▼ Het bewegingsonderwijs op middelbare scholen zou een ideaal middel kunnen zijn om zowel jongeren meer aan het bewegen te krijgen, als ze sociale vaardigheden bij te brengen. Middelbare scholen zijn echter over het algemeen nog weinig enthousiast om te investeren in sport- en bewegingsonderwijs. Daarom wordt in dit onderzoek gekeken naar welke factoren van invloed zijn op de positie en omvang van bewegingsonderwijs op middelbare scholen aan de hand van de volgende hoofdvraag: Welke factoren zijn van invloed op de vormgeving van het sport- en bewegingsonderwijsbeleid op middelbare scholen? Om tot beantwoording van de hoofdvraag te komen zijn twee methoden van dataverzameling gehanteerd. Allereerst is er een literatuuronderzoek gedaan naar ontwikkelingen die spelen op en rondom het onderwijsterrein. Daarnaast zijn er twintig semi-gestructureerde interviews gehouden onder rectoren en docenten lichamelijke opvoedingen op verschillende middelbare scholen verspreid over heel Nederland. Onder deze twintig scholen bevinden zich negen scholen met een standaard hoeveelheid sport- en bewegingsonderwijs (subgroep 1) en elf scholen die meer uren bewegingsonderwijs aanbieden dan deze standaard (subgroep 2). De verkregen data uit de semi- gestructureerde interviews wordt besproken aan de hand van theorieën van Hetebrij (2006) en Houlihan en Green (2006) over besluitvorming. Hetebrij (2006) beschrijft het besluitvormingsproces en de rol van macht hierin. Houlihan en Green (2006) onderscheiden vier verschillende factoren die van invloed zijn op besluitvormingsprocessen: (1) ideeën en ideologieën, (2) institutionele regelingen, (3) belangengroep activiteit en (4) de invloed van belangrijke personen. Na het bespreken van de resultaten, volgt de discussie waarna de hoofd- en deelvragen worden beantwoord. Uit het literatuuronderzoek komt naar voren dat er een stapsgewijze ontwikkeling zit in de positie van het vak lichamelijke opvoeding binnen het onderwijs. Zo wordt in het landelijke sportbeleid – in het kader van maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen als bewegingsarmoede onder kinderen en het terugdringen van schooluitval – steeds meer ingezet op de samenwerking tussen sport en school. In het onderwijsbeleid liggen echter beperkingen voor de verdere ontwikkeling van het vak. Middelbare scholen hebben een grotere keuzevrijheid gekregen, maar deze vrijheid is gebonden aan prestatie en cognitie gerichte kaders en brengt tevens een vergrote verantwoordelijkheid met zich mee. Dit heeft voor middelbare scholen als gevolg dat het meer aanbieden van sport- en bewegingsonderwijs risico’s met zich mee brengt. Uit de interviews komt naar voren dat de verschillende factoren die Houlihan en Green (2006) onderscheiden alle vier van invloed zijn op de besluitvorming van middelbare scholen ten aanzien van het sport- en beweegbeleid bij hen op school. Van deze vier zijn institutionele regelingen en de ideeën binnen de school de doorslaggevende factoren. [pt] A presente dissertação tem por objetivo analisar a trajetória recente das políticas públicas de esporte e lazer voltadas para a população pobre da cidade do Rio de Janeiro. Neste caso, o estudo centraliza sua análise na formulação do projeto socioesportivo Vila Olímpica Clara Nunes (VOCN) localizado em Acari, e procurará conhecer as possibilidades e os desafios para implementação dessa política na garantia dos direitos da população, sobretudo o segmento infanto-juvenil de um dos bairros mais pobres da cidade do Rio de Janeiro. O trabalho procura discutir como o esporte foi apropriado como objeto de política pública para a juventude pobre por parte do Estado. Nessa perspectiva, o esporte foi utilizado como uma estratégia para afastar os jovens da sedução do crime. Legitimando a ideologia salvacionista do esporte, enquanto portadora de um projeto político. Tais projetos foram formulados, sobretudo a partir da prática pedagógica do esporte para combater o problema da violência no Rio de Janeiro. Assim, neste trabalho, analisaremos como o esporte se tornou ferramenta de inclusão e uma estratégia de ação da Prefeitura municipal enquanto política social pública. Refletiremos, também, sobre a situação desse equipamento na divulgação da prática desportiva como direito de todos em um cenário de preparação para os jogos Olímpicos de 2016. A análise do material obtido possibilitou perceber que o equipamento se apresenta como uma real possibilidade de inserção social para os moradores de umas das áreas mais pobres da cidade, mesmo que, para isso, ainda há um longo caminho a ser percorrido.

[en] This thesis aims to analyze the recent trend of public policy sports and leisure aimed at the poor population of the city of Rio de Janeiro. In this case, the study focuses its analysis in the formulation of project social sports Olympic Village Clara Nunes (VOCN) located in Acari, and seek to know the possibilities and challenges for implementation of this policy in ensuring the people s rights, especially the children s segment, one of the poorest neighborhoods in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The paper discusses how the sport was recognized as a public policy object for poor youth from the state. From this perspective, the sport was used as a strategy to divert young people from crime seduction. Legitimizing the ideology Salvationist sport while carrying a political project. These projects were formulated mainly from the teaching of sport to combat the problem of violence in Rio de Janeiro city. So, in this work we will analyze how the sport has become inclusion tool and an action strategy of the municipal of Rio City Hall as a public social policy. Also will reflect the situation of the equipment in the promotion of sport as a right of all in a preparation stage for the Olympics in 2016. The analysis of the material made it possible to realize that the equipment is presented as a real possibility of social inclusion for residents of one of the poorest areas of the city, however, there is still a long way to go.

▼ Dit onderzoek richt zich op de sportbehoeften van lokale gemeenschappen in Zuid-Afrika. In het bijzonder wordt er onderzoek verricht naar de organisatie van sport(activiteiten) en de daaraan gekoppelde (sport)infrastructuur. Drie lokale gemeenschappen aan de West-Kaap in Zuid-Afrika vormen de context van dit onderzoek. De drie communities zijn: Genadendal / Greyton, Mitchell’s Plain en Graafwater. Deze drie communities staan bekend als achtergestelde gemeenschappen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van dit onderzoek was het veldwerk in Zuid-Afrika. Het veldwerk is verricht in een periode van drie weken in februari en maart 2009. Het centrale doel was om te onderzoeken of de sportbehoeften van de drie lokale gemeenschappen aan de West-Kaap in Zuid-Afrika aansluiten op het concept Community Sport Club, zoals deze door The Spirit of Sport Foundation is ontwikkeld. Door het afnemen van interviews bij mensen uit de community die betrokken zijn bij de organisatie van sport is getracht betekenissen, inzichten en achterliggende motieven te verkrijgen die als data fungeren voor dit onderzoek. De centrale onderzoeksvraag van dit onderzoek luidt als volgt: Welke betekenissen geven betrokkenen in communities aan de West-Kaap, Zuid-Afrika aan de organisatie van sport? Om deze onderzoeksvraag te beantwoorden is kwalitatief onderzoek uitgevoerd waarbij gebruik is gemaakt van halfgestructureerde interviews, observaties en participaties. Deze onderzoeksmethoden hebben ertoe geleid dat ik een brede kijk kon ontwikkelen op de drie communities en de betekenissen die de informanten mij gaven. Om het empirische materiaal te analyseren is gebruik gemaakt van verschillende theoretische concepten. De meest relevante concepten zijn die van het arenamodel en de perspectieven op organisatieprocessen. Deze zijn als rode draad door het onderzoek verweven. Ook concepten als ‘sociaal kapitaal’, ‘macht’, ‘empowerment’ en ‘ondernemerschap’ hebben een groot aandeel binnen dit onderzoek. De resultaten van het kwalitatieve onderzoek hebben een duidelijk inzicht gegeven in de behoeften van de lokale gemeenschappen. Het wordt duidelijk dat de organisatie van sport(activiteiten) binnen lokale gemeenschappen te wensen overlaat, net als de sport(infra)structuur. Uiteindelijk kan geconcludeerd worden dat een aanpak en concept voor Community Sport Clubs, dat als uitgangspunt kan dienen bij de realisatie van sport- en beweegvoorzieningen in Zuid-Afrikaanse gemeenschappen, een goed initiatief is om bij te dragen aan de organisatie en structuur in de communities, mits het concept is afgestemd op de behoeften van de community. [pt] Este trabalho insere-se nas áreas de Linguística Sistêmico-Funcional (LSF) e Linguística de Corpus e visa investigar a imagem do jornalista construída pela imprensa. Por definição, o jornalista é narrador, não personagem; ele deve transmitir os fatos, de maneira isenta e sem expressar opinião, assumindo um papel de observador imparcial da realidade. No entanto, estudos linguísticos demonstram que o texto neutro não existe; além da seleção dos fatos para constar na notícia, as próprias escolhas discursivas transmitem ideias e crenças. Neste trabalho, a análise desenvolvida a partir da Linguística Sistêmico-Funcional (Halliday 1994, 2003) permite verificar, nas notícias, a imagem do jornalista que é transmitida através das escolhas discursivas encontradas. Uma das maneiras de investigar essas escolhas discursivas é através da Linguística de Corpus (cf. Hunston 2002, Hoey 2006, Stubbs 2006), que permite estudar um número elevado de textos, estendendo as possibilidades de análise. O corpus utilizado nesta pesquisa é composto por 1.050 notícias, recolhidas através da internet e de consultas a arquivos de bibliotecas, e publicadas em três jornais brasileiros em dois momentos sócio-históricos específicos: o primeiro mês da invasão do Iraque pelos EUA, em 2003, e a Copa do Mundo na Alemanha, em 2006. Os textos foram selecionados segundo o critério de terem como tema, de alguma forma, os jornalistas ou a atividade jornalística. A escolha dos períodos levou em consideração o fato de que, em momentos de guerra ou de competições esportivas internacionais, há uma concentração maior de notícias sobre jornalistas. A pesquisa baseou-se na análise de colocação dos vocábulos jornalista(s); além de localizar e procurar classificar as ocorrências desses vocábulos, em termos da metafunção experiencial (Halliday & Matthiessen 2004), como participantes de processos, buscou-se identificar e classificar também os processos propriamente ditos que apareciam relacionados a eles. Os resultados da análise mostram que o jornalista constitui geralmente uma categoria à parte, diferenciada do público em geral, dos torcedores e espectadores (na Copa), dos civis e soldados (na Guerra). Ao mesmo tempo, seu lado humanizado se manifesta, na Copa, quando aparece rindo de piadas, reclamando de resultados, colaborando com os colegas; já na Guerra, esse lado tem destaque evidente diante do risco constante e das situações de perigo e medo. Acima de tudo, o jornalista é representado com características idealizadas, como um profissional que desperta, com suas ações, reações no público, trabalha em condições adversas e não se detém diante de obstáculos.

▼ El objetivo del siguiente trabajo de investigación fue el de analizar las relaciones existentes entre diversos factores situacionales (tipo de acción previa, fase de partido y marcador) y la conducta verbal de entrenadores de balonmano en situación de competición. Borrie (1996) indica que el análisis científico del comportamiento del entrenador es fundamental para el continuo desarrollo de entrenadores de calidad. En cuanto a la relación que plantea este trabajo entre la conducta verbal del entrenador y los factores derivados de la competición, Moreno, Santos, Fuentes y Del Villar (2000) indican que la información aportada por los entrenadores durante la competición es una variable de proceso, en la que influyen otras variables también consideradas como de proceso, unas variables contextuales, (entre las que se incluyen los factores derivados de la competición) y otras consideradas como variables de producto. De esta manera, diferentes estudios han tratado de valorar la conducta verbal de los entrenadores en distintos deportes como el voleibol, el baloncesto, el balonmano, el hockey sobre hielo o el fútbol (Feu, Ibáñez, Graça y Sampaio, 2007; Ford, Yates y Williams, 2010; Guzmán y Calpe-Gómez, 2012; Trudel, Côté y Bernard, 1996; Zetou, Amprasi, Michalopoulou y Aggelousis, 2011). En cuanto a la temática específica de este trabajo, el aspecto más relevante radica en la escasez de trabajos en los que se relacionen los factores situacionales propuestos y la conducta verbal del entrenador en situación de competición, que aparece así como una alternativa válida para tratar de optimizar la labor desempeñada por el mismo. Entrando ya en al apartado de metodología, la muestra del estudio estuvo compuesta por cinco partidos en los que se analizó la conducta verbal de cinco entrenadores diferentes. En cuanto a los instrumentos utilizados, las declaraciones verbales de los entrenadores analizados fueron registradas mediante una grabadora de voz, mientras que sus movimientos fueron captados por una videocámara. Los datos obtenidos fueron transcritos y posteriormente codificados mediante el Coach Analysis and Intervention System (Cushion, Harvey, Lee y Nelson, 2012), que se trata de un instrumento de observación que plantea un continuo de seis pasos, en el que en primer lugar se definen las conductas primarias (paso 1) compuestas por 25 posibilidades, que luego son matizadas mediante los detalles secundarios del comportamiento (pasos 2-6). Los factores situacionales planteados fueron codificados en base a una plantilla de observación propia mediante la técnica del análisis notacional. De esta manera, en cuanto al tipo de acción previa se definieron 19 acciones, 9 positivas y 10 negativas; para el tanteo se plantearon tres situaciones: victoria amplia (ir ganando por tres o más goles), marcador ajustado (ir ganando o perdiendo por dos goles o menos), y derrota amplia (ir perdiendo por tres o más goles); por último, en la variable fase de partido se establecieron cuatro niveles dividiendo cada una de las partes del partido en dos… Advisors/Committee Members: Guzmán Luján, José Francisco (advisor).

▼ Selon la littérature, le décrochage scolaire est un problème qui touche l'ensemble du Québec et la ville de Montréal semble être la plus vulnérable avec un taux plus élevé de décrocheurs (Bowlby, 2005). Afin de documenter encore plus ce sujet, cette étude démontre le rôle de la pratique sportive sur les performances académiques des élèves du programme sport-études. Elle s'intéresse aux aspects motivationnels des élèves du programme sport-études tels que perçus par leurs enseignants. À la suite d'entrevues semi-dirigées réalisées avec dix enseignants du programme sport-étude des cinq commissions scolaires de Montréal, les résultats obtenus sont classés selon le modèle de l'autodétermination (Déci et Ryan,1991). Ces résultats démontrent que ces élèves sont motivés par des sources intrinsèques et extrinsèques. Les aspects intrinsèques tels que le plaisir que le sport leur procure, le sentiment de fierté de faire partie du programme, le sentiment d'appartenance à l'équipe, le fait de vivre des réussites en participant aux compétitions sont les plus cités par les participants. Quant aux aspects extrinsèques, on retrouve la présence, le suivi et l'investissement des parents; les clubs qui exigent de bonnes notes; l'horaire du programme et le parcours de certains anciens élèves qui ont réussi leurs carrières sportives et scolaires, etc. Toutefois, quelques aspects qui peuvent démotiver ces élèves sont abordés par les enseignants tels que la pression que peuvent subir ces élèves, le manque de vie sociale à l'extérieur de l'école, les blessures lors des entraînements et des compétitions et les coûts qui peuvent être élevés pour certaines familles notamment celles issues de familles défavorisées. Bien que cette étude offre un nouveau regard sur les aspects motivationnels des élèves du programme sport-études, qui est celui des enseignants, nous aimerions approfondir les résultats obtenus en impliquant un échantillon plus large. [pt] O Pós-Modernismo tem sido objeto de estudo de inúmeros trabalhos acadêmicos que abordam suas características de fragmentação, heterogeneidade, convívio com ideais conflitantes e descrença na existência de verdades únicas e explicações universais (COVA, 1996a). Para definir suas estratégias, as pesquisas pós-modernas devem consideram a existência de microgrupos sociais, criados livremente pelas pessoas de acordo com suas escolhas afetivas (MAFFESOLI, 2006). Também denominados neotribos, tribos, comunidades ou grupos pós-modernos (COVA, 1996a; MAFFESOLI, 2006), eles conectam pessoas através de fatores como localidade, afinidade, emoção e paixão; possuem rituais, cultuam símbolos, além de consumirem produtos e serviços por seu valor de ligação, ou seja, por gerarem interação social entre seus membros (COVA, 1997). O objetivo principal deste trabalho é verificar se e como as características das tribos pós-modernas se aplicam aos ciclistas de estrada, compreender como ocorrem suas experiências de consumo e identificar de que forma o valor de ligação está presente em suas atividades. O Grupo Walter Tuche, que reúne no Rio de Janeiro cerca de 130 ciclistas de estrada, foi selecionado para esta pesquisa de caráter exploratório. A escolha do tema visa contribuir para a disciplina do marketing tanto do ponto de vista de mercado, quanto academicamente, face à importância de se compreender as tribos de consumo dentro da realidade pós-moderna e à escassez de estudos acerca das comunidades esportivas. Os resultados sugerem que os ciclistas do grupo possuem hábitos típicos de uma tribo pós-moderna e têm no ato de pedalar um meio de ligação social e de atribuir significado às suas vidas.

[en] Postmodernism has been the focus of a growing number of academic studies, which research its characteristics, such as fragmentation, heterogeneity, juxtaposition of opposites and the disbelief in definite truths and universal explanations (COVA, 1996a). To define its strategies, postmodern researches should consider the existence of social microgroups, created freely by individuals, based on their emotional choices (MAFFESOLI, 2006). Also named neotribes, tribes, communities or postmodern groups (COVA, 1996a; MAFFESOLI, 2006), they bring together people through values such as locality, affinity, emotion and passion; have rituals and worship symbols, besides consuming products and services due to their capacity of creating social interactions - linking value (COVA, 1997). The main purpose of this work is to identify if and how the characteristics of the postmodern tribes apply to road cyclists, as to understand how their consumption works and verify the existence of linking values on its structure. ▼ markdownabstractThe field of sport for development and peace (SDP) has flourished in recent decades, with development programmes around the world using sport as a mechanism to support social, economic and health-related development efforts. However, the academic literature on SDP is limited in comparison to more established development fields. This study is a critical examination of SDP, extending beyond existing research by contributing in two fundamental ways. First, it uses a gender lens that includes the perspective of both girls’ and boys’ attitudes on gender role attitudes, a rarity in SDP research. Secondly, the Human Capability approach of Amartya Sen is applied as a theoretical framework, perhaps for the first time in SDP research. Furthermore, studies in the field of SDP also often overlook the complex social and economic environment in the postcolonial Eastern Caribbean. This study examines sport for development for at-risk adolescents and unemployed youth in Barbados and St. Lucia. Using quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, focus group discussions, interviews and journals. Key findings indicate that boys tended to embrace a machismo masculinity regarding sport and domestic life. Their experience in sport, particularly sporting with girls, may in fact reinforce restrictive gender role attitudes and hetero-normative beliefs. On the other hand, girls seemed to experience a sense of empowerment through sport, despite struggling with the narrow scope of culturally ascribed and aesthetically defined ideals of the female body. Furthermore, although all participants expressed a positive relationship between sport participation and their own development of self-efficacy and social affiliation, girls focused more on social aspects while boys were more concerned with skill-building. Finally, the macro-level conversion factors of economic instability, inadequacies in education and government ineffectiveness undermine sustainable youth development efforts. To conclude, these programmes largely function as an integrative development approach, rather than a transformative gender and development method. This study affirms that these SDP initiatives may be restricted by a neo-liberal framework, which relies on traditional modes of gender and hetero-normativity, as discussed in previous research (Forde and Frisby, 2015; McDonald, 2015; Chawansky, 2014; Levermore and Beacom, 2009). Role Creating a stronger presence of female role models as coaches and peer leaders may better engage at-risk girls and support the challenging of restrictive gender role norms amongst boys. Expanding the opportunities for type of sport played to include more gender-neutral or feminized sporting forms may also help transform the sport for development narrative.

[pt] A presente dissertação analisou, sob a perspectiva de Cultura e Consumo, os significados associados por consumidores de baixa renda à corrida de rua e sua participação em tais eventos. Para alcançar esse objetivo, foi realizada pesquisa qualitativa, utilizando-se as técnicas de coleta de dados de observação participante, por meio da qual o pesquisador participou de corridas com um grupo de corredores de baixa renda, além de entrevistas em profundidade com 12 consumidores desse estrato social. A análise dos dados sugere que os entrevistados associam a corrida de rua a um evento envolto de alegria, satisfação e orgulho. Mostra também que esses corredores possuem enorme relação de cuidado com o material utilizado na prática da atividade esportiva. Para eles a corrida de rua fez com que seguissem vidas saudáveis, longe de vícios, tais como alcoolismo, tabagismo e drogas. Ainda, foi observado que a relação dos entrevistados com familiares, amigos e colegas de trabalho mudou para melhor após adotarem a prática esportiva. Conclui-se, portanto, que a corrida de rua não está ligada a uma classe social específica e que além das inúmeras consequências positivas no âmbito emocional, social, profissional e na saúde desses participantes, a pesquisa abre ampla perspectiva para a indústria de material esportivo e de nutrição esportiva olhar para esse mercado de forma mais contundente, não esquecendo, também, que o setor público pode e deve realizar mais investimentos voltados para o esporte e lazer em comunidades colaborando, assim, para a construção de uma sociedade mais saudável, realizada e feliz.

[en] The present dissertation analyzed, from the perspective of Culture and Consumption, the meanings associated by low income consumers to the street running and their participation in such events. To achieve this goal, a qualitative research was carried out, using participant observation data collection techniques, through which the researcher participated in runnings with a group of low-income runners, in addition to in-depth interviews with 12 consumers of this social stratum. Data analysis suggests that respondents associate street racing with an event fraught with joy, satisfaction, and pride. It also shows that these corridors have an enormous relationship of care with the material used in the practice of sports activity. For them the street race made them follow healthy lives, away from addictions such as alcoholism, smoking and drugs. Also, it was observed that the relationship of the interviewees with family, friends and work colleagues changed for the better after adopting the sport practice. It is concluded, therefore, that the street running is not linked to a specific social class and that besides the countless positive consequences in the emotional, social, professional and health of these participants, the research opens wide perspective for the sports material and sporting nutrition industry to look at this market more forcefully, not forgetting also that the public sector can and should make more investments…

▼ Publiek-private samenwerking is een veel gehoorde term. De uitwerking ervan wordt door verschillende auteurs beschreven maar wat betekent het exact in de praktijk? Theoretische omschrijvingen en praktische uitwerkingen verschillen van elkaar. In dit kwalitatieve onderzoek staat de empirie van het Nederlands Instituut voor Sport en Bewegen (NISB) centraal betreffende publiek-private samenwerking. De betekenisgeving aan publiek-private samenwerking van publieke, private en maatschappelijke partijen rondom het NISB is onderzocht. Publiek-private samenwerking ideaaltypisch De betrokkenen in dit onderzoek geven aan dat publiek-private samenwerking een intensieve vorm van samenwerking is waarbij door een publieke en een private partij naar één gemeenschappelijk doel gestreefd wordt. De belangen om deel te nemen aan de samenwerking kunnen verschillend zijn zolang de invulling van het gemeenschappelijke doel op een evenredige manier gebeurt waarbij inzet en opbrengsten gelijkwaardig verdeeld worden in vooraf opgestelde afspraken. Publiek-private samenwerking in de praktijk In de praktijk blijkt publiek-private samenwerking vele malen complexer dan de beschrijving hierboven. Het is een samenwerking tussen twee totaal verschillende typen organisaties. Deze verschillen uiten zich in drie specifieke organisatorische aspecten. Ten eerste dat de identiteit en ten tweede dat het imago van de private partij en het NISB uiteen kunnen lopen. Het derde punt is het mogelijke verschil in organisatiecultuur. Al deze verschillen hoeven geen probleem te zijn voor de samenwerking tussen een publieke en een private partij, maar ze verdienen continu aandacht om één plus één echt drie te laten worden. Al deze aspecten werken door in de formulering van een heldere externe propositie. Het ontbreken hiervan beïnvloedt het verloop van de samenwerking. De complexiteit dient gezien te worden door de participerende organisaties. Het is van belang om niet te streven naar het wegnemen van de complexiteit, dat is onmogelijk. Het streven moet zijn om goed om te kunnen gaan met de complexiteit. Publiek-private samenwerking voor het NISB Het NISB dient in te zien dat publiek-private samenwerking een complex gegeven is. Om de complexiteit een plek te geven is het belangrijk helder te hebben wat het NISB is en wil van de samenwerkende organisatie. Het hebben van een heldere propositie, afgestemd op de andere partij is hierbij noodzakelijk. Vervolgens is het belangrijk om de propositie intern en extern te communiceren. Hiervoor zijn kaders op het gebied van een breed gedragen beleid en een vast aanspreekpunt binnen het NISB nodig. Het dient te worden ingebed in de organisatiestructuur. Er moet niet gestreefd worden naar het wegnemen van de verschillen maar naar het overbruggen of zelfs inzetten van de verschillen in eerder genoemde formele en informele organisatieaspecten. Suite aux constats formulés dans l'introduction, notamment les responsabilités contractuelles du metteur en scène, il apparaît que le metteur en scène se doit de faire preuve d'une grande polyvalence dans la réalisation d'un projet quel qu'il soit. Certaines constantes se dégagent. Parmi les nombreuses tâches du metteur en scène, nous avons identifié ce que nous nommons les défis A-B-C-D : A- Le choix de l'équipe : sa constitution et sa cohésion. B- Le leadership et la communication. C- La mise en commun des ressources créatives de chaque membre de l'équipe. D- La planification et le choix des méthodes de travail. Ces quatre axes vont constituer notre grille d'analyse tout au long de cette recherche. Deux questions se posent alors : Premièrement, les outils de formations actuellement proposés aux metteurs en scène sont-ils aussi complets, variés et efficaces qu'ils pourraient l'être? Un état de la situation sera dressé à partir de la programmation des théâtres professionnels francophones à Montréal, d'une revue de littérature, d'une compilation des formations offertes et enfin, à partir d'entrevues réalisées auprès de professionnels. Deuxièmement, dans la problématique de l'exercice des multiples fonctions du metteur en scène, est-il réaliste et envisageable d'utiliser certaines compétences hautement développées dans des domaines autres que le théâtre? Il s'agirait donc d'opérer des transferts d'expertises. Le chapitre II présente un exemple de transfert d'expertise : les Cycles Repères. La gestion de projet et la psychologie du sport, parce qu'ils traitent systématiquement des défis nommés A-B-C-D, présentent un fort intérêt pour le metteur en scène qui souhaite sortir d'un savoir empirique, dans l'application pratique de ces actions spécifiques. Des points en commun entre l'exercice de la mise en scène, celui de la gestion de projet et celui de la psychologie du sport vont alors se dégager. L'objectif est donc de proposer au metteur en scène des outils de réalisation inspirés des domaines de la gestion de projet et de la psychologie du sport afin de l'accompagner, non pas dans ses choix artistiques ni pour répondre aux défis administratifs et logistiques d'une production, mais bien dans la conduite des répétitions essentielles à la réalisation de sa vision artistique. ______________________________________________________________________________ MOTS-CLÉS DE L’AUTEUR : théâtre, mise en scène, gestion de projet, sport, psychologie du sport, planification des répétitions.

▼ Achtergrond Terwijl steeds meer resultaten worden verwacht van sport en spel in de buitenruimten voor de ontwikkeling van een kind is het relevant om in de praktijk na te gaan of de beleidsuitspraken overeenkomstig zijn met de beleidspraktijk. Ook aan het samenbrengen van de pedagogische en organisatorische vraagstukken wordt meerwaarde en daarmee de relevantie van dit onderzoek toegekend. Het doel van dit onderzoek is het beschrijven en proberen te begrijpen van de betekenisgeving van betrokken actoren aan de sportief, recreatieve en pedagogische invulling van de buitenruimten alsmede de complexe situaties die spelen bij samenwerking tussen verschillende mensen, organisaties en hiërarchische niveaus. Onderzoeksaanpak Veel bestaand onderzoek richt zich op specialistische wijze op een thema van sport, pedagogiek, buitenruimten en organisatie. In dit onderzoek is in een casestudie de samenhang van pedagogische en organisatorische vraagstukken beschreven en geanalyseerd aan de hand van empirisch materiaal uit de praktijk, volgens de grounded theory benadering. Volgens de grounded theory benadering is met methoden als de draw, write & tell en semigestructureerde interviews theorie gevormd en 'getoetst' aan bestaande literatuur. Resultaten De resultaten tonen bij de pedagogische betekenissen van respondenten een viertal pedagogische waarden waarmee de invulling van de buitenruimten wordt beschouwd. De pedagogische waarden zijn: vrijheid, veiligheid, meedoen en gelijkheid. Deze waarden hebben paradoxale relaties ten opzichte van elkaar. De een lijkt niet zonder de ander te kunnen, afhankelijk van de context. Tevens komen twee organisatorische vraagstukken naar voren in de resultaten. Om de pedagogische betekenissen te operationaliseren in de praktijk wordt door alle respondenten verklaard dat wijksamenwerking daarvoor van belang is. Er bestaat echter onduidelijkheid over de coördinatie van het organisatiebelang en het eigen belang. Beide organisatievormen worden gemanaged, terwijl dit niet altijd afgestemd is. Daarnaast geven vrijwel alle respondenten aan dat het belangrijk is dat beleid is afgestemd op de praktijk. Hier blijkt echter dat er geen duidelijke afstemming bestaat over informatiedeling uit de praktijk. Ook wordt een zogenaamde managementtrechter beschreven waardoor zowel de informatie uit de praktijk naar het beleid, beleidsmedewerkers en politici, en van beleid naar de praktijk, de uitvoerders, vertaald moet worden. Conclusies Vier paradoxale pedagogische waarden geven antwoord op de vraag naar pedagogische betekenissen van de betrokken actoren binnen de onderzoeksvraag. Het implementatievraagstuk wil een nadere beschouwing vanuit het perspectief van de relatie tussen de verschillende actoren. [pt] A pesquisa busca compreender a relação entre a prática do jiu-jitsu, tal como desenvolvido pela família Gracie, e a violência praticada pelo que a mídia convencionou chamar de pitboys, jovens cariocas de classe média e alta que amiúde envolvem-se em brigas e atos de vandalismo. Evitando abordar o tema pelo viés da ausência, comumente utilizado para explicar o comportamento de pitboys - a falta de instrutores de jiu-jitsu qualificados, de pais zelosos, de limites de educação, de leis mais severas etc. -, o presente estudo procurou observar, no interior de uma academia de jiu-jitsu, a construção de um ethos guerreiro, a profissionalização da porrada advinda do sucesso dos eventos de vale-tudo, as inscrições corporais dos praticantes de jiu-jitsu, a importância das marias-tatames na consolidação de um estilo de masculinidade rude ou bruto, e a relação entre virilidade e masculinidade, atributos muito prezados por lutadores. Num segundo momento, a pesquisa se dedica a entender a porrada como um jogo, uma brincadeira inserida num contexto lúdico; jogo que é a um só tempo racional e irracional, e que implica sempre em algum risco e, portanto, em possibilidade de reconhecimento e lucros de distinção para os vencedores. Observa-se também o contexto mais amplo dentro do qual o fenômeno pitboy eclodiu: a sensação de insegurança que se instala no rastro da ascensão do crime organizado a partir dos anos oitenta, o processo de identificação de pitboys com marginais excluídos, a cultura da malandragem que une a ambos e, ao mesmo tempo e paradoxalmente, o reforço das fronteiras de classe no uso do você sabe com quem está falando?, comumente utilizado por jovens de classe média e alta que praticam a violência na noite carioca.

[en] The research tries to understand the relation between the practice of jiu-jitsu, as developed by the Gracie family, and the violence of the so called pitboys, upper class young boys that often becomes involved in street fights and acts of vandalism. Preventing to approach the subject trough the bias of the absence, normally used to explain the behavior of pitboys - the lack of qualified jiu-jitsu instructors, zealous parents, limits of education, severe laws etc. -, the present study seeks to observe, in the interior of a jiu-jitsu academy, the construction of a warlike ethos, the professionalization of street fights due to the success of No Holds Barred events, the corporal inscriptions of jiu-jitsu practitioners, the importance of the Marias-tatames (young girls who choose only mean jiu-jitsu fighters to date) in the consolidation of a rude style of masculinity, and the relation between virility and masculinity, attributes highly valued by fighters. The research also tries to understand street fights as a game that is part of a playful context; a play that, at the same time, is both rational and irrational, that always implies in some kind of risk and, therefore, in the possibility of recognition for the winners.
