The purpose of this study is to determine the factors such as, the educators background, student characteristics, years of experience, professional development, use of curriculum and administrative desires, that influence foreign language educators instructional decision-making process and their reasoning behind their decisions for each language level. Does improving an educator???s instructional decision-making process enhance language learning teaching strategies and student language acquisition? The mixed method designed based study will focus on foreign language educators responses to an electronic questionnaire on their personal and professional background information, decision-making factors and reasoning, and overall classroom autonomy.
