本研究の目的は、3条件のスクワット動作中における下肢関節角度の関係、動作の違いが筋活動量へ及ぼす影響、股・膝・足関節間に一定の運動比率が存在するかを比較検討することとした。対象者は健常成人男性8名、平均年齢は23.0(21-27)歳であった。運動課題は3条件(1. 重心を真下におろす、2. 前方に重心を移動させる、3. 後方に重心を移動させる)での両脚スクワット動作とした。動作中の下肢関節角度は三次元動作解析装置で、筋活動量は表面筋電図で測定した。結果、すべての動作で股関節に対する膝関節・足関節の関節角度変化は常に一定の関係にあった。筋活動量は、動作開始から終了にかけて下肢前面の筋(大腿直筋、内側広筋、外側広筋、前脛骨筋)が有意に活動を増加させた。特に前脛骨筋は、3. 1. 2の順に有意に多く活動していた。また一定の運動比率が各動作で存在したが、比率の値は3が1・2よりも有意に低値で、動作による違いがみられた。
