In the first part, this bachelor thesis deal about problems, which are connected together with measurement of blood saturation by oxigen. In this thesis is introduced description of various methods, but as the main problem is a pulse oximetry. In the second part is examination of different conditions which can create error in oxigen blood saturation measurement. These conditions has been tested to volunteers. This bachelor thesis deals with the measurement and regulation of oxygen in the atmosphere and in liquid inside incubators for cell culture. It is based on specified requirements and parameters set by the Laboratory of the Biophysics of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication of BUT (FEKT VUT). In the theoretical part, types and principles of sensors are described. The theoretical part describes the types and principles of the sensors. The main part of the thesis is focused on the design and subsequent realization of oxygen sensor using a microcontroller.
