▼ The Mobile media has flourished more and more recently. In terms of NCC (National Communications Commission) statistics, the mobile phone penetration had been more than 100% in Taiwan in 2008. In addition, the proportion of Mobile phone revenue was the highest part of telecommunication services in 2008. The marketing pattern developed from both of the highest revenue of Mobile phone business, âVoice Service and Short Message Service (SMS)â, telemarketing and SMS advertisement are the most significant. Therefore, it is definitely a useful study for advertiser who wants to compare both of the most important marketing tools, and which one is suitable for which productâs marketing, additionally, the purpose of understanding the consumerâs attitude and behavior intension. According to research methodology, this study has employed questionnaire survey technique. It had surveyed the consumers who have had received telemarketing and text-message advertisement, and for understanding the differentia of attitude and behavior intension when consumers face both of the marketing tools on different products. There are totally 300 valuable questionnaires. Make time from 18 April to 9 May in 2010. According to the findings of the study, to sell high-involvement with rational products, the telemarketing is better. And the object of the students, the military and housewife will likely purchase are more than people who serve as commercial and manufacturing. If advertiser wants to sell high-involvement with perceptual products, both telemarketing and SMS advertisement are useful. If advertiser wants to sell low-involvement with rational products, the telemarketing is easier to succeed. Furthermore, we can pay attention on that the attitudes and behavior intentions of female that are definitely better than male, and people with low educational level whose attitudes and behavior intentions are better than with high educational level, and low income people whose behavior intentions are better than high income people. If advertiser wants to sell low-involvement with perceptual products, the SMS advertisement is much better. In summary, it is important to mention that: People serve as the "services" whose attitudes and behavior intensions are âlowâ, and serve as "housewife", "military", "manufacturing" and "students" are âhighâ. ▼ Marketing management plays a very important and professional role in the enterprises. Therefore, marketing management is getting more and more popularity among the enterprises in recent years. Several aspects on marketing, such as technical documents, research and development plans, product quotations, are considered as core assets in one company. How to effectively realize marketing management has become a key for a companyâs survival. Up to date, several world-wide well known marketing management models such as Michael Porter flow diagram, ISO 9000 flow diagram, and Enterprises flow diagram all embrace the process-oriented approach which treats the systemâs structure view and behavior view separately. Separating structure view from behavior view during the planning phase may cause many difficulties, such as uneven distribution of resources, bad risk management and so on, when working on the later realization and verification phase of the marketing management systemâs construction. This research utilizes architecture-oriented modeling methodology so that structure view and behavior view are coalesced when decomposing the marketing management system to obtain structure elements and behaviors deriving from interactions among these structure elements. By adopting structure-behavior coalescence, abbreviated as SBC, which includes âarchitecture hierarchy diagram", "structure element diagram", "structure element operation diagram", "structure element connection diagram", "structure-behavior coalescence diagram", and "interactive flow diagram", this research constructs a complete architecture-oriented marketing management model, abbreviated as AOMMM. This research is the first study using architecture-oriented approach to construct the marketing management system. Also, AOMMM solves many difficulties caused by the process-oriented approach when constructing marketing management systems. These are the contributions of this research. ▼ A fundamental and important way of improving patient safety in a hospital is to develop an internal voluntary reporting system to report incident events so that causes of these events can be identified and future events be prevented. Although it is believed that the reporting of incidents can be increased by creating and installing information systems that can be used to efficiently report of incidents, there remains far fewer voluntary reports of incidents than actual number of incidents. This dissertation has the first aim to draw on the decomposed theory of planned behavior to understand which beliefs would most impact nursesâ intentions to use a nosocomial infection reporting system (Phase 1 Research). It then aims to apply results to the improvement of a hospital-wide web-based voluntary incident reporting system and test its effect incident reporting rates of incidents being reported (Phase 2 Research). The first study found intention to use the nosocomial infection reporting system was significantly influenced by attitude, subjective normal and perceived behavior control. These three factors were influenced by timeliness, normative influence, comparative influence, self-efficacy, facilitating conditions, and particularly responsiveness. The second study found a significant increase in inpatient and emergency department reports of incidents made by doctors in inpatient areas, emergency department nurses, and allied health professionals in inpatient areas. Post-system reported incidents were more evenly distributed over five severity levels than pre-system incidents, moving more toward the very severe level and no harm level. Together, these findings suggest that the responsiveness of an incident reporting system may have a stronger effect than efficient incident reporting alone in increasing incident report rates and that the addition of the workflow-based response system to the hospital incident reporting system significantly increased hospital-wide voluntary incident report rates at all incident injury levels. ▼ Stock Market is always being the most important role in modern capital market. And Stock Market is becoming one the most popular investment tools these days. Because of the Globalization of capital markets, the spreading of capital becomes faster and easier. The development of capital markets evoke the interesting of scholars and the field of stock market prediction attract scholars and researchers from different background. There are two approaches of predicting stock market - fundamental analysis and technical analysis. The purpose of my work was to predict three stock markets in the world, namely Taiwan Weighted Index (IDXWT), Hong Kong Hang Seng Index (HSI) and Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJI) using technical analysis and Dynamic Bayesian Network (DBN).This thesis is based on Wangâs thesis [Wan05] âInvestment Decision Support with Dynamic Bayesian Networksâ. According to different characteristic of 3 stock markets, we divide 3 different markets into 3 experiments. For each market, we expect we can find the best indicators and trading signals. The first experiment involves Taiwan Weighted Index as our prediction target; the second one uses Hong Kong Hang Seng Index and the third experiment employs Dow Jones Industrial Average. As a result, Taiwan Stock market (both 15-day and 20-day Moving Average)can make higher returns than buy-and-hold, RSI_6 and KD. And we also have the same conclusion of Hang Seng Index and Dow Jones Industrial Average. The best return from 15-day MA and 20-day MA of Taiwan Stock market is 47.95% and 60.21%, respectively. Moreover, the best result of Hang Seng Index is 60.06% for 4 years and 25.83% for Dow Jones Industrial Average. All of the best results can make higher returns than each of their buy-and-hold, RSI_6 and KD. In the conclusion, we may say that this paper can provide a direction to investors while they are using these technical indicators to predict these particular stock markets.
