Darbo tikslas yra ištirti Lietuvos kūno kultūros akademijos rekreacijos ir sporto vadybos studentų kompetencijų įgijimo ypatumus pirmosios pakopos studijų metu. Darbe keliami šie uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti vadybos kompetencijų sampratą ir reikšmę studentams pirmosios pakopos studijų metu; 2. Nustatyti pirmosios pakopos turizmo ir sporto vadybos studentų kompetencijų įgijimą bei panaudojimą studijų metu; 3. Ištirti turizmo ir sporto vadybos kompetencijų įgijimo ypatumus studijų metu. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, anketinė apklausa, lyginamoji analizė, matematinė statistika (χ 2). Tiriamieji: LKKA pirmo ir ketvirto kursų studentai bei baigusieji šias studijas (n=100). Išvados: 1. Kompetencija apima ne tik mokymosi ir lavinimosi proceso rezultatus ir jų pritaikymą, bet ir darbuotojo asmeninių savybių integravimą konkrečiomis darbo situacijomis. Vadybinės veiklos kompetencijoje, kuri apibrėžta remiantis vadybinių studijų programomis Lietuvos universitetuose, dėmesys kreipiamas tiek į operacinį, tiek į strateginį valdymą, tačiau strateginio valdymo indikatoriai daugiau atskleidžia tos veiklos supratimą, o ne strateginį problemų sprendimų, nors operacinio valdymo srityje ypač akcentuojami instrumentiniai aspektai. 2. Turizmo ir sporto vadybos studijose yra ugdomos šios kompetencijos: žinoti naujausias organizacijos valdymo mokslo teorijas; įsisavinti veiklos pažinimo ir analizės metodus bei technologijas; gebėti nustatyti ir kritiškai vertinti organizacijos veiklą... The purpose of work is to analyze the peculiarities of competence acquisition of the students studying the recreation and sport management at Lithuanian Academy of Physical Education during the undergraduate studies. The work sets the following tasks: 4. To analyze the concept of management competences and its meaning for the students during the undergraduate studies; 5. To determine the competence acquisition of the undergraduate students studying the tourism and sport management and its usage for studies; 6. To analyze the peculiarities of competence acquisition in tourism and sport management during the studies. Methods of research: analysis of scientific literature, questionnaires, comparative analysis, and mathematical analysis (χ 2). The respondents: the first and fourth year students at LAPE and the alumni (n=100). Conclusions: 1. The competence covers not just the results of studying and learning process and their application, but also the integration of the employee’s personal characteristics for the particular work situations. The attention in the competence of management activity, which is determined, according to the syllabuses of management studies at the Lithuanian universities, is paid to both – operational and strategic management. O presente relatório final de estágio surge no âmbito da análise e reflexão do processo de estágio pedagógico em Educação Física no ano letivo 2016/2017, desenvolvido no Agrupamento de Escolas D. Maria II, na Escola Básica e Secundária Gama Barros, Agualva-Cacém, Sintra. No decorrer do mesmo apresentam-se todas as etapas de desenvolvimento do trabalho docente para com a turma com que foi desenvolvido o trabalho ao longo do ano, 11º CT2, bem como com a comunidade escolar. Quanto ao professor estagiário, verificou-se uma evolução significativa ao nível das competências relacionadas com a organização e gestão das aprendizagens. O contacto com a turma foi muito positivo, graças a um bom clima relacional e a um controlo das aprendizagens constante, envolvendo também os alunos no processo de ensino-aprendizagem através da avaliação formativa. A coadjuvação no núcleo de voleibol feminino foi muito positiva, possibilitando-me não só adquirir mais conhecimento sobre a modalidade, mas também permitiu-me ser pró-ativo e conseguir recrutar novas atletas para o núcleo, com uma ideia bem conseguida, em conjunto com o responsável do núcleo. No âmbito da investigação fomos de encontro a um dos maiores problemas da educação, a “Retenção Escolar” e tentámos perceber quais os principais fatores do insucesso escolar, para tentarmos compreender o que a escola e os seus docentes podem fazer para combater esse insucesso.

This final internship report comes in the context of the analysis and reflection of the pedagogical internship process in Physical Education during the academic year 2016/2017, developed at the D. Maria II Schools Group, at the Gama Barros Elementary and Secondary School, Agualva-Cacém, Sintra. During this report, are presented all the stages of development of the teaching work with the class which the work was developed throughout the year, 11th CT2, as well as with the school community. As for the trainee teacher, I felt a significant evolution in the competences related to the organization and management of learning. The contact with the class was very positive, thanks to a good relational climate and constant learning control, also involving students in the teaching-learning process through formative evaluation. The support in the women's volleyball core was very positive, allowing me not only to acquire more knowledge about the modality, but also allowed me to be proactive and to be able to recruit new athletes to the core, with a well achieved idea, developed with the responsible teacher. In the context of the research we have been confronted with one of the major problems of education, "School Retention", and we have tried to understand the main factors of school failure in order to try to understand what the school and its teachers can do to combat this failure.

The objective of this study is to examine various aspects of the difference between the acquisition of English and Spanish by Swedish learners in compulsory education and its causes. The two subjects have the same syllabus, with the difference that English studies start 3 years earlier, but studies of the competences of the Swedish students in these two languages (see f.ex. First European Survey of Language Competences, 2012)suggest that the gap between the languages is bigger than what could be expected and that there is an existing difference in attitude towards the two languages. The conclusion is that the predominance of English in the immediate environment of the surveyed students is considerable. The study has shown large differences between the input in English and Spanish. Students receive input in Spanish, communicate in Spanish and acquire knowledge of Spanish / Latin American cultures almost exclusively at school. On the other hand, they acquire knowledge, receive input and interact in English both in school and in their spare time. We also found considerable differences in attitudes towards the two languages and the perceived ability of the students. The Spanish is perceived as more difficult, less necessary, less fun and less useful in their future lives. New technologies create new platforms for communication that allow students to participate in interaction in the target language. This study shows that these situations occur mostly in English but also in Spanish, which in our opinion could be more used in teaching.
