The Distance Education Courses have grown in Brazil for several reasons, among them: lower costs, flexibility of schedules, quality of technological resources. Nowadays, with the high unemployment rates in Brazil in 2016-2017, and the need for continued formation and aca-demic education to maintain or to get a job, they make the University degree courses, espe-cially those that offered in the distance modalities, a great option for busy citizens and for people who needs flexible schedules to study. It is clear that the costs of this type of educa-tion are lower, because students don???t have transportation costs, nor a classroom at Universi-ties, so educational Institutions investing less in building infrastructure and virtual student can study at home. In this context, the growth of the distance modality is impressive, but we still have many challenges ahead, since many students of this modality are not ???digital natives??? and they tend to give up the courses because of technological problems and adjustment on the pedagogical model. According to data from the latest EAD Census BR 2015, there are 5,048,912 students enrolled in the modality, that is 1,180,296 more students registered than in 2014. The dropout rates are also high, they are ranging from 26% to 50%, however, Distance Education is already part of the educational context of the 21st century and this modality has recently been contributing to some of its strategies and digital tools iin face-to-face teaching, since the profile of students has also changed rapidly and, in the near future, they will be more familiar with technological devices, and with interactive activities,that will provide the inte-gration of modalities: blended learning. In time of changes, the institutional challenges are many: pedagogical, technological and even in the adjustment of business model. This study investigated the pedagogical approach and the structure of digital courses, tutor??s models and the impact of regulatory changes for the sector. The purpose of this study is to analyze two undergraduate courses: one from a private univer-sity and another from a public college institution, in order to of current legislation, identifying their respective methodologies and strategies, which guided the structuring of their courses, in order to Analyze the theoretical bases that support the diverse and varied practices in the area. Also check what tools are available in their Learning Management System ??? LMS and how they help the learning process in this new millennium.

In this thesis, the principle of dialogicity, as a vector of Freirian thought, is examined in the facsimile publication of the manuscript of "Pedagogy of the Oppressed", author's work, whose analysis, for its implicit canonicity of document value can contribute to the understanding of the genesis of his theory. This principle is discussed in this context, with the following objectives: a) to contribute to the explanation of potential meanings that can be enriched by the confrontation of the cross temporalities present in the work; b) demonstrate the three-dimensional nature of Freirian dialogue as the basis of its ontological, epistemic and methodological propositions; c) identify the marks of the manuscript as essay writing and the "process documents" of a literary work Marco Lucchesi as an inventive writing; and d) demonstrate, in the manuscript, the intersection of two discursive worlds - the educational and the political - from which emerges the double freirian ethos. It is a qualitative research of theoretical-analytical nature based on contributions derived primarily from discourse analysis and genetic criticism. In this seminal text, we find intratextual, intertextual and paratextual clues that reveal the protagonism of the operative principle of dialogicity in three complementary dimensions that serve as analytical perspectives, namely: the way of saying ("modus dicendi") revealing the substitutionary , exchange, addition, and elimination covered by the erasures that give visibility to the internal dialogic relations through which the "scriptor" discusses with his writing; the way of showing ("modus mostrandi") exposed by the intertextual apparatus and the paratextual constituents that compose the work, portraying the memory of the text, enriching its potential hidden meanings by the folds of time and changing the sensitive conditions of its reception to the reader of the XXI century; and the way of acting in the discourse ("modus faciendi") on which Freire's dual political-pedagogical ethos is based, establishing him as a pioneer of educommunication in Brazil. In the manuscript the matrix embryo of what could be denominated "Pedagogy of the educational dialogue", wielded with the oppressed and not for the oppressed, was verified in the manuscript. Thus, in this investigation, the hypothesis was confirmed that the freiriana dialogic inscribed in the manuscript is a multidimensional operative principle that crosses every conceptual field of the work, revealing itself as a singular gesture that goes beyond the linguistic field to install itself in the discursive dimension and pragmatic approach to language. The freedom of the education-cinema interface addressed in Paulo Freire's proposed pedagogical methodology sees freedom as crucial to establishing a link between cinematographic production and learning reception processes. This postulation is based on the principle that motion pictures have become a support for historical, anthropological, social and cultural contents to be explored in pedagogical actions inside and outside the classroom, thus enhancing the way educators and students feel, think and act. It examines contemporary values that the new media logic produces, transmits and disseminates, while resorting to information technology and interactivity to promote entertainment, knowledge and art. It is through this assessment that the learner???s behaviors and subjectivity are shaped, i.e., by means of aesthetic, perceptive and formal praxis. Therefore, through a re-reading of Freire's pedagogy, the thesis places freedom at the heart of the education-communication interface to solve the gridlock involving information and training that so affects education in the present day.

Libertad en la interfaz educaci??n y cine, restituye metodol??gicamente la propuesta de Paulo Freire y tiene como objetivo principal situar la libertad como eje central de su obra, siendo capaz de establecer un nexo entre la producci??n cinematogr??fica de actualidad y los procesos de recepci??n del espectador para fines educacionales. Parte de la premisa que el cine en la actualidad se ha transformado en apoyo a los contenidos hist??ricos, antropol??gicos, sociales y culturales, que pueden ser indagados a favor de las acciones pedag??gicas dentro y fuera de la sala de clases, para enriquecer as?? las formas de sentir, pensar y actuar de educadores y educandos. Argumenta sobre valores contempor??neos producidos, transmitidos y difundidos por la nueva l??gica de los medios de comunicaci??n, que con la incorporaci??n de las tecnolog??as de la informaci??n y de la interacci??n incentivan el entretenimiento, el conocimiento y el arte. A trav??s de esa valoraci??n que se configuran comportamientos y la subjetividad del aprendiz, es decir, todo lo que est?? m??s all?? de la experiencia formal, perceptiva y simb??lica. Por lo tanto, por medio de una relectura de la pedagog??a freiriana, la tesis coloca la libertad en el ??pice de la interfaz educaci??n y comunicaci??n como soluci??n al estancamiento que afecta la educaci??n en la actualidad.
