Abstract Abstract: INTRODUCTION: The performance of game speed is determined by the influence of several factors on its conditioning, one of them is represented by the application of force, which are related to the manifestations of the force, as by the stability in its production. OBJECTIVE: The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of performance of strength production, displacement velocity and body composition on the maximal sprint speed match related to the somatic maturation of young soccer players. METHODS: The sample was composed of 175 male soccer players divided into three maturational groups: peak height velocity: 42 were Pre-PHV; 57 mid- PHV and 76 post- PHV. The tests used were: the speed of action of displacement during the game; speed test of 10 and 30 meters; the vertical jump test with half squatting starting from a static position (SJ), the vertical jump test with countermovement without the contribution of the upper limbs (CMJ), the vertical jump with a drop of 40cm with contact control below 200 thousandths of seconds (DJ h / t); and isometric and eccentric evaluation in the action of SJ. The relationship between the variables was analyzed using the coefficient of determination (R2) through the multiple regression analysis, with significance level <0.05. RESULTS: The results in the multivariate analysis revealed that most of the changes in the maximal sprint speed match within the Pre-PHV were observed very high influences in the variability strength of speed match explained by the speed of displacement (76.67%, p <0.05) , moderate (40.48%, p <0.01) explanation found by the performance of the production and manifestation of the strength, and low (23.12%) by the relation with the parameters of the bone mass and body composition, but not significant. When interpreted the results of the group mid-PHV, high influences (59.67%; p <0.05) were observed in which the speed match can be explained by the variables of speed test 10m and 30m; (27.25%, p> 0.05) for the explanation of the parameters of bone mass and body composition, as well as for the performance of the production and manifestation of the strength (17,25%, p> 0, 05). As for post-PHV, the influence of maximal sprint speed match on the velocity of displacement (88.67%, p <0.05) was also found to be very high, as well as for the significant explanation for the production performance and strength manifestation (71.40%; p <0.01); however, low influences of the parameters of bone mass and body composition (24.61% p> 0.05) were found CONCLUSION: The results of this study revealed that the maximal sprint speed match in soccer is influenced by the variables of the speed of 10 and 30 meter and the strength performance within the Pre-PHV and Pos-PHV groups; and only moderate influences of the velocity of displacement during-PHV, the results suggest some caution for the explanation of the body composition and bone mass on the VmaxP
