to be reviewed and improved, considering the peculiarities of school contexts, and providing adequate formation for teachers.

The research aimed to observe and analyze these creative strategies in the context of curriculum materials produced for the Indigenous Education in the State of S?o Paulo. The documents consulted were provided by the Center for Indian Education (NIS), linked to the Coordinator of Education and Pedagogical Standards (CENP) of the Ministry of Education of the State of S?o Paulo. We tried to theoretical studies and reflections of researchers and experts from different fields of knowledge related to this topic, supporting arguments, data collection and registration of new information, the standards of the document retrieval quality. Educational materials were produced by teachers observed students in ethnic-Guarani, Kaingang Krenak,
Tupi-Guarani and Terena in training courses and training of indigenous teachers in exercising their functions in the village schools of S?o Paulo, promoted by NIS- in partnership with CENP-EDUSP USP. Job steps were divided into four groups or series, according to the characteristics and origins of selected documents: Preliminary Studies (legal subsidies federal and state governments and their offshoots), Study I - Series 1 (discussions on the National Curriculum Reference) Study II - Series 2 (material relating to Indigenous Teaching Course - Level m?dio/MagIN/2003), Study III - Series No. 3 (Course materials resulting from the Higher Education of Indigenous Teachers - FISPI/2005- 2008 TCCs and student-teacher ). The documents consulted confirm the assumptions that creativity is present in Intercultural and Bilingual Education Differentiated / Multul?ngue Indigenous communities in school in Sao Paulo. What can be noticed from the teaching strategies used in the preparation and
implementation of instructional materials, using methods such as transdisciplinarity and playfulness of indigenous transmission of wisdom and knowledge exchanges. The creative features most noticeable in the context of the documents were: flexibility, fluency of ideas, innovation, originality, sensitivity, imagination and inspiration, independence of thought and initiatives, analogies, metaphors, and combinations of concepts, motivation and curiosity, impulsiveness and spontaneity; play and relaxation, enhancement of association of ideas and knowledge. Field work does not end with this research, it offers numerous opportunities for further and search for new answers. The model was produced a brochure-book, "Creative strategies in Indigenous Education" offered to the NIS of the Secretariat of Education of S?o Paulo for evaluation studies of the distribution and socialization opportunities for indigenous communities.

This essay had the object of study the concept of management that is being established by the Secretary of State for Education of the State of Sao Paulo from the mid-1990 until 2005. We started of a reading at the level of macro political and economic relations, the establishment of the capitalist order to understand how to manage the public sector, intrinsic to the private sector, since the form of management of the "public" in general and the recent education in the state of Sao Paulo, in particular, results of the historic process that was. From a search with 18 directors of the two schools Diretorias of Education of Campinas - SP see as design impact or has passed in the design, management set out by the Directors. As a result, made the
principles of the business organization in the form toyotistas are the vectors that guide the educational policies of the Secretary of Education. In this perspective and in a climate in which the human being is worth for what he represents and for what is, feeding the mass media, does not seem to be very difficult for flexibility on the part of our Directors, not just to play, but to play, consistently the public discourse, leaving clear that they are only implementing the guidelines established by the government of the state.
Esta disserta??o de mestrado teve como objeto de estudo o conceito de gest?o que vem sendo institu?do pela Secretaria de Estado da Educa??o do Estado de S?o Paulo a partir de meados da d?cada de 1990 at? 2005. Partimos de uma leitura, ao n?vel das macro rela??es pol?ticas e econ?micas, da constitui??o da sociedade capitalista visando compreender a forma de gerir o setor p?blico, intr?nseco ao setor privado, posto que a forma de gerenciamento do p?blico em
geral e da educa??o no Estado de S?o Paulo em espec?fico, resulta do processo hist?rico que a constituiu. A partir de uma pesquisa com 18 Diretores de Escolas das duas Diretorias de Ensino de Campinas SP verificamos como tal concep??o repercutiu ou tem repercutido na concep??o de gest?o enunciada pelos Diretores . Como resultado, apontamos os princ?pios da organiza??o empresarial nos moldes toyotistas s?o os vetores que orientam a pol?tica educacional da Secretaria de Estado da Educa??o. Nesta perspectiva e na de uma conjuntura em que os ser humano vale pelo que ele representa e pelo que tem, alimentando pela mass media, parece n?o ser muito dif?cil a flexibilidade por parte dos nossos Diretores, n?o apenas ao de reproduzir, mas ao de reproduzir de forma consistente o discurso oficial, deixando transparecer que s?o apenas executores das diretrizes estabelecidas pelo governo do Estado.

The intensity that curricular reforms have been proposed transformed the educational field into a place where different educational and curriculum concepts are presented, defended and questioned. From the scope of this debate arises the object of this research: the curricular guidance documents for the Early Childhood Education of S??o Paulo district teaching system, specifically the approach given to corporal and movement expressions. The core issue, that guides this research could be defined as: what meanings do the corporal expressions and movement have in
the S??o Paulo curricular documents of Early Childhood Education? This issue unfolds in a second question: how do the teachers understand these issues within their school practice? Firstly, our aim is to understand how the curricular documents define concepts as corporal references, gestures and movements. Next, is to verify how the child education teachers?? of S??o Paulo education network define their practices in relation to the documents. Our research sources consist of the following documents: the Curr??culo Integrador da Inf??ncia Paulistana (2015) produced by the S??o Paulo Municipal Education Department and the Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BRASIL/MEC, 2017), as well as semi-structured interviews with teachers of the municipal education system in S??o Paulo. The semi-structured interviews with teachers were analyzed through the content analysis proposed by Bardin (1995). The analysis of Curriculum Integrator showed that it presents approximations with the cultural studies
theoretical perspectives. The interviews indicate that the teachers know and use the guiding documents, and that they perform study collective actions and educational planning. Nevertheless, they mention difficulties related to the pedagogical practices effectiveness, due to the presumable barrier of understanding that they present related to the documents curricular orientation??s theoretical assumptions, especially in the field of movement.

The present investigation has as object of study the curriculum of the discipline of physics of the Secretariat of Education of the State of S??o Paulo (SEE-SP). The curriculum in question was implemented since 2008, as part of a broad set of measures aimed at improving the quality of education. Our objective was to know how a group of teachers of the state education network of S??o Paulo understand the demands implemented by the curriculum in their work. To achieve this objective, our initial concern was to map the recent production of curriculum
policies. After that we map the physics curriculum proposals that have been a reference for the teachers of the state education network of S??o Paulo, specifically those of the Coordination of Studies and Pedagogical Norms (CENP), the Group of Reprocessing of Physical Education (GREF) and the National Curriculum Parameters (PCN +) . The analysis of the document shows that the CENP proposal approaches a traditional concept of curriculum. The GREF proposal and the PCN+ incorporate aspects that bring them closer to critical and post-critical curriculum theories. The analysis of the document that underlies the SEE-SP physics curriculum reveals the presence of aspects of all previous proposals. To verify how teachers understand these documents and how their work is impacted, we conducted semi-structured interviews with a group of teachers, who were selected by the criterion of availability. The interview was divided into four blocks and dealt with the training, career, work and practice
in the classroom. Teachers' statements emphasize the criticism that they do not feel involved in curriculum development, that the peculiarities of school contexts are disregarded, which generates a large gap between what the curriculum aims for and the conditions of the students. They also affirm the absence of didactic resources and inadequate infrastructure.

The aim of this research is to investigate how the occupation of the territory that currently corresponds to a portion of the southeast region of Minas Gerais State (MG) happened, having as reference the formation process of its urban nuclei. The selected period for this research begins in the mid Eighteenth century, starting with the analysis of documents that corroborate the settlement of the first urbanized places in these so called backlands,
and finishes in 1833, when the first dismemberment of Rio da Marca County occurred, the judicial district where the studied region belonged. The selected place, initially, comprises the area of four parishes: Jacu? (1762), Cabo Verde (1765), Ouro Fino (1748), and Santana do Sapuca? (1748), currently known as Silvian?polis, MG, settlements whose origins are related to the discovery of gold in these lands. The spatial delimitation is justified by the fact that these adjacent territories were the first camps founded to the West of Sapuca? River. The research sought to study several conflicts because these territories were subordinate to the Captaincy of Minas Gerais in the civil sphere, and for a long period belonged to the Bishopric of S?o Paulo, being the scenario of a large number of conflicts which lasted for many decades, and were related to the dispute over the limits between the Captaincy of Minas Gerais and the Captaincy of S?o Paulo and the Bishoprics of Mariana and S?o Paulo.
Another topic of study was the several kinds of occupation, such as: villages, parishes, camps, farms, lodgings, ranches, quilombos, and registers. These settlement nuclei were related to each other, hierarchically, comprising civil, judiciary, religious, commercial and social issues through a net of paths. Such connections refer to the idea of a net. Hence, the studied region was named as ?Urban Net to the West of Sapuca? River? and these nuclei were studied in order to comprehend the complex and broad territory.

o Paulo state, among those considered the richest and poor in 2000, 2002 and 2004. The research was quantitative in nature, with research literature, documentary and explanatory, and use as a statistical tool to multiple regression. We analyzed 75% of municipalities, making the number of 484 of 645 municipalities in the
State of
S?
o Paulo. The difference of 25% is given for the lack of accounting data of the municipalities that did not send their information to the National Treasury Secretariat, which feeds the program FINBRA, preventing the study of all the municipalities of the
state in those years. Municipalities that did not submit its accounting to NTS data were excluded from the search. Furthermore, a study was conducted on the functions of government, as proposed in the years to research, there were two doors: the n? 09/1974 and n? 42/1999 of. These ordinances help to standardize the constitutional budget cuts with regard to the functions of government. It must therefore standardize these functions of government for all municipalities and thus facilitate the work. The treatment given to this pattern was so historic, reviewing legislation since its determination from the end of the 1930s. ▼ The National Curricular Guidelines for the undergraduate course in accounting, bachelor, define the work of completion as a curriculum option, and it is incumbent upon the institution that take issue the rules, which leads to the most distinct forms of parameters and procedures regarding the format, preparation, correction and final destination of the TCC and that may have an influence on the practices of faculty advisers. The present research aims to understand and analyze the practices adopted for guiding the work of completion of undergraduate Accounting in Institutions of Higher Education of the city of
S??
o Paulo, offering stricto sensu graduate studies and if such practices can promote integration between undergraduate and graduate school. In order to achieve the goal, interviews have been made with eight teachers, graduates with Master or Doctor, of four Institutions of Higher Education of the city of
S??
o Paulo, through a survey characterized as descriptive and qualitative type as the approach. The data were collected through documentary analysis and in-depth interview and analyzed by means of the technique of content analysis. The findings of the survey show that teachers guiding converge in many respects their practices of guidance when you establish a good relationship with the students, understand and try to overcome the difficulties that they report, adopt methodological rigour in guidance and correction of the work, recognize a good TCC and their goals and understand how relevant the participation of students in research projects. Dissonant points are that few are those who use their own research in the classroom, present disagreements, particularly on belief as to the purposes of the TCC in contribute to student learning and its insertion in scientific research and the world of work and in the way they deal with academic plagiarism. Other results show that not always the guiding teachers are the same who teach in the strict sense, not everybody knows or has participated in the preparation or review of your PPP IES, all are satisfied with the profession and with the guiding function and that the final placement at the TCC does not allow him to fulfil effectively its objectives, mainly the highlight and communicate the knowledge produced. The research findings have not found evidence of integration between graduation and post-graduation stricto sensu, therefore it can be concluded that the practices of guidance do not contribute adequately to promote integration between the two levels of education.

▼ The study of the teaching profession has been the
subject of research in different contexts, among the different approach of possibilities this theme stands out in recent years, the reflections that seek to understand the genealogy of the profession, that is, knowledge and expertise that it demands. This research aimed to outline a profile of the knowledge underlying the pedagogical practices of teachers who work in an accountancy course offered by a university in the
state of Sao
Paulo, trying to identify what kind of knowledge permeate the actions of teachers in room college tuition as well as the knowledge that there are manifest. To this end, we carried out an exploratory study of qualitative approach. Data were collected through an online form and analyzed using content analysis to the free issues and statistics for the structured questions. It was found that the knowledge underlying the pedagogical practice of the investigated teachers are related to the ability to select a topic from the given
subject content and make connections with the goal and the teaching methodology and use assessment instruments and procedures student learning. However, they were not highlighted in the reports of the classes, what are the criteria in the evaluation processes used. On the other hand, it stands out as the predominant practical knowledge of these teachers, knowledge of the specific content of the given discipline and its teaching specifies, which allows the teacher to find ways to make the content understandable to students. It follows therefore that the practical knowledge, built on the action of teachers is characterized by a knowledge existential, social and pragmatic permeated by beliefs, values and ethical principles arising from their trajectories and livings, the accounting profession, the teaching and sharply the context in which they operate.

▼ Esta tese tem como objetivo investigar a modificação dos códigos de civilidade, das formas de agir e consumir em uma cidade em transformação. Entendendo a cidade de São Paulo durante a década de 1920 como um espaço privilegiado para observação da modernidade como experiência física e mental (BERMAN, 2007), utilizou-se da mídia impressa, em especial das crônicas intituladas Coisas da Cidade, publicadas no jornal O Estado de S. Paulo, como documentos importantes para perceber a promoção de novos hábitos burgueses e padrões higiênicos para os locais de sociabilidades no espaço urbano, notadamente os destinados ao comer e ao beber, transformados em lugares de lazer e entretenimento. Para pinçar tais práticas intenta-se caminhar pela História do Cotidiano (CERTEAU, 2008). A descoberta da autoria das crônicas, assinadas por P., foi efetivada através de um trabalho de investigação aos moldes do que propõe Carlo Guinzburg com os paradigmas indiciários
(1989). Plínio Barreto - o autor - caminhava, observava e atuava sobre a cidade, e pode ser entendido como um flâneur (BENJAMIN, 1994) e como um intelectual-mediador (GOMES; HANSEN,2016). Assim, mediou a relação do público leitor, promovendo debates com os poderes públicos, prestadores de serviços e cidadãos, fazendo do seu espaço no jornal um meio de promoção e divulgação das formas de se portar na cidade que se anunciava como metrópole.
This thesis is focused on investigating the modifications in civility codes, way of behaviour and consumption, in a city in transformation. Understanding the city of Sao Paulo during the 1920s as a privileged space to follow modernity as a physical and mental experience (BERMAN, 2007), printed media, in special the chronicles named Coisas da Cidade, published in the Newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo, were used as importante documents to conceive the promotion of new bourgeois habits ad hygiene patterns for social urban venues, the ones noticeably
used for eating and drinking, transformed into places for entertainment and leisure. In order to pinpoint the practices, the intente lies in walking through everyday history (CERTEAU, 2008). The Discovery of the chrolicless author, signed as P., was done through investigating models that indicate Carlo Guinzburg with indicial paradigms (1989). Plínio Barreto the author walked, observed and acted about the city, and may be understood as a flâneur (BENJAMIN, 1994) and as a intellectual-mediator (GOMES; HANSEN). Thus mediated the relationship between the reader audience, promoting debates with political powers, service providers and citizens, making his space in the newspaper a way to promote ways of behaviour in the city that called itself a matropolis.

This research is linked to the Doctoral Program in Education of the Nove de Julho University (PPGE / Uninove), specifically, to the Research Line Popular Education and Cultures (LIPEPCULT). It had as object the Digital Technologies of Information and Communication (TDIC) and the Virtual Learning Environment (AVA). The general objective of this investigation was to analyze how the digital culture and the development of technological competences are stimulated, based on the use of TDIC articulated to the virtual learning environment (Moodle) within the scope
of the Distance Teacher Training course at the Federal Institute of S??o Paulo (IFSP). The questions that guided the development of this study were: Is there evidence of pedagogical initiatives, infrastructure and / or institutional policies for the development of a Digital Culture within the scope of the IFSP? What are the perceptions of the course coordinator, teachers and students regarding the presence of DICT in distance teacher education? What skills in TDIC can and / or are being developed in the course? For that, as specific objectives, the following were defined: Identify which TDIC articulated to the virtual Moodle environment are present in the pedagogical practices of teacher educators in the Distance Teacher Education course at IFSP, as well as analyze their effectiveness in the offered training; Understand what skills in TDIC are developed in this training context and how they contribute to the professional development of teachers in training; Verify the pedagogical
strategies adopted in this continuing education to make the use of TDIC linked to the virtual Moodle environment feasible and analyze their contributions to the development of Digital Culture in this formative space, especially identifying the advances, difficulties and challenges to be overcome. The research universe will be the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of S??o Paulo, campus S??o Paulo / Brazil, located in the north of S??o Paulo (IFSP). The research participants were students in training, teacher trainers and the coordinator of the Pedagogical Training course for Professional Education at Medium Distance Distance at the IFSP. It is a qualitative research, a case study type. As instruments of data collection were adopted: a semi-structured interview, a focus group and an online questionnaire. The expressive increase of the judicial production information in the contemporaneousness reflects for one hand the increasing complexity of the society and for the other the needs to organize it for its efficient recuperation specially so that the search can be possible,what would run over in a huge benefit for both the functioning of the judicial system and the society. In this way we can apply for validation a procedure of elaboration of jurisprudenciais amendments based in the Documentary Analysies that considers the judgment as a document soucer of the condensation process that is responsible for the production of the amendment. For this we talk over discuss between the relation of the Information Science and the recuperation of the information system
emphasizing the importance of the information treatment for its adequate recuperation. We show clearly the importance of the Documnetary Analysies in the field of Informtion Science pointing it out through its condensation products and formation what makes possible to get trust worthy information to be used. In the same way we talk over discuss the jurisprudence importance in the field of the Law and in the social life. We elect as empiric matter of this search the jurisprudenciais amendments of the civil courts jurisdiction process of the Court of Justice of the state of S?o Paulo. As result we hav the validation of the model whose functionality neutralize the damage of the information. Esta pesquisa examina o papel dos Centros de Refer??ncia LGBT da cidade S??o Paulo, destacando suas atua????es e fun????es na sociedade. Tem como objetivo principal conhecer em que medida os Centros de Refer??ncia LGBT cumprem suas fun????es na sociedade
como espa??os de informa????o, cidadania e cultura, bem como a satisfa????o de seus usu??rios. Desenvolveu-se este estudo a partir de uma revis??o de literatura, compreendendo aspectos gerais acerca dos conceitos sobre informa????o, cidadania, cultura, centros de refer??ncia e Centros de Refer??ncia LGBT, bem como a inser????o dessa comunidade de l??sbicas, gays, bissexuais, travestis, transexuais, entre outras identidades de g??nero e sexualidade, na sociedade brasileira, onde s??o evidentes suas caracter??sticas machistas, sexistas e homof??bicas. Para dar cumprimento aos objetivos, optou-se como recurso metodol??gico pelo estudo descritivo e explorat??rio, com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa em estudo de campo e de m??ltiplos casos. A amostra contou com todos os cincos Centros LGBT da cidade de S??o Paulo, onde foram feitas entrevistas com seus coordenadores, aplicados question??rios com parte de seus usu??rios e feitas visitas guiadas pelo pesquisador. Os resultados apontam
que os Centros de Refer??ncia LGBT da capital paulista s??o espa??os de informa????o, cidadania e cultura eficientes e satisfat??rios para a maioria dos usu??rios LGBT, pois os ajudam, atrav??s dos servi??os, a????es e atividades desenvolvidas, a resolver os problemas relacionados ?? identidade de g??nero e ?? sexualidade e no exerc??cio da cidadania.
Abstract This research examines the role of LGBT Reference Centers in the city of S??o Paulo,highlighting their actions and duties in society. Its main objective is to know to which extent the LGBT Reference Centers fulfil their duties in society as spaces for information,citizenship and culture, as well as the satisfaction of their users. This research is the result of inquiries relating to the many and cruel improsoned women`s rights violation in the prison system in the state of São Paulo. In order to carry out this study, the capitalist society`s path has been outlined considering this system as a way to underestimate women`s rights in this system. Furthermore, a prison system`s research was carried out in regards to mothers who are imprisoned as well as interviews with experts that work on this field in order to
analyze how the Institutional policies in regards to the Public Deffender`s Office named “Mães em Cárcere“ [imprisoned mothers] as well as its performance and challenges. The policies for “Mães em Cárcere” were established in 2011 through dialogues involving Pastoral of Prisoners (Pastoral Carcerária), Land, Work and Citizenship Institute, Public Defender’s Office (Defensoria Pública) among other public institutions that aim at supporting this group. Given the fact that in the state of São Paulo is the place where an increase of criminality levels is observed, the research suggests there is a focus on criminalizing poor suburban work-class layers based on capital. This research finally aims at showing how our society violates these women`s rights leaving ever-lasting wounds in themselves and their families
A pesquisa que ora é apresentada é fruto de indagações referentes às diversas violações de direitos sofridas por mulheres mães encarceradas no sistema penitenciário do Estado de
São Paulo. Para elaboração desta pesquisa, foi realizado um levantamento do percurso do sistema prisional em especial, no que tange as mulheres mães nessas instituições, como também, entrevistas com profissionais que atual nesse segmento. Ainda traz, conhecimento sobre a existência e de como se desenvolve a Política “Mães em Cárcere”, bem como sua atuação e seus principais desafios. A Política “Mães em Cárcere” foi constituída em 2011, através de diálogos entre a Pastoral Carcerária, Instituto Terra Trabalho e Cidadania (ITTC), Defensoria Pública e outros órgãos públicos, com objetivo de garantir os direitos das mulheres mães encarceradas, demarcando principalmente o Estado de São Paulo. The present PhD thesis has the objective of analyzing the associationism practice by the Italian immigrants in the São Carlos, São Paulo State, in the years of 1902 through 1938, by understanding the activities of “Dante Alighieri” Italian Society. With this aim, the study is based on comprehending the society as a social space in which the Italian immigrant builds its ethnic identity, associating the mechanisms and strategies of incorporation to the host society upon its professional, economical, cultural, educational and social capitals. The director members of the society, president and vice-president will have a focus in the present study, based on the analysis of regional, professional, educational trajectories, in relation to the fascism and the construction of individual and associativist trajectories. The source of the study is based on several documents, mainly on minutes from ordinary meetings and board
meetings of the studied society, complemented by the analysis of the articles of incorporation of the society, as well as local newspapers at the time, city Almanac, in the Municipal census of 1907, marriage certificates, books, journal articles, thesis and dissertations. The present research then prioritizes a qualitative analysis but does not disregard the use of qualitative documents. In the end, the present study will contribute to understand the associationism practices of Italian immigrants in São Carlos, by using the Dante Alighieri Italian Society as a case study, which so far has been a theme not well covered in the literature.
Esta tese de doutorado tem como principal objetivo analisar a prática associativa dos imigrantes italianos no município de São Carlos/SP, entre os anos de 1902 a 1938, por meio da Società Dante Alighieri. Nesse intuito, o foco das reflexões pauta-se na compreensão dessa Società como sendo um espaço social no qual o imigrante italiano associado
constrói a sua identidade étnica, associando os mecanismos e estratégias de incorporação de seu capital profissional, econômico, cultural, educacional e social na sociedade acolhedora. Os membros diretores, especificamente os presidentes e vice-presidentes, tem um enfoque preponderante nesta pesquisa no que tange às análises das questões regionalistas, profissionais, educacionais, relação com o fascismo e na construção de trajetórias individuais e associativistas. As fontes documentais baseiam-se principalmente num conjunto de livros de atas de Assembleias ordinárias e de reuniões de Conselho da Società Dante Alighieri, mas também no Estatuto Social da instituição, jornais da época, almanaques do município, Censo Municipal de 1907, certidões de casamentos e óbitos dos associados, jornais locais, livros, artigos, dissertações e teses. A Cidade Universit??ria do EPUCS se relacionava, de forma direta, com os ideais de urbaniza????o e moderniza????o propostos para a Cidade do Salvador pelo pr??prio escrit??rio e fazia parte de um planejamento macro que, acreditava-se, levaria a cidade em dire????o ao bem-estar social. ▼ This paper has the purpose of verifying the effect of the ICMS deferment in the
State of
S??
o Paulo printing industries - a kind of back tax substitution. The theoretical reference discusses the tax substitution and the tax on transactions relating to the goods circulation. The quantitative research covered the printing industries that manufacture paper and card paper packing, medicine bulls, labels and tags, since they are fitted into this kind of tax substitution. It was used the factor analysis and, after rotated, were found the factors: satisfaction, benefits, the government actuation and the facilities. The search results show that these entrepreneurs are not satisfied with the ICMS deferment, because it does not present benefits, since the government does not fulfill its role in the approval of credits, resulting in difficulties to repass the ICMS accumulated credits for the payment of the suppliers by the purchasing of raw materials. This research identified that, if the manufacturers might revindicate the deferment revocation, they would ask it or even change for a
state not covered by this kind of back tax substitution that corresponds to the deferment. It was highlighted in research that contributed to deferral not lowering the price, reduce capital and the third increase in not competitiveness.

This research aims to study the population?s recognition and preservation of parks Do Povo and Augusta, both located in the municipality of S?o Paulo. The appreciation and preservation of these spaces were motivated by the mobilization of the population and, therefore, understanding the importance of the genesis of the collective usage in such spaces, amongst many other possible ones in the city, shows itself to be a necessary component for the debate of new
heritage values. This aspect will be treated through a historical-analytical methodology, which will seek to understand the transformations that have occurred over the years, privileging the analysis of the changes in their usage and occupation, the relations with their surroundings and with the city and the process of the intervention of population on their destination, as spaces of disputes and social contradictions. Subsequently, the research will be exploratory and will seek to raise and compare the objects of study with other similar cases. As a result, a critical analysis of the importance of collective spaces in the city and of the effectiveness of the participation of population will be presented. Besides, an attempt will be made to evidence, systematize and discuss a set of preservation criteria, as well as the patrimonialization of usage and other implied values in these spaces.
Esta pesquisa prop?e estudar como se deu o reconhecimento por parte da popula??o e a
preserva??o dos parques do Povo e Augusta, ambos situados na cidade de S?o Paulo. A valoriza??o e a preserva??o desses espa?os foram deflagradas por mobiliza??o popular e, portanto, entender a import?ncia da g?nese do uso coletivo desses espa?os, entre tantos outros poss?veis na cidade, mostra-se um componente necess?rio para o debate de novos valores patrimoniais. Esse aspecto ser? tratado a partir de uma abordagem hist?rico-anal?tica que buscar? compreender as transforma??es que ocorreram nesses espa?os ao longo dos anos, privilegiando a an?lise das mudan?as de uso e ocupa??o, a rela??o com os entornos e com a cidade e o processo de interven??o da popula??o sobre seus destinos, enquanto espa?os de disputas e contradi??es sociais. ▼ The budget management in public administration is key to the managers so they can make efficient, effective and economic decisions in the management of public resources, providing quality services to the public, ensuring equity in meeting the needs of the population. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the main perception of occupants of positions in the administrative area of the executive powers (Prefectures) of the metropolitan region of Campinas (CMR) ??? about the cost management for the quality and efficiency of public spending. The methodology qualifies as quantitative, descriptive and case study, once it results from applying a questionnaire and, because it has as main basis the variable description and analysis of the relationship between them. The data-gathering instrument used was a questionnaire of 20 probes using Likert scale for answers the five dimensions for a better analysis. The research area was 102 public office managers from 20 municipalities belonging to CMR, being: 20 Mayors, 62 Head of Departments and 20 Accounting Managers. The data was tabulated and for analysis of the differences of averages among groups of managers respondents, was conducted the nonparametric test U Mann-Whitney Test. As a result it was revealed that despite the need for better training managers realize the importance and the necessity of cost management for the quality and efficiency of public spending, the positions go with the conceptual basis prepared in literature and legislation. Respondents mostly are convinced that transparency and cost information are essential for good management.

In 2008, the S??o Paulo State Secretary of Education announced a new curriculum proposal for all schools in the state public school system. In 2010, this curriculum proposal became the official curriculum. This research object of study is the proposed curriculum for the subject of physical education. The central question to guide our research was to try to understand how physical education teachers that work in state schools understand, analyze and incorporate the official curriculum objectives, and procedures, and educational concepts, and guidelines into their routine and
school practice. Research sources are constituted of official documents that support the proposal such as the base document, the teacher's notebook and student's notebook, the regulatory framework produced by SEE-SP and two interviews with physical education teachers. Interviews set teachers??? educational background, their understanding of the curriculum debate, their analysis of the implementation process and how the proposals present in the curriculum have been incorporated in their daily work at school. In this process, the text initially presents different curriculum theories that inform the current debate to show the approximations and distances with the official curriculum. Following, it presents the official curriculum, its foundations, guidelines and structural axes. At the end, it presents physical education teachers speeches, specifically relating their training to their understanding of curriculum processes, their reading of the official curriculum, the criticism they
manifest, the experiences built daily to deal with the curriculum. In the face of the findings in this research, it is possible to state that there is little understanding of the curricular debate among teachers and that the resistance or acceptance they manifest in relation to the official curriculum is guided by a conception of education, which they understand to be critical and disruptive of the official discourse. The practices that they report show critics to the curriculum objectives, specifically to its imposition and linking with the pedagogy of competencies.

▼ A presente dissertação se apoiou numa pesquisa documental composta de 1.460 documentos da hemeroteca do Acervo do jornal O Estado de S. Paulo. E tem por objetivo apresentar uma análise e síntese dos editoriais produzidos pelo jornal de 1999 a 2002, que configuram uma série tipológica, sistematizada em corpus da pesquisa documental. A metodologia foi conduzida por análise documental direcionada à pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa. A primeira parte deste trabalho se constitui do capitulo I, etapa em que a pesquisa justifica a escolha do objeto empírico e sua inserção de sentido no processo histórico brasileiro. No capítulo II, contextualiza-se o conceito central, o da globalização, como uma chave ideológica e geopolítica da conjuntura mundial no final do século XX. No capítulo III, apresentamos os resultados da pesquisa empírica, que se orientou por uma pergunta norteadora: quais foram os efeitos da globalização financeira sobre o Brasil da
perspectiva do jornal OESP? Para responder a essa pergunta, a pesquisa foi organizada em duas etapas. A primeira sistematizou a agenda editorial de todo o ano de 1999 de forma quantitativa e temática para, então, analisar sistematicamente o tema mais relevante para este ano, a assim chamada crise do Real. A segunda etapa partiu do estudo desse contexto para produzir uma síntese das questões temática priorizadas pela agenda de OESP de 2000 a 2002. A conclusão visou identificar os pontos convergentes relacionados com a realidade brasileira, observando o ponto de vista dessas narrativas com os pressupostos da questão norteadora, isto é, como e em que medida o jornal narrou, analisou e interpretou os efeitos econômicos da globalização sob o Brasil na transição para o século XXI (1999-2002).
This work was based on a desk research consisting of 1,440 documents Newspaper Collection \"O Estado de S. Paulo\". And aims an analysis and synthesis of editorial produced by the 1999 journal to
2002. And constitute a typological series, systematized corpus of experimental research. The method was conducted by analysis and synthesis. The first part of this work constitutes of Chapter I, step in the research justifies the choice of the empirical object and its insertion direction in the Brazilian historical process. In Chapter II, contextualizes the core concept, globalization as an ideological key geopolitical and global at the world end of the 20th century. The present study addresses the relation between the press and the foreign policy in Brazil with focus on the analysis of the press strategy concerning the foreign policy during the Geisel government
(1974-1979), which sought the diversification of partnerships with the use of a policy called "Pragmatic, responsible and ecumenical?, with emphasis on the initial establishment of the strategic partnership with the China Popular Republic, including at the embassy level between countries. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to investigate in which way the building of a parternship between Brazil and China is portrayed in the Brazilian press in the context of the years that comprise the Geisel Government. In order to do that, newspapers were selected to analysis and the temporal cut was made for the composition of the corpus, which comprehends the year 1974 until 1979. This study was built based on the specialized bibliography and analysing texts of the main printed communication vehicles of that period: O Estado de S?o Paulo and Jornal do Brasil, considering that official documentation of the Brazilian government is also a guideline for newspaper research. In the course of the
work, it was observed that in the 1990s the relationship between Brazil and China came to be called strategic and it was noted the need to study the origins of this partnership, examining its embryonic formation in the 1970s. Thus, the research presentes a discussion on the matter of the implications of the strategic relationship between Brazil and the Communist China during the Geisel government based on the framework elaborated by the two mentioned journals, as well as identifying the interferences that distinguish their narratives.

The state government of S??o Paulo, through the State Secretary of Education, presented and implemented, in 2008, a new curriculum proposal for all schools in the state public school system. In 2010, this curriculum proposal became the official curriculum. This research object of study is the proposed curriculum for the subject of history. Our main concern is to try to understand how history teachers that work in state schools understand, analyze and incorporate the official curriculum objectives, and procedures, and educational concepts, and guidelines into
their routine and school practice. Research sources are constituted of official documents that support the proposal such as the base document, the teacher's notebook and student's notebook, the regulatory framework produced by SEE-SP and a set of four interviews with history teachers. Interviews approach teachers??? educational background, their understanding of the curriculum debate, their analysis of the implementation process and how the proposals present in the curriculum have been incorporated in their daily work at school. In this process, the text initially presents different curriculum theories that inform the current debate to show the approximations and distances with the official curriculum. Following, it presents the official curriculum, its foundations, guidelines and structural axes. At the end, it presents history teachers speeches, specifically relating their training to their understanding of curriculum processes, their reading of the official curriculum, the
criticism that manifest, the experiences built daily to deal with the curriculum. In the face of the findings in this research, it is clear that there is little understanding of the curricular debate among teachers and that resistance or acceptance they manifest in relation to the official curriculum is guided by a conception of education that they understand to be critical and disruptive of the official discourse. The practices that they report show critics to the curriculum objectives, specifically to its imposition and linking with the pedagogy of competencies. Teachers defend the need for the curriculum to be standardized across the school network. They incorporate the proposed content, although making remarks to the form of distribution and organization.
