▼ Kan man producera brännbar gas av biobränsle i en småskalig anläggning? Kan detta göras till en rimlig kostnad? Är det möjligt för en privatperson installera förgasningsanläggningen själv eller krävs det en fackman? Skulle man kunna göra gas av sitt trädgårdsavfall? Svaret på dessa frågor är ja, det går. Men om man vill göra det på ett säkert och miljövänligt sätt är svaret tyvärr nej. Detta gäller i alla fall den anläggningen som detta arbete handlar om. Tack vare Compower i Lund så kunde jag få tillgång till en kinesisk ”stalk gasifier” Målet var att med denna panna framställa och analysera den gas som produceras från biobränslen (gengas). Gasen skulle i bästa fall kunna användas i Compowers microkraftverk för el och värmegenerering. Efter installation och uppstart såg det lovande ut. Brännbar gas producerades efter ca 20 min och gasen brann fint. Bränslet bestod då av en blandning mellan pellets och flis. Vid samtliga prov brinner gasen med klarblå låga och ingen synlig rök finns i samband med förbränningen. Pga. skrubber funktionen blir lågan pulserande Det visade sig dock efter en stunds eldning att flisen var för blöt och tjärbildning uppstod i pannan. Efter nedstängning upptäcktes porositeter i fläkthusets gods och tjära hade läckt ut på golvet. Vid eldning nr. 2 användes endast pellets och det fungerade bra tills det visade sig att askan från pelletsen tillsammans med tjäran bildade en sörja och chokade luftgenomströmningen så att ingen gas kunde ta sig igenom utan tvingades ut igenom luftintaget. När vi senare kom in på emissionsmätningarna så visade det sig att vi inte kunde mäta alla ämnena i gasen innan dess att vi förbrände den. Vi fick istället inrikta oss på att mäta emissionerna efter det att vi tänt gasen. Detta gav oss rimligare världen om än höga. Efter den sista eldningen, eldning nr 3, kunde vi konstatera att så länge pannan eldades som den skulle så fungerade den bra, dock var CO-emissionerna höga. När det gällde stängning så var det inte lika enkelt och det fanns även en stor risk för utsläpp av koloxid vilket alltid bör undvikas.

▼ This thesis is conducted together with the environmental- and health department in Halmstad community. The thesis is about allowance of bedding and water supply for pig farms in Halmstad community. These farms are chosen randomly from all of the pig farms in Halmstad community. It includes inspection of 27 pig farms and writing of a report. During the inspections I study the amount of bedding, what kind of bedding, water supply and injuries like lameness, shoulder-bone sore, ear-, flank- and pig tail biting. Also the amounts of dirty boxes were documented. The reason for this thesis depends on the new regulation about bedding that came out the first of October 2007. The regulation about free access of water is not new but the community wanted a mapping of these are followed. These inspections show that some of the farmers do not follow the regulation about free access of water to the pigs. According to the amount of observed shoulder-bone sore and pigtail biting the regulation is not followed. According to my investigation there are tendencies of growing amounts of shoulder-bone sore when there is too little straw. Sows that get 0-300 grams of straw per box per day have a share of 5 % shoulder-bone sore, if the amount of straw increases to 300-600 grams straw per day the amount of shoulder-bone sore halves. If the amount of straw increases to more than 600 grams per day the amount of shoulder-bone sore halves according to the sows that get 300-600 grams straw per day. My studies in this subject have shown that pig tail biting only existed when the water flow were 3,3 litres per minute or lower. The low water flow together with little straw increases the pig tail biting. In the boxes with only 0-300 gram straw per day the amount of pigtail biting was 4,5 %. If the amount of straw increased to more than 300 gram per box a day the amount of pigtail biting was decreased by 50 %. Lameness mostly exists on those pigs that get 0-300 grams of straw.

▼ The Swedish Tax Agency is a government authority whose mission is to collect taxes and fees for financing the public sector and welfare in Sweden. Under the last decade the tax gap in Sweden has been constant and small businesses with a max turnover of 25 millions Swedish crowns are the biggest group in the tax gap. In the government inquiry about abolishment of statutory audit for small businesses (2008) there has been laid some proposals that the Swedish Tax Agency should get new control tools and increased rights to control small businesses tax accounts. In the science some controversies exists about tax authority’s ability to get taxpayers to pay taxes and fees to the society through using deterrence and compellence control methods versus more service? This ground has guided us to our presentation of a problem: “How the Swedish Tax Agency works with influencing small businesses behaviour through preventive actions and controls?” The purpose of this study is to research and understand how the Swedish Tax Agency works in their control activities to influence small businesses behaviours regarding taxes and fees. From this base we have also taken in consideration how an eventual abolishment of the audit statutory for small businesses, will affect control activities in the Swedish Tax Agency from a social behaviour approach. For getting answer to this question we have done a qualitative research with an abductive approach. The study is based on data materials from interviews within the Swedish Tax Agency and the four respondents who we interviewed worked in both strategic- and operative level. The Conclusions from this study shows that today’s control activities work majorly towards small firms who share social norms with the Swedish Tax Agency. This study shows also that abolishment of the audit statutory will inflect eventual consequences for the Swedish Tax Agency and lead in increasing of the present tax gap. This make the Swedish Tax Agency forced to change their work methods towards small businesses.

▼ Syftet med den externa redovisningen som företag presenterar är att förse dess intressenter med information om företagets ekonomiska ställning. Bristen på både tid och pengar gör att en revisor inte kan granska alla transaktioner som uppkommer i ett företag, utan han/hon måste således prioritera det som är mest väsentligt att granska. Det finns i praktiken dock inga enkla och entydiga svar på vad som är väsentligt eller inte. Istället är det upp till revisorn att lita på sitt omdöme och sin erfarenhet för att bedöma vad som är väsentligt att granska. Syftet med den här studien var att undersöka hur olika revisorer på små revisionsbyråer gör väsentlighetsbedömningen. Vidare var syftet att undersöka huruvida bedömningen och själva väsentlighetsbeloppet skiljer sig åt, beroende på om det är en erfaren eller oerfaren revisor som tagit beslutet. För att få klarhet i hur det låg till med detta, har en kvalitativ metod använts. Genom fyra intervjuer, två med erfarna revisorer, respektive två med oerfarna revisorer, har deras synpunkter och tillvägagångssätt fångats upp. I fiktiva scenarios fick revisorerna ta ställning till ett antal variabler, för att sedan fastställa ett väsentlighetsbelopp för totala fel i årsredovisningen. Resultatet av den här studien visar att väsentlighets-bedömningen är en beslutsprocess där både kvantitativa och kvalitativa faktorer påverkar resultatet av bedömningen, vilket ligger i linje med vad tidigare forskning kommit fram till. Vad som snarare är intressant i den här studien är erfarenhetens roll i bedömningen. Studien visar att de erfarna revisorerna satte ett lägre väsentlighetsbelopp för totala fel än vad de oerfarna gjorde, dessutom behövde de erfarna revisorerna både mer information och tid för att kunna fatta ett beslut. Det visade sig även att de oerfarna revisorerna förlitade sig mer på de finansiella nyckeltalen än vad de erfarna revisorerna gjorde.

▼ Bakgrund: Vi har idag en relativt jämn könsfördelning på den svenska arbetsmarknaden, men ju högre upp i företagens hierarkier vi klättar desto ojämnare blir fördelningen mellan kvinnor och män. År 2007 var 28 % av alla chefer i de svenska börsnoterade bolagen kvinnor och endast 2 % av VD:arna i dessa bolag var kvinnor. Varför situationen ser ut som den gör finns det inget givet svar på, men något som de allra flesta är överens om är att det behövs fler kvinnor på de höga chefsnivåerna. Det börjar bli allmänt känt att bristen på kvinnliga toppchefer är en riskfaktor för företagens kompetensutveckling, ledarskap och konkurrenskraft. Den senaste tidens intensiva debatt kring den låga andelen kvinnliga toppchefer har fått många ledare inom svenskt näringsliv att öppna ögonen och uttrycka en vilja till förändring. Frågan är nu vad som kan göras åt saken? Syfte: Vi vill skapa en förståelse för hur företag inom svensk banksektor kan agera för att få in fler kvinnor på ledande befattningar. Genomförande: För att uppnå studiens syfte har en kvalitativ undersökning genomförts. Vi har genomfört sex stycken besöksintervjuer med kvinnor som är nyutexaminerade, befinner sig på mellanchefsnivå och på toppchefsnivå. Samtliga respondenter arbetar inom banksektorn. Resultat: Vi har konstaterat att det finns fyra huvudsakliga faktorer som företagen kan fokusera på för att öka andelen kvinnliga toppchefer. Familjen är något som de allra flesta kvinnorna prioriterar väldigt högt. Går det inte att kombinera familjeliv med yrkesliv kommer karriären att väljas bort. För att inte gå miste om kompetenta kvinnor är det viktigt att företagen har en inställning att det är okej att vara ledig när barnen är små och att det går att kombinera familjen och karriären. Eftersom huvudansvaret för hushållet oftast fortfarande faller på kvinnan är det många gånger svårt för kvinnor att hinna med både hushållet och karriären. För att lyckas avancera på karriärstegen är det viktigt att ha någon att dela på ansvaret för hushållet med. En faktor som kan underlätta är om företagen kan subventionera utomstående städhjälp. Vi har tydligt kunnat konstatera att mentorskap och nätverk är viktiga hjälpmedel om man vill göra karriär. För att öka andelen kvinnliga toppchefer kan företagen i så stor utsträckning som möjligt försöka bistå med mentorer och uppmuntra kvinnliga medarbetare att delta i nätverk. Kvinnliga chefer hamnar idag ofta på så kallade ”dead-end-jobs”, det vill säga positioner med få eller inga utvecklingsmöjligheter. För att motverka detta och främja kvinnors karriärutveckling är det viktigt att företagen har som policy att alltid ha en kvinnlig och en manlig kandidat kvar till slutomgången vid rekrytering till alla chefspositioner. Ovanstående faktorer är sådana som vi menar att företagen kan ha i åtanke för att öka andelen kvinnliga toppchefer. Vi anser dock att hela ansvaret inte kan läggas på företagen utan att även kvinnorna själva har en del i frågan. Utifrån denna studie har vi kunnat…

▼ Abstract Title: Environmental demand solutions - a study within real-estate business. Problem statement: Today, the society stands before a permanent accelerated environmental threat. Companies become increasingly over the environmental problems and more companies look over their activity and how it influences the environment. Historical the environmental issue has been forgotten and it is first during the end of 1990 the environmental issue intensive has been noticed. Earlier the environmental work’s high costs was the cause, but now the companies realized the weight and the importance of imposing focus on environment commitments and sees it, as an investment. In order to few one surely functioned premises that meets the environmental requirements, is it important that both tenant and real-estate owners know each others needs. On the basis of the prevailing situation environmental equirement, it is interesting to study how tenant and real-estate owners collaborates with each other in order to find sustainable and operational development, and how important environment standards on premises is, for tenants respective real-estate owners? Approach: The essay aims to describe from an economic perspective, how a selection big company, organizes environmental adaptations of premises, and to explain and analyze, possible differences average real-estate owners and tenant. Method: The authors have chosen a describing design of the essay, and primary - and secondary information constitute the bas. The consistently have a qualitative run-up been chosen and the reality has been studied through applying interviews. During the process's time it has been checked that the essay holds a high validity. Conclusions: Environmental work has become increasingly integrated, and today the company’s sees environment investments, as competitive advantage on the market. The majority of big Swedish companies own their buildings, and they see it as a good capital investment, and mean lower costs for the company. Facility management has today been increased with the aid of added values, so as good service and customer care. The real-estate owners take an active interest in the tenant’s activity and works with getups replies, adapted to environmental demand solutions. The most common request to environmental demand solution is refuse collection and energy efficiency improvement. The tenants consider that noises are the factor that is most important to deal with. The tenants' requirements are in front that premises will be tailored after the company activity. The real-estate owners believe that it ahead, will become a bigger request on environmental demand solutions and the companies are preparing for future needs. Today, there is also a bigger willing to pay for environmental solutions of premises.

▼ Småföretagen är viktiga för vitaliteten i den svenska ekonomin och det är där den största andelen nya arbeten skapas. Småföretag saknar oftast egna resurser för att finansiera sin tillväxt och är därför förpassade till externa kapitalkällor. Kunskapen kring kapitalstrukturen i nya företag har dock varit begränsad, då de flesta studier har gjorts på listade och etablerade företag. Tidigare forskning visar att många av småföretagets finansieringsbeslut är relaterade till företagsledarens karaktärsdrag, framförallt kontrollbehov, kunskap, erfarenhet, riskbenägenhet och mål. Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka huruvida företagsledarens karaktärsdrag påverkar den externa finansieringen i nystartade småföretag inom tillverkningsindustrin. Dessutom ska uppsatsen undersöka om teorierna kring det finansiella gapet och pecking order-teorin är tillämpbara på dessa företag. För att ge svar på studiens syfte har befintlig teori presenterats om pecking order, finansiellt gap samt olika karaktärsdrag hos företagsledaren. Teorierna har legat som grund för den empiriska undersökning som genomförts. Undersökning har varit kvantitativ och åstadkommits genom enkätutskick till nystartade småföretag inom tillverkningsindustrin. Genom ett underlag på 58 företag har uppsatsen kommit fram till att det inte i någon större utsträckning finns ett finansiellt gap mellan nyregistrerade småföretag inom tillverkningsindustrin och externa finansiärer. Däremot kan undersökningen styrka pecking order-teorin om att det finns en viss föredragen ordning av finansieringsalternativ. Vad gäller karaktärsdragen visar denna uppsats att företagsledarnas kontrollbehov och riskbenägenhet påverkar företagets val av kapitalstruktur. Företagsledarnas kunskap och erfarenhet av externt kapital samt målsättning för företaget påverkar däremot inte kapitalstrukturen. För framtida forskning rekommenderas en noggrannare analys mellan variablerna för att se om några kan förklara samma påverkan på företagets kapitalstruktur
