本研究の目的は、「保護者が抱く子育てにおける困りごと」 を明らかにし、育児不安との関連性及びその内容を考察すること、地域子育て支援における作業療法の実践への示唆を得ることである。都内A区の1歳半および3歳児健診に来所した保護者168人を対象に無記名自記式質問紙と牧野の育児不安尺度を用いたアンケート調査を行った。回収された103部を、Berelson. Bの方法論を参考にした内容分析を用いて分析した。形成されたカテゴリーへの記載の有無と育児不安の有無についてx2検定を行い関連性を検証し、育児不安の有無を従属変数とするロジスティック回帰分析を行い関連性を検証した。結果、「子どものパーソナリティ」等8つの2次カテゴリーが形成された。また、育児不安との関連性が強い「行動・情緒の特徴」等4つの1次カテゴリーが抽出された。地域子育て支援を行う作業療法士は、これらの困りごとに対して、包括的な支援を行っていく必要性が示唆された。
