[pt] A tensão já e ainda não em Oscar Cullmann e suas implicações e possibilidades para a missão da Igreja caracteriza-se por um trabalho de pesquisa que se desenvolve em perspectiva de diálogo entre a Escatologia e a Missiologia. O objeto principal de análise é o paradoxo temporal clássico da teologia conhecido por já e ainda não do Reino de Deus. O trabalho parte da pergunta pela natureza temporal da esperança do povo de Deus. Ele começa na Escritura, passa pela trajetória da Igreja através dos séculos e chega até os tempos atuais. Percebe-se como a expectativa pelo cumprimento das promessas de Deus alternou-se ao longo da história. Às vezes, a orientação pendia para uma ênfase futurista e celestial. Outras vezes, ela se concentrava em questões contemporâneas e terrenas. A reflexão descobre então, em Oscar Cullmann, uma proposta significativa para resolver o problema da polarização da temporalidade escatológica. Cullmann, a partir de sua exegese do Novo Testamento, vê como o Reino de Deus e suas promessas reivindicam uma dupla aplicação temporal, um aspecto já inaugurado na pessoa e obra de Jesus Cristo, já presente entre nós, e outro ainda não consumado, o qual é esperado para o futuro, para a parusia. Nascia o insight já e ainda não. Em seguida, esta dissertação vai mostrar como a tese escatológica de Cullmann foi recebida e reverberada por outros teólogos de seu tempo. E por último, esta reflexão conduz ao subtítulo deste trabalho, o qual busca explorar como a tensão já e ainda não informa a mensagem e afeta a postura missional da Igreja.

[en] The tension already and not yet in Oscar Cullmann - possibilities and implications to the mission of the Church – is a research that proposes a dialogue between the Eschatology and the Missiology, in which the main goal is to analyze the classic paradox in theology known as the already and the not yet of the Kingdom of God. The essay starts by exploring the question about the temporal nature of the hope that God s people have nurtured. It begins in the Scripture, passes through different epochs in the record of the Church up to the state of the issue in our days, perceiving how the people s expectation for the fulfillment of God s promises has alternated throughout history. Sometimes it displayed a more futuristic and celestial emphasis. In another period, it pointed to a more present-day and worldly orientation. The research discovers then, in Oscar Cullmann, a significant proposal to solve the dilemma of any eventual polarization. Cullmann, from his exegetical work in the New Testament, see how God s Kingdom and its promises have a double timing application: an aspect already inaugurated by the person and work of Jesus Christ, already present among us, and another not yet consumed, which is still awaited in the future, in the breakthrough of the parousia. Afterwards, this dissertation will show how Cullmann s thesis was received and reverberated across the thought of various theologians. This paper proposes to demonstrate the Helenistic influence in the life, work and theology of the apostle Paul, considered by many as the first Christian theologian and one of the founders of Christianity. Besides this it intends to discuss the immortality of the soul and the resurrection of the bodies in the understanding of the apostle based on the theologian of French character Oscar Cullmann. The research is divided into three chapters which debate the above mentioned issues. In the first chapter we seek to highlight some biographical portraits of the apostle mainly based on his epistolar collection, those epistles which were proven to be written or dictated by him, and on the Lukan witness in the Acts of the Apostles, which we consider a secondary source. From these portraits we extracted the assertion that Paul lived between two worlds, the Helenistic and the Jewish, influenced by two great cities, Tarsus and Jerusalem. We sought to concentrate on that information which sustains this assertion showing the influences which guarantee him a cosmopolitan education. In the second chapter we open a discussion about the marks which Tarsus and Jerusalem imprinted on the apostle’s formation. We will seek to answer in this chapter the following question: which of these cities helped to sculpt the personality of the apostle and to establish the first bases of his theology? Besides this we will also seek, in this same chapter, to expose some of the Helenistic influences on the apostle exemplified by his literary style and we will present some points of his theology which have a strong Greek influence. Finally, in the third and last chapter of this paper we will seek to discuss, based on a Pauline perspective, the New Testament doctrine of life after death based on Oscar Cullmann’s perspective, especially based on two great works of the author, that is: La inmortalidad del alma o la resurrección de los cuerpos and Das origens do evangelho a formação da teologia cristã.

Este trabalho se propõe a demonstrar a influência helenística na vida, obra e teologia do apóstolo Paulo, considerado por muitos como primeiro teólogo cristão e um dos fundadores do cristianismo. Pretende ainda discutir acerca da imortalidade da alma e a ressurreição dos corpos, na compreensão do apóstolo a partir do teólogo de caráter francês Oscar Cullmann. A pesquisa está dividida em três capítulos, que debatem as questões mencionadas. No primeiro capítulo, procuramos destacar alguns retratos biográficos do apóstolo, principalmente a partir do seu acervo epistolar, daquelas epístolas que comprovadamente foram escritas ou ditadas por ele, e do testemunho lucano em Atos dos Apóstolos, que consideramos fonte secundária. Desses retratos extraímos a assertiva de que Paulo era um homem que viveu entre dois mundos, o helenístico e o judaico, influenciado por duas grandes cidades, Tarso e Jerusalém. [pt] Percebendo uma dificuldade quase generalizada de se desenvolver uma análise crítica da obra do arquiteto Oscar Niemeyer, e verificando que o discurso corrente se consolidou numa polarização entre detratores e enaltecedores, pautados respectivamente na idéia de um formalismo gratuito ou de uma exuberância criativa, buscou-se inicialmente esclarecer as razões dessa leitura reducionista, relacionando-a aos pressupostos mais amplos do Movimento da Arquitetura Moderna. Para tanto fez-se necessária uma revisão historiográfica dos princípios norteadores da arte moderna e seu vínculo com as fontes originais do pensamento formalista a partir do exame da teoria inaugural de Konrad Fiedler e seu desdobramento no campo da história e da crítica modernas. Desse modo constituiu-se um corpo teórico que permitiu entender as reações polêmicas e radicais que mobilizaram os principais centros orientadores do projeto moderno em arquitetura. Do Conjunto da Pampulha até a construção de Brasília a obra de Niemeyer se tornou ao mesmo tempo elemento provocador e expressão concreta de tensões latentes que permeavam o Movimento. Do ponto de vista contemporâneo coloca-se em pauta uma análise crítica acerca da adesão da arquitetura moderna ao idealismo positivista em sua vertente predominante, o funcionalismo, guiado por um imperativo moral que supunha uma reforma social a ser protagonizada pela arquitetura. No entanto à medida que evidencia-se o caráter utópico desse programa, a crítica revisionista reclama os aspectos exclusivos do campo de atuação da arquitetura enquanto se percebe em Niemeyer um precursor em vista de sua recusa em aderir a princípios predeterminados e dedicar-se a arquitetura como espaço autônomo da pesquisa artística associando-se assim aos princípios da teoria formalista da arte.

[en] Noticing an almost universal difficulty of developing a critical analysis of the work of the architect Oscar Niemeyer, and checking that the current discourse has consolidated a polarization between detractors and uplifting, ruling respectively the idea of a free formalism or of a creative exuberance, it has been searched to initially clarify the reasons for this reductionist reading, relating it to a broader assumptions of the Modern Movement in architecture. For that, was required an historiographical revision of the guiding principles of modern art and the link with the original sources of the formalistic thought making an examination at the inaugural theory from Konrad Fiedler and the unfolding in the field of modern history and criticism. Thereby was formed a theoretical body, which allowed to understand the controversial and radicals reactions that mobilized the main guiding centers of the architecture modern project. From the Pampulha’s project to the construction of Brasilia, Niemeyer s work became at the same time a provocative element and a concrete expression of latent tensions that were part of the Movement. ▼ Vorliegende missionstheologische Untersuchung geht aus von David J. Boschs ökumenischem Missionsparadigma als Vorschlag für ein ganzheitliches Missionsverständnis mit den Brennpunk-ten Verkündigung und soziales Engagement in einer postmodernen Welt. Auf der Suche nach einer geschichtsbezogenen Eschatologie als Grundlage und motivierende Hoffnung für die Kirche in ih-rer Mission, verweist Bosch mit einiger Zurückhaltung auf die heilsgeschichtliche Theologie seines Lehrers Oscar Cullmann. Die Arbeit setzt sich daher in einem ersten Teil kritisch mit unterschied-lichen eschatologischen Entwürfen und insbesondere mit Cullmanns Eschatologie und deren Impli-kationen auf das Missionsverständnis auseinander. Im Anschluss wird danach gefragt, ob und in-wiefern die Theologie von N.T. Wright die cullmannsche Eschatologie in Sinne von Bosch zu er-weitern vermag. Es wird schliesslich deutlich, dass Wrights eschatologischer Ansatz eine tragfähi-gere Grundlage für ein ganzheitliches Missionsverständnis darstellt, als derjenige von Cullmann. Die Untersuchung will einen Beitrag leisten zur Auseinandersetzung mit der Eschatologie und gleichzeitig Wrights Theologie aus missionstheologischer Perspektive kritisch würdigen.; This missionary-theological investigation takes as its point of departure David J. Bosch’s ecumeni-cal missionary paradigm as a proposal for a holistic understanding of mission with a focus on pro-clamation and social engagement in a postmodern world. In the search for an eschatology related to history as a foundation and motivating hope for the church in its mission, Bosch refers with some reservation to the salvation historical theology of his teacher Oscar Cullmann. Accordingly, the first part of the work is devoted to a critical engagement with different eschatological conceptions and especially with Cullmann’s eschatology and its implications for the understanding of mission. After this, we then ask whether and to what extent the theology of N.T. Wright can expand the Cullman-nian eschatology in the sense of Bosch. It becomes clear in the end that Wright’s eschatological approach represents a more viable foundation for a holistic understanding of mission than that of Cullmann. The study aims to contribute to the debate over eschatology and at the same to present a critical appraisal of Wright’s theology from a missionary-theological perspective. Oscar Niemeyer states that architecture and structure should develop together. However, what is normally seen is a distance between these two elements of construction. This work shows a group of important constructions where the structural system had a important role in the final architectural design, as in the work of architects such as Affonso Reidy, Paulo Mendes da Rocha and João Filgueiras Lima, who knew, as only a few could, how to explore the relations between architecture and structure. The relation between form and structure is evident in Oscar Niemeyers work, his architecture being marked by the influence of Lucio Costa and the modernist architecture of Le Corbusier, that had just arrived in Brasil in the beginning of his career and that Niemeyer helped become revolutionary. His career is also affected by the constant presence of great engineers such as Joaquim Cardozo and José Carlos Sussekind, who, participating in the projects since the beginning of the creative process, created works that are known by the revealing structure and great technological challenges. Two of those challenges, from the period of the construction of Brasilia, when Niemeyer says he most valorized the structure, are analyzed in this work. The first one is the Igrejinha Nossa Senhora de Fátima, where the architecture is totally defined by the structure of the chapel. The second is the inverted dome of the Câmara dos Deputados, which with its unusual form causes surprise in the visitors and was one of the great challenges of the engineer Joaquim Cardozo. Through analysis using computer softwares known in the academic fields, we could collect enough data to allow us to understand how the choices for the structural solutions made by the architect or the engineer during the projectual process could result in such innovative monuments.

Esse trabalho mostra importantes obras em que o sistema estrutural teve um papel essencial na determinação do desenho arquitetônico, com exemplos de arquitetos como Affonso Reidy, Paulo Mendes da Rocha e João Filgueiras Lima, que souberam como poucos explorar a relação arquitetura-estrutura. Na obra de Niemeyer é evidente a relação direta entre forma e estrutura, sendo sua arquitetura marcada pela importante influência de Lúcio Costa e a arquitetura modernista de Le Corbusier, que chegava ao Brasil no início de sua carreira e que ele ajudou a revolucionar. [pt] O Movimento Moderno da arquitetura afirmou-se nas primeiras décadas do século XX como proposta de ruptura radical com o passado, desejando instaurar uma nova estética afinada com o espírito da era industrial. Sem desconsiderar as profundas transformações que a nova linguagem operou na arquitetura, este trabalho busca investigar os possíveis diálogos entre obras modernas e a tradição clássica, tendo em vista edifícios de arquitetos brasileiros. A discussão insere-se no debate recente da historiografia brasileira, que busca abordar a arquitetura moderna sob seus múltipos aspectos, valorizando as qualidades ambivalentes que tornam as obras mais complexas e interessantes, como já vem fazendo há mais tempo a crítica internacional, sobretudo com as interpretações que apontam para as relações de Le Corbusier com a tradição clássica. Dentre as obras destacadas na análise estão a sede do Ministério da Educação e Saúde do Rio de Janeiro (1936), de Lucio Costa e equipe, com consultoria de Le Corbusier; os palácios de Brasília de Oscar Niemeyer (Alvorada, Planalto e Supremo Tribunal Federal, 1957-58); e o edifício da Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade de São Paulo (1962-69), de Vilanova Artigas. A escolha de exemplos representativos e ao mesmo tempo variados da produção brasileira permite compreender as diversas formas com que a arquitetura moderna se relacionou com a tradição clássica, especialmente nos momentos em que desejou corporificar nos edifícios os ideais emblemáticos de seu tempo histórico.

[en] The Modern Movement in Architecture gained ground in the first decades of the 20th Century as a proposal of radical rupture with the past, willing to establish a new aesthetic in tune with the spirit of the industrial era. Not wanting to disregard the deep changes which the new language produced in architecture, this dissertation aims to investigate the possible dialogues between modern works and classical tradition, having in mind buildings of Brazilian architects. The discussion is inserted in the recent debate of Brazilian historiography, which intends to approach the modern architecture taking into account its multiple aspects, highlighting ambivalent qualities which make the works more complex and interesting, as the international critic has been showing for some time, especially with the interpretation that points to the relations between Le Corbusier and the classical tradition. ▼ This thesis examines Oscar Wilde’s theories of art in connection with specific debates ongoing in Victorian psychology as it emerged in the periodical press. By cross examining Wilde’s periodical contributions with psychological theories, concepts and discussions disseminated through periodicals this thesis offers a contextual account of Wilde’s creativity. Scholars generally look to Wilde’s Oxford Notebooks to gain an insight into his interaction with scientific culture. While the notebooks are an invaluable source to scholars they only cover Wilde’s learning in the 1870s and therefore exclude the influential context of the 1880s when he was engaged as a journalist for numerous periodicals and newspapers. Chapter one will demonstrate how reading Wilde’s The Picture of Dorian Gray alongside neighbouring articles in the Lippincott’s Monthly Magazine reveals the hidden context of psychology in which the editors of the issue attempted to establish the text. The second chapter explores Wilde’s engagement in the disputes over psychological nomenclature alongside the psychology of George Henry Lewes, James Sully and other contributors. The third chapter will investigate the network in which Wilde’s reviewing for the Pall Mall Gazette established him. Wilde’s exchanges with aesthetic theorists and fellow reviewers Sully and Grant Allen will also be documented. The fourth chapter will demonstrate how Wilde creatively engaged with theories of atomism, emotionalist psychology and physiological aesthetics. The final chapter will examine the ethical questions posed by Wildean aesthetics in relation to scientific naturalism. Wilde originally communicated his theories through periodicals but also delivered lectures (which were reported in magazines), as well as eventually transforming his periodical articles into book publications. While this thesis places the onus on the periodical formats of Wilde’s texts, his lectures and revised editions of his writings will also be examined where relevant.

A presente dissertação tem como objetivo discutir o processo de implementação do Parque Dona Lindu no Recife – um projeto do arquiteto Oscar Niemeyer – a partir dos discursos de alguns representantes do poder público e da sociedade civil, no período de 2003 a 2011. Frente ao pleito da comunidade do bairro de Boa Viagem de desapropriar uma área para a construção de um parque público, a Prefeitura do Recife decide convidar o arquiteto Oscar Niemeyer para fazer o projeto do espaço público, então denominado Parque Dona Lindu. Parecia estar caracterizado um apelo do órgão municipal em atrelar a iniciativa governamental ao autor como atributo cultural sob a perspectiva patrimonial. A assinatura do parque daria status como uma grife desejada e um bem a ser consumido. A polêmica se estabelece porque o arquiteto propôs uma grande edificação de função cultural como elemento central de abrangência metropolitana que se contrapôs ao anseio de uma parcela dos moradores do bairro por um ‘parque verde’, contemplativo, aos moldes do Parque da Jaqueira, referência de espaço público recreativo para os recifenses. O processo de implementação para a construção do parque se pratica a partir de contradições e discórdias. Assim, a sociedade constrói novos modos de produção, novas formas de apropriação em um espaço social que incorpora ações oriundas de sujeitos coletivos ou individuais formados em negociações cotidianas. O debate instaurado neste estudo apoia-se na noção de produção do espaço social, defendida por Henri Lefebvre (2013), e de espaço cotidiano, tratado por Michel de Certeau (1998). O método utilizado para a pesquisa lançou mão de procedimentos da Nova História Cultural. Depoimentos prestados em entrevistas foram cruzados com a pesquisa documental, realizada principalmente em jornais locais, com o fim de captar emoções, ideias, sentimentos, desejos, rejeições e temores, que refletem aspectos dos seres humanos de uma determinada época, e identificar os grupos focais relevantes nesse processo, interpretando a história oral de cada grupo social. Dessa forma, foi possível perceber no processo de implementação desse parque uma teia de relações que envolvem diversos atores (poder público, sociedade civil, dentre outros) que se questionam a cada momento em busca do seu bem comum, que nem sempre é comum a todos e que muitas vezes surpreende, pois só com o uso se pode confirmar.

This thesis aims to investigate the implementation process of the Dona Lindu Park in Recife, between the years (2003-2011), trying to understand the contradictions between the various speeches of representing the government and civil society. It is based on the notion of production of social space defended by Henri Lefebvre (2013) and Michel de Certeau (1998), according to which the space would be an intense network of relationships that are produced and reproduced continuously. Esta dissertação apresenta uma proposta tradutória do metro de balada inglês, exemplificada pela tradução de parte do poema The Ballad of Reading Gaol, escrito por Oscar Wilde no referido metro. Para tal proposta, adota-se um procedimento formal diverso dos seguidos pelas cinco traduções do poema existentes em português. São utilizadas, para fundamentação da proposta, algumas abordagens teóricas da tradução, como o conceito de retradução segundo Antoine Berman, a teoria dos skopos segundo Katharina Reiss & Hans J. Vermeer, a ideia de temporalidade segundo John Milton e Gideon Toury e de fidelidade baseada em Friedrich E. D. Schleiermacher. Faz-se, em seguida, uma leitura crítica do poema de Wilde, para que sejam levantados os aspectos formais e os efeitos estilísticos nele observados. Também são estudadas as traduções do poema já publicadas em português, para que sejam observados os aspectos formais e efeitos estilísticos que caracterizam cada uma delas. É feita, então, a proposta própria para a tradução do metro de balada, seguida de uma discussão acerca do atingimento dos objetivos propostos.

This dissertation proposes a translation for the English ballad meter, exemplified by the translation to Portuguese of part of the poem The Ballad of Reading Gaol written by Oscar Wilde with this meter. For such, a formal procedure, different from the ones followed by the existent five translations of the poem to Portuguese, was used. For justifying this proposal, theoretical approaches to translation will be considered, such as retranslation, by Antoine Berman, skopos, by Katharina Reiss & Hans J. Vermeer, temporality, by John Milton and Gideon Toury, and fidelity, by Friedrich E. D. Schleiermacher. Afterward, a critical study of The Ballad of Reading Gaol will be conducted in order to describe its formal aspects and style. Translations of the poem to Portuguese will also be studied, to analyze their formal and stylistic distinguishes. Finally, the translation proposal for the ballad meter will be demonstrated, followed by a discussion regarding the fulfillment of the research objectives will be conducted.

▼ Esta pesquisa investiga a cobertura da cerimônia do Oscar realizada por jornalistas especializados em premiações. Partimos da perspectiva das teorias sobre acontecimento, base da prática jornalística, segundo as quais a entrega do prêmio pode ser encarada como um acontecimento midiático por excelência, enquanto toda a temporada de premiações hollywoodianas é marcada por acontecimentos que resultam na "corrida do Oscar". As produções dos jornalistas especializados, inseridas na lógica do jornalismo cultural, inevitavelmente se configuram como uma forma de traçar crítica sobre os filmes e estrelas considerados ao prêmio, possuindo caráter meta-acontecimental por, elas próprias, ressignificarem a concepção de seus objetos de análise. Desta forma, buscamos compreender como esses jornalistas configuraram a trajetória de um filme durante a temporada de premiações. Para fins deste estudo, será contemplada a corrida do Oscar 2017, marcada pelo favoritismo do filme musical La La Land - Cantando Estações, até o momento em que este foi anunciado como o vencedor do prêmio máximo, para, em seguida, se descobrir que houve um engano e o verdadeiro vencedor era Moonlight - Sob a Luz do Luar. Assim, utilizando como metodologia Análise de Conteúdo com o intuito de investigar o poder hermenêutico dos acontecimentos, foram selecionados trinta textos de três jornalistas estadunidenses sobre distintos momentos da corrida, objetivando descobrir como o texto crítico configurou a trajetória de La La Land e, consequentemente, a maneira como o próprio filme pode ser entendido. Contemplamos as modalizações de opinião e eventos externos à corrida do Oscar que eram invocados pelos jornalistas para contextualizar as chances do filme na disputa, bem como a forma como a premiação ressignifica as obras que a ela são cotadas, e evidenciamos a relação entre a atividade crítica e a produção de meta-acontecimentos. Verificamos que, logo após seu lançamento, o musical foi projetado como o favorito ao prêmio e serviu como parâmetro para a avaliação de todas as outras obras que estavam na disputa. Após novembro de 2016, a eleição de Donald Trump se torna um elemento constante nos textos, e surge como indicador de que o filme talvez seja por demais frívolo ou escapista para vencer, dissonante com o espírito do tempo. Percebe-se que a corrida do Oscar, um acontecimento ritual, precisa de novos enredos todos os anos para se manter atrativa, e a história que é apresentada pelos jornalistas como alternativa à de La La Land – filme feito sob medida para a premiação – é a do movimento OscarSoWhite, sobre disputas raciais em Hollywood e da qual Moonlight é adotado como símbolo. [pt] A presente tese busca demonstrar e acentuar que a cultura da comunicação constitui um paradoxo que desafia a construção da vida eclesial e social. Analisa que a nova ambiência exige uma renovação através da ética cristã que possibilite a valorização da individualidade e da comunidade, superando a ideologia econômica que direciona, através da mídia, para o individualismo e para a massificação, especialmente no âmbito da família, da educação e da religião. Como estas instituições formam a base da consciência que estrutura a vida pessoal e coletiva, este trabalho pretende demonstrar a necessidade da ética cristã comunicacional para a Igreja superar a sua monocultura e estar aberta ao diálogo com a cultura da comunicação, tornando-se, assim, comunicativa, inculturada e solidária com os mais necessitados. Concretiza a fidelidade a Jesus Cristo, perfeito comunicador, na nova dinâmica da comunicação atual. Ressalta que a ética cristã comunicacional fundamentada no amor Trinitário é vital para a Igreja resgatar a condição de agente comunicativo na experiência pessoal e comunitária comunional.

[it] La presente tesi si adopera in dimostrare e evidenziare che la cultura della comunicazione stabilisci un paradosso che sfida la costruzione della vita ecclesiale e sociale. E osserva che la nuova situazione dell insieme delle condizioni attuali dell ambiente esigi un rinnovamento mediante l etica cristiana che ridia la possibilità della valorizzazione dell individualità e della comunità, superando l ideologia economica che, attraverso la midia, va verso l individualismo e la massificazione, soprattutto nell ambiente della famiglia, dell educazione e della religione. Ammesso che queste istituzioni costituiscono il basamento della coscienza strutturante della vita personale e collettiva, il lavoro pretende dimostrare la necessità dell etica cristiana comunicazionale perché la Chiesa superi la sua monocultura e sia aperta al d ialogo con la cultura della comunicazione, diventando così comunicativa, inculturata e solidale con i più bisognosi. Concretizza la fedeltà a Gesù Cristo, comunicatore perfetto, nell attuale nuova dinamica della comunicazione. Rileva che l etica cristiana comunicazionale con fondamento nell amore Trinitario è vitale perché la Chiesa riscatti la condizione di agente comunicativo nell esperienza personale e comunitaria della comunione.

▼ Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo principal analisar dois textos em que o mito Salomé foi traduzido, a saber: a peça de Oscar Wilde, intitulada Salomé (1893), e a adaptação deste drama para a tela cinematográfica no filme A última dança de Salomé (1987), produzido e dirigido pelo cineasta inglês Ken Russell. O estudo da intervenção semiótica entre estas duas obras é fundamentado pelos conceitos de texto e modelização (com base nas proposições da "escola semiótica russa", das quais destacamos nomes como Iury Lotman, V. V. Ivanov e B. Uspenskij), e paródia (a partir de revisões teóricas de seu conceito propostas por, entre outros, Linda Hutcheon, Margaret A. Rose e Affonso Romano de Sant Anna). Esses conceitos são apresentados e discutidos através de exemplos da realização do mito Salomé na literatura e em outros diversos textos e soas linguagens, como a da escultura, do mosaico, da pintura, do teatro e da música, produzidos ao longo da história da arte e da literatura. Neste exercício, evidencia-se a importância de se abordar a personagem Salomé a partir de suas realizações textuais. Fica claro também que, na interdependência desses textos e suas linguagens, Salomé passa a se constituir num "grande texto da cultura". Diante dessa extensa malha textual, desponta uma questão primordial de nossa pesquisa, qual seja: "Que dança Salomé dança?". A suposto não-descrição de uma dança na peça escrita de Oscar Wilde, a proposta de uma dança homoerótica no texto fílmico de Russell, assim como diversas outras tentativas de representação de Salomé e sua dança, que circundam, ora o texto bíblico, ora o texto wildiano, conduzem à conclusão de que, dada a dimensão histórico-cultural desse mito, Salomé e sua dança só poderão ser assimiladas no seu processo de semiose. Esta pesquisa aborda o discurso arquitetural de Oscar Niemeyer a partir do ponto de vista da paratopia e da noção barthesiana de escritura. O conceito de paratopia, proposto na análise do discurso pelo teórico Dominique Maingueneau, refere-se ao lugar paradoxal construído pelo autor, entre sua obra e um contexto sócio histórico. O procedimento de pesquisa dos dispositivos de embreagem paratópica no discurso do arquiteto nos guiou na aproximação à construção do seu nome próprio, num embate com outros discursos arquiteturais, e na constante sustentação de seu discurso. A partir de uma leitura de textos verbais foi possível tratar de uma construção subjetiva nas sucessivas tomadas de posição política e estética (numa palavra: ética) de Niemeyer. A noção de escritura é definida, num primeiro momento, como um conjunto de traços através dos quais o autor assume a responsabilidade histórica de sua forma, posicionando-se relativamente ao interdiscurso. A abordagem escritural do discurso do arquiteto mostrou a insistência em algumas cenas que ficcionalizam a história do autor e explicitam sua proposição heterotópica. Mas, se tomada no seu sentido radical, como escritura estética (ou traço do artista) a escritura é ligada ao corpo, ao seu gesto criador: é expressão pulsional. Foi aí que identificamos o traço de Niemeyer: na adoção da curva livre, imbricada na surpresa, e que revela-se como o embreante maior do seu discurso arquitetural. O desenho mostrou ainda sua autonomia com relação aos projetos do arquiteto, e sua função na argumentação. Finalmente, na articulação da escritura com a forma do objeto arquitetural, recuperamos uma teoria entranhada no discurso do autor; teoria que dialoga, principalmente, com o campo do pensamento nas artes plásticas.

Cette recherche approche le discours architectural d'Oscar Niemeyer par le moyen de la paratopie et de la notion barthesienne d'écriture. Le concept de paratopie, proposé dans l'analyse du discours par le théoricien Dominique Maingueneau, se réfère au lieu paradoxal, construit par lauteur; lieu situé entre son oeuvre et le contexte social et historique. Le procédé de recherche des embrayeurs paratopiques nous a guidé vers la construction du nom propre de l'architecte, par rapport à d'autres discours architecturaux, et au même temps, par la constante défense de son discours. En faite, nos suivons une construction subjective marquée par des successives prises de position politique et esthétique (en un mot : éthique). La notion d'écriture est définie, dans un premier moment, comme un ensemble de traits par lesquels l'auteur assume la responsabilité de sa forme historique, et se positionne par rapport a linterdiscours. L'approche par la voie de l'écriture a montré l'emphase donnée à certaines scènes qui fictionnalisent l'auteur et son histoire…

Em 1967 Oscar Niemeyer desenhou uma escola para Curitiba, propôs uma construção moderna com laje em concreto protendido apoiada em pilotis, vãos enormes e rampas no lugar de escadas; além de um ginásio abobadado e um anexo. Porém, em 1978 saiu do papel apenas o edifício principal, que serviria a burocracia do estado por mais de vinte anos. Foi somente no início do séc. XXI que a vocação social do projeto seria resgatada, quando Niemeyer foi convidado a retoma-lo, transformando-o em museu. Acrescido de uma torre, o museu foi Inaugurado duas vezes, a primeira em 2002 como NovoMuseu, e a segunda em 2003, mudando o nome para Museu Oscar Niemeyer, o MON. Portanto, esta tese é resultado de um estudo poético sobre essa história e está constituída em dois acontecimentos: um primeiro dedicado aos relatos escritos e visuais dessa breve biografia e, um segundo que apresenta o projeto da exposição SOBRE 34mil m2 como um percurso nos espaços e imagens tramados na descoberta tanto da sua ambígua arquitetura quanto da sua híbrida história.

In 1967 Oscar Niemeyer designed a school for Curitiba, which was a modern construction with huge spans, a large slab supported by pilotis and ramps instead of stairs, as well as a vaulted gymnasium and an annex building. But in 1978, only the main building was constructed, and since then it served the state bureaucracy for more than twenty years. Only at the beginning of the 21st century, the social vocation of the initial project would be rescued, when Niemeyer was invited to take it back and to transform it into a museum. With a new tower, the museum was inaugurated twice, the first in 2002 as NovoMuseu, and the second in 2003, with a new name: Oscar Niemeyer Museum, the MON. Thus, this thesis is the result of a poetic study on the history of the Oscar Niemeyer Museum, and consists of two moments: a first dedicated to the written and visual reports of this brief biography, and a second that presents the project of the exhibition SOBRE 34mil m2 as a course in spaces and images hatched in the discovery of both its ambiguous architecture and its hybrid history.
