La presente tesis aborda la temática del Diseño Industrial y los estímulos de tipo sensorial, perceptivo y emocional que las personas que utilizan los productos reciben en su experiencia de uso. Dichos estímulos, tales como el ajuste preciso en el funcionamiento de un mecanismo, la suavidad de una superficie, el ruido adecuado al cerrar una puerta, etc., se captan mediante los sentidos, se perciben y despiertan en el usuario emociones y reacciones, generando una relación con los objetos más allá del uso básico y práctico, llevando a preferirlos entre otros productos con prestaciones primarias similares, asociándolos a experiencias gratas, e incluso a evocar experiencias de vida a través de los productos que se utilizan. Este ámbito, enmarcado dentro de la disciplina del Diseño Industrial, pero también en la psicología, el marketing, la neurociencia y otras áreas, es enfocado actualmente de muy diversas formas. Así enfoques como la “Ingeniería Kansei”, el “Diseño Emocional”, el “Diseño para la Experiencia”, el “Análisis Sensorial”, son algunos modos y métodos de analizar y definir el tema, y se utilizan cada vez más en las grandes empresas. Esta tesis analiza diversos enfoques y metodologías de aplicación de este tipo de factores en el proceso de Diseño y desarrollo de productos y propone algunas herramientas adecuadas para su integración en las micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MiPyMEs). <i>This study analyzes and it contrasts the presence of the most excellent aspects in the Emotional Education, in the curricular design and in the educational practice of the primary education. For that which, five basic axes settled down: emergence of the emotions, emotional reactivity, emotional expression, makes aware emotional and generation of the self-regulation processes. In the mark referencial the emotional socialization is revised in the family and school environment. The family and the school share, sometimes of asymmetric way, the socialization and formation of social abilities and emotional competitions. Also, diverse authors confirm that to more development emotional, better social abilities. Thinks about the development of the concept of emotional intelligence, where the educational socialization has exalted the rationality like quality definite of the mankind believing that its potencies would lead inevitably to the control of the emotions. In the expert that the intelligence is the capacity to solve problems adapting to the circumstances. On the other hand, it is the conceptualization of emotional intelligence from the postulates of the main contemporary authors, Salovey and Mayer, Bar-On, Saarni, Goleman and others. Whose contributions allow to establish the categories of analysis of this investigation and, they sustain the basic premise that the school environment and relative should be conceived as a space of emotional socialization with bidirectional interactions that condition the educational atmosphere, the learning processes and the acquisition of abilities and emotional competitions. Finally, it is observed how the LOGSE, it picks up this position and like these competitions are developed in the different educational programs. In consequence, it is studied how they are contemplated in the LOGSE the theoretical foundations of the curriculum, the structure and objectives of the Design Curricular Base, the Curricular Project of Centre and the classroom programming. As for the empiric part, the investigation is structured defining the problem in four questions: Which are the contents of the emotional education that are considered in the currículum of primary education?; do differences Exist in the content of emotional education in the curricular designs settled down by the M.E.C. and the Generalitat of Catalunya?; What elements of the educational practice do they constitute indirect influences in the socialization of the emotional competitions?; and How is he/she related the faculty's educational style with the emotional dimension of the educational practice?. To sum up the empiric design, by means of the methodology of content analysis, the inclusion of the emotional education is examined in the design curricular base proposed by the Ministry of Education and the adaptation on the same one proposed by the Generalitat of Catalunya. The purpose of this doctoral dissertation was to determine the possible effect that a music therapy intervention can have on three battered women, through three case studies (Case A, B, and C). In Study 1, which main purpose was to determine the effect of the intervention for each of the case studies, quantitative methodology was used to measure the variables of self-esteem, depression and assertivity, before and after the treatment through standardized questionnaires (Autoconcepto Forma 5, AF-5, García i Musitu, 2001; Escala de Habilidades Sociales, EHS, Gismero, 2002; and Cuestionario Estructural Tetradimensional para la Depresión, Forma Breve and Escala para el seguimiento CET-DE, Alonso-Fernández, 1995). AIso, observation fonns and diaries were used for daily follow-up. In Study 2, which looked at the process, qualitative methodology was used, specifically the Grounded Theory method (Glaser i Strauss, 1967) which has allowed to observe the dimensions on the maltreatment that carne out from the conversations between therapist-patient, and the relationship between these dimensions and the specific music therapy techniques used. Also, the process followed by de dimensions throughout the treatment, for each of the case studies, was analyzed. The intervention included a total of 12 l-hour sessions in which several music therapy techniques were used. The subject of case study A received a total of 13 sessions; the subject of case study B, 8, and the subject of case study C, 3, after which the subject returned to the intimate partner's home. Results of Study l showed improvements for Case A, self-esteem: 20, 24% (test); 31,11% (observation form); depression: 41,38% and 10,64%; assertivity: 11,2% and 21,93%. For Case B, improvements were observed in the depression variable: 33,33% (test in the follow-up); 3,83% observation form. However, it was not possible to measure changes in the post-test for self-esteem and assertivity. For Case C, no post-test measures were obtained for any of the three variables. Study 2 offered six dimensions related to the maltreatment for the three cases: body, spiritual, metacomunication therapeutic relation, interpersonal, social-cultural and emotional cognitive, and a positive evolution was observed in the patients' verbalizations throughout the sessions, in Cases A and B. In Case C, a certain regression was observed in the aspects treated since it was an example of a return to the intimate partner's home after three sessions. In regards to the music therapy techniques used, it is stressed for the three cases, the relationship between the use of role-playing and the appearance of the body dimension; the use of guided imagery with drawing with the emergence of the spiritual dimension; and the use of music auditions with the dimension of metacomunication therapeutic relation.
