This diploma thesis deals with a construction of a calibration field in the area of the AdMaS research centre (Brno University of Technology). Furthermore, photogrammetric data from the Riegl VMX-450 mobile mapping system has been acquired and processed. Selected points of the calibration field were used as control points. The other points of the calibration field were used as check points. As part of the testing, the coordinate deviations at the check points were assessed. The difference between the accuracy of mobile laser scanning and mobile photogrammetry was also evaluated. Coordinate deviations of mobile photogrammetry were tested according to standard ČSN 01 3410. Furthermore, a point cloud and a textured 3D model were generated. É inquestionável que a fotogrametria o método mais adequado para os levantamentos do Patrimônio Cultural Edificado. O processo fotogramétrico precisa ser apoiado em pontos que permitam o georreferenciamento ao sistema geodésico do local de coordenadas. Esta pesquisa apresenta uma metodologia para obtenção de coordenadas tridimensionais com precisão compatível com os avanços da fotogrametria digital. A metodologia associa diversas tecnologias: inicia com a determinação de dois pontos tridimensionais, que serão as bases, determinados com o rastreio de receptores de GNSS; utiliza o nivelamento geométrico; transporta as coordenadas dos pontos da base para os locais próximos as feições, considerando um levantamento com cálculo ajustado pelo método dos mínimos quadrados e determina as coordenadas tridimensionais de pontos para apoiar o levantamento fotogramétrico digital. Nas medições foram observados as direções horizontais e os ângulos verticais entre duas estações de referência e o ponto a ser medido além da distância inclinada, sem o uso de prisma. As coordenadas 3D de doze pontos foram determinadas considerando o método da interseção espacial analítico, que foi controlado comparado os resultados com o método polar. Para aplicar a metodologia a igreja Nossa Senhora do Livramento, no bairro da Várzea, em Recife-PE foi fotografada utilizado uma APR (Aeronave Pilotada Remotamente) multirotor, do tipo quadricoptero e utilizou-se o programa de fotogrametria digital ContextCapture, da Bentley, em sua versão acadêmica. Obteve-se como resultado o modelo geométrico tridimensional fotorrealístico da fachada, que apresentou uma precisão espacial melhor que 0,005m e grande riqueza de detalhes. O modelo pode ser transferido para outros programas e permite documentação com detalhes, além de animação e simulação. The result of the diploma thesis is a photogrammetrically evaluated georeferenced 3D model of an object with its environment, located in the AdMaS complex. The work describes in detail all phases of creating a 3D model of the object from the selection and calibration of the camera to editing the 3D model. Discuss about software and methods for evaluating 3D models. The thesis deals with the optimal setting of ContectCapture software. The accuracy of the resulting 3D model is tested by the methodology according to ČSN 013410 on the basis of control measurements.
