Este trabalho analisa a ideologia presente em alguns marcos legais da Educa??o Inclusiva e no discurso de alguns professores acerca dessa proposta de Ensino. Partimos de dados hist?ricos da Educa??o Inclusiva, a fim de verificar a ordem discursiva pr?-existente e a nova ordem implantada e, conseq?entemente, entender a mudan?a discursiva que ? constru?da e, ao mesmo tempo, constr?i uma transforma??o social. Esta pesquisa se ap?ia na metodologia qualitativa, utilizando-se das teorias e dos m?todos de An?lise de Discurso Cr?tica de Fairclough (2001 e 2003), bem como da teoria sobre ideologia de Thompson (1995). Essas abordagens se entrela?am e servem aqui como ponto de apoio para entender a elabora??o e a interpreta??o do texto legal que fundamenta a Educa??o Inclusiva. Este trabalho busca, principalmente, entender as raz?es da resist?ncia ? execu??o da perspectiva inclusiva. Assim sendo, ao analisar a ideologia presente nesses textos legais e no discurso de professores sobre a Educa??o Inclusiva, pretende-se aqui provocar uma reflex?o sobre as dificuldades da implanta??o dessa proposta. As nossas conclus?es mostram que, na constru??o discursiva dos textos legais e das entrevistas, o discurso assumido ? o elemento constitutivo das pr?ticas sociais, atuando como um ve?culo da ideologia contr?ria ? Educa??o Inclusiva. _________________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT

In this work, we analyze the Ideology present in some legal landmarks of the Inclusive Education and the discourse of some teachers about this perspective in Education. We will start from historical data of the Inclusive Education, in order to compare the preexisting and the new implanted discoursive order, and consequently to understand the discourse that is constructed and at the same time constructs a social transformation. This research is based on the qualitative methods and use the theories and the methods of analysis of the speech of Fairclough (2001 and 2003), as well as the theories on Ideology of Thompson (1995). These approaches interact and serve here as a support to understand the elaboration and the interpretation of the legal text that provides the foundations of the Inclusive Education. This work tries to understand the reasons of the resistance in the execution of the inclusive perspective. Thus being, when analyzing the present ideology in these legal texts is intended here to promote a reflection on the difficulties of the implantation of this proposal. The conclusions show that, in the discursive construction of the legal texts and the interviews of teachers, the language is assumed as an element in the social practice which is a vehicle of the Ideology against the Inclusive Education.

Esta investiga��o insere-se no contexto de mudan�a em curso na escola que promove a �educa��o para todos�. O normativo e os agentes educativos s�o pe�as cruciais deste processo, perspetivam mudan�a e flexibilidade, o que possibilita aos alunos com perturba��es do espetro do autismo progredirem ao seu ritmo, dentro do ensino estruturado segundo o modelo TEACCH. Isto direcionou-nos a investigar �quais os fatores envolvidos no desenvolvimento de pr�ticas inclusivas nas Unidades de Ensino Estruturado para a educa��o de alunos com perturba��es do espetro do Autismo�. Assumimos uma abordagem metodol�gica de car�ter quantitativo, da qual participaram livremente 75 indiv�duos a quem foi administrado um inqu�rito especificamente desenhado e validado, com o qual se pretendeu avaliar os seus posicionamentos face � inclus�o destes alunos. Os resultados surgem no seguimento de pesquisas anteriores, tendo-se constatado que a defini��o destas perturba��es ainda n�o � consensual e os docentes de ensino regular continuam a apresentar maior resist�ncia enquanto os docentes de educa��o especial t�m posicionamentos mais inclusivos, inferindo-se dificuldades inerentes � forma��o. Permitiu-nos sinalizar a necessidade de implementar forma��o junto dos diversos agentes educativos para se diluir, progressivamente, a Unidade pela sala regular, escola e comunidade educativa direcionando prop�sitos e estrat�gias a acionar com esta finalidade.

This research inserts in the context of change in course at school that promotes ?education for all?. The normative and educational agents are crucial parts of this process, they put in the perspective change and flexibility, which enables students with autism spectrum disorders to progress at their own pace, within the structured teaching method ?TEACH?. This drove us to investigate ?which factors involved in developing inclusive practices in the structured teaching Units for education of students with autism spectrum disorders?. A methodological approach of quantitative character was assumed, which 75 individuals participated freely to whom were given a survey specifically designed and validated, which was intended to evaluate their position in view of the inclusion of these students. The results emerge in the follow-up of previous searches, and it was found that the definition of these disorders is still not consensual and regular education teachers continue to present more resistance while the special education teachers have more inclusive placements, inferring difficulties inherent to the training. This enabled us to indicate the need to implement training with in various educational agents to dilute, progressively, the unit for the regular room, school and education community leading to intentions and applying strategies for this purpose.
