▼ Postojeća literatura obiluje različitim predlozima koji se tiču interakcije afekta i kognicija kao mehanizama rekurentne depresije, od kojih su neki više ili manje empirijski potvrđeni. Pored depresivnog afekta, koji je glavno obeležje poremećaja, postoji gotovo linearan odnos između poremećaja kognitivnog funkcionisanja i depresije. Ipak, dosadašnja literatura je neusaglašena u odnosu na smer uticaja, odnosno primarnost afekta i kognicija u razvoju i održavanju simptoma. U radu polazimo od dva suprotstavljena stanovišta, koja ilustruju dugogodišnju debatu o različitoj ulozi afekta i kognicija za rekurentni tok depresivnog poremećaja. Osnovu za rad čine pretpostavke dva modela koji objašnjavaju rekurentni tok depresije: Tisdejlova hipoteza diferencijalne aktivacije (eng. Differential Activation Hypothesis; Teasdale, 1988) koja tvrdi da za javljanje depresivnih kognicija mora da postoji blago negativno raspoloženje i Neurobiološki model kognitivnih faktora rizika (eng. Neurobiological model of cognitive risk factors; Marchetti et al., 2012) koji se nadovezuje na aspekte kognitivne vulnerabilnosti i sugeriše primarnu ulogu kognicija za javljanje depresivnog afekta. U ovim modelima različito se naglašavaju i situacioni činioci koji omogućavaju pomenutu kognitivno-afektivnu interakciju. Prvi model pretpostavlja da se depresivno raspoloženje javlja kao odgovor na određeni stresni podsticaj iz sredine, čak i niskog intenziteta, dok je pretpostavka Neurobioloških modela da proces koji dovodi do depresivnog raspoloženja može biti pokrenut i u odsustvu bilo kakvih zahteva ili podsticaja iz okruženja, odosno u stanju mirovanja. Cilj ovog istraživanja je da utvrdi šta se kod prethodno depresivnih osoba prvo menja - afekat ili kognicije. Osim toga, ispitani su različiti situacioni efekti na promene u afektu i kognicijama, kao i individualne razlike u specifičnim obrascima kognitivno-afektivnih promena. U istraživanju je učestvovalo 59 pacijenata sa dijagnozom rekurentnog depresivnog poremećaja, koji su u trenutku ispitivanja bili u fazi remisije. Procena vulnerabilnosti obuhvatila je mere ruminacija, negativnih automatskih misli i kognitivne reaktivnosti, nakon čega su ispitanici prošli kroz jednu od dve eksperimentalne procedure. Pre i posle procedure, prikupljeni su podaci o aktuelnom nivou pozitivnog i negativnog afekta, kao i o nivou trenutnih ruminacija. Polovina ispitanika je podvrgnuta standardnoj proceduri indukcije negativnog afekta koristeći muzički metod. U drugoj grupi primenjena je procedura bihejvioralne paradigme mirovanja. Tokom obe procedure, ispitanici su, na pojavu zvučnog signala, izveštavali o trenutnom afektu, mislima i orijentaciji fokusa pažnje na unutrašnje ili spoljašnje sadržaje. Rezultati su pokazali da se, na osnovu promena u afektu, mogu predvideti promene u kognicijama, ali ne i obrnuto, dajući podršku hipotezi o diferencijalnoj aktivaciji. Sulfoksidna funkcionalna grupa je česta u farmakološki značajnim jedinjenjima, a literaturni podaci ukazuju na to da uvođenje ove funkcionalne grupe u tiazolidinski prsten može da poveća biološku aktivnost molekula koji sadrže ovaj strukturni fragment. Iako je sinteza, hemijsko ponašanje i biološka aktivnost 4-oksotiazolidinskih S-oksida predmet interesovanja velikog broja hemičara, podaci o stereohemijskom nivou strukture često nedostaju ili su nedovoljno jasno predstavljeni. S tim u vezi, detaljno ispitivanje reakcije oksidacije sumpora kod 2-alkiliden-4-oksotiazolidina, kao i stereohemijska karakterizacija proizvoda od značaja su za utvrđivanje stepena i uzroka diastereoselektivnosti pri oksidaciji različitih cikličnih i acikličnih organskih sulfida koji poseduju stereogeni centar u susedstvu atoma sumpora. U skladu sa postavljenim ciljevima, nakon optimizacije reakcionih uslova sintetizovana je serija 4-oksotiazolidinskih S-oksida oksidacijom atoma sumpora kod 2- alkiliden-4-oksotiazolidina koji se razlikuju po supstituentima vezanim za egzocikličnu dvostruku vezu, atom azota i C(5) položaj prstena. Oksidacijom pomoću m-CPBA 5- supstituisani 4-oksotiazolidinski sulfoksidi dobijeni su kao smese dva diastereomera uz umerenu diastereoselektivnost koja varira od 57-74% diastereomernog viška. Relativna konfiguracija 5-supstituisanih sulfoksida određena je korelacijom eksperimentalno i teorijski dobijenih NMR podataka. Strukture polaznih 2-alkiliden-4- oksotiazolidina i sintetizovanih tiazolidinonskih S-oksida optimizovane su na DFT nivou, korišćenjem B3LYP funkcije i 6-31G* baznog seta, u gasnoj fazi. NMR hemijska pomeranja izračunata su primenom GIAO metode, na istom nivou teorije, u gasnoj fazi i u prisustvu rastvarača. Na osnovu eksperimentalnih i računski dobijenih rezultata utvđeno je da je proces oksidacije 5-supstituisanih 2-alkiliden-4-oksotiazolidina kinetički kontrolisan, pri čemu lakšim prilaskom reagensa (m-CPBA) sa sterno manje zaštićene strane u većoj količini nastaje manje stabilan anti-izomer. U toku obrade reakcione smese dolazi do uravnotežavanja pa se kao krajni proizvod dobijaju smese obogaćene termodinamički favorizovanim sin-izomerom. Veća stabilnost sin-izomera posledica je intramolekulskog C(5')H···OS 1,5-vodoničnog vezivanja i jače σC(5)-H → σ*S-O hiperkonjugacione interakcije nasuprot slabijoj σC(5)-C(5') → σ*S-O interakciji kod antiizomera...

Predmet ove doktorske disertacije je ispitivanje elektrohemijske aktivnosti amlodipina i nifedipina odnosno proučavanje odabranih 1,4-dihidropiridinskih lekova koji se kao blokatori Ca2+-kanala koriste u terapiji kardiovaskularnih oboljenja. Ispitivano je elektrohemijsko ponašanje amlodipina i nifedipina u čistim (kao aktivni farmaceutski ingredienti) i različitim komercijalnim oblicima, kao i u kompleksima sa različitim ciklodekstrinima. Elektrohemijske reakcije su praćene pomoću različitih elektrohemijskih metoda (prvenstveno ciklične voltametrije i voltametrije sa pravougaonim impulsima) na elektrodi od zlata i na elektrodi od zlata modifikovanoj o-MWCNT. Za analizu elektrolita korišćene su druge analitičke metode (HPLC, LC-MS) radi potvrde podataka dobijenih elektrohemijskim ispitivanjima. Takođe je ispitivana stabilnost ovih preparata, koji su radi toga bili podvrgnuti kiseloj i alkalnoj hidrolizi, oksidaciji, fotolizi i degradaciji pri zagrevanju kao i elektrohemijskoj degradaciji. U tom cilju, radi proučavanja povećanja stabilnosti sintetizovani su i analizirani ciklodekstrinski kompleksi amlodipina i nifedipina. Naučni cilj ovog rada je da se ispitivanjem elektrohemijske aktivnosti i odgovarajućim transformacijama amlodipina i nifedipina razviju metode za njihovo kvalitativno i kvantitativno određivanje i da se analizom dobijenih smeša nakon određenih reakcija utvrdi priroda transformacija ispitivanih molekula. Rezultati koji su proistekli iz istraživanja ove doktorske disertacije treba da doprinesu razvoju novih elektrohemijskih metoda za kvalitativno i kvantitativno određivanje amlodipina i nifedipina. Proučavana je elektrohemijska aktivnost inkluzionih kompleksa amlodipina i nifedipina sa ciklodekstrinima i uticaj strukture dobijenih ciklodekstrinskih kompleksa na elektrohemijsko ponašanje, što je od izuzetnog značaja pri ispitivanju aktivnih farmaceutskih supstanci i farmaceutskih preparata.

Elektrohemijsko taloženje prahova Fe-Ni legura iz rastvora amonijumhloridnog i natrijum-sulfatnog pomoćnog elektrolita različitih odnosa koncentracija Ni/Fe jona i prahova Mo-Ni-O legura iz rastvora amonijum-hloridnog i amonijumsulfatnog pomoćnog elektrolita različitih odnosa koncentracija Ni/Mo jona ispitivano je snimanjem polarizacionih krivih. Sve polarizacione krive su imale isti oblik okarakterisan dvema prevojnim tačkama. Prva prevojna tačka odgovarala je početku taloženja legure uz nagli porast gustine struje usled paralelnog izdvajanja vodonika, dok je druga prevojna tačka odgovarala potencijalu na kome brzina ukupnog procesa na katodi postaje ograničena brzinom formiranja mehurova vodonika. Morfologija, hemijski i fazni sastav istaloženih prahova Fe-Ni i Mo-Ni-O legura ispitivani su pomoću SEM, EDS, XRD, DSC, TGA, AAS, TEM i SAED analize. Ustanovljeno je da morfologija istaloženih prahova Fe-Ni legura zavisi od odnosa koncentracija Ni/Fe jona, kao i od prisustva Fe(III) ili Fe(II) vrsta u rastvoru. Zajednička karakteristika morfologije svih prahova Fe-Ni legura je prisustvo sfernih zrna i šupljina konusnog oblika, koje odgovaraju mestima gde su se formirali mehurovi vodonika. U prahovima istaloženim pri odnosu Ni/Fe = 9/1 iz rastvora oba pomoćna elektrolita uočeni su kristali oblika pagode, koji pripadaju FeNi3 fazi. EDS analiza sastava prahova potvrdila je pojavu anomalnog taloženja Fe i Ni pri svim ispitivanim odnosima koncentracija Ni/Fe jona, pri čemu je anomalan karakter taloženja bio izraženiji u rastvorima Fe(III) soli. Nakon odgrevanja na 400, 600 i 700°C u atmosferi vazduha došlo je do oksidacije prahova i formiranja NiO, NiFe2O4 i Fe2O3 faza, čiji je sadržaj u odgrevanim prahovima zavisio od sastava istaloženih prahova. Ustanovljeno je da NiFe2O4, poznat kao magnetni materijal sa širokim opsegom primene, predstavlja dominantnu fazu u prahu istaloženom pri odnosu Ni/Fe = 1/3 nakon odgrevanja na 600°C. Utvrđeno je da odnos koncentracija Ni/Mo jona utiče na morfologiju i hemijski sastav prahova Mo-Ni-O legura. Morfologija prahova Mo-Ni-O legura okarakterisana je prisustvom dve vrste sfernih aglomerata: aglomerata sa kompaktnom, relativno glatkom površinom i aglomerata sa razvijenom površinom sastavljenom od kristala nanometarskih dimenzija. Rezultati EDS analize ukazali su na prisustvo i do 70 at. % kiseonika u talogu, kao i na nehomogen sastav čestica prahova. Istaloženi prahovi su bili nanokristalni, bez pojave oštrih pikova na difraktogramima. Tokom uzastopnih termičkih tretmana prahova na 300, 400, 500 i 600°C u atmosferi azota došlo je do povećanja dimenzija kristalita sa temperaturom odgrevanja, uz pojavu pikova MoO3 i NiMoO4 faza na difraktogramima već nakon odgrevanja na 300°C. Nakon odgrevanja na 600°C u uzorku praha istaloženog pri odnosu Ni/Mo = 1/0,3 XRD analizom je ustanovljeno da dominira NiMoO4 faza, a v Izvod da je u manjoj meri prisutna i MoNi4 faza. TEM analiza istaloženih prahova je pokazala istovremeno prisustvo amorfnih i kristalnih čestica.…

▼ Milenko Filipović, a Serbian ethnologist who worked between 1924 and 1969, is carefully considered from several aspects in this doctoral dissertation, whose aim is to identify the position he takes in Serbian ethnology. Given the fact that he published nearly four hundred works and was interested in a large number of aspects of the nation’s life, and that his practical work permeated all possible aspects of the profession of an ethnologist, Milenko Filipović seemed to have had to deserve a prominent place in the history of Serbian ethnology. That could also be concluded from texts dedicated to him, in which his human and professional qualities are praised. Often, however, he was not appraised on the basis of the analysis of his works but on the basis of an intuitively gained impression. In a large number of texts about Milenko Filipović, written on the occasion of his death, we could learn about his colleagues’ wonder and their exceptional respect for him as a scientific phenomenon; yet, the explanations of his importance reduced for the most part to the quantitative contribution he had made to ethnology in a form of numerous printed works and professional activities he participated in. In merely few texts, the authors tackled Filipović’s works, namely their particular thematically restricted segments, in more detail, stepping deeper into the analyses of Filipović's approaches and procedures he had applied. So, first of all, we have taken into consideration texts which were written about him, i.e. we have portrayed Milenko Filipović from the point of view of the re-creation of impressions he and his written work had on his colleagues. Also, we have tried to reach the goal of the dissertation by, as well, casting light on Milenko Filipović’s own attitude towards ethnology and basic ethnological terms, which we have made an effort to recreate on the basis of his sporadic statements about them, taking notice of what he thought of Jovan Cvijić and Vuk Karadžić, who he thought were the key great men of Serbian ethnology. We have also portrayed Filipović’s eight works, which some colleagues highlighted as his best achievements, all for the purpose of showing what it is that makes his work specific in comparison with other ethnologists of his time and, generally, what his best achievements are like. First of all, the idea was to articulate the impression which Milenko Filipović’s work had made on his colleagues and, in that way, reveal the position he had spontaneously taken in the history of Serbian ethnology, at the same time considering his personal commitments concerning the key notions and persons of the science. ▼ Cilj istraţivanja je bio da ispita efekte opaţenog iskustva disciplinovanja, na uverenja o disciplinovanju dece u mlaĊem odraslom dobu, kao i ulogu uslova i naĉina na koji je roditeljska disciplina sprovoĊena, u relacionom odnosu iskustva i aktuelnih uverenja o disciplinovanju. Iskustva disciplinovanja iz detinjstva su operacionalizovana preko širokog spektra roditeljske korektivne discipline, tj. kaţnjavajućih i nekaţnjavajućih postupaka prilikom korigovanja neprimerenih ponašanja dece. Pored roditeljske disciplinske prakse, okolnosti disciplinovanja su operacionalizovane i preko uslova u okviru kojih je sprovoĊena disciplina (emocionalna klima, partnerski iii konflikti, neefikasnost u disciplinovanju) i naĉina na koji su roditelji korigovali ponašanja dece (toplina i doslednost, fleksibilnost, taktiĉnost/impulsivnost). Uverenja o disciplinovanju su operacionalizovana preko dimenzija pozitivne discipline, kaţnjavajuće discipline, te disciplinovanja uskraćivanjem ljubavi i agresivnošću. U uzorak istraţivanja je ukljuĉeno 276 studenata Univerziteta u Novom Sadu, pri ĉemu je broj studentkinja bio nešto veći i iznosi 55%. Od ukupog broja, 79% ispitanika je odraslo sa oba roditelja, a 64% se izjasnilo da potiĉe iz porodice proseĉnog materijalnog statusa. Najveći broj roditelja ima srednji nivo obrazovanja (majke 64%, oĉevi 68%). Prilikom prikupljanja podataka korišćena je testovna baterija, Inventar dimenzija disciplinovanja - forma za odrasle (Dimensions of Discipline Inventory Adult-recall form - DDI A), ĉiji su autori Straus i Fauchier (2007). Pored procene disciplinskih postupaka roditelja, DDI A omogućava procenu uslova i naĉina koji su bili dominantni u tim situacijama, a vezani su za period detinjstva, kada su ispitanici imali 10 godina, tako da su dobijeni podaci retrospektivne prirode. TakoĊe, bateriju saĉinjava i skala kognitivne procene korektivnih postupaka roditelja prema deci (uverenja o disciplinovanju), te skala sociodemografskih podataka. Kako je DDI A inventar kod nas prvi put upotrebljen upravo za potrebe ovog istraţivanja, pored prevoda instrumenta, sprovedena je i provera strukture i psihometrijskih karakteristika. Rezultati faktorske analize ukazuju na manje stabilnu strukturu instrumenta na domaćem uzorku, u odnosu na originalna istraţivanja, što se moţe pripisati kulturološkim specifiĉnostima roditeljskog disciplinovanja. Psihometrijske karakteristike svih skala u inventaru su zadovoljavajuće. Proverom hipotetskog modela, utvrĊeni su direktni efekti koje demografske karakteristike i iskustvo disciplinovanja ostvaruju na uverenja o disciplinovanju mladih odraslih, a pored toga, utvrĊeni su i moderatorski efekti disciplinskih okolnosti na aktuelna uverenja o kaţnjavajućoj disciplini. ▼ The aim of the dissertation was to establish legal nature of mortgage loan contracts, as well as interconnectedness and interdependence of legal issues that arise from it through a complete analysis of its legal relationships. In this context, the paper not only identifies the complex structure of these relationships, but it also gives the answer to the question whether the mortgage loan agreement has a unique legal nature or not. It is difficult to imagine modern economic life without the loan. By means of a loan free funds of subjects not presently required get directed to subjects who require them. Giving loans, however, is associated with a number of risks, which makes contracting specific loan securities essential. Among the real securities, mortgage (as well as the existing land charge in property rights) is considered the safest means, because the fluctuations in the value of real estate during the loan period are the least, making the mortgage as a pledge right on them the one with the most stable value. When the bank's claim is secured by mortgage, loan contract has the character of mortgage loan contract. It has all the characteristics of the general monetary loan contract. The use of mortgage as a security of bank claims shows significant advantages in relation to using some forms of personal security. Namely, by personal security the bank can not provide itself a privileged settlement in property or part of the property of a person giving a collateral security, being to competition with other, ordinary creditors with past due receivables. For mortgage loans, however, the essence lies in the fact that with the mortgage the bank has acquired the right to privileged settlement from the value of the mortgaged property, and according to rank in the settlement. The easiest way to define motgage loan contract is as a loan contract where the bank's claims as a creditor are secured by mortgage. Motgage loan contract does not have a unique legal nature, it is a complex legal transaction. The analysis shows that within it, theoretically speaking, there are three legal relations. The first is the loan contract, specifically, the cash loan contract. This is the basic legal relation and is crucial for the whole of legal relations that arise in the mortgage loan. Namely, mortgage is accessory collateral, which means that it is legally related to the secured claim. However, the cash credit contract, as the basic legal transaction, does not contain an obligation for beneficiaries to provide a security. To that purpose it is necessary to conclude a new contract, a security contract. This creates another legal relation, between the bank as a creditor and a loan beneficiary or third party as security provider. It can be formed as a separate contract, or it may be just a clause in the loan contract. This contract is an unnamed obligatory contract, and is defined in the dissertation as a contract whereby one party undertakes to provide mortgage as a collateral for the smooth…

▼ Electrodeposition of Fe-Ni alloy powders from ammonium chloride and sodium sulfate containing solutions of different Ni/Fe ions concentration ratios and Mo-Ni-O alloy powders from ammonium chloride and ammonium sulfate containing solutions of different Ni/Mo ions concentration ratios was investigated by the polarization measurements. All polarization curves have the similar shape characterized by two inflection points. The first inflection point corresponds to the beginning of the alloy deposition, which is accompanied with the sharp increase of the current density due to the simultaneous hydrogen evolution reaction, while the second inflection point reflects the moment when the total cathodic process becomes controlled by the rate of the hydrogen bubbles formation. The morphology, chemical and phase composition of the electrodeposited Fe-Ni and Mo-Ni-O alloy powders were examined using SEM, EDS, XRD, DSC, TGA, AAS, TEM and SAED analysis. The morphology of electrodeposited Fe-Ni alloy powders was found to depend on the Ni/Fe ions concentration ratio, as well as on the presence of Fe(III) or Fe(II) ions in the solution. A common characteristic of the morphology of all Fe-Ni alloy powders was the presence of rounded agglomerates and cone shape cavities corresponding to the positions where the hydrogen bubbles were formed. In the powders electrodeposited at the ratio Ni/Fe = 9/1 from both solutions, pagoda like crystals, corresponding to the FeNi3 single phase, were detected. The EDS analysis of alloy powders confirmed anomalous co-deposition of Fe and Ni at all investigated Ni/Fe ratios, being more pronounced using solutions of Fe(III) salt. After annealing in air at 400, 600 and 700°C all alloy powders oxidized forming NiO, NiFe2O4 and Fe2O3 phases in different proportions depending on the original powder composition. The NiFe2O4 phase, one of the most important magnetic materials with wide range of applications, was found to be the dominant one in the sample electrodeposited at Ni/Fe = 1/3 after annealing at 600°C. It was found that the morphology and the chemical composition of the Mo-Ni-O alloy powders were influenced by the Ni/Mo ions concentration ratio. The morphology of the Mo-Ni-O alloy powders is characterized by the presence of two types of rounded agglomerates: agglomerates with compact, relatively smooth surface and agglomerates with rough surface comprised of nanosized crystals. Results of the EDS analysis revealed the presence of up to 70 at. % of oxygen in the deposit as well as the non-homogeneous composition of powder particles. The asdeposited alloy powders were nanocrystalline, showing no peaks in diffractograms. During the stepwise annealing of powders at 300, 400, 500 and 600°C in nitrogen atmosphere the dimension of crystallites increased with increasing the annealing temperature and the peaks corresponding to the MoO3 and NiMoO4 phases appeared in diffractograms already after annealing at 300°C. U radu nastojimo da pokažemo da Hegelovi pojmovi spekulativne logike, povesti i objektivnog duha omogućuju da se u potpunosti shvati Aristotelov pojam praktičkog i njegovo razvijanje. Aristotelova praktčka filozofija bivstvo praktičkog dovodi do pojma=logosa, te vladajući pojam=logos praktičkih stvari, koji nije izvan onog alogičkog=žudnje, omogućuje delatnost=energeiju praktičkog. Pojam=logos praktičkog u Aristotela stoga nema teorijski i retrospektivni karakter u samom praktičkom kako to izvodi hermeneutička filozofija, već upravo jeste suština praktičkog odnošenja koju izlaže i ističe Aristotelova praktička filozofija. Spekulativni pojam onog praktičnog je tačka jedinstva Aristotelove i Hegelove filozofije. Hegel u pojmu političke=unutrašnje države kao običajnosnog organizma prevladava uz očuvanje Aristotelov logos entelehije polisa=pojam dejstvenosti grada-države. Razlika Aristotelove i Hegelove filozofije o praktičkom je povesna, sistemska i logička. Povesna razlika leži u Hegelovom situiranju modernog principa subjektivnosti kao prava posebnosti subjekta na zadovoljenje u pojam građanskog društva sistema filozofije prava, te u sledstvenom specifičnom podruštvljenju kako privatne sfere tako i sfere države. Logička razlika leži u Hegelovom određenju ideje praktičkog saznanja=ideje objektivnog duha i apsolutne ideje u sistemu spekulativne logike.

In the paper we are trying to show that Hegel's concepts of speculative logic, history and objective spirit are enabling us to fully understand Aristotle's concept of practical and its development. Aristotle’s practical philosophy brings the being of practical down to the concept=logos, and the ruling concept=logos, that is not beyond the a-logical=desire, enables the effectiveness=energy of the practical. Therefore, with Aristotle, the concept=logos of practical does not have a historical and retrospective nature in the practical itself the way hermeneutic philosophy derives it, but it is the very essence of the practical relation proposed and accented by Aristotle’s philosophy of practical. Speculative concept of the practical is the point of unity between Aristotle’s and Hegel’s philosophy. Hegel, in the concept of political=inner state as ethical life overrules with retention Aristotle’s logos of polis entelechy=concept of the effectiveness of the city-state. The difference between Aristotle’s and Hegel’s philosophy on practical is historical, systematic and logical. The historical difference is in Hegel’s placement of modern principle of subjectivity as the right of one’s individuality to satisfaction into the concept of civil system of the philosophy of right, and in the specific consequential socialization as both a private affair and a state one. Logical difference is in the Hegel’s specification of the idea of practical cognition=idea of the objective spirit and an absolute idea in the system of speculative logic.

▼ Introduction and aims. It is necessary to use validated questionnaires to test the patient reported health outcomes. Subjective measurements of health, such as quality of life, are focused on impact of the disease and treatment on the life of an individual. Understanding the social dimensions related to the treatment of the disease is of great importance for providing pharmaceutical care services. Identification of the risk factors is of the outmost importance for prevention measures, which belongs to the field of social pharmacy and pharmacy practice. The objectives of this doctoral dissertation were: adaptation of the Osteoporosis Knowledge Assessment Tool for the Serbian female population (OKAT), its application in the research of risk factors, validation of the International Osteoporosis Foundation Quality of Life questionnaire (QUALEFFO- 41) and analysis of the economic feasibility of the osteoporosis treatment with alendronic and ibandronic acid. Methods. Data were collected prospectively within the three studies. Studies were conducted at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Pharmacy, Institute of Rheumatology, University of Belgrade School of Medicine and the Rheumatology Institute Niska Banja, University of Nis Faculty of Medicine. Adaptation of the OKAT questionnaire and its application in the risk factors analysis were carried out by conducting two studies: the study of OKAT questionnaire adaptation which included 250 female participants aged from 18 to 25 years, and the study of the risk factors analysis that included 495 female participants over 25 years of age. The third study, validation study of the QUALEFFO-41 questionnaire, was conducted as a case-control study and included 100 patients with osteoporosis (50 with and 50 without vertebral fractures). EuroQol EQ-5D questionnaire was used for comparison with the QUALEFFO-41 questionnaire results. For the costs of treatment analysis using alendronic or ibandronic acid, the price list of the Republic Fund of Health Insurance was used. Results and discussion. Seven models of the OKAT questionnaire were tested using factor analysis. The last model of 9 questions (OKAT-S) showed the best performance (Chi-square = 31.79, TLI = 0.925, CFI = 0.944 and RMSE = 0.027). This model was accepted as the most suitable model for the young Serbian female population. The same questionnaire has shown satisfactory psychometric properties (Cronbach α = 0.65) in older female population. The QUALEFFO-41 questionnaire has shown satisfactory internal consistency, repeatability, reliability, sensitivity and specificity which indicates that the questionnaire may be used for future research. Value of the quality of life measured by EQ-5D questionnaire may be applied in the cost - effectiveness analysis. According to the results of this analysis, alendronic acid (per os) was the better choice over the ibandronic acid in the treatment of osteoporosis (regardless the presence of vertebral fractures). …

Privatization determines transfer of funds, that were once state-owned or socially-owned, into the private ownership. State- and socially-owned company structures used to be more common and more diverse in former socialist countries than it was the case in western countries. Privatization targets are various and numerous, differing primarily in terms of economic, political and social aspects, but also on macro and micro levels. New Privatization Law was adopted by the Assembly of Serbia in 2001 which thus laid foundations for change strategy of companies' ownership structure. This thesis is about privatization concepts which are in accordance with the law, tender sale and restructuring procedures, and are used as models for company privatization of strategic importance for the Republic of Serbia. Privatization effects are put into broad and narrow prospective of both impact on the overall economic development and the consequences observed on a group of privatized companies of strategic importance within their effectiveness and realization, social aspect (employees) and modernization (investment inflow). One of the above mentioned targets is to provide directions for continuation and selection of further activities regarding successful completion of the privatization process in the Republic Serbia, and that by means of comprehensive observation of the existing results of the privatization of companies of strategic importance and their impact on the structural changes. This thesis puts special emphasis on privatization of public companies, the process which is in initial phase in Serbia, with previous consideration of similar examples from other countries in transition and best practice of the developed western countries.

Privatizacija označava transfer sredstava koja su nekada bila u državnom i društvenom vlasništvu u ruke privatnog sektora. Državna i društvena vlasnička struktura bila je uobičajena i imala je daleko veći broj oblika u bivšim socijalističkim zemljama nego što je to slučaj sa zemljama zapada. Ciljevi privatizacije su raznovrsni i brojni, tako da se razlikuju pre svega ekonomski, politički i socijalni, a zatim ciljevi na makro i mikro nivou. Novi Zakon o privatizaciji usvojila je Skupština Srbije 2001. godine i time postavila temelj svoje strategije svojinskih promena. U radu se govori o konceptima privatizacije u skladu sa zakonom, tenderskoj prodaji i postupcima restrukturiranja, kao modelima za privatizaciju preduzeća od strateškog interesa u Republici Srbiji. Uvod. Uprkos činjenici da je kolostoma intervencija koja se izvodi sa visokim procentom uspešnosti, ona za pacijenta predstavlja narušavanje njegovog fizičkog i psihološkog integriteta, što utiče na predstavu o samom sebi, socijalne i funkcionalne kapacitete i ima veliki uticaj na kvalitet života pacijenta. Ciljevi. Ciljevi istraživanja bili su procena kvaliteta života kod bolesnika sa trajnom kolostomom, procena depresivnosti kod bolesnika sa trajnom kolostomom i procena uticaja depresivnosti na kvalitet života kod bolesnika sa trajnom kolostomom. Metodologija. Istraživanje je bilo dizajnirano po tipu prospektivne studije, sprovedeno u Ambulanti za koloproktologiju Poliklinike Kliničkog centra Vojvodine. U prvoj fazi istraživanja pregledom pacijenata i operacionih lista na Klinici za abdominalnu, endokrinu i transplantacionu hirurgiju Kliničkog centra Vojvodine i broja kolostoma urađenih u periodu između 1.9.2015. godine i 1.8.2016. godine iz operacionih protokola izdvojeni su svi pacijenti kojima je u tom periodu izvedena trajna kolostomija i potom procenjena podobnost za uključivanje u studiju. Ispitanici su anonimno popunjavali upitnik mesec, tri i šest meseci nakon operacije. Instrument se sastojao od nekoliko celina kojima su ispitivani sociodemografski podaci, kvalitet života, skala telesnog izgleda, skala samopoštovanja i Bekova skala depresije. Statistička obrada podataka urađena je u program SPSS for Windows v18. Primenom metoda deskriptivne statistike numeričke kontinuirane varijable prezentovane su kao srednje vrednosti i standardne devijacije (SD) sa rasponom vrednosti, dok su kategorijske varijable prikazane kao apsolutne i relativne vrednosti, odnosno distribucije frekvencija. Za utvrđivanje značajnosti razlika korušćeni su χ2 test za opisne varijable, a za numeričke varijable parametrijski testovi (t-test i jednosmerna analiza varijanse ANOVA) i neparametrijski testovi (Man-Whitney test i Kruskal Wallis test). Za ponovljena merenja (3 meseca i 6 meseci) korišćeni su odgovarajući testovi uparenosti za ponovljena merenja. Rezultati. Vrednosti kvaliteta života imale su statistički značajan porast trećeg i šestog meseca u nakon operativnog izvođenja kolostome u odnosu na anketiranje sprovedeno mesec dana nakon operacije. Skala telesnog izgleda i skala samopoštovanja takođe su imale značajno više vrednosti tri i šest meseci nakon operacije poredeći sa vrednostima mesec dana nakon izvođenja kolostome. Prvog meseca udeo osoba sa depresivnim tegobama iznosio je 57,1%, da bi u narednim fazama istraživanja došlo do značajnog pada (41,1% trećeg i 32,1% šestog meseca). Zaključak. Najlošije vrednosti svih parametara iskazane su mesec dana nakon operacije, ali vremenom dolazi do statističkog porasta vrednosti. Bolesnici koji imaju znake depresivnosti imaju značajno lošiji kvalitet života od bolesnika sa trajnom kolostomom koji nemaju znake depresivnosti.

Cilj ovog rada je bio da se izvrši kontrastivna ana- IZ liza žanra tekstova o klasičnoj muzici na engleskom i srpskom jeziku koja bi omogućila predstavljanje ključnih jezičkih i sadržajnih sličnosti i razlika koje postoje među njima. U sklopu analize, žanr tekstova o klasičnoj muzici je sagledan i predstavljen kroz različite aspekte, a obavljena je i opsežna jezička analiza korpusa tekstova iz žanra, posebno za tekstove na engleskom jeziku i za one na srpskom. Nakon toga, obavljena je kontrastivna analiza, pomoću koje su uporedno sagledani rezultati dobijeni analizom žanra. Rezultati dobijeni u ovom radu mogu naći primjenu u četiri različita područja: u lingvističkim teorijama iz oblasti analize žanra i kontrastivne analize, pri upotrebi i kreiranju tekstova o klasičnoj muzici u okviru diskursne zajednice profesionalnih muzičara, prevođenju tekstova o klasičnoj muzici sa engleskog jezika na srpski i obrnuto i u nastavi engleskog jezika struke na visokoobrazovnim institucijama iz oblasti muzičke umjetnosti.

The aim of the paper was to perform a contrastive AB genre analysis of texts on classical music in English and Serbian which would enable the presentation of key linguistic similarities and differences which exist between them. Within the analysis, the genre of texts on classical music was observed and presented through different aspects, and a comprehensive linguistic analysis of texts from the genre was performed as well, separately for texts in English and the ones in Serbian. After that, a contrastive analysis was performed, and by means of it the results obtained by the genre analysis were viewed comparatively. The results obtained in this paper introduce the genre of texts on classical music in the literature dedicated to genre analysis and contrastive analysis and can be applied in four different areas: linguistic theories dedicated to genre analysis and contrastive analysis, use and creation of texts on classical music within the discourse community of professional musicians, translation of texts on classical music from English to Serbian and vice versa and ESP teaching at highe

Uvod. Rak debelog creva predstavlja 9,7% svih malignih bolesti u svetu, i drugi ili treći je po učestalosti u onkološkoj strukturi obolevanja, u zavisnosti od pola. Skrining, ili sekundarna prevencija populacije u prosečnom riziku ima centralnu ulogu u kontroli kolorektalnog karcinoma. Cilj. Utvrditi nivo znanja, stavove i ponašanje u odnosu na rak debelog creva i njihov uticaj na odaziv na skrining raka debelog creva, u zavisnosti od primenjenog modela skrininga. Materijal i metode. U istraživanje je pozvano 1.213 osoba oba pola, starosti 50-74 godine, za učešće u studiji znanja, stavova i ponašanja (KAP studija) u odnosu na rak debelog creva, popunjavanjem upitnika (Sessa A). Formirane su tri grupe prema modelu skrininga: populacioni - model 0; oportuni skrining uz kontakt ispitanika sa medicinskim osobljem, bez dodatnih informacija o bolesti, skriningu i testu – model 1; oportuni skrining kada se uz kontakt sa medicinskim osobljem dobija informacija o bolesti i skriningu, uz prikaz izvođenja testa - model 2. U ovoj studiji je kao skrining metoda korišćen imunološki test stolice -Wondfo FOB.Obrada podataka je rađena statističkim programom SPSS (version 13). Značajnost razlika je testirana parametrijskim (t-test, ANOVA) i neparametrijskim (Mann-Whitney U test) testovima, dok se komparacija kategoričkih varijabli vršila χ² testom i Fisher Exact testom. Test-retest analiza je rađena Cohen's Kappa testom. Rezultati. Od 1.213 pozvanih, 666 (55%) osoba je prihvatilo učešće u KAP studiji. Više od polovine (54,5%) ispitanika ima ukupan skor znanja manji od 50%. Nivo znanja, sociodemografske karakteristike, procena sopstvenog rizika obolevanja, stav u odnosu na korist testa, stepen sopstvenog rizika obolevanja i mogućnosti prevencije raka debelog creva, nisu faktori koji utiči na participaciju u skriningu kolorektalnog karcinoma. Najvažniji faktor za učešće u skriningu u ovom istraživanju je kontakt i razgovor sa lekarom o bolesti, prevenciji i skrining testu.Odaziv u skrining, u odnosu na celokupno pozvanu populaciju je 51,2%. Od ispitanika koji su popunili anketni upitnik, participacija u skriningu je 93,4%. Statistički značajno manji odaziv u skriningu je u modelu 0 (12%) i modelu 1 (6%) u odnosu na model 2 (1%). Zaključak. Poznavanje bolesti, faktora rizika i mogućnosti prevencije generalno je oskudno, ali ne utiče na participaciju u skriningu. Faktor koji utiče na visok odaziv u skrining kolorektalnog karcinoma je kontakt i razgovor sa medicinskim osobljem, pre svega sa lekarom.

▼ УВОД: Нeпрaвилнa исхрaнa и нeдoвoљнa физичкa aктивнoст припaдajу групи нajзнaчajниjих здрaвствeнo-ризичних пoнaшaњa шкoлскe дeцe. Незадовољавајући трендови стања ухрањености и физичке активности деце школског узраста у Србији намећу потребу креирања и евалуације програма за унапређење исхране и физичке активности деце. Према искуствима других земаља, најефективнији програми унапређења исхране и физичке активности деце су програми који комбинују учење кроз наставни програм и утицај на родитеље или школску средину. Унапређење исхране и физичке активности у школама у Србиjи спрoвoди сe углaвнoм крoз краткотрајне кампање, промоције правилне исхране и физичке активности чији резултати нису евалуирани. У образовном систему Р. Србије не придаје се довољно значаја садржајима везаним за правилну исхрану и физичку активност у највећој мери због оптерећења наставника и ученика другим наставним предметима и садржајима. Интегрисана едукације деце и родитеља прeдстaвљa jeдaн нaчин нa кojи сe мoжe oргaнизoвaти едукација о исхрани и физичкој активности у нижим рaзрeдимa oснoвнe шкoлe, бeз дoдaтнoг oптeрeћeњa учeникa и aнгaжoвaњa нaстaвникa. ЦИЉЕВИ: Циљеви овог рада били су да се утврди да ли интегрисана едукација деце о исхрани и физичкој активности може значајно да унапреди знање и навике деце везане за исхрану и физичку активност, те стање ухрањености деце узраста 7 до 10 година. МАТЕРИЈАЛ И МЕТОДЕ: У истрaживaњу су употребљене мeтoде eкспeримeнтa сa пaрaлeлним групaмa, дескриптивна и аналитичка метода. У истраживање су укључена деца узраста 7 до 10 година из две основне школе у Сомбору. Формирање узорка вршено је по принципу једнофазног кластер узорковања. Нeзaвисне вaриjaбле истраживања биле су едукација деце о исхрани и физичкој активности и едукација родитеља о исхрани и физичкој активности. Зависне варијабле истраживања чинили су: ниво знања дeцe o прaвилнoj исхрaни и физичкoj aктивнoсти, навике у исхрани, одлике породичне исхране, физичка активност, седентарно понашање и стaњe ухрaњeнoсти дeцe. Утврђивање навика у исхрани, стања физичке активности, стања ухрањености деце и одлика породичне исхране у експерименталној групи спроведено је пре (термин Т1) и по завршетку примене едукације деце и родитеља (термин Т2). Утврђивање нивоа знања о правилној исхрани и физичкој активности спроведено је пре (термин Т1), по завршетку (термин Т2) и два месеца после примене интегрисане едукације деце и родитеља (термин Т3). Утврђивање значајних разлика између Е и К групе у терминима Т1, Т2 и Т3 вршено је применом χ2 теста за категоријске податке, Mann Whitney U теста за нумеричке непараметријске варијабле односно t-теста за параметријске варијабле. ▼ The aim of the current scientific research is: to contribute to better understanding of the EU law terminology in the Republic of Serbia, to study the influence of EU secondary law and primary law on the Serbian legislation system and the laws of the Republic of Serbia and to establish the actual status in the field of the EU laws adoption and application in Serbia. The used research methods include: legislative (normative) method, the content analysis method, the case study method, interpretation of the general normative of the EU legislation, with linguistic and logical interpretation, historiographic method and specific scientific methods - including analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, abstraction and generalization. The application of the Lisbon Agreement has already started in the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Unfortunately, it is frequently done inappropriately, or the legislator implements parts of the primary law referring to the regulations which have no direct legal connection with the law contents. The regulations of the European Union are inappropriate for the direct application in the Republic of Serbia. First of all, because they are totally obligatory, and only for the EU member states. On the other hand, the Serbian legislator is not able to fulfill the too ambitious deadline, the year 2012, for the general synchronizing with Acquis Communautaire. It is also clear that the deadline for the SAA, the year 2014, cannot be fulfilled. Such conclusion is drawn from the fact that the screening by the European Commission has not started yet. With the application of Acquis Communautaire, the coherence of the legal system in the Republic of Serbia will be infringed. In that context, it is necessary to synchronize regulations, instructions, and other parts of Acquis Communautaire with the Serbian legislature, as well as with the part of the Serbian legal system which does not refer to Acquis Communautaire. The coherence of a legal system is only possible with the correct application of the principles of subsidiarity and appreciation of the precedence of the domestic law. Or, on the basis of the principle of the subsidiarity of Acquis Communautaire (similar to Germany), it must be treated as a derived legal order of secondary importance in regard to the domestic one, especially in the areas of Criminal Law, Defense, Tax Policies, Information, Budget, and Public Acquisitions, as well as the control of the State aid. Acquis Communnautaire is applied in the Republic of Serbia mainly indirectly, but in some regulations directly as well. The direct effects of the EU law (regulations and instructions) in the Republic of Serbia are not possible, and this is why there are no subjective rights or obligations for the Serbian legislature and administration. The direct effects can exist only in member states. ▼ The European Union (EU) is a specific international organization with the power to adopt decisions that are binding not only to member states, but also to natural and legal persons on its territory. In addition, the EU is empowered to adopt binding acts in a vast number of areas that were exclusive domain of sovereign states in the near past. These characteristics make the legal system of the EU very specific, very developed and hence very complex. This is the reason why countries aspiring to be members of the EU must approximate their legal systems with the legal system of the EU, as a precondition that enables them to become member states. Approximation of legislation is the only way to enable the candidate country to take full advantage of all rights and honor all commitments that membership brings. The scope of this dissertation encompasses the process of approximation of the legal system of a country aspiring to become a member state of the EU, until the moment of accession. On the other hand, it does not cover the process of approximation after the accession to the EU, because then the process develops different characteristics, dynamics and methodology. General hypothesis of the dissertation that is being proven is that a country in the process of accession applies the law of the European Communities or acquis communautaire, before the moment of its official accession to the EU. In other words, the process of approximation is, in fact, the process of application of the acquis communautaire before joining the EU. Acceding country must prove its willingness and capability to implement acquis communautaire in order to become a member of the EU. That must be proven in the course of accession, before joining the EU. Speaking de iure, until accession, a country implements its own legislation and acquis communautaire as foreign law, but de facto, through approximation the country implements acquis communautaire disguised in the form of national legal acts. The dissertation aims to prove that proper implementation of the acquis communautaire in the legal order of the acceding country is a condition for membership and not a result of the accession. Author defines which part of acts adopted by the EU constitute the need for legal approximation that require legislative activity of the country, i.e.what is acquis communautaire which falls under the scope of this work. Author also defines, but doesn’t examine in the scope of this dissertation, which part of those acts create an obligation of the country to harmonize its politics and policies with EU politics and policies, creating a political obligation of the acceding country, but not a legal one. За потребе поређења скупова података осмишљен је приступ поређењу који се заснива на употреби графова. У овом приступу развијене су две врсте графовских представа: представе вредности које описују скуп података и представе разлика које описују разлике између две представе вредности. У испитивањима приступа над синтетичким и реалним скуповима података, показано је да је кроз визуално истраживање представа разлика и примену помоћних поступака обраде могуће уочити корисне обрасце који приказују разлике између представа вредности, а посредно и између скупова података описаних путем ових представа вредности.

Za potrebe poređenja skupova podataka osmišljen je pristup poređenju koji se zasniva na upotrebi grafova. U ovom pristupu razvijene su dve vrste grafovskih predstava: predstave vrednosti koje opisuju skup podataka i predstave razlika koje opisuju razlike između dve predstave vrednosti. U ispitivanjima pristupa nad sintetičkim i realnim skupovima podataka, pokazano je da je kroz vizualno istraživanje predstava razlika i primenu pomoćnih postupaka obrade moguće uočiti korisne obrasce koji prikazuju razlike između predstava vrednosti, a posredno i između skupova podataka opisanih putem ovih predstava vrednosti.

In order to support data set comparison, a graph-based approach to comparison was devised. In this approach, two types of graph-based representations were introduced: value representations that represent a data set and difference representations that represent differences between two value representations. The results of approach evaluations on synthetic and real data sets indicate that, by visually exploring difference representations and applying auxiliary procedures, it is possible to discover useful patterns which describe differences between two value representations and, consequently, differences between the data sets corresponding to the value representations.

У овој дисертацији разматране су објективне мере процене квалитета слике и видеа са потпуним и делимичним референцирањем на изворни сигнал. За потребе евалуације квалитета развијене су поуздане, рачунски ефикасне мере, засноване на очувању информација о градијенту. Мере су тестиране на великом броју тест слика и видео секвенци, различитих типова и степена деградације. Поред јавно доступних база слика и видео секвенци, за потребе истраживања формиране су и нове базе видео секвенци са преко 300 релевантних тест узорака. Поређењем доступних субјективних и објективних скорова квалитета показано је да је објективна евалуација квалитета веома сложен проблем, али га је могуће решити и доћи до високих перформанси коришћењем предложених мера процене квалитета слике и видеа.

U ovoj disertaciji razmatrane su objektivne mere procene kvaliteta slike i videa sa potpunim i delimičnim referenciranjem na izvorni signal. Za potrebe evaluacije kvaliteta razvijene su pouzdane, računski efikasne mere, zasnovane na očuvanju informacija o gradijentu. Mere su testirane na velikom broju test slika i video sekvenci, različitih tipova i stepena degradacije. Pored javno dostupnih baza slika i video sekvenci, za potrebe istraživanja formirane su i nove baze video sekvenci sa preko 300 relevantnih test uzoraka. Poređenjem dostupnih subjektivnih i objektivnih skorova kvaliteta pokazano je da je objektivna evaluacija kvaliteta veoma složen problem, ali ga je moguće rešiti i doći do visokih performansi korišćenjem predloženih mera procene kvaliteta slike i videa.

This thesis presents an investigation into objective image and video quality assessment with full and reduced reference on original (source) signal. For quality evaluation purposes, reliable, computational efficient, gradient-based measures are developed. Proposed measures are tested on different image and video datasets, with various types of distorsions and degradation levels. Along with publicly available image and video quality datasets, new video quality datasets are maded, with more than 300 relevant test samples. Through comparison between available subjective and objective quality scores it has been shown that objective quality evaluation is highly complex problem, but it is possible to resolve it and acchieve high performance using proposed quality measures.

▼ Introduction. Alphahydroxyacids (AHAs) represent the class of actives in border-line topical products - cosmeceuticals/dermocosmetics. Although AHAs exhibit multiple benefits to the skin, the application of cosmeceuticals containing "old generation" AHAs representatives is often limited due to their compromising safety profile, particularly when they are incorporated into unsuitable vehicle. There is a growing need for research into new skin- and environmentally-friendly actives and surfactants in the field of cosmetics; it is claimed that "new generation" AHAs, particularly lactobionic acid (LA), could be used as safer alternatives to "old" ones, while natural alkyl polyglucoside (APG) emulsifiers are in the focus of current researches as well. There is a lack of studies, complying with the Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, which clarify the efficacy and safety of topical application of LA per se or LA incorporated into APG-based emulsions. Aim. The aim of this study was to 1) formulate physically stable emulsions, similar to real pharmaceuticals/dermocosmetic vehicles, with or without LA, based on different mixed APG surfactants varying in the alkyl chain length; 2) assess the colloidal structure of the emulsions; 3) assess the main aspects of the efficacy and safety of investigated dermocosmetic APG-based emulsions containing LA, and compare them with the same aspects of APG-based emulsions containing glycolic acid (GA, old generation AHA). The appropriate tests were performed according to the requirements of the EC legislation, in order to investigate both LA and APGs as alternative cosmeceutical compounds. Methods. In the first phase, physicochemical properties and colloidal structure of the APG-based emulsions (with and without 6% LA) were assessed using continual and oscillatory rheology, polarization and transmission electron microscopy, pH and conductivity measurements, rheology, thermal (differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetric analysis), texture analysis; the LA content was determined by HPLC. In the second phase of the study in vitro (skin irritation test - cytotoxicity assay on reconstructed epidermis) and in vivo methods (biophysical methods) were employed in safety assessment. The efficacy was determined in vivo (biophysical methods) and in vitro (as antioxidant potential using 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and lipid peroxidation inhibition assays). In the third phase, physicochemical stability, safety and efficacy aspects of selected APG-based emulsions containing 10% of LA were determined using the above methods. Results. ▼ The purpose of this dissertation is to analyse the institute of corporate criminal liability. The introduction of a rule by which not only natural but also legal persons (who have achieved or could have achieved unlawful material gain from an illegal act) could be punished by criminal sanctions is an important change in legal systems based on the continental European tradition. The legislation of most European countries (with the exception of some, such as Germany and Italy, which still oppose corporate criminal liability on principle) have been reformed (in the second half of the 20th century and especially in the last 30 years) in order to include norms of corporate criminal liability. The fact that a large number of states have decided to start punishing corporations with criminal sanctions is the result of an objective examination of social reality, which has unequivocally shown that serious crimes are continually committed on behalf of and for the gain of legal persons, and that those acts inflict serious damage to states, society and individuals. The problem of corporate crime and the legal response to it has become a global and regional issue, which has led to the adoption of many conventions and other legal documents that commit or recommend the signatory states to introduce efficient sanctions for corporate crimes. Serbian legislation introduced corporate criminal liability in late 2008, after it was adopted in most European legislations, including all former Yugoslav states. Nonetheless, four years after the adoption of the Corporate Criminal Liability Act, not a single legal proceeding against a legal person charged with committing a criminal act has been conducted. Bearing this in mind, a serious issue arises: is our legal system capable of providing an adequate response to corporate crime challenges? The problem described above could be divided into a series of questions and dilemmas (which range from questions of principle to almost purely practical matters) which demand academic examination and explication. The main objective of this dissertation is to provide a serious and academic analysis of corporate criminal liability in Serbian legislation, to highlight its advantages and disadvantages, and also to consider the extent to which it has been harmonized with international recommendations, comparative legislations, and leading theoretical approaches. Having this objective in mind, the introductory part of the dissertation analyses the criminological dimension of the phenomenon in order to show the extent of the social danger that it entails. The author also provides arguments in favour of and against punishing corporations with criminal sanctions, bearing the criminological facts in mind. The author then discusses different theoretical approaches and models of corporate criminal liability, considering the validity of their arguments and their practical applicability. Hemija - Hemija životne sredine / Chemistry - Environmental Chemistry

U okviru ove disertacije ispitana je degradacija 4CP (para-hlorfenol), reaktivnih azo boja i ibuprofena primenom unapređenih oksidacionih procesa (eng. Advanced Oxidation Processes, AOP) kao što su Fentonov reagens, DBD reaktor (eng. Dielectric Barrier Discharge) i elektrohemijske degradacije. Efikasnost degradacija zagađujućih organskih supstanci optimizovana je dodatkom homogenog katalizatora (Fe2+ ili H2O2) u reaktor, primenom različitih elektrodnih materijala ili variranjem vremena tretmana. Dekolorizacija (%) je praćena UV-VIS tehnikom, efikasnost degradacije je praćena jonskom hromatografijom (IC) i HPLC tehnikom. Identifikacija glavnih proizvoda degradacije, kao i mehanizmi degradacije određeni su LC-MS (TOF) tehnikom. Efikasnost mineralizacije je određena preko TOC vrednosti. Tretman netermalnom plazmom (eng. non-thermal plasma NTP) u DBD reaktoru je ispitan tokom degradaciji 4CP do biodegradabilnijih i manje toksičnih intermedijera. Eksperimentalni rad je organizovan u tri sistema za degradaciju 4CP: DBD, DBD/H2O2 i DBD/Fe2+. Praćena je efikasnost degrdacije 4CP u funkciji broja prolaza kroz DBD reaktor, kao i količini unete energije po jedinici zapremine rastvora (gustina energije, kJ/L). Koncentracija 4CP, kao i koncentracija pojedinih proizvoda degradacije merena je nakon svakog prolaza. Koncentracije proizvoda degradacije 4CP kao što su sirćetna, mravlja ili oksalna kiselina, bile su niže u sistemu gde je kao katalizator upotrebljeno gvožđe DBD/Fe2+ u poređenju sa sistemom gde je kao katalizator primenjen vodonik-peroksid DBD/H2O2. Koncentracija hlorida u sva tri sistema je rasla tokom procesa degradacije. Najviša koncentracija hlorida, zabeležena je u sistemu sa dodatkom Fe2+ kao katalizatora. Procena toksičnosti početnog rastvora 4CP, kao i rastvora tretiranih u sva tri sistema ispitana je pomoću A.salina. U odnosu na početni (netretirani) rastvor 4CP, nakon tretmana DBD/Fe2+ porcenat preživelih larvi A. salina se povećao za 95%. Degradacija reaktivnih azo boja (RG15, RY125 i RB52) je ispitana primenom EAOP (eng. Eletrochemical Advance Oxidation Processes) tehnika u nepodeljenoj dvoelektrodnoj ćeliji, gde je kao anoda primenjena Fišerova platinska elektroda, a kao katoda korišćena je Pd, Zr ili C elektroda. Najefikasniji sistem za degradaciju RG15 i RY125 je bio Pt-Pd sistem, dok je za RB52 to bio Pt-Zr sistem. Ekotoksikološki efekat za boje RG15 i RY125 bio je najniži ili nije detektovan u rastvoru boje nakon Pt-Pd tretmana. U slučaju RB52, uočeno je da se ekotoksikološki efekat uvećava i na A.salina i na V.fischeri nakon EAOP tretmana. U slučaju degradacije ibuprofena, nakon 15 min tretmana dodatak homogenog katalizatora je poboljšao NTP tretman i doprineo efikasnosti degradacije ibuprofena (99%), kao i mineralizaciji zagađujuće supstance u odnosu na DBD i Fentonov proces (oko 80%). ▼ The goal of this work was to develop an adsorption based microelectronic sensor along with the technology for its production. The sensor is intended for environmental pollution monitoring and applications in the industrial processes. The sensor was fabricated by the equipment available at the IHTM CMTM, Belgrade, Serbia and tested on a set-up which allows for precise tuning of mercury vapor concentration in the sensor chamber. The sensor was tested for different concentrations of mercury vapor in the range from 4 to 200 μg/m3. Mercury vapor was mixed with pure nitrogen and by this mixing various concentrations were achieved. The operating current in all of the experiments was held at 10 mA. The sensor was operating in the constant current mode. The input voltage was (5 ± 0,1) V which corresponds to a Wheatstone bridge resistance of (500 ± 10) . Together with this, the sensor is tested on a concentration of 14 g/m3 which corresponds to the mercury vapor pressure on 20 0C. The complete cycle of the sensor measurement and restoration is presented. Within this thesis, a method for the sensor readout for maximum sensitivity is developed. The readout procedure for the maximum sensitivity lowers the detection threshold below the value of 0.18 μg/m3 which is five times lower than the previously reported result and enables utilisation of the sensor for detection of low pollution levels. The sensor is improved in the sense of a new readout procedure which enables continuous monitoring of the mercury vapor concentration. Previous attempts to solve this problem were based on the deployment of the diffusion filter which is used to form specific gradient of the mercury vapor concentration in front of the sensor surface. In this dissertation it is shown that knowing temporal value of the output voltage and derivative of the output voltage over time is sufficient for the continuous sensor readout. In this way the key problem for the practical application of the sensor is resolved. All details of the fabrication are thoroughly explained, so based on this guidance it is posssible to reproduce fabrication process by having the appropriate equipment. A survey of the methods and sensors for mercury vapor detection is given in this dissertation. A special attention is given to the sensors based on surface adsorption process. This is due to the fact that the sensor developed within the course of this work operates on the same principle. General data about physical and chemical properties of the mercury are given along with the influence of mercury as a pollutant to the human environment.
