Subjects/Keywords: The following study is based on the idea of improving the "CEMEX en su obra" model and its current operations in different housing construction projects in Bogotá. For this purpose an investigation was conducted in two construction projects based in the metropolitan area of Bogota; which feature on-site mixing equipment supplied by the CEMEX company and that utilizes industrialized construction systems. Improvement models that are strived for arise from the data obtained at these work sites; which is entered into a simulation model that permits the exploration of different scenarios. Through this; modifications are made in areas such as in the time it takes to realize projects; to the area of resourcing projects - including raw materials and other building components.
