In this thesis, we analyze several existing Semantic Web Annotation(SWA) approaches, propose the annotation of link chains for relationship instances, propose a new semi-automatic link chain extraction method and develop a search and browsing tool for concept and relationship instances in SWA by exploiting the link chain information.
