[pt] Esta dissertação de mestrado pretende discutir a parentalidade após o divórcio e suas repercussões na vida dos filhos. A partir das transformações nas configurações da família contemporânea, investigaram-se as consequências psíquicas do fim da conjugalidade no sujeito, em relação ao seu narcisismo e à possibilidade de elaboração da separação. Desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa qualitativa com quatro pais e quatro mães separados, baseada na realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Os resultados foram analisados de acordo com o método de análise de conteúdo. Verificou-se que a separação pode ser uma grande ferida no amor próprio dos membros do ex-casal, dificultando a vivência do luto pelo fim do casamento. Nesse contexto, as fronteiras entre a conjugalidade e a parentalidade ficam pouco delimitadas, afetando a relação com os filhos. Evidenciou-se que a forma na qual o divórcio foi vivido, individualmente, impacta as possibilidades de reorganização familiar após a ruptura. Nesse sentido, a coparentalidade se mostrou potencialmente difícil de ser exercida, implicando em grandes transformações na vida dos filhos.

[en] The purpose of this master s thesis is to discuss parenting after divorce and its repercussions in the children s lives. Taking into account the transformations in contemporary family settings, the study investigates the psychic consequences of the end of marital relations upon the subject, regarding his/her narcissism and the possibility of elaborating the separation. The author conducted a qualitative research with four fathers and four mothers, performing semi-structured interviews and studying the results using the content analysis method. Findings indicate that the separation may inflict a major wound in the self-love of former members of the couple, hindering the grieving process caused by the end of marriage. In this context, the boundaries between marital relations and parenting became unclear, affecting parent-child relations. Evidence shows that the way in which subjects experience divorce, individually, has an impact on the possibilities of family reorganization after the breakup. In this sense, co-parenting seemed potentially difficult, involving major transformations in the children s lives.

[pt] Esta dissertação tem como objetivo demonstrar a proposição lacaniana segundo a qual todo conhecimento é paranóico. Com o intuito de atendermos a esse propósito abordamos tanto o termo conhecimento quanto a razão pela qual Lacan o caracteriza como paranóico. Portanto, examinamos as principais características da paranóia tal como formulada por Freud e por Lacan, bem como a noção de narcisismo e do estádio do espelho. Também apresentamos a descrição fenomenológica de conhecimento como adequação entre o sujeito e o objeto a fim de destacar a dimensão imaginária e especular que lhe constitui, permitindo a Lacan considerá-lo como paranóico.

[en] The intent of this paper it is to demonstrate the lacanian’s proposition that every knowledge is paranoiac. In order to reach this proposition, we studied the term knowledge and the reason why Jacques Lacan defined it as paranoiac. Therefore, we examined the main characteristics of the paranoia described by Freud and Lacan, as well as the notion of narcissism and the state of the mirror. The paper presents the phenomenological description of knowledge as the adequacy between subject and object. According to this proposition, we aim to highlight the imaginary and specular dimension that constitute the knowledge and enabled Lacan to consider it as paranoiac.

[pt] A presente dissertação tem por objetivo apresentar o conceito de narcisismo primário nas obras de Freud, Lacan e André Green, com a finalidade de investigar a relação entre a formação do eu e as novas sintomatologias, entendidas como estados-limite. Lacan e Green articulam o narcisismo à segunda tópica freudiana, apontando para a estruturação de uma forma primordial, uma primeira separação entre mundo interno e externo, como condição de surgimento para um Eu mais complexo. No estádio do espelho, Lacan propõe a construção de uma matriz simbólica a partir de uma dialética de identificações imaginárias. Green, por sua vez, insere a relação entre pulsão e objeto no narcisismo primário como a conjuntura formadora de uma estrutura enquadrante. Nesse sentido, pretendemos aproximar as noções de matriz simbólica e de estrutura enquadrante com a intuição de que essas formas primárias seriam espaços nos quais o Eu vem advir. Espaços esses que não estariam bem estruturados nos casos-limite.

[en] The present dissertation aims to present the concept of primary narcissism in the works of Freud, Lacan and André Green, in order to investigate the relation between the formation of the ego and the new symptomatologies, understood as borderline cases. Lacan and Green articulate narcissism to the second Freudian topic, pointing to the structuring of a primordial form, a first separation between the internal and external worlds, as a condition of emergence for a more complex Ego. In the mirror stage, Lacan proposes the construction of a symbolic matrix from a dialectic of imaginary identifications. Green, in turn, inserts the relation between pulsion and object in primary narcissism as the conjuncture that forms a framing structure. In this sense, we intend to approximate the notions of symbolic matrix and framing structure due to our intuition that these primary forms would be spaces in which the Ego arises. These spaces would not be well structured in the borderline cases.

[pt] Partindo de uma análise introdutória da lógica do consumo fundada nas contribuições das Ciências Sociais, este trabalho desenvolveu a seguir o argumento segundo o qual a sociedade de consumo se beneficia, em grande medida, da permanência no psiquismo de um ideal de onipotência narcísica que aponta para um estado originário de ausência de necessidade, sintetizado na primeira experiência de satisfação. A intenção central deste trabalho foi, portanto, detectar quais os elementos psíquicos responsáveis pela sustentação do arranjo social representado pela sociedade de consumo, a partir de uma discussão das conseqüências subjetivas da constituição do sujeito numa cultura do consumo que, por outro lado, representam apoios psíquicos consistentes com sua manutenção.

[en] Starting from an introductory analysis os consumer logic, based on the contributions derived from Social Sciences, this study develops the argument that consumer society benefits largely from the persistence in the psyche of an omnipotent narcissist ideal which points to an original state of completeness, synthesized by the first experience of satisfaction. The core purpose of this work was, therefore, to detect which psychic elements are responsible for sustaining the social arrangement represented by consumer society, emphasizing the subjective consequences that result from the process of the constitution of a subject within a consumer cultura whilst, on the other hand, provide psychic support consistent with its maintenance.

[pt] A história brasileira remete a insistentes acontecimentos, fatos e propostas de nação que evidenciam a rejeição da população negra, apesar de sua incorporação como pessoa subalterna. Há a existência de teorias que poderiam entrar em conflito, mas que se harmonizam na vivência cultural brasileira: assim existem posições teóricas que apontam para a eliminação do negro pela mistura, que convivem com as propostas eugênicas de purificação racial, como concordavam personalidades públicas como Monteiro Lobato e Roquete Pinto. No caso do Rio de Janeiro temos ainda convivido com práticas de extermínio que permanecem ainda nos dias de hoje, em especial nos bairros pobres da capital, favelas e Baixada Fluminense. No entanto a prática do extermínio é apenas o limite extremo de uma rejeição social e de um consentimento na eliminação de negros e pobres. Ao consentimento da eliminação relaciono a prática de genocídio consentido e realimentado no cotidiano das relações dos habitantes da metrópole. A morte é o resultado final das rejeições vividas pela população negra, muitas vezes também reprodutora e consentidora destas eliminações. Este trabalho, a partir de uma análise de bricolagem da metrópole, a partir de cenas capturadas do cotidiano, busca apresentar os impasses do cotidiano, entre o desejo e o afeto, que nos constituem como sujeitos, que acabam por dar sustentação à prática de genocídio negro em um clima de suposta harmonia racial.

[en] Brazilian history refers to persistent nation events, facts and proposals that evidence rejection to the black population, in spite of their incorporation as subordinate person. There are theories that could enter into conflict, but that harmonize in Brazilian cultural experience; thus there are theoretical positions that point to the elimination of negroes by mixing, which cohabit with eugenic proposals of racial purification, accepted by public personalities such as Monteiro Lobato and Roquete Pinto. In Rio de Janeiro, for instance, we have always cohabited with extermination practices that remain until the present times, especially in needy neighborhoods of the capital, in slums and at the Baixada Fluminense. However, the practice of extermination is only the extreme limit of a social rejection and of a consent to the elimination of negroes and paupers. I relate the practice of consented and refed genocide in day to day relations of inhabitants of the metropolis to the consent of elimination. Death is the final outcome of rejections lived by the negro population, often also reproducer and complaisant to these eliminations. This work, as of a bricolage analysis of the metropolis, as of scenes captured from the daily life, seeks presenting the deadlocks of daily life, between desire and affection, which constitute us as subjects, who end up supporting the practice of negro genocide in an atmosphere of supposed racial harmony.

[pt] A crescente adoção pelas organizações de estruturas projetizadas ou matriciais, em um ambiente de alta competitividade traz para o centro das atenções a figura do gerente de projetos, que é o responsável, em última instância pelo desempenho do projeto que comanda. Esse ambiente de alta complexidade, onde o gerente de projetos precisa liderar equipes multidisciplinares e, em alguns casos, não alocadas no mesmo local e sem relação hierárquica, impõe desafios à liderança do gerente de projetos. Assim, o presente estudo se propõe a verificar se traços de humildade e narcisismo nesse gerente, avaliados sob a ótica dos liderados, estão associados com os resultados do projeto, avaliados pelo diretor de projetos ou figura de cargo similar. O trabalho propõe e avalia se essas relações são mediadas pelo empoderamento psicológico ou pelo medo de falhar, sendo o primeiro mobilizado pela humildade do líder e o segundo provocado pelo narcisismo. O estudo foi realizado através de pesquisa quantitativa, baseada em questionários distribuídos e respondidos por 190 liderados e outro questionário sendo respondido pelos 68 diretores dos respectivos projetos. Os achados sugerem que a humildade do líder está positivamente associada com o empoderamento psicológico e com os resultados financeiro e global dos projetos e que o narcisismo do líder está positivamente associado com os resultados de qualidade e global dos projetos.

[en] The increasing adoption by organizations of projected or matrix structures in a highly competitive environment brings to the center of attention the figure of the project manager, who is ultimately responsible for the performance of the project he or she commands. In this highly complex environment, where the project manager needs to lead multidisciplinary teams and, in some cases, not allocated in the same place and without hierarchical relationship, the need for the project manager to emerge as a leader. Thus, the present study aims to verify the relation of the humility and narcissism traits of the leader, evaluated by the led, with the results obtained in the Project, evaluated by the project director or similar position figure. The work examined whether these relations were mediated by psychological empowerment or fear of failure, the first being mobilized by the humility of the leader and the second caused by narcissism. The study was conducted through quantitative research with questionnaires being distributed and answered by 190 followers and another questionnaire being answered by the 68 directors of the respective projects. The findings suggest that humility is positively related with psychological empowerment and projects financial and overall performances and that narcissism is positively related with the projects quality and overall performances.

[pt] A origem desta dissertação se fundamentou na clínica com amputados numa Instituição de Reabilitação, onde a experiência corporal possui um lugar de destaque. A psicanálise estabelece um outro estatuto para o corpo, distinguindo-se do saber médico, que ultrapassa a dimensão orgânica/biológica, especialmente, quando forja o conceito de pulsão. Por seu desamparo inicial, o bebê humano depende de uma alteridade capaz de auxiliá-lo na construção de uma fronteira corporal através do seu investimento libidinal na criança. Esse outro, além de marcar eroticamente seu corpo de forma a delinear os circuitos pulsionais, fornece-lhe uma experiência de existência contínua e uma imagem identificatória que servem para o desenvolvimento do Eu e para a apresentação de um campo objetal possível. Determina ainda uma matriz simbólica que marca este corpo como desejante e falante. Diante dos destinos pulsionais possíveis, a experiência da perda invoca a capacidade de recriação através do trabalho de luto. O luto é a operação de recolhimento dos investimentos libidinais dos objetos perdidos, a fim de que possam ser novamente investidos. Esta pesquisa aborda uma perda peculiar: a de parte do corpo. A experiência da amputação impõe um remanejamento narcísico que resulta numa outra forma de experimentar o corpo na sua condição erógena e, por conseguinte, o mundo. Contudo, a experiência corporal também apresenta uma dimensão coletiva. É preciso reconhecer que a modernidade trouxe, com a Revolução Industrial, algo inovador na experimentação do corpo. Os avanços tecnológicos fizeram do corpo uma forma híbrida. O corpo como híbrido é, a um só tempo: natureza, técnicas, ciência, economias pulsionais, inconscientes e discursos. É assim que o uso da prótese pode ser pensado.

[en] This Essay is originated from a clinical experience with amputated people in a rehabilitation institution, where the corporeal experience has a great importance. Psychoanalysis establishes a place for the body which must be distinguished from the place it has in medical science, bypassing the organic/biological dimension, especialy because of the drive (Trieb) concept. Because of its helplessness, the human baby depends on some adult libidinal investment to construct a body-frontier. The adult, besides erotically marking its body, drawing the drive circuits, is necessary to allow a continuous experience of existence, and an image for identification, which serves the Ego and the object field development. This adult also helps in the construction of a symbolic matrix that shall make this body a desiring and speaking one. Among many drivedestinies, the experience of a loss requires the capacity of recreation through the work of mourning, which consists in taking back the libidinal investments from the lost objects to be able to invest them later in other objects. This research is about a peculiar loss: a body part. [pt] Um Deus preocupado com a humanidade reflete sobre a questão da experiência religiosa hodierna. Tem como ponto de partida e preocupação de fundo a emergência atual de uma nova religiosidade cujo influxo no cristianismo vem subtraindo do seguimento concreto de Jesus Cristo a dimensão de solidariedade com o semelhante. Trata-se, com efeito, da atuação crescente do narcisismo e de sua outra face, a indiferença, mutilando a fé cristã. Seguindo o esquema ver-julgar-agir, a presente dissertação contrapõe uma tal religiosidade à compreensão de Edward Schillebeeckx acerca da experiência de Deus vivida por Jesus de Nazaré enquanto servo e anunciador do reino de Deus. O objetivo é responder à pergunta pela contribuição do eminente teólogo para a superação do narcisismo e da indiferença identificados no cristianismo contemporâneo. Finalmente sublinha, à guisa de conclusão, a leitura da experiência de Deus de Jesus como experiência de um Deus preocupado com a humanidade: eis a contribuição fundamental de Schillebeeckx para a superação do narcisismo e da indiferença e, por conseguinte, para o resgate da vivência integral da fé cristã como amor a Deus e amor ao próximo.

[en] A God concerned with humanity reflects on the matter of today´s religious experience. Its starting point and main concerned is the current urge of a new religiosity whose influx into Christianity has been subtracting the dimension of solidarity with the fellow man from the concrete following of Jesus Christ. Indeed, it is about the increasing influence of narcissism and its other face, indifference, which mutilate the Christian faith. By following the seejudge-act scheme, the present dissertation puts such religiosity against Edward Schillebeeckx`s comprehension of the experience of God lived by Jesus of Nazareth as a servant and an announcer of the kingdom of God. Its objective is to answer the question through the contribution of that eminent theologian to overcome the narcissism and the indifference identified in contemporary Christianity. In order to conclude, it finally emphasizes the analysis of Jesus´ experience of God as an experience of a God concerned with the humanity: this is the fundamental contribution of Schillebeeckx to overcome narcissism and indifference and, therefore, to rescue the whole life experience of the Christian faith as love for God and love for the fellow man.

[pt] Esta tese propõe-se a refletir sobre o sofrimento humano na contemporaneidade. O maior empenho foi no sentido de não cometer generalizações apressadas, quase sempre reducionistas. Para tanto, procurou-se estabelecer uma interlocução com psicanalistas que, assim como nós, reconhecem que determinados tratamentos são refratários ao modelo clássico da psicanálise e, por isso, estão dispostos a ampliar o seu repertório teórico-clínico seguindo as pegadas de Freud, sem destituir jamais o seu legado. Privilegiaram-se, a partir da leitura da psicanalista Piera Aulagnier, as noções de violência, pictograma, alienação e paixão. A ideia de narcisismo moral, um dos destinos do conceito de narcisismo desde Freud, segundo o psicanalista André Green, foi também apresentada. Queremos supor que, realizado o percurso descrito, podemos sustentar a convicção de que precisamos continuar escutando o sujeito que sofre e não o sujeito contemporâneo, posto que só o primeiro é passível de tratamento.

[en] This thesis intends to reflect on the human suffering in the nowadays. The main effort was to avoid generalizations, which are frequently very limited. We attempted to establish a dialogue with analysts who acknowledge the fact that certain treatments resist the classical frame of psychoanalytic treatment. These analysts are willing to expand their theoretical and clinical repertoire without abandonning Freud`s legacy. From the work of Piera Aulagnier, we singled out the concepts of violence, pictogram, alienation and passion. The notion of moral narcisism, according to André Green formulations, was also presented. By going through the ideas mentioned above, we would like to state that we must keep listening to the human being who is suffering and not to the contemporary man, since only the former is eligible to undergo a psychoanalytic treatment.

[pt] Na sociedade chamada pós-moderna, a questão do individualismo vem se tornando uma realidade problemática, porque, como conseqüência de um longo processo iniciado na Modernidade, está se desenvolvendo, conforme Gilles Lipovetsky, um processo de personalização: sendo o individualismo o fator preponderante, o ser humano assume a imagem mitológica de Narciso tornando-se, assim, mais fechado em si mesmo. E o resultado disso é uma sociedade notadamente individualista, antifraterna e anti-solidária, em que os indivíduos se encaminham para o esvaziamento do sentido da vida. Mas o ser humano, homem e mulher, imagem e semelhança de Deus, é chamado a construir um projeto de fraternidade, contrapondose ao narcisismo, pernicioso à convivência humana. Nesta dissertação, em vista da possibilidade de superação do citado narcisismo, procuramos desvelar o pecado subjacente a ele e propomos o caminho salvífico da abertura à graça de Deus como fundamento teológico do projeto de fraternidade, na fé. Em nossa reflexão, fundamentamo-nos no pensamento de González Faus e, para a realização deste projeto, valemo-nos de mediações, algumas das quais indicamos no presente trabalho.

[en] In the so-called postmodern society, the individualism issue has become a problematic reality, because, in the wake of a long process that started in the Modernity, - according to Gilles Lipovetsky - a personalization process arose, wherein individualism is a preponderant factor, and wherein the human being adopts the mythical image of Narcissus, increasingly becoming closed in itself. From this results a society marked by individualism, anti-fraternity and anti-solidarism, wherein the individuals go to an emptying of sense of life. But the human being, man and woman, image and likeness of God, has been called to work out a project of fraternity, counterpointing with community destroying narcissism. In this dissertation, having in view the possibility to overcome the mentioned narcissism, we try to unveil the underlying sin, and we propose the redemptive way of openness to the grace of God, as the theological basis of the fraternity project, in faith. In our reflection we base ourselves on the thoughts of González Faus and, for the execution of this project, we also make use of some mediations which are indicated in this study.

[pt] O presente estudo tem como objetivo a compreensão da escolha amorosa a partir da teoria psicanalítica. Partimos da hipótese de que as relações amorosas são, muitas vezes, repetições de certos padrões de comportamento da infância. As escolhas amorosas repetem essencialmente dois aspectos da formação do sujeito: a relação mãe/bebê e o Édipo. No entanto, isso ocorre de diversas formas a partir das histórias familiares de cada cônjuge. Cada sujeito, na sua singularidade, vai dar um destino para aquilo que lhe é transmitido. Mas, muitas vezes, é difícil escapar de algo que não foi representado nas gerações anteriores. O que não pôde ser revelado vai aparecer de alguma forma, ainda que disfarçado.

[en] The aim of this paper is to try to understand the love choice from the psychoanalytical point of view. We assume that loving relationships often repeat some patterns of childhood behavior, mainly the Oedipus and the mother/child relationship. Nevertheless, the choice occurs in different ways according to each partner`s family history. Each individual, with his own singularity, will give a destination to his heritage. Sometimes, however, it becomes difficult to run away from something that has not been expressed at preceding generations. Things that could not be revealed will somehow appear, even though disguised.

[pt] Os estados-limite têm feito parte da literatura psicanalítica desde os primórdios da psicanálise. A partir da última metade do século passado, entretanto, o interesse pelo assunto aumentou consideravelmente e a produção de artigos e matérias vem tomando um vulto cada vez maior. Não obstante, a polêmica em torno do tema parece também crescer na mesma proporção. Este trabalho apresenta um pequeno histórico do termo estados- limite e algumas controvérsias nos diferentes meios psicanalíticos, principalmente no que diz respeito às relações entre a clínica dos estados-limite e a das personalidades narcísicas. São tratadas também questões ligadas à constituição da subjetividade e à sua incidência na clínica dos estados-limite. Finalmente, são revistas algumas patologias limítrofes e alguns aspectos clínicos importantes, como as implicações transferenciais e contratransferenciais dos estados-limite. A preferência pelo termo estados-limite tem por objetivo ampliar o escopo que outros termos, tais como casos-limite, ou distúrbios limítrofes, possam sugerir. Enquanto que estes últimos possuem conotações marcantemente patológicas, pertencendo, portanto a uma clínica psicanalítica específica, o termo estados-limite permite também designar situações com características semelhantes, porém episódicas e suscetíveis de ocorrer em qualquer tipo de clínica psicanalítica, inclusive a da neurose.

[en] Borderline conditions have been part of psychoanalytical literature since the early stages of psychoanalysis. However, since the second half of the last century, interest in this subject has grown considerably and there has been a steady increase in the number of articles and essays published. Nevertheless, polemic around this theme seems also to grow in the same proportion. This work covers a brief history of the term borderline and some of the controversies in the different psychoanalytical environments, principally as to the relationship between the borderline treatment and that of narcissistic personalities. Issues regarding the constitution of subjectivity and its incidence in the borderline therapy are also dealt with. Finally, some forms of borderline pathology and important clinical aspects, such as transference and counter transference implications, are reviewed. The preference for the term borderline conditions aims to broaden the scope that other terms, such as borderline cases or borderline disturbances may suggest. While these latter possess strong pathological connotations, belonging, therefore, to a specific psychoanalytical treatment, the term borderline conditions allows for the designation of situations with similar characteristics, although episodic and liable to occur in any type of psychoanalytical treatment, including the neurotic.

[pt] Este trabalho, através de um percurso crítico das principais contribuições teóricas da psicanálise sobre a depressão, defende a importância de se delimitar a neurose depressiva, como uma das neuroses com que nos deparamos freqüentemente na clínica. O narcisismo é um conceito crucial neste quadro, e é considerado aqui como uma estrutura permanente. Nesta perspectiva é a tensão entre o ideal do eu e o eu que desbalanceada vai provocar uma quebra narcísica,abrindo as portas para o acosso da pulsão de morte, que invade o eu que é engolfado pela depressão. Valoriza-se também a recusa à perda (Verleugnung) como um operador essencial da depressão, uma vez que uma corrente do psquismo aceita a perda, mas outra, inconsciente, a recusa. Discute-se a idéia de que, diante de uma perda significativa, dois destinos são possíveis: a elaboração do luto ou a melancolia e, defende-se que são vários os destinos possíveis de um luto, incluindo-se as neuroses de angústia, depressões e compulsões. Uma vez que a depressão ocupa, em termos de incidência, o lugar que a histeria ocupava na época de Freud, considera- se os laços dessa patologia com as modificações da organização social características da atualidade e, para justificar que acontecimentos recentes dolorosos provocam parcialmente a neurose depressiva, recorre-se à teoria sobre o trauma, concebendo-o como o que provoca uma injúria narcísica capaz de causar um desinvestimento no eu.

[en] The objective of this thesis is to provide a systematic study of the depressive neuroses by reviewing and evaluating the main theoretical psychoanalytic contributions on this subject. Narcissism is a crucial concept, and is considered here as a permanent structure. In this perspective it is the increased tension between the ego ideal and the ego that provokes a narcissistic break, and as a consequence of this, the death impulse invades the ego, which succumbs to depression. The concept of denial (Verleugnung) is considered as an essential operator for depression, for one psychic current accepts the loss but the other, unconscious, disavowels it. Facing the argument that when there is a significant loss, two outcomes are possible: the elaboration of mourning or the melancholy, we defend instead,that several outcomes are possible after a loss, including the neuroses of anguish, depressions and compulsions. Today depression occupies the place that hysteria occupied at the time of Freud, so the links between depression and the modern social changes are studied. To prove that recent painful events can also provoke, at least partially, a depressive neurosis, the theory of trauma is evoked. A major concept discussed is the capability of trauma to establish a narcissistic wound that causes a discontinuity in the ego.

Avec l’allongement de la durée de vie, les écrits sur la psychologie du vieillissement se sont développés à une moindre échelle que ceux concernant la clinique de l’adulte et de l’enfant. Il nous est donc apparu intéressant, passionnant et fécond de réfléchir à cette période de senescence en reprenant la dualité somat/psyché à travers l’événement chute. L’utilisation d’une méthodologie quantitative et qualitative permet d’aborder l’évènement chute comme une expérience traumatogène selon les données corporelles (sujet dit fragile ou valide, conséquences somatiques et psychomotrices…), temporelles (délai de la dernière chute, moment de la chute, âge objectif et subjectif de la chute…) et psychiques (défenses mises en place, réminiscence, travail du vieillir…). Nous nous sommes donc plus particulièrement penchés sur le point de bascule de cet événement dans un contexte de traitement coûteux des conflits issus de cette période pour y découvrir des défenses de type obsessionnel et une régression maternelle primaire. Par conséquent, le développement des réflexions psychologiques et psychanalytiques sur la clinique de la chute du sujet âgé ne peut être appréciable qu’à la condition de ne pas « tomber » dans le mythe d’un lien de causalité unique, dans une classe démographique indifférenciée dont l’âge serait vu comme un facteur étiologique. L’utilisation de l’analyse quantitative et qualitative du discours donne accès aux données réactionnelles post chute mais également aux modalités de traitement psychique des affects et conflits éveillés par cet événement. Nous avons associé le discours en libre association avec la technique du dessin pour avoir un aperçu des images mentales fixées dans le récit historien de la mémoire. La chute est alors exposée comme un agir, pour pallier la défaillance du système pare-excitation, des capacités d’élaboration et de liaison de la blessure narcissique de la sénescence. Cependant, elle peut également être appréciée comme un retour au corps pour une reprise élaborative des liens d’attachement en vue d’une fin inéluctable. C’est alors que « ce qu’on appelle une raison de vivre est en même temps une excellente raison de mourir » (Albert Camus). En effet, les communications sur la question de la psychologie de la chute du sujet âgé sont principalement étudiées dans le cadre de processus déficitaires ou psychopathologiques du sujet âgé fragile, hospitalisé, sans réellement prendre en compte les remaniements complexes individuels et groupaux inhérents au travail du vieillir. Nous nous sommes donc intéressés au mouvement psychique chez le sujet âgé valide afin d’en tirer de nouvelles réflexions cliniques sur le type d’angoisse et de relation d’objet. Le TAT/SAT proposé au sujet de notre étude a établi la constitution psychique d’un modèle interne de relation insécure du chuteur, en lien avec des expériences d’empiètement relationnel avec un objet maternel défaillant et décevant.

[pt] Construindo a hipótese de que a estética é uma estratégia para mitigar a angústia e consubstanciar o desejo, o autor busca estabelecer seu estatuto para o aparelho psíquico. No campo do sujeito, a estética participaria do nasrcisismo primário, momento em que a constituição do Eu é testemunha por uma imagem que dá materialidade ao sujeito e à presença da alteridade. Desenhar um perímetro para o vazio e poder vê-lo é atribuir sentido à existência e conter a angústia da morte. A estética também serviria à causa do desejo. Das cenas do sonho manifesto à imagem do objeto erótico, o desejo não pode dispensar a forma que constituirá o conteúdo de sua ilusão. Caberia a estética apresentar os contornos do recalcado e resgatar a criatividade da polimórfica perversão infantil. Através das obras-de-arte, o autor apresenta a estética como uma relação entre os sujeitos, intermediada pela angústia e pelo desejo. Investigando o sentido da busca pela estética designada como bela, analisa-se o papel desta na atualidade. Tendo como foco a subjetividade feminina contemporânea, o autor destaca sua dupla relação com a imagem. Se há, de um lado, um discurso estético enunciado pela mídia constituindo um corpo destinado ao consumo haveria, por outro, um mandamento estético proferido pelo superego feminino impondo o olhar do Outro como compensação ou negação da castração. O autor conclui sua abordagem do que designou como Doenças de beleza identificando dois grupos distintos um formado por sujeitos que buscam a morte do corpo como estratégia de sobrevivência do Eu. E outro, constituído pelos aderentes à mensagem estética contemporânea e adictos à visibilidade.

[en] In order to build up the hypothesis that aesthetics is a strategy to alleviate anguish and to consubstantiate desire, the author seeks to set up a statute for the psychic system. In the field of the subject, aesthetics would be part of the primary narcissism, a moment when the formation of the Ego is witnessed by an image that lends materiality to the subject and to the presence of alterity. To design a perimeter for the void and to be able to see it is to bestow sense to existence and to restrain the anguish of death. Aesthetics would serve the cause of the desire. From scenes of manifest dreams to the image of the erotic object, desire can not dispense with the shape which will grant form to its illusion. It would be incumbent on aesthetics to present the configurations of the repressed and to redeem the creativity of the polymorphic infantile perversion. By means of works of art the author presents aesthetics as a relation between the subjects, mediated by anguish and desire. Investigating the sense of the quest for aesthetics regarded as beautiful, one analyses its role at the present time. Using as a focus the contemporaneous feminine subjectivity, the author points out its double relation with image. ▼ This historical study analyses the holistic dynamics of Ethiopia, taking into account political, social, economic, cultural, religious, and media development aspects, with a focus on the three most recent governments (1930–2014), in relation to freedom of expression. The analysis indicates that the Feudalist-Imperial system was clearly the extension of centuries-old imperial hegemony which had used religious, cultural and patriotic hegemony to stifle freedom of expression. During the Socialist-Military regime every sphere of society, including acts of expression, were oriented towards the revolution and socialist political ideology. During the current ethnically based so-called Revolutionary-Democratic regime, freedom of expression has been stifled by means of legislation, government and party structures, complex surveillance, and social networks. While the instruments of repression have differed, relatively speaking, from government to government, the extent of repression has remained similar over a number of centuries. Threats to freedom of expression derive from rulers or governments, in which instances they are entrenched through policies, laws and bureaucracies, from religious and cultural hegemonies, from poverty and a related lack of education and access to information, and from conflicts, rivalry and wars. These threats have their origins in three main interrelated causal or determining factors, namely the Certainty–Uncertainty Dilemma, Ethno-Luminary Thought and Narcissism, which together form a pyramid beneath which freedom of expression in Ethiopia has been trapped. This pyramid is identified in the study as the Social Pyramid, or the Pyramid of Repression Instruments, and it in turn gives rise to an overall web of suppression, that is, the Pyramid Trap of Repression. The study concludes that the repression of freedom of expression in Ethiopia is likely to remain intact, insofar as the threats to freedom of expression and the factors giving rise to those threats persist. While limited gains concerning the right to freedom of expression are achieved periodically, these are routinely undone and rolled back, since the Pyramid Trap of Repression is not dismantled.; In hierdie historiese studie word die holistiese dinamika van Etiopië ontleed, met inagneming van politieke, sosiale, ekonomiese, kulturele, religieuse, en media-ontwikkelingsaspekte.
