▼ Cette recherche est fondée sur un constat très simple : le développement dit durable est plus qu’un effet du moment, il est une condition sine qua non des établissements humains de l’avenir. Dans ce contexte, l’objectif est d’interroger la profession d’architecte et sa capacité d’adaptation aux problématiques sociétales et environnementales. Notre travail consiste à analyser, de manière transversale, des opérations contemporaines de logements conçues par des maîtres d'œuvres adoptant une démarche durable, dans le but de :- Définir les enjeux architecturaux du développement durable,- Identifier des approches de
conception répondant à ces enjeux,- Mettre en exergue les adaptations, innovations et transformations de la
conception architecturale répondant aux enjeux du développement durable,- Recenser les freins à la
conception et la réalisation de logements durables. Pour y parvenir, nous avons sélectionné 7 opérations de logements construites en Europe entre 2005 et 2015.Les opérations et les maîtres d'œuvre étudiés ont été primés pour la qualité durable de leur travail. Ce corpus a été analysé à travers une grille d’analyse originale. L’étude sur documents a été accompagnée d’une série de rencontres avec tous les acteurs du projet, ainsi que d'entretiens avec différents acteurs de la construction du logement. Au total, nous avons réalisé plus de 80 entretiens durant cette thèse. Enfin, une convention CIFRE a été mise en place avec le bailleur social EFIDIS, filiale du groupe SNI, dans le but de nourrir l'identification des approches durables et des obstacles à la
conception puis à la réalisation de logements durables, en recherchant une vision globale du projet. Notre recherche a permis de proposer une nouvelle grille de lecture des enjeux architecturaux du développement durable, en dépassant la définition institutionnelle et ses trois piliers liés à la durabilité (environnement, économie et social).Ce faisant, nous avons mis en exergue trois enjeux spécifiques à la
conception de logements durables. Il s'agit des enjeux de l'énergie, de la pérennité et de la prise en compte du milieu. A ces enjeux répondent différentes approches de
conception. L'enjeu énergétique est ainsi associé à des approches "actives" et "passives" de
conception, qui s'entremêlent dans le projet dans ce que nous avons nommé une approche "hybride" de
conception. De son côté, l'enjeu de la pérennité nécessite une considération des usages et de leur évolution, ainsi qu'un travail sur les techniques constructives. Enfin, l'enjeu de prise en compte du milieu suppose une approche de
conception située, ainsi qu'une intégration de l'empreinte écologique du projet. Dans un second temps, notre travail a porté sur l'identification des obstacles à la réalisation et à la diffusion de l'architecture durable. ▼ Este trabalho defende a multifuncionalidade como resposta às novas necessidades
que se colocam no âmbito do Design. Questiona as escolhas, os valores, o mercado e
as tendências. Analisa a resposta à tendência, reformula a necessidade e responde
com um caso prático – o UsAzU – proposta multifuncional, porque a necessidade
detectada é de adaptação e actualização.
Destacamos neste trabalho a abrangência do Design na criação de novos produtos.
Analisamos abordagens metodológicas do processo de Design de produtos de
vestuário convencional e multifuncional, investigamos metodologias de criação e
produção com objectivos distintos.
Pretende-se demonstrar a importância da colocação do problema em Design e a
abrangência da sua resposta. O produto é encarado como um sistema de produtos em
torno de si mesmo. A gestão destas actividades é gerida pela metodologia que
estabelece a ordem do processo de resposta às necessidades do público-alvo.
A pesquisa é desenvolvida em torno do UsAzU, caso prático de vestuário
multifuncional desenvolvido pela autora e de estudo neste trabalho. A metodologia
assume um carácter determinante em todo o processo, da problematização, à criação,
da viabilidade de produção, à introdução do produto final no mercado (altura em que a
receptividade do público permite a continuidade, alteração ou término da oferta).
O método utilizado para realizar o trabalho assenta sobre uma pesquisa bibliográfica
orientada para a temática da moda e a metodologia do Design de vestuário,
recorrendo à análise do exemplo prático (UsAzU), como base de investigação sobre
diferenças de objectivos e actuação metodológica, de um Design multifuncional,
distinto do convencional.

▼ Teachers have to cope with two main changes. Firstly, they have experienced global technological change and the introduction of new technologies into the education system. Secondly, they have to cope with a new generation of pupils (Generation Z). This thesis argues that these changes necessitate a change in the role of the teacher. This research examines how teachers react to these changes. The main research question is “How do teachers conceive their role when they teach Generation Z pupils in a technological learning environment?”. The research focuses on a case study of a school on the northern periphery of the State of Israel. The research focused on the teachers of the “computer notebook” classes. The school supplies every pupil and every teacher a standard personal laptop while the teachers have been integrating the technology and applications into their lessons for the last twenty years. The data was collected by means of questionnaires (20); personal interviews (24); observations (8); and an analysis of relevant documents. The research compares the category of the “traditional teacher” with that of the “technological teacher”. It finds that (a) teachers view the the two roles of traditional and technological teacher as distinct; (b) they recognise a wide variety of technological changes that influence the education system; and (c) they believe that the present pupil generation (Generation Z) requires a new approach to study in contrast with previous generations of pupils. The research shows that in response to the changes described above, the teachers have changed their perspective through the use of the new technologies and define their role in three dimensions (pedagogical, interpersonal, and technological) and indicate that there are 11 skills and abilities required for the technological teacher. However, the research also found that despite the extensive experience of the teachers in using the new technologies, there is no confidence in realising the full potential inherent in these tools. In particular, the opportunity for cooperative learning which is offered by online technologies is not always exploited efficiently. Moreover, the research found that the challenges and barriers in the application of the new pedagogy in the technological learning environment. The contribution of this research is both theoretical and practical. The theoretical contribution of the research is in the characterisation of the pedagogical, interpersonal and technological dimensions that constitute the role of the “technological teacher”. The practical contribution of the research is detailed in the series of recommendations made in relation to the development of schools and the training and continuing professional development of teachers.

Tikslinga analizuoti Lietuvos sveikatos politikos formavimo ir
įgyvendinimo ypatumus, kaip užtikrinamas šių procesų efektyvumas,
išskirti problemas, su kuriomis susiduriama įgyvendinant sveikatos
politiką, nes tik išanalizavus esamus rezultatus, galima kalbėti
apie šalies sveikatos politikos tobulinimą. Problema – kaip
suformuoti efektyvią sveikatos politiką siekiant šalies darnaus
vystymosi. Tyrimo objektas – sveikatos politika. Tikslas – ištirti
sveikatos politiką šalies darnaus vystymosi kontekste. Darbo
uždaviniai. 1. Išanalizuoti darnaus vystymosi koncepciją. 2.
Apibrėžti teorinius sveikatos politikos formavimo ir įgyvendinimo

jaunuolių, besimokančių profesinėje mokykloje, konfliktų raišką ir
jų sprendimą. Iškelti uždaviniai: 1) remiantis mokslinės
literatūros analize,išsiaiškinti konflikto sampratą, galimus
sprendimo būdus; 2)nustatyti vyraujančius konfliktus profesinėje
mokykloje, išsiaiškinant konfliktų rūšis, tipus, priežastis,
pasekmes, veiksmus stiprinančius konfliktą, sprendimo strategijas.
Tyrimo objektas - jaunuolių, besimokančių profesinėje mokykloje,
konfliktai su bendraamžiais ir pedagogais; jų sprendimas. Tyrimo
metodai: mokslinės pedagoginės, psichologinės bei vadybinės
literatūros darbo tema studijavimas ir analizė; stebėjimas; gautų
rezultatų kokybinė analizė. Tyrimo metu stebėtos konfliktinės
situacijos. Konfliktini��� situacijų stebėjimo trukmė - 2 metai
(išskyrus vasaros ir žiemos atostogas). Stebint fiksuota -
konfliktinės situacijos, jų dinamika, konfliktų sprendimas. Tyrimo
metu užfiksavau 35 konfliktines situacijas - 25 situacijos tarp
mokinių ir pedagogų, 10 situacijų - tarp mokinių. Pati buvau 10-ies
konfliktinių situacijų dalyve. Kitus konfliktus i��girdau iš
kolegų, bendradarbių. Trumpiausiai konfliktas truko (buvo
išspręstas) apie 1 parą, ilgiausias konfliktas truko 11 mėnesių.
Tyrimo metu nustatyta, kad pedagogas (ai)<-> mokinys (iai)
konfliktiniame lygyje išryškėjo šios tendencijos: vyravusi
konfliktų rūšis - santykių; dominavo asmenybės ir grupės konfliktų
tipas; vyravo slaptų kėslų konflikto ištakos; vyraujanti

The objective of the Master's thesis is to
ascertain expression of conflicts and their resolution of young
people from vocational school. The goals: 1) to ascertain the
conception of conflict and possibile ways of resolution referring
to scientific literature analysis; 2) to establish prevailing
conflics in vocational shool; to to sort out kinds, types, reasons,
results of conflict, actions intensifying conflict and strategies
of resolution. The subject of the research - vocational school
student's conflicts with contemporaries and pedagogues; their
resolution. The methods of the research: study and analysis of
scientific pedagogical, psychological and management literature on
the topic of the thesis; observation: qualitative analysis of the
results achieved. In the course of the research conflict situations
were observed. The duration of conflict situations observation - 2
years (excluding summer and winter holidays). While observing
conflict situations, their dynamics, the ways of conflict
resolution have been fixed. In the course of the research I have
fixed 35 conflict situations - 25 situations between students and
pedagogues, 10 situations among students. I was a participant of 10
conflict situations myself. Other conflicts were told to me by my

development of housing policy before the year 1989 upto the present. The work describes the housing policy
conception and the types of support for the housing stock
development. Also, the thesis lists the ultimate legislation important for city authorities to manage its housing policy. Further, it specifies the structure, range and condition of the municipal housing stock in Šlapanice, including its administration instruments. The conclusion is based on the acquired information and finding, and evaluates the administration of the municipal housing stock in Šlapanice.

Usein käyttäjän huomioimista ei mielletä työn tarkoitukseksi: ihmistä kuvataan yritystalouden, tietotekniikan tai työprosessien kautta. Käsityksissä, joissa ihmisestä puhutaan, käyttäjää ei yleensä huomioida suhteessa järjestelmien rakentamiseen. Näissä ilmauksissa ihmisen piirteet nähdään usein osana teknologiaa, ihmistä kuvataan oppijana, tai käyttäjän toimintatapoja etsitään IT-ammattilaisten omien toimintatapojen avulla.
Tutkimuksessa mielenkiinnon kohteena on tapa, jolla ihmistä käsitteellistetään tietojärjestelmien rakentamisessa. Yhtäältä tarkastellaan tietojärjestelmien rakentamisen teoreettisia malleja, joissa ihmiskuva on osoittautunut kaikkein ongelmallisimmaksi selvitettäväksi; usein ihmiskäsitystä ei ole onnistuttu määrittelemään lainkaan. Tässä tutkimuksessa ehdotetaan kokonaisvaltaista holistista ihmiskäsitystä tietojärjestelmien rakentamisen pohjaksi. Tällöin ihminen tulisi ottaa huomioon ajattelevana, fyysisenä, tuntevana, tahtovana, sosiaalisena ja kulttuurisena olentona. Toisaalta tutkimuksessa selvitetään suomalaisten tietojärjestelmäammattilaisten tapoja ymmärtää ihminen tietojärjestelmän käyttäjänä. Nämä käsitykset määrittävät IT-ammattilaisten tapaa sovittaa uusia tieto- ja viestintäteknologian sovelluksia ihmisten työ- ja arkielämän toimintaan. IT-ammattilaisten ihmiskäsitysten selvittäminen on tärkeätä siksi, että tietojärjestelmiltä vaaditaan yhä enenevässä määrin teknisen toimivuuden lisäksi kykyä vastata monenlaisiin ihmisen toiminnalle tyypillisiin tarpeisiin. Erityisesti uusien teknisten innovaatioiden onnistunut tuottaminen edellyttää kykyä ymmärtää ihmistä ja hänen toiminnalleen ominaisia piirteitä.
Fenomenografisen tutkimusotteen avulla selvitettiin laadullista vaihtelua niissä merkityksissä, joita suomalaiset IT-ammattilaiset liittävät ihmiseen tietojärjestelmän käyttäjänä. Tutkimuksessa syvähaastateltiin 20 tietojärjestelmäammattilaista. Haastateltavat toimivat yrityksissä, joiden toimialat olivat tietoliikenne- ja matkaviestintäpalvelut, teleoperointi, lähiverkkopalvelut, ryhmätyöteknologiat, toimisto- ja taloushallintojärjestelmät, terveydenhuollon järjestelmät, vakuutusjärjestelmät ja Internet-ohjelmistot.
Tietojärjestelmäammattilaisten ihmiskäsityksistä rakentuu kolme erilaista ajattelun tasoa: separatistinen, funktionaalinen ja holistinen ajattelutapa. Separatistisen ajattelun mukaan käyttäjä nähdään ihmisen ja teknologian vuorovaikutuksen estävien seikkojen kautta: ihminen joko unohdetaan kokonaan tai näyttäytyy teknologiaa pelkäävänä ja käyttämään kykenemättömänä olentona. Funktionaalisen ajattelun mukaan ihminen käyttää tietojärjestelmiä vailla omaa substanssia, reagoiden suoraan niihin tietoihin ja ärsykkeisiin, joita järjestelmään on upotettu. Näkökulma on behavioristisen näkemyksen mukainen, ja tutkimuksessa yleisin esille tullut tapa käsitteellistää ihmistä. ▼ Avec la construction des robots de plus en plus complexes, la croissance des architectures logicielles robotiques et l’explosion de la diversité toujours plus grande des applications et misions des robots, la
conception, le développement et l’intégration des entités logicielles des systèmes robotiques, constituent une problématique majeure de la communauté robotique. En effet, les architectures logicielles robotiques et les plateformes de développement logiciel pour la robotique sont nombreuses, et sont dépendantes du type de robot (robot de service, collaboratif, agricole, médical, etc.) et de son mode d'utilisation (en cage, d’extérieur, en milieu occupé, etc.). L’effort de maintenance de ces plateformes et leur coût de développement sont donc considérables.Les roboticiens se posent donc une question fondamentale : comment réduire les coûts de développement des systèmes logiciels robotiques, tout en augmentant leur qualité et en préservant la spécificité et l’indépendance de chaque système robotique? Cette question induit plusieurs autres : d’une part, comment décrire et encapsuler les diverses fonctions que doit assurer le robot, sous la forme d’un ensemble d’entités logicielles en interaction? Et d’autre part, comment conférer à ces entités logicielles, des propriétés de modularité, portabilité, réutilisabilité, interopérabilité, etc.?A notre avis, l’une des solutions les plus probables et prometteuses à cette question consiste à élever le niveau d’abstraction dans la définition des entités logicielles qui composent les systèmes robotiques. Pour ce faire, nous nous tournons vers l’ingénierie dirigée par les modèles, et plus particulièrement la
conception des DSML (Domain Specific Modeling Language).Dans cette thèse, nous réalisons dans un premier temps, une étude comparative des langages de modélisation et de méthodes utilisés dans le développement des systèmes embarqués temps réel en général. L’objectif de ce premier travail étant de voir s’il en existe qui puissent permettre de répondre aux questions susmentionnées des roboticiens. Cette étude, non seulement nous montre que ces approches ne sont pas adaptées à la définition des architectures logicielles robotiques, mais elle aboutit surtout à unFramework, que nous proposons et qui aide à choisir la (les) méthode(s) et/ou le(s) langage(s) de modélisation le(s) plus adapté(s) aux besoins du concepteur. Par la suite, nous proposons un DSML baptisé RsaML (Robotic Software Architecture Modeling Language), pour la définition des architectures logicielles robotiques avec prise en compte de propriétés temps réel. Pour ce faire, un méta-modèle est proposé à partir des concepts que les roboticiens ont l’habitude d’utiliser pour la définition de leurs applications. Il constitue la syntaxe abstraite du langage. ▼ Ces travaux sont du domaine de génie systèmes industriels et l'ingénierie de l'innovation. Ils se sont déroulés dans l'industrie de services financiers au sein du groupe de banque-assurance Groupama. Les services représentent 64% de PIB mondial. Le secteur employait en 2007 en France près de 20 millions de personnes contre 5 millions pour l'industrie. Pourtant la recherche sur les processus d'innovation présente un déséquilibre avec un article scientifique NSD (new service development) pour quatre NPD (new product development). L'objectif de ces travaux est de proposer une méthode de pilotage des projets d'innovation dans les services. Pour formaliser le pilotage d'innovation dans les services tout en préservant la zone de liberté nécessaire à l'innovation, nous sommes basés sur un formalisme de type NPD pour définir un processus NSD qui respecte la flexibilité spécifique de l'innovation dans les services. Le coeur de notre hypothèse a été d'identifier des invariants de processus NSD. Nous proposons six classes d'invariants : les OICs (Objets Intermédiaires de Conception), les ressources, les compétences, les tâches, les indicateurs et les méthodes. Leurs interactions sont rendues dans un Diagramme de Classes UML. Un projet peut être décrit comme une « somme » d'OIC eux-mêmes résultat de l'agencement des 5 autres invariants. Ces six classes d'invariants ont été validées sur projets de Groupama. Elles permettent de décrire, suivre, capitaliser, réutiliser des savoirs acquis sur des projets antérieurs et de manager les projets innovants. Nous proposons aussi un processus de pilotage des projets NSD, formalisé par un Diagramme d'Ordonnancement des Phases sous MEGA
The present thesis is about the field of system engineering and innovation engineering. It took place in the financial industry within the group of banking insurance Groupama. Services represent 64% of world's GDP (Gross Domestic Product). This branch employed in 2007 in France about 20 million people against 5 million for industry. Still the research on the innovation processes presents a gap with only one NSD (new services development) article against four NPD (new products development). The aim of this work is to propose a method for management of innovation projects in the services branch. To formalize the management of innovation projects for the services, while preserving the space required for innovation, we use a NPD's type formalism in order to define a NSD process while respecting the specific flexibility of the innovation in the services branch. The center of our hypothesis was to identify invariants within the NSD process. We propose six classes of invariants: IDOs (Intermediate Design Objects), the resources, the skills, the tasks, the indicators and the methods. ▼ The purpose of this study was to establish the
reliability and validity of the construct map for students'
conception of equivalence with special emphasis on investigating
the impact of structure of equation on students'
conception of
equivalence. The study examined the role of structure of equations
in identifying students'
conception of equivalence; specifically,
in regard to the role of place value and position of an unknown in
an equation. An equivalence assessment was designed which comprise
items of different numeric structures to assess knowledge
associated with each level of construct map.A mixed method
sequential explanatory design was used. In the first phase, 114
second and third grade students participated in a written
equivalence assessment. Based upon students' performance on the
written assessment, 9 students from the first phase were selected
to participate in one-on-one clinical interviews. Results from the
quantitative phase provide evidence for reliability and validity of
the equivalence assessment. Results suggest that the place value
and position of the box in equivalence equations play a significant
role in adequately assessing students' level of
conception of
equivalence. Qualitative findings aided in identifying and
describing the cognitive processes underlying the students'
responses on the written assessment items and provideconfirmatory
evidence for validity. These results provide useful guidelines for
instructors and curriculum designers. Specifically, findings
suggest more attention be paid to the role of place value in the
teaching and learning of equivalence.

O neoliberalismo como a versão atual do capitalismo tem produzido uma série de problemas, o agravamento da tendência capitalista a mercantilização universal onde tudo é transformado em mercadoria, inclusive a educação, saúde, cultura e desporto. Valendo neste sistema o interesse individual onde os direitos sociais e econômicos são minimizados. Os princípios básicos do neoliberalismo são: Mínima participação estatal na economia de um país, pouquíssima intervenção do governo no mercado de trabalho, privatização das estatais, livre circulação de capitais internacionais, destaque na globalização, abertura da economia para a entrada de multinacionais, adoção de medidas contra o protecionismo econômico e desburocratização do estado. Considerando que, a educação é mais que uma forma de investimento do capital, a concepção neoliberal da educação que transformou-se em mais um elemento de fortalecimento do modelo da política econômica capitalista implantada nos e pelos países em desenvolvimento sócio econômico. No discurso neoliberal a educação passa a ingressar no mercado capitalista funcionando logo a sua semelhança, deixando-se assim de ser parte do campo social e político, os conteúdos políticos da cidadania, foi substituído pelos direitos do consumidor. Daí a visão neoliberal de que os pais e alunos são consumidores. De modo geral, percebemos que nos últimos anos através dos documentos oficiais evidenciam a presença das estratégias neoliberais sendo implementadas no Brasil. De igual modo a educação tem sido voltada para os interesses dos donos do capital. Sendo assim com essa pesquisa pretendo analisar as influencias que essa nova vertente capitalista tem causado na educação básica brasileira.

Whereas education is more than a form of capital investment, neoliberal conception of education that became another of capitalist economic policy model strengthening element implemented in and by countries in socio economic development. In the neoliberal discourse education passes to enter the capitalist market soon working their similarity, leaving just to be part of the social and political sphere, the political content of citizenship has been replaced by consumer rights. For comparison there is mentioned description of competitor’s products from this branch. The part of this thesis is analysis of measurement actual speed on the train vehicles and analysis of imaging information to staff of vehicle. The base of this finding is making several projects about future way of
development of this electronic tachograph. Main programmes of this thesis are design, implementation and verification functions of module relays outputs for Electronic tachograph RE1xx. Practically design must be satisfy with basic technical-law specifications, which refer of this branch for application this device. Thesis contains the description of single parts of scheme, control microcontroller, using of integrated circuits. Further thesis will contain theoretical calculations, design of main software and his implementation to the module. The aim of design and implementation of module relays outputs is evaluation reached outcomes from view technical solutions, functions and price statement of the module.
