Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výpočtem parametrů tepelného schématu a vytvořením bilančních schémat pro zimní a letní provoz zařízení. Následuje P&I diagram s hlavním příslušenstvím a označení tohoto příslušenství systémem KKS. Toto příslušenství bylo použito v předešlém tepelném schématu. Hlavní částí diplomové práce je ovšem podrobný výpočet teplosměnné plochy kondenzátoru s návrhem trubkového svazku včetně základních rozměrů kondenzátoru. V neposlední řadě je v práci proveden i výpočet hydraulických ztrát kondenzátoru.; The aim of this Diploma thesis is calculating the parameters of the heat balance diagram as well as creating balance sheet for winter and summer operation. In one of the first parts, the reader is acquainted with two P&I diagrams containing main accessories, which are also used in the heat scheme, KKS marking system is used to name the acces-sories. The main part of the thesis consists of a detailed calculation of the heat transfer surface of the condenser with design of the tube bundle including the main dimensions of the condenser. Last but not least, the calculations of the hydraulic losses of condenser are included in the thesis. Advisors/Committee Members: Fiedler, Jan (advisor).

Socialsekreterare är en utsatt yrkesgrupp med ansträngd arbetssituation. Inom kommunerna arbetar även inhyrd personal, socionomkonsulter. Studien syftade till att undersöka skillnaderna i den psykosociala arbetsmiljön mellan socialsekreterare och socionomkonsulter avseende socialt stöd mellan kollegor och chef, uppmuntrande ledarskap och socialt klimat. Det gjordes en webbenkät, utifrån QPS Nordic 34+, där 26 Socialsekreterare och 11 Socionomkonsulter svarade (n=37). På grund av få deltagare har några generella slutsatser inte varit möjliga. Dock visade studien vissa skillnader mellan gruppernas skattningar gällande stöd från kollega och chef samt socialt klimat. Detta är i linje med tidigare forskning som visar att inhyrd personal har färre sociala kontakter än fast anställda. Socialsekreterarna skattade högre än referensdata avseende socialt stöd. Flera andra faktorer påverkar dock den psykosociala arbetsmiljön och vidare studier behövs. 

Social workers are an exposed profession due to strained working situation. The municipalities also use temporary agency workers in social authority work. The purpose of the study was to investigate the differences in the psychosocial work environment between regular social workers and agency social workers regarding social support between colleagues and managers, encouraging leadership and social climate. A web survey, QPS Nordic 34+ was done. 26 regular social workers and 11 agency social workers participated (n=37). Since it was few participants it has not been able to make any general conclusions. Significant differences were found for support from colleague and manager and social climate. Regular social workers estimated higher than reference data on the variables included in social support. Several other variables than social support affects the psychosocial work environment and further studies are needed.

Part I:Bradykinin B2 receptor deleted mice (<i>Bdkrb2-/-</i>) have delayed carotid artery thrombosis times and prolonged tail bleeding times due to elevated angiotensin II (AngII) and angiotensin receptor 2 (AT2R) producing increased plasma nitric oxide and prostacyclin (Blood 2006;108:192). <i>Bdkrb2-/-</i> also have elevated plasma angiotensin-(1-7) and mRNA and protein for its receptor Mas. Blockade of Mas with its antagonist A-779 shortens <i>Bdkrb2-/-</i> thrombosis times, bleeding times and lowers plasma nitrate, and 6-keto-PGF1a. <i>Bdkrb2-/-</i> platelets express increased NO, cGMP and cAMP. They have reduced spreading on collagen and peptide GFOGER that is corrected by <i>in vivo</i> A-779 or combined L-NAME and nimesulide treatment. <i>Bdkrb2-/-</i> platelets have reduced CRP-induced integrin a2bß3 activation and P-selectin expression that are corrected by A-779 or nimesulide treatment. Transplantation of wild type bone marrow into <i>Bdkrb2-/-</i> hosts produces platelets with a spreading defect and delayed thrombosis times. Transplantation of <i>Bdkrb2-/-</i> bone marrow into wild type hosts produces platelets with normal spreading and thrombosis times. In <i>Bdkrb2-/-</i> combined AT2R and Mas over-expression produce thrombosis delay due to elevated prostacyclin and NO and reduced collagen-induced platelet activation. <i>in vivo</i>, vascular Mas and AT2R levels increase upon bradykinin B2 receptor deletion to reduce arterial thrombosis risk.Part II:Prekallikrein (PK) is the precursor for plasma kallikrein (KK). Recent studies show that PK deficiency is associated with reduced thrombosis risk without affecting hemostasis. However, the precise in vivo mechanism for thrombosis protection in <i>Klkb1-/-</i> mice is not known. Our investigations show that <i>Klkb1-/-</i> mice have delayed carotid occlusion time on the rose bengal and ferric chloride thrombosis model. <i>Klkb1-/-</i> plasma has defective contact activation-induced thrombin generation time (TGT) that partially corrects upon prolonged incubation. However, in two models of lethal contact activation-induced pulmonary thromboembolism by collagen/epinephrine or long chain polyphosphate, <i>Klkb1-/-</i> mice, unlike <i>F12-/-</i> mice, do not have a survival advantage over WT mice,. <i>Klkb1-/-</i> mice have reduced plasma BK levels and reduced renal B2R mRNA. Similar to our observation in <i>Bdkrb2-/-</i> mice, <i>Klkb1-/-</i> mice have a compensatory over-expression of renal Mas receptor. Mas antagonist A-779 shortens thrombosis times in <i>Klkb1-/-</i> to normal. The thromboprotective mechanism in <i>Klkb1-/-</i> is mediated by increased plasma prostacyclin producing elevated aortic sirtuin-1 (Sirt1) and KLF-4 with down-regulated aortic tissue factor (TF).
